Abstract

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has more or less changed the process of socializing people in the world, one of which is the increasingly widespread use of technology to be able to communicate remotely, the same thing is felt in the Universal University environment when it is about to hold an exhibition of student works, because this research aims to make a game virtual exhibition so that these activities can be carried out. The creation of this virtual exhibition game uses the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method and this research can help Universal University carry out exhibitions of existing digital works. The use of virtual exhibition games can accommodate exhibitions of student works and the use of the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method for developing virtual exhibition games is quite appropriate because these games can be completed properly and can meet functionality requirements. Keywords: Game; Virtual; Exhibition; GDLC; Android. Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 sedikit banyaknya mengubah proses bersosialisasi masyarakat didunia, salah satunya adalah semakin maraknya pemanfaatan teknologi untuk dapat berkomunikasi jarak jauh, hal yang sama dirasakan dilingkungan Universitas Universal ketika akan melakukan pameran karya-karya mahasiswa, oleh karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah game pameran virtual agar kegiatan tersebut dapat tetap terlaksanakan. Pembuatan game pameran virtual ini menggunakan metode Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) dan penelitian ini dapat membantu Universitas Universal melaksanakan pameran karya-karya digital yang ada. Penggunaan game pameran virtual dapat mengakomodir penyelenggaraan pameran karya-karya mahasiswa dan penggunaan metode  Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) untuk pengembangan game pameran virtual ini cukup tepat dikarenakan game ini dapat terselesaikan dengan baik dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan fungsionalitas. Kata kunci: Game; Virtual; Pameran; GDLC; Android.

Abstract

Numbers of congestion and especially traffic violations occur everywhere in the city of Bengkulu, especially at city junctions. The large number of road users who do not comply with traffic regulations properly, every day can increase the rate of accidents and violations of traffic rules in driving in the Bengkulu City area. Due to the large piles of data on traffic violations in the jurisdiction of the Bengkulu City Police, each year only this data is processed into Microsoft Excel, making the data irregular. The process of extracting useful information in order to obtain violation data can be carried out using data mining methods, one of which is k-means clustering The implementation of the system uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language. From the results of the tests conducted, it can be concluded that the areas with the most violations are the Tanah Patah and Betungan areas, for areas with violations in the moderate group there are Sawah Lebar, Pintu Batu, Padang Harapan, Kebun Tebeng and Simpang Nakau and for areas with low violations are the Swamp Makmur and Sungai Hitam areas

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada peningkatan keterampilan berbicara melalui film, Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menindaklanjuti pemahaman siswa tentang keterampilan berbicara untuk menonton film pada siswa STMIK Royal, khususnya untuk kelas SI 2 J semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/ 2023. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di STMIK Royal Kisaran khususnya pada semester kedua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa.Kemudian peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas SI 2 J melalui pre-test dan post-test. Dalam mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan, peneliti melakukan observasi dan tes. Sedangkan penulis menggunakan n-gain untuk menganalisis data. hasil pre test dan post test 'skor rata-rata. Berdasarkan hasil rata-rata skor pada pre test adalah 52,00. Setelah peneliti mengajar berbicara dengan menggunakan implementasi film, nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 68,80 pada posttest 1. Kemudian pada posttest 2, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 72,96. pre-test dan post-test digunakan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: Payakumbuh City is a city that relies on the service and trade sectors as its main sectors. The local government seeks to improve traditional markets and build centers to encourage the establishment of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Payakumbuh City already has a modern market in the city center that is capable of producing various products. SMEs utilize potential natural resources that have not yet been commercially optimized, and assist in the processing of natural resources in the local area. Payakumbuh has the potential to become a successful SME city in the future. One application that is suitable for mapping SMEs in Payakumbuh City is a Geographic Information System (GIS). By using Geographic Information System (GIS), users can see the location of SMEs through GIS mapping, as well as products sold in Payakumbuh City. In this study, researchers designed a web system that functions as a search for SME mapping points, so that people can see the products sold in Payakumbuh City. This research aims to develop software using the waterfall model. Testing is done on software specifications, design, and coding. In this study, system testing was carried out using a black-box testing approach to all functions in the application.Keywords: geographic information system; SME; mapping; waterfall. Abstrak: Kota Payakumbuh merupakan kota yang mengandalkan sektor jasa dan perdagangan sebagai sektor utamanya. Pemerintah setempat berupaya meningkatkan pasar-pasar tradisional dan membangun pusat-pusat untuk mendorong pendirian Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM). Kota Payakumbuh telah memiliki pasar modern di pusat kota yang mampu memproduksi berbagai produk. UKM memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang potensial namun belum dioptimalkan secara komersial, dan membantu pengolahan sumber daya alam di daerah setempat. Payakumbuh memiliki potensi untuk menjadi kota yang sukses dalam bidang UKM di masa depan. Salah satu aplikasi yang cocok untuk memetakan UKM yang ada di Kota Payakumbuh adalah Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), pengguna dapat melihat lokasi UKM melalui pemetaan SIG, serta produk-produk yang dijual di Kota Payakumbuh. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti merancang sebuah sistem web yang berfungsi sebagai pencarian titik pemetaan UKM, sehingga masyarakat dapat melihat produk-produk yang dijual di Kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak menggunakan model waterfall. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap spesifikasi, desain, dan pengkodean perangkat lunak. Dalam penelitian ini, pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan pengujian black-box terhadap semua fungsi yang ada dalam aplikasi.Kata kunci: sistem informasi geografis; UKM; pemetaan; waterfall.

Abstract

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic hit the whole world, including Indonesia. To break the chain of transmission of this infectious disease, the government encourages people to get vaccinated. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has now subsided, the government is still enforcing rules for everyone using public transportation services such as airplanes and trains that must receive a booster vaccine for those aged 18 years and over. Therefore, everyone must be vaccinated so that their immune system will increase and they can also use public transportation services. The Asahan District Health Office has the responsibility to determine where to vaccinate based on predetermined criteria. This is quite time-consuming and inefficient because the process of selecting a vaccination site is done manually. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that is able to assist the Asahan District Health Office as the government that has the authority to objectively determine where to vaccinate. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the public to find information and choose an effective vaccination site. This decision support system uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) methods. The results of 21 manual calculation health service facilities are in accordance with system calculations, so that the results of the accuracy test for choosing the vaccination site get a percentage of 100%.Keywords: decision support system; vaccination site; AHP; SMART. Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 melanda seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Untuk memutus rantai penyebaran penyakit menular ini, pemerintah menganjurkan masyarakat untuk melakukan vaksinasi. Meskipun pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia saat ini sudah mereda, pemerintah masih memberlakukan aturan untuk setiap orang yang menggunakan layanan transportasi umum seperti pesawat terbang dan kereta api wajib sudah menerima vaksin booster bagi usia 18 tahun keatas. Oleh karena itu setiap orang harus melakukan vaksinasi agar daya tahan tubuhnya meningkat dan juga dapat menggunakan layanan transportasi umum. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menentukan tempat vaksinasi berdasarkan dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hal ini cukup menyita waktu yang sangat lama dan tidak efisien dikarenakan proses pemilihan tempat vaksinasi yang dilakukan dengan cara manual. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu membantu pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan selaku pemerintah yang mempunyai otoritas dalam menentukan tempat vaksinasi secara objektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari informasi dan memilih tempat vaksinasi yang efektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Hasil dari 21 fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan perhitungan manual sesuai dengan perhitungan sistem, sehingga hasil uji akurasi pemilihan tempat vaksinasi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 100%.Kata kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan; tempat vaksinasi; AHP; SMART.

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the analysis of the selection of lubricating oil suppliers using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The problems in this research are (1) there is no proper supplier selection decision making system (2) supplier selection and determination is not optimal. The purpose of this study is (1) to help decision makers design the right decision making system in supplier selection (2) to determine the best lubricating oil supplier. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data processing is assisted by the Microsoft excel application and the Expert Choice application using the AHP method. The results of this research are as follows: (1) priority I is interest with a weight value of 0.384 or 38.4% (Ms.Excel) and 0.386 or 38.6% (Expert Choice), priority II is quality with a weight value of 0.262 or 26.2% (Ms.Excel) and 0.264 or 26.4% (Expert Choice), priority III is the price with a weighted value of 0.213 or 21.3% (Ms.Excel) and 0.212 or 21.2% (Expert Choice), priority IV is delivery with a value weighted 0.077 or 7.7% (Ms.Excel) and 0.076 or 7.6% (Expert Choice), priority V is service with a weight value of 0.063 or 6.3% (Ms.Excel) and 0.062 or 6.2% ( Expert Choice). (2) the best supplier is Prima XP with a final priority weight value of 0.348 or 34.8% (Ms.Excel) and 0.345 or 34.5% (Expert Choice), then Shell supplier with a final priority weight value of 0.250 or 25% (Ms. Excel) and 0.251 or 25.1% (Expert Choice).Keywords: decision support system; supplier selection; AHP Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengenai analisis pemilihan supplier pelumas oli dengan mengggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Abstract

Determination of employees who are promoted to positions aims to provide motivation and positive influence on other employees to further improve the work ethic in the Lebong District Regent's office. Determining who will be famous for mutation/promotion has of course gone through various stages of the process from within the Committee Team as well as passing the evaluation stages from the Committee based on certain criteria that have been set. These criteria include class (I, II, III and IV), tenure (long, long and recent), last education (Diploma, S1 and S2), training (1-3, 3-5, > 5) achievement (low, medium, high, and very high) and time period (short, medium and long). Lebong Regency Government Offices who meet the highest criteria will be selected to get a promotion for their dedication. However, the problem is how to make the right and competent choice as an employee who has high dedication if in the assessment alone there are employees who have almost the same rating score, close to the same, or even the exact same. It will be difficult for the Committee to make a decision to determine which employees are promoted to positions. Therefore, a Decision Support System with the application of the MFEP (Multifactor Evaluation Process) method can assist in making decisions on complex issues by simplifying the process. This system can assist decision makers in determining promotions quickly and precisely.

Abstract

The high demand for chilies, especially in Gorontalo, is a driving force for chilli cultivating farmers. The price of chili which is uncertain every day can fluctuate. The Gorontalo City Food Service cannot make predictions to estimate prices in the following month. Prediction is defined as the use of statistical techniques in the form of a picture of the future based on the processing of historical figures. Due to the many algorithms that can be used in predictions, this study will compare forecasting algorithms namely Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) and Neural Network (NN). Experiments that have been carried out, on chili price prediction with forecasting algorithms have been successfully carried out. The root mean square error (RMSE) result of the SVM algorithm is 0.233, the K-NN algorithm is 0.223 and the NN algorithm is 0.206. Of the three forecasting algorithms used, the best results are produced by the Neural Network algorithm with the smallest RMSE value of 0.206. So it can be concluded that the proposed model is close to perfection, because a comparison of the results of implementing chili price predictions for the next three months produces an accuracy value of 99.25% on average

Abstract

Abstract: This study describes the concept of Ta'dib Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas in Character Development of Students. This research is a qualitative research that uses a pedagogical approach. The results show that the concept of Ta'dib according to Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, the concept of Ta'dib emphasizes the mastery of correct knowledge in a person in order to produce stable charity and good behavior based on faith. The concept of Ta'dib, first, as a moral competence (morals) that must be possessed by educators and students, second, the formation of personality so that the psychological characteristics of a person related to the tendency to relate socially with others, especially those related to; friendliness, self-control, implementation can be said to be successful because of the adab education that is applied in the lives of students, but it must also be admitted that during the epidemic, Ta'dib education experienced a few obstacles, such as education level, environment, culture, socio-economic level and online learning.Keywords: Ta'dib; Character; Covid-19 Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengambarkan pemikiran Tadib Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas dalam Pengembangan Karakter Peserta Didik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan pedagogis. Konsep Tadib, pertama, sebagai kompetensi moral (akhlak) yang harus dimiliki oleh pendidik maupun peserta didik, kedua, pembentukan kepribadian agar karakteristik psikologis seseorang yang berkaitan dengan kecendrungan untuk berhubungan sosial dengan orang lain, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan; keramahan, pengendalian diri, implementasi bisa dikatakan berhasil karena pendidikan adab yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan peserta didik, namun harus diakui juga dimasa pademik pendidikan Tadib mengalami sedikit kendala, seperti tingkat pendidikan, Lingkungan, Budaya, Tingkat sosial ekonomi dan pembelajaran Daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep Tadib menurut Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, konsepTadib titik tekan pada penguasaan ilmu yang benar dalam diri seseorang agar menghasilkan kemantapan amal dan tingkah laku yang baik yang berlandaskan keimanan.Kata kunci: Tadib; Karakter; Covid-19

Abstract: The development of the world of education and learning in schools was triggered by the development of management and management of these schools. The better the management of the school, the better the development of education in the school concerned. The application of technology in school management and management is mandatory to bring schools to develop in a modern and transparent manner. One important part of the school that must be managed properly is the academic part of the school. All information about teacher data, students, materials and even class schedules should be well documented. This is where the role of technology can be utilized so that the management of academic data is not overlapping, messy, and difficult to manage. The purpose of this research is to develop a brain-for-Islamic school-specific academic system. Making a system that can accommodate and even manage all of the academic data is mandatory if the school wants to develop in a better direction. For this reason, researchers will develop a special academic system for the Brainfor Islamic School. In its development, researchers will use the agile development method as a method in developing the system in order to produce a good academic information system according to school needs.Keywords: academic information system; agile development; brainfor islamic school Abstrak: Perkembangan dunia pendidikan dan pembelajaran dalam sekolah dipicu oleh berkembangnya pengelolaan dan manajemen sekolah tersebut. Semakin baik pengelolaan sekolah maka semakin baik pula perkembangkan pendidikan di sekolah yang bersangkutan. Penerapan teknologi dalam pengelolaan dan manajemen sekolah menjadi hal yang wajib untuk membawa sekolah berkembang secara modern dan transparan. Salah satu bagian penting dalam sekolah yang harus di kelola dengan baik adalah bagian akademik sekolah. Semua informasi tentang data guru, siswa, materi dan bahkan jadwal pelajaran seharusnya terdokumentasi dengan baik. Disinilah peran teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan agar pengelolaan data akademik tersebut tidak tumpang tindih, berantakan, dan sulit dikelola. Tujua penelitin ini untuk mengembangakan sebuah sistem akademik khusus sekolah brainfor islamic school. Pembuatan sebuah sistem yang dapat menampung bahkan mengelola semua data akademik tersebut menjadi wajib jika ingin sekolah berkembang kearah yang lebih baik lagi. Untuk itu peneliti akan mengembangkan sebuah sistem akademik khusus bagi sekolah Brainfor Islamic School. Dalam pengembangnannya, peneliti akan menggunakan metode agile development sebagai metode dalam pengembangan sistem tersebut guna menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi akademik yang baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan sekolah.kata kunci: sistem informasi akademik; agile development; brainfor islamic school
