Abstract

Management is a process that consists of the function of planning, organizing, leadership and control of the activities of human resources and other resources to achieve the stated goals efficiently. From the hypotesis testing results it can be concluded that motivation variable (X) is able to explain the variable (Y) or the performance of employees is 96,6% and 78,2% otherwise be caused by other variables outside variables studied. From the opinions of expert who address of management it can be concluded that management isa process of planning, organizing, leadership, and control of the activities of human resources to achieve the goals that have been set together. In this study there are indicators of some motivational variables variables IE. Physiological needs, safety needs, the needs of the award, the needs of larger groups, the need for self-actualization. While performance indicators covering quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, independence. Staffing Agency area of Jambi province was formed based on the applicable local Jambi province number 15 in 2008, as it transformed into a Regional Regulation number 6, 2010 about the Organization and the Labor Inspectorate, the regional development planning board and Technical Institutions of the regional province of Jambi. Based on a regression equation to calculate simple linear, obtained the following mathematical equation Y = 1,658 + 0484 X from the following equation looks positive impact of motivation on performance of employees in the Agency's staffing area of Jambi province. If motivation increase 100% the performance of employees in the Agency's staffing area of Jambi province will be increased by 48.4%. This fact shows that motivation affect performance in Staffing Agency area of Jambi province. Motivation in the staffing Agency area of Jambi province high with an average score of 343.4 while the Staffing Agency's performance in the area of Jambi province high with an average score of 346.13 which means that the hypothesis of work motivation and performance of the Agency's Regional Staffing officer province of Jambi.Keyword: work motivation, employee performance

Abstract

The aim of this study. To find out the effect of human relations, motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupeten Batanghari. The method of collecting data is used survey method used to obtain information from respondents by using interview techniques and distributing questionnaires and using Likert scale measurements. the sample in this study were employees at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari. The analytical tool used is a multiple linear regression method using computer assistance through the SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. From the calculation of SPSS 20.0 obtained variable human relations tcount of 3.517, due to tcount> from t table, (3.517> 1.66571, meaning that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable, which means there is a partial influence between human relations variables on employee performance at PT . Pratama Agro Sawit  in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari . Motivation variables are 6.515, due to t count> from t table, (6.515> 1.66571), meaning that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable, which means there is a partial influence between motivation and achievement employee work at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari. Variable work environment is 0.971. Due to t count <from t table, (0.971 <1.66571) means that the independent variable has no influence on the dependent variable, which means there is no influence partial between work environment and work performance ryawan at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari. Simultaneous test (F Test), it can be concluded that the variable human relations, motivation and work environment shows a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV, which is proven by the value of F count 35,821 of greater than F table df n - k-1 then 78 - 3- 1 = 74 (F table = 2.73 or (35,821 > 2,73) The summary model of PT Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV above can be seen that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.668, so it can be concluded that the percentage influences human relations (X1), motivation (X2), and work environment variables  (X3 ) the variable employee performance at PT Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) is 0.668 or 66.8% and the remaining 0.332 or 33.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Modern retail business competition that increasingly characterized by a growing number of retail businesses that stand in various places. Retail business growth not only happens in big cities such as Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya, but the retail business also developed the message in the town of Jambi. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the location and the service of the consumer's purchasing decision in simultaneously Alfamart or partially and the dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions. Quantitative descriptive analysis method with the total sample as many as 100 respondents and analysis tool using multiple linear regression analysis. And obtained results that the location and the service affects the purchasing decisions of either simultaneously or partial, where the dominant factor affecting is a service that is of 30.76%.Keywords: location, service, alfamart.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to know to know the influence of economic growth, income per capita and HDI to economic development in Sungai Penuh City either simultaneously or partially and to know how relation of bamboo handicraft production development seen from aspect of labor, raw material and capital to effort of poverty Poverty in Siulak Subdistrict Based on the results of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis obtained results: 1. Regional economic fundamentals consisting of economic growth, income per capita and HDI have a significant influence on economic development either simultaneously or partially. The amount of influence of regional economic fundamentals on economic development is as follows: a. Simultaneously, F value counted 529,104 while F table (α = 0.05; db regression = 4: db residual = 2) was 19.25. Because F arithmetic> F table is 529,104> 19,25 then regression analysis is significant. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted so it can be concluded that economic development in Kota Sungai Penuh 2010-2015 can be significantly influenced by free variable of regional economic fundamentals that is economic growth variable, income per capita and HDI. B. Partially, t arithmetic X1 (economic growth) = 4.836 and t table of 2.920. Because t arithmetic> t table is 4.836> 2.920 and from the table obtained a significance value of 0.008, then the influence of X1 (economic growth) is significant. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, so it can be concluded that economic development in Kota Sungai Penuh can be significantly influenced by real economic growth variable. From the coefficient value is known that economic growth has an effect of 0.139% on economic development. T arithmetic X2 (income per capita) = 6,813 and t table is equal to 2,920. Because t arithmetic> t table is 6.813> 2.920 and from the table obtained value of significance 0.019, then the influence of X2 (income per capita) is significant. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that economic development in Kota Sungai Penuh can be significantly influenced by per capita income variable significantly. From the coefficient value is known that income per capita have influence equal to 0,886% to economic development. T arithmetic X3 (IPM) = 6.602 and t table of 2.920. Because t arithmetic> t table is 6.602> 2.920 and from the table obtained value of significance 0.027, then the influence of X3 (HDI) is significant. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, so it can be concluded that economic development in Kota Sungai Penuh can be significantly influenced by real HDI variable. From the coefficient value is known that the HDI has an effect of 2.366% of economic development. Keywords : Economic Growth, Per Capita Income, HDI

Abstract

 This research intends to know the most accounting methods that used by companies to take a decision in account receivable, inventory and fixed asset. Moreover it can be used as a consideration to choose an accounting method for the companies’ bad debt, initial cost of inventory and depreciation of fixed asset. This research proved that the most method used in account receivable is allowance method, for inventory is the lower cost or market method, and for fixed asset is the straight line method.Key words : Accounting Method

Abstract

Indicators of infrastructure, namely the procurement, storage, maintenance and inventory. While performance indicators are the quality, quantity, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, the need for supervision and interpersonal impact. Tebo Traffic Police Office as a government agency responsible for the provision of services to the community in the work area. Servicing the Traffic Police office Tebo guided by an awareness of duties, responsibilities and considerate high perform well so that the police service satisfied. SPSS 20 results obtained equation Y = 0.500 + 0.702 X. From the equation seen the positive effect of infrastructure on the performance of employees in the office of the Traffic Police Tebo evidenced regression coefficients of the equation are owned by 0,702. In other words infrastructure variables can be used as a tool to predict the performance of employees in the Traffic Police office Tebo. The magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.604 or 60.40%. While the remaining 59.60% influenced by other factors, namely discipline, compensation and motivation. Facilities and infrastructure as well as the performance of employees working in the office pretty good Tebo Traffic Police. Based on the statistical test that the regression line is 0.500 + 0.702 X. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.59 arau 59%. This means that the effect of infrastructure on the performance of employees in the office Tebo Traffic Police has a very close relationship, and based on the calculation of t = 6.759> t table = 2.0423. It brings a sense hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment at Aro Puskesmas in Muara Bulian District. This study included descriptive verification research. The population of this study was 56 people. By using a Likert scale, it shows the variables of work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment are in a good category. And multiple regression to determine the relationship of work ethic, work discipline and employee commitment to the Aro Health Center in Muara Bulian District. The results of the study and discussion show that work ethic has a negative effect on employee performance, while work discipline variables and employee commitment variables have a positive effect on employee performance at Aro Health Center in Muara Bulian District. Simultaneously shows that work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment show an influence on employee performance. With the value of R Square of 0.725, this shows that work ethic, work discipline and employee commitment affect work performance as much as 72.5% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Current Ratio is one of the company's ability to pay its short-term liabilities with its assets. Debt to Equity Ratio is the ability of the company to fulfill all its obligations, indicated by what part of the capital itself used to pay the debt. Profit is an indicator of achievement or performance of a company whose magnitude appears in the financial statements, exactly profit and loss. The objective of this research is to know whether there is influence between Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio and more dominant variable between both variables at PT.Astra International registered in BEI period 2006-2015. PT.Astra International is a multinational company that produces automotive and which is produced from automotive itself that is car, sepedamotor and spare parts and also distribute heavy equipment. Which is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is known that F count is 24,646 by comparing F table α = 0,05. And on the t test results can be known to Debt to Equity Ratio has t count of 2.239 while ttable of 2.36 so t count < t table with a significant probability to variable Debt to Equity Ratio of 0.002 smaller than at a significant level of 0.05 can be concluded that the partial Current Ratio effect Significantly and positively to Net Income.Keyword: current ratio, debt to equity ratio

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and prove empirically promotion strategies of cultural tourism and in increasing the number of tourists visit Kerinci Regency. Source data obtained from the Department of tourism and culture District Kerinci. Data analysis tools by using SWOT analysis. The research results obtained that (1) the cultural and Tourism Office of District 1 quadrant is at Kerinci (positive, positive) which means the primacy of kompotitif or aggressive strategies of Cultural tourism and the Regency of Kerinci has the power as well as opportunities to continue to improve and enlarge the number of promotional visits to the Regency of Kerinci; and (2) the right marketing strategies applied to Kerinci District Tourism Office for the moment is a strategy SO (strength, Opportunities). This strategy is underway to harness the power for the menagkap opportunities that are owned. As for the strategies that can be applied include (a) the Kerinci Regency Tourism Office must keep working to develop tourism in Kerinci Regency; (b) Tourism District's tourism should control Keerinci well; (c) the coordination of Tourism with Government Kabuapeten Kerinci must continue to be improved; (d) the Services provided should be constantly improved; and (e) to add visits to the County of Kerinci, tourism and Culture must make use of technology and facilities available, doing promotions, and socialization as many to the community to reach. Keywords: Promotion Strategy

Abstract

This study entitled "Community Satisfaction Index Against the Office of head of sub district Singkut District Sarolangun". Tujun research is to know the Satisfaction Index of society Against the Office of head of sub district Singkut District Sarolangun. This research only focuses on Community Satisfaction Index Against the Office of the head of Sarolangun Regency Of Singkut Sub-district. As for specific targets to be achieved from this research is attempting to menemukanseberapa the index of satisfaction of society Against the Office of head of sub district Singkut District Sarolangun. Research methods that will be used is survey research. Activities performed are researching using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The model in this study is the method of observation and documentation, and Interval Scale using a detailed questionnaire and the method of determination the sample as much as 150 samples. The method used is Descriptive Qualitative. The technique analysis of the data is performed using the community's Satisfaction Index value (IKM) are calculated using the weighted average value of each item of service. The results showed that the responses of the respondents against the Office of the head of service satisfaction Singkut Regency Sarolangun average fall into the category of good. Indicators satisfaction index on Servicing Sarolangun Regency Singkut Head Office which is the highest indicator keamananpelayanan NRR 3.12 or categories with safe. Service satisfaction index indicator Head Office Singkut the lowest Sarolangun Regency is an indicator of the speed of service or categories 2.11 NRR less quickly.Keywords: Community Satisfaction Index, Services, Office Head
