Abstract

AbstrakPT. Pertamina Teluk Kabung berjalan pada kegiatan pendistribusian bensin dan solar daridistributor untuk SPBU-SPBU yang ada di daerah dan Kota Padang. Penyaluran BBM memiliki proseduryang ditetapkan oleh PT. Pertamina yaitu dengan cara mengorder terlebih dahulu, kemudian melakukanpengisian BBM dengan jumlah order yang telah ditetapkan, Orderan tersebut diserahkan pada bagiandispacth untuk di proses menjadi print out yang berfungsi sebagai syarat untuk pengisian BBM. Bagiandispacth mengeluarkan surat jalan setelah pengisian BBM selesai dilakukan. Permasalahan yang terjadipada sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini terjadi kesulitan ketika mencari data yang dibutuhkan, stafdispacth membolak-balikkan sheet untuk menemukan data yang dicari. Sering terjadi kesalahan danredudansi data pada saat menulis, sehingga laporan tidak sesuai dengan data yang sebenarnya. Penulisan,pengkoreksian, dan pencarian data merupakan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh staf dispacth setiap hari.Masalah yang terjadi saat ini, mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan dalam mengerjakan laporan dan waktu yangdiperlukan tidak efesien. Maka pada sistem informasi penyaluran BBM pada PT. Pertamina Teluk Kabungmenyediakan aplikasi sistem informasi khusus pengolahan data penyaluran BBM untuk membantupengolahan data penyaluran BBM sehingga pekerjaan menjadi lebih efektif dan efesien. Dengan tidakmengurangi hal-hal yang penting pada sistem yang digunakan sebelumnya, sistem informasi penyaluranBBM pada PT. Pertamina Teluk Kabung memiliki entri data pemilik SPBU, pengemudi, truk, jenis produk,staf, pengolahan data order, pengolahan data transaksi pengisian BBM, pengolahan data surat jalan.Kemudian pada laporan terdapat daftar pelanggan SPBU isian BBM premium, daftar pelanggan SPBU isianBBM sola, daftar order pengisian BBM, laporan transaksi pengisian BBM per hari, laporan transaksipengisian BBM per bulan, dan surat jalan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Penyaluran BBM, PT. Pertamina Teluk KabungAbstractPT. Pertamina Teluk Kabung runs on gasoline and diesel distribution activities from distributors for generalfuel distribution system in the area and Padang City. The distribution of fuel oil has procedures establishedby PT. Pertamina is by way of ordering first, then do the refueling of oil with the number of orders that havebeen set, Order is submitted to the dispacth to the process of being a print out that serves as a condition forrefueling oil. The dispacth section issued a road letter after refueling was completed. Problems that occur inthe current system is difficult to find when needed data, staff dispacth flick through the sheet to find the datasought. Often errors and redundancy of data at the time of writing, so the report does not match the actualdata. Writing, correction, and data retrieval are the work performed by dispatch staff on a daily basis.Problems that occur at this time, resulting in ineffectiveness in working on the report and the time required isnot efficient. So on the information system of the distribution of fuel oil at PT. Pertamina Teluk Kabungprovides special information system application of data processing of fuel oil distribution to assist dataprocessing of fuel distribution so that the work becomes more effective and efficient. By not reducing thethings that are important in the system used previously, the information system of the distribution of fuel oilat PT. Pertamina Teluk Kabung has data entry of owner of general fuel distribution system, driver, truck,product type, staff, order data processing, data processing of refueling transaction, data processing of roadlane. Then in the report there is a list of customers of fuel distribution system of general fuel premium fuelfield, customer list system of fuel dispensing common fuel diesel fuel, list of refueling orders, reports ofrefueling transactions per day, fuel oil per month, and travel mail.Keywords: Information System, Distribution of fuel oil, PT. Abstract

Abstrak:Ada banyak pelajar yang percaya bahwa pembelajaran bahasa dibantu komputer (CALL) memilikiefek penting pada pencapaian kosa kata. Untuk tujuan ini, proyek penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenyelidiki hasil studi pengaruh pembelajaran bahasa dibantu komputer (CALL) mengenaipencapaian kosa kata STMIK Royal Kisaran untuk sistem informasi mojoring pada semesterpertama. Penelitian ini dirancang agar bisa memberikan jawaban atas pertanyaan berikut:Apakah Pembelajaran Bahasa Berbantuan Komputer (CALL) berpengaruh pada pencapaian kosakata STMIK Royal Kisaran ,? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan di atas, sekitar 72 siswa, dipilih secaraacak dan kemudian dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil yangdiperoleh selama penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara penggunaCALL dan nonusers yang mendukung kelompok eksperimen (p <0,05). Dengan demikian, yangtidak berlaku jawaban sementara ditolakKata Kunci : Call, Multimedia, Pencapaian Kosa KataAbstract:There are numerous language scholars who believe that computer assisted language learning (CALL) hassalient effect on vocabulary achievement. To this end, the present research project seeks to investigate theresults of a study of the effect of computer assisted language learning (CALL) on vocabulary achievement ofSTMIK Royal Kisaran espscially for mojoring information system at the first semester . The research wasdesigned so that it would provide answers to the following question: Does Computer Assisted LanguageLearning (CALL) have any effect on vocabulary achievement of STMIK Royal Kisaran,? In order to answerthe above question, some 72 students, were selected at random and then were divided into experimental andcontrol groups. The results obtained throughout the study indicated there was a significant differencebetween CALL users and nonusers in favor of the experimental group (p<0.05). Abstract

AbstrakPenggunaan internet saat ini semakin meluas, dengan mudah berbagai informasi kita temukandi internet, mulai dari ilmu pengetahuan, bisnis, komunitas sampai informasi yang menjurus kepadakonten negatifpun sering di jumpai. Tidak semua informasi yang ada di internet positif, tak jaranginformasi negatif banyak ditemukan, bahkan informasi yang berkonten negatif terkadang merugikanpengguna internet. Untuk bisa terkoneksi ke internet ada banyak layanan internet yang bisa digunakan,pastinya layanan tersebut sudah terhubung dengan ISP (internet service provider) atau jasa penyedialayanan internet. Jaringan LAN adalah konsep jenis jaringan yang banyak digunakan dalampendistribusian layanan internet. Saat ini pendistribusian layanan internet sudah semakin meluas, mulaidari instansi pemerintah, perusahaan, sekolah bahkan sampai café untuk sekedar minum kopi pun takluput dari layanan internet, untuk itu perlu melakukan filterisasi terhadap situs web yang berkontennegatif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menjelaskan bagaimana proses blok situs dengan menggunakanhardware Mikrotik Routerboar 750 yang digunakan sebagai firewall, yang nantinya dimplementasikanpada jaringan LAN.Kata Kunci: Blok Situs Web, Internet, Jaringan LAN, MikrotikAbstractTh e use of the Internet today is widespread, with easy information we find on the internet,ranging from science, business, community to information that leads to negative content is oftenencountered. Not all of the information on the internet is positive, there is not enough negativeinformation to be found, even negative content information is sometimes detrimental to internet users. Tobe connected to the internet there are many internet services that can be used, of course the service isalready connected with the ISP (internet service provider) or service providers internet. LAN network is aconcept of network type that is widely used in the distribution of internet services. Currently thedistribution of Internet services has been increasingly widespread, ranging from government agencies,companies, schools and even the café to just drink coffee did not escape the internet service, for it needsto do the filtering of websites that berkonten negative. Abstract

Abstrak:Keberadaan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran sangat membantu guru dan juga siswa dalam prosespembelajaran. Aplikasi pembelajaran yang berbasis multimedia lebih komprehensif dan efektif karenamencakup banyak elemen, seperti teks, grafik, audio, video atau animasi. Untuk merancang sebuahaplikasi dibutuhkan sebuah konsep yang tepat agar aplikasi tersebut dapat tepat sesuai dengankebutuhan para penggunanya. UCD (User Centered Design) merupakan sebuah konsep pendekatanuntuk merancang dasar dari proses informasi terhadap orang-orang yang akan menggunakan produk.Proses UCD fokus pada pengguna melalui perencanaan, desain dan pengembangan produk. UCDberperan menentukan kesesuaian tampilan aplikasi dengan karakteristik pengguna. Dalam hal ini, harusdilakukan pengumpulan data terhadap pengguna aplikasi dengan berbagai metode, yaitu wawancara,observasi dan kuesioner. Penulisan ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi multimedia pembelajaran Iqro’yang memberikan materi belajar, soal bermain serta fitur buku Iqro’ digital menggunakan konsep UCD.Hasil dari rancangan aplikasi ini adalah mampu memberikan tingkat kepuasan dan kebergunaan(usability) aplikasi tersebut.Kata Kunci : Iqro’, Multimedia, UCD (User Centered Design), Usability.ABSTRACT:A learning application is very helpful for teachers and students in learning process. Designing a learningapplication with multimedia based is more comprehensive and effective because consist of some elementssuch as text, graphic, audio, video or animation. The application design process need a right concept so itis suitable with the user need. UCD (User Centered Design) is an approach concept to make the base ofinformation process for the user to be. UCD process focused on user by the planning, design, and productdevelopment. UCD determine the suitable of application appearance with the user characteristics. In thiscase, a collecting data activity about the application user is a must with several methods such asinterview, obervation, and questionary. This research is purposed to design the Iqro’ learning multimediaapplication which provide learning content, playing questions and digital Iqro’ book fiture using UCDconcept. Abstract

Abstrak:Pada saat ini, metode pengukuran kadar oksigen yang saturasi dengan hemoglobin adalah denganmetoda invasive. Metode ini menggunakan perbedaan panjang gelombang dari cahaya merah (660 nm) dancahaya infra merah (910 nm) yang berasal dari sensor transmisi. Kemudian cahaya merah dan cahaya inframerah tersebut melewati pembuluh balik dan pembuluh kapiler pada jari tangan, dan ditangkap oleh sensordeteksi. Data dari sensor deteksi tersebut dikirim ke mikrokontroler kemudian ditampilkan ke LCD. Dimikrokontroler, data tersebut diolah kemudian diproses untuk mendapatkan data konsentrasi oxyhemoglobin(HbO2), deoxyhemoglobin (RHb), dan oksigen saturasi (SpO2). Pulse oximetry sudah pernah di buat denganmenggunakan metode FFT (Fast Fourier Transform), menggunakan ADC dan menggunakan ATMEGA 8535dengan program bahasa C pada Code Vision AVR. Pada project tersebut digunakan tampilan pada LCD.Pembuatan perangkat digital untuk pendeteksi ini sangat dimungkinkan dengan adanya sensor infrared.Dengan memadukannya dengan sebuah mikrokontroler ATMEGA 8535 maka dapat dirancang sebuah alatpendeteksi kandungan hemoglobin ini berbasis mikrokontroler. Alat ini bekerja sesuai dengan program yangsudah dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman CodeVision AVR yang di tanamkan ke dalammikrokontroller dan bekerja untuk menampilkan data kadar oksigen dalam darah.Kata Kunci : Atmega 8535, HemoglobinAbstract:At present, the method of measuring oxygen saturation with hemoglobin is by invasive method. Thismethod uses the different wavelengths of red light (660 nm) and infrared light (910 nm) derived from thetransmission sensor. Then the red light and infrared light pass through the veins and capillaries of thefingers, and are captured by the detection sensors. The data from the detection sensor is sent to themicrocontroller then displayed to the LCD. In the microcontroller, the data is processed and then processedto obtain the oxyhemoglobin concentration data (HbO2), deoxyhemoglobin (RHb), and oxygen saturation(SpO2). Pulse oximetry has already been created using the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) method, usingADC and using ATMEGA 8535 with C language program on Code Vision AVR. In the project used thedisplay on the LCD. The manufacture of digital devices for this detection is possible with the presence ofinfrared sensors. By combining it with an ATMEGA 8535 microcontroller it can be designed amicrocontroller based hemoglobin detection device. This tool works in accordance with programs that havebeen designed by using CodeVision AVR programming language that is embedded into the microcontrollerand work to display data oxygen levels in the blood.Keywords: Atmega 8535, Hemoglobin

Abstract

Abstrak:Pengenalan sinyal wicara merupakan satu ranah penelitian yang menarik. Banyak sekali metodayang bisa digunakan dalam pengolahan sinyal untuk mendapatkan pengenalan sinyal wicara. Salah satumetoda yang bisa digunakan adalah analisis ceptral, untuk mendapatkan ceptral koefisien. Setiap koefisienyang dihasilkan oleh sinyal wicara memiliki pola suara yang bisa dikenali. Dalam analisis ini terdapatsederetan pemrosesan yang melibatkan hitungan rumit. Ceptral merupakan bentuk invers dari Fast ForierTransform (FFT).Selanjutnya diolah dengan metoda Linear Predictive Coding. Kemudian dilakukanautokorelasi ke dalam bentuk koefisien cepstral. Setelah itu koefisien tersebut akan disesuaikan ke dalambentuk yang bisa dikenali oleh jaringan syaraf tiruan dengan metoda back propogation. Dari hasilserangkaian proses tersebut dihasilkan 297 koefisien cepstral untuk satu pola yang akan dikenali. Hasilpengujian dengan pola 297x25x1, learning rate 0.25, momentum 0,6 menghasilkan pola yang dikenalidengan error 4% dan keberhasilan sebanyak 96 %.Kata Kunci: Wicara, Cepstral, Fast Forier Transform (FFT)Abstract:The introduction of the speech signal is an interesting research domain. There are so many methodsthat can be used in processing the signal to obtain the speech signal recognition. One method that can beused is the analysis ceptral, to get ceptral coefficient. Each coefficient generated by the speech signal has avoice pattern recognition.In this analysis from a series of processing that involves a complicated matter.Ceptral an inverse form of Fast Forier Transform (FFT).Further processed by the method of LinearPredictive Coding. Then do the autocorrelation in the form of cepstral coefficients. After that, the coefficientswill be adapted into a form that can be recognized by the neural network with back propogation method.From the results of this process produced a series of 297 cepstral coefficient for the pattern to be recognized.The test results with the pattern 297x25x1, 00:25 learning rate, momentum 0.6 produces recognizablepattern with 4% error and success as much as 96%.Keywords: Speech, Cepstral, Fast Forier Transform (FFT)

Abstrak:Teknologi Informasi saat ini memegang peranan penting dalam segala bidang. Terutama dalambidang pendidikan, teknologi informasi dapat membantu proses edukasi menjadi lebih fleksibel dan mudahuntuk dipahami. Android adalah salah satu kata yang sering kita dengar. Teknologi Informasi berbasisandroid adalah teknologi yang paling banyak digemari. Abstrak:Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan GOR 3 (Tiga) Putra, dimana kegiatan bisnis ini tidakterlepas dari transaksi yang salah satunya adalah penjualan tunai. Bagi perusahaan yang bergerak dalambidang penjualan barang atau jasa yang terus berusaha untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan yang sudahdicapainya agar tidak mengalami penurunan. Apabila terjadi penurunan maka akan berpengaruh terhadapbesar kecilnya keuntungan yang akan diperoleh perusahaan. Berdasarkan sistem yang diusulkanPerusahaan GOR 3 (Tiga) Putra, dalam memperlancar proses transaksi penjualan bagi perusahaan, harusdidukung oleh beberapa metode-metode Eksperimen. Metode eksperimen ini dipilih karena metode inimembuat hasil data yang sumbernya diolah dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Kemudian ,dataini dilanjutkan dengan beberapa kegiatan yang mendukung sistem penjualan yang dimana dapatmemudahkan transaksi secara efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membahas tentangketerkaitan antara hasil metodologi yang serta kebenaran dari tinjauan pustaka yang mendapatkan solusipermasalahan sehingga aplikasi sistem penjualan tunai yang dikembangkan menjadi efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Sistem, Penjualan, TunaiAbstract:This research was conducted at GOR 3 (Tiga) Putra Company, where this business activity can notbe separated from the transaction which one of them is cash sales. For the companies engaged in the sale ofgoods or services, which continue to strive to increase sales volume that has been achieved so as not todecrease. If there is a decrease it will affect the size of the profits to be obtained by the company. Based onthe proposed system GOR 3 (Tiga) Putra, in facilitating the process of sales transactions for the company,must be supported by several experiment methods. The experimental method was chosen because this methodmakes the result of data whose source is processed by observation and interview. Abstrak:Perkembangan teknologi di dunia berlangsung sangat pesat, termasuk perkembangan perangkatmobile yang sudah merambah dunia perdagangan. Melalui perangkat mobile, sekarang seseorang dapatmemperoleh informasi bahkan dapat membeli atau menjual produk di internet. Hal demikian sering disebutdengan istilah Mobile Commerce (M-Commerce) yang berarti perdagangan elektronik dengan menggunakanperalatan portable/mobile. M-Commerce dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk menerapkan konsepdistribution portal, dimana distribution portal adalah salah satu tipe dari business to business. Distributionportal berarti pemasok produk sejenis berkumpul untuk menawarkan produknya kepada calon pembeli,dalam hal ini berarti produk yang ditawarkan dalam M-Commerce yang dibuat berasal dari beberapapemasok produk yang sejenis. Hal ini bertujuan untuk saling melengkapi. Dengan penerapan konsep inidiharapkan kebutuhan pelanggan dapat lebih terpenuhi.Kata Kunci : M-Commerce, Distribution Portal, Business to BusinessAbstract:Technological developments in the world takes place very rapidly, including the development mobiledevices that have penetrated the world of commerce. Through its mobile devices, now a personcan obtain information, even can buy or sell products on the internet. It thus often referred to as MobileCommerce (M-Commerce), which means electronic commerce using portable/mobile equipment.M-Commerce in this study are used to apply concept of distribution portal, where the distribution portal isone type of business to business. Distribution portal means that suppliers of similar products assembledto offer their products to prospective buyers, in this case means the products offered in M-Commerce is madefrom several suppliers of similar products.
