The objectives of this research are to find out whether there is any significant improvement on students’ writing achievement by using online learning activity by using WhatsApp and to investigate students’ perception of it. This is a quantitative research. The population of the sample was thirty two students of the X MIA 6 of SMAN 7 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2020/2021.The data were collected by using writing test and questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using Paired Samples T-Test and descriptive statistics. It is shown that there was statistically significant improvement of the students’ writing achievement after they were taught through online learning by WhatsApp group chat. Moreover, it could be seen from the computation of Paired Samples T-Test where the T-value (17,576) was higher than t-table with the significance level was 0.00 0.05. The result of this research indicates that there is significant improvement in all aspects of students’ writing achievement. This suggests that online learning activity by using WhatsApp can be used as a strategy to improve the students’ writing achievement. This study aims at analyzing existing slang words in Meghan Trai- nor’s song lyrics the data analyzed in this study are the slang findings in Meghan Trainor’s song lyrics. Those the main source of the data is Meghan Trainor’s song lyrics. The analysis was done in three stages, they are collecting the data, listing the category and presenting the results. The results showed some kinds of slang that are used and divided into three characteristics, they are clipping, blending and coinage. Clipping is a slang word spoken by shortening a word, blending mixes two words which have meanings which are then spoken in one word, while the coinage itself means creating a new word and that word became slang. The use of slang generally aims at creating interesting songs.

Pasar modal merupakan sarana yang efektif bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Selain itu juga untuk peningkatan penanAman modal oleh investor. Semakin banyak investor yang menanamkan modalnya pada suatu perusahaan maka semakin tinggi nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh profitabilitas perusahaan, yang tercermin dari harga saham dan kinerja laporan keuangan yang positif. Untuk meyakinkan investor perusahaan perlu pengawasan eksternal yang independen. Semakin tinggi reputasi audit diyakini kualitas audit juga membaik. Kelompok auditor Big Four dan non Big Four merupakan sebagian klasifikasi dari reputasi audit pada Kantor Akuntan Publik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable DER, ROA, CR dan Reputasi Auditor terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI perode 2010-2014. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu dengan teknik tertentu. Dari laporan keuangan tersebut diperoleh 24 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Penelitian ini menggunakan statistik Deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji spesifikasi model dan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh secara bersama-sama dengan tingkat signifikansi 1%, 5% dan 10%. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunaka PER sebagai proksi nilai perusahaan, secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh ROA dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,0723, CR dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,0362 dan reputasi auditor dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,0051. Sedangkan seluruh variabel ini mempengaruhi sebesar 11,11% terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan 88,88% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain selain dari variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam menulis teks prosedur kompleks pada siswa kelas X TKJ SMK Pemdes Ujungbatu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020.Hal ini disebabkan karena aktivitas siswa tidak mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yaitu kurangnya keaktifan dan konsentrasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan peningkatan proses dan hasil pembelajaran keterampilan menulis teks prosedur kompleks melalui Take and Give pada siswa kelas X TKJ SMK Pemdes Ujungbatu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 32 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) penerapan model Take and Give dalam menulis teks prosedur kompleks dapat meningkatkan kualitas aktivitas siswa dari siklus I yang berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan skor 263 (82,19%) menjadi kategori baik dengan skor 246 (76,87 %) pada siklus II, dan (2) terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dari prasiklus yang semula 15,26 % dengan rata-rata kelas 64,68meningkat pada Siklus I menjadi 71,87 % dengan rata-rata kelas 76,09, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 90,62 % pada Siklus II dengan rata-rata kelas 83,12.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Take and Give dalam menulis teks prosedur kompleks dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X TKJ SMK Pemdes Ujungbatu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020.

Profitability Ratio Has An Influence On Operating Profit, One Of Which Is Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). the company will be healthy and can improve Profits, if the company can earn an operating profit greater than the operational costs to be paid, so the Company Will Getting a bigger profit. Return On Equity (ROE) is the ratio to measure the ability to manage existing bank capital management to obtain a net profit. Profit Margin (NPM) ratio of net to measure the bank's ability to generate net profit from operating activities substantially. operating income is income derived solely from the main activity of the company or the difference between costs and gross operating profit.The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from financial statistics economic statistics Indonesia and Bank Indonesia from 2011 to 2015. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis test. Analysis shows that the coefficient of determination R square was obtained for 0991. This result means that 99.1% Operating profit influenced Return On Equity (ROE) while the remaining 0.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Broadly speaking, the Return On Equity (ROE) Significantly Affect operatinincome. While the Net Profit Margin (NPM) has no effect on operating income.Keyword: return on equity, net profit margin

This study aims to examine the burnout syndrome and the factors that influence it, the sample in this study were employees of the marketing and service divisions in the banking sector in the city of Jambi. The data collection method is using a questionnaire and analyzed using verification analysis, the analytical tool in this study is using structural equation modeling. The results of this study will explain whether or not there is an influence of the factors studied on the high or low burnout syndrome experienced by individuals at work.

In this writer took 40 respondents were categorized as age, sex, grade, length of service and level of education. The highest rate of absenteeism in 2010 there were as many as 0.18 %. In the remuneration and incentives in 2014, awarding the highest remuneration in accordance with the plan is 24.46% and the lowest was 11.78% indicates that there are still salary and incentives under the UMP, thus making employee motivation is still very low. Based on the analysis of variable descriptions discipline according to the respondents the average value is quite good and also to some respondents gave excellent ratings. From the results of this analysis is that the linear regression equation simple abtained results Y = 0.168 + 0,94X. This answers the question if the discipline has a positive direction on employee motivation. Coefficient of discipline, 0,94 will increase by 1%, then the motivation will be increased by 0,94%. In statistical tetst disciplinenary effect partially on motivation based calculation, the amount of 8,849 t> t table 1.68385. So there is a significant relationship between the variables of discipline on the motivation of employees at Credit Unions “AMANAT” Jambi region.Keyword: motivation, discipline

Indicators of infrastructure, namely the procurement, storage, maintenance and inventory. While performance indicators are the quality, quantity, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, the need for supervision and interpersonal impact. Tebo Traffic Police Office as a government agency responsible for the provision of services to the community in the work area. Servicing the Traffic Police office Tebo guided by an awareness of duties, responsibilities and considerate high perform well so that the police service satisfied. SPSS 20 results obtained equation Y = 0.500 + 0.702 X. From the equation seen the positive effect of infrastructure on the performance of employees in the office of the Traffic Police Tebo evidenced regression coefficients of the equation are owned by 0,702. In other words infrastructure variables can be used as a tool to predict the performance of employees in the Traffic Police office Tebo. The magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.604 or 60.40%. While the remaining 59.60% influenced by other factors, namely discipline, compensation and motivation. Facilities and infrastructure as well as the performance of employees working in the office pretty good Tebo Traffic Police. Based on the statistical test that the regression line is 0.500 + 0.702 X. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.59 arau 59%. This means that the effect of infrastructure on the performance of employees in the office Tebo Traffic Police has a very close relationship, and based on the calculation of t = 6.759> t table = 2.0423. It brings a sense hypothesis is accepted.

Pasar modal merupakan salah satu instrumen ekonomi dewasa ini yang mengalami perkembangan sangat pesat. Salah satu ukuran kinerja dari pasar modal adalah indeks saham. Ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi indeks saham, antara lain tingkat suku bunga domestik, kurs valuta asing, kondisi perekonomian internasional, siklus ekonomi suatu negara, tingkat inflasi, peraturan perpajakan, dan jumlah uang yang beredar.Selama periode pengamatan antara tahun 2000 hingga 2015 terjadi fenomena dimana hubungan antar variabel makroekonomi dengan pergerakan IHSG tidak sesuai dengan teori, dan kesenjangan dari hasil penelitian terdahulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh variabel BI rate, inflasi, jumlah uang beredar, minyak dunia, emas, kurs IDR/USD, indeks Dow Jones, dan indeks Nikkei 225 terhadap IHSG. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi berganda.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel BI rate, dan kurs IDR/USD berpengaruh negatif terhadap IHSG, sementara variabel minyak dunia, emas, indeks Dow Jones dan indeks Nikkei 225 berpengaruh positif terhadap IHSG selama periode 2000 hingga 2015.Kata kunci: IHSG, makroekonomi, integrasi pasar modal dunia, globalisasi

The purpose of the study was to find out about Increasing Apparatus Work Motivation in Government Administration at the Baranti District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to find out the factors that influenced the Increasing Apparatus Work Motivation in Government Administration at the Baranti District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 44 people, while the sample was 44 people. The data collection techniques used in this study were (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) questionnaires, and (4) literature studies. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of Increasing Apparatus Work Motivation in Government Administration at the Baranti District Office, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with an achievement of 67.57% in the good category. direct motivation consists of 66% praise factor, 68% award, 67% holiday allowance, 67% bonus with 67% achievement in good category, indirect motivation factor consists of a good machine or computer 69%, 66% bright workspace, 69% working atmosphere, 70% right placement, with 67.75 % achievement categorized as good.
