Abstract

Oyster mushrooms besides good also have many benefits for health but in its cultivation requires a fairly complicated treatment. Mushroom farmers have difficulty in regulating temperature and humidity in real time. If the temperature and humidity of the environment where the mushrooms grow is not as needed, it will inhibit the growth of fungi. To overcome this problem, it is proposed to make an Internet of Things based temperature and humidity control device. In this study the main components used are the Dht11 sensor and Arduino Uno and connected via Android via the Esp826601 module. The temperature and humidity suitable for oyster mushrooms are not 25oC and not 75%. The temperature and air humidity are detected by the Dht11 sensor and the measurement results from Dht11 are displayed on Lcd then the temperature and humidity values are sent to the android user via the Esp8266-01 module. The function of this android is besides being used to display  the value of temperature and humidity also functions as a remote controller, there are 2 buttons to  turn on / off the Dc Fan and the Water Faucet. Dc fan serves to increase the humidity of the air if the humidity is less according to the needs of the fungus and the water faucet serves to reduce the temperature if the temperature in the kumbung is too hot. The use of the internet of things concept  aims to facilitate the work of mushroom farmers because farmers can monitor temperature and humidity and take action through their androids even though farmers are far from the mushroom cultivation site as long as the device is connected to the internet network

Abstract

Meat needs, especially beef, are increasingly increasing, because human awareness of the importance of nutritional needs derived from animal meat. The high demand for beef needs has resulted in farmers and cattle traders trying to sell as many animals as possible. Farmers and cattle traders in Indonesia are still largely unprofessional. For the sake of getting a lot of profit, it was time to takeaction that harmed cattle and consumers. One such action is to sell “glonggongan” meat which is to increase the mass / weight of beef by giving excessive drinking water before the cow is cut. One way to overcome this action is to provide information to buyers through a net weight analysis system for normal beef and glonggings using an expert system with case-based reasoning. The research will be carried out starting from the collection of data from normal and glaucous cows by looking at the body  weight, gender, upper-lower cows circumference of the abdomen, side of the cow's overall body  circumference, height, leg height, head length, butt width, body length cow. In obtaining output with a 95% truth value, the base of the case stored in the database is at least 150 cases. All input variables will be analyzed and matched on a case basis using an expert system with CBR (case-based reasoning) method

Abstract

Industrial industrial products on the market are manipulating between original and imitation products, products that are imitated are sold at lower prices and have lower quality. However, the product is in great demand by the public. The research aims to determine the quality level of the original and imitation front axle, both from the hardness, and the chemical composition of the material, and to compare the prices given with quality. This research was conducted by testing the chemical composition using a spectrometer and brinell hardness testing carried out in the STTQ Bungah Gresik mechanical engineering laboratory. In addition, the research uses materials with two front wheel shafts for testing chemical composition with six wheel shaft specimens both original and imitation. Research with spectrometer testing showed that the shaft is included in the low carbon steel group with an original carbon content of 0.192% and an imitation shaft of 0.155%, also included in the low alloy steel group because the number of alloys is less than 2.5%, while in hardness testing brinell found the original shaft harder than the imitation shaft, either on the surface or inside with a percentage of 52.14% difference between the two. For the comparison between price and quality given between the two shafts, the percentage where the value of the comparison of violence is greater is around 49.97% to 52.14% rather than the price ratio of around 20% given by the producer, it would be better for consumers to buy original shafts than the imitation.

Abstract

The use of fuel in the automotive world is very important because it can improve the performance of the fuel motor. Fuel with high octane numbers will be able to boost the performance of the fuel motor. The selection of the right fuel will also be a reference in the process of motor maintenance in the automotive world in Indonesia, now again being incessantly making creations and innovations. This research is to find out the power, torque, and average effective pressure (BMEP). The research method used is an experimental method using two fuels, namely Pertamax 92 and Akra 92. This needs to be done because both of these fuels have the same octane number as the performance test against the need to prove which one can be used for gasoline type vehicles. From the research results obtained the power, torque, and the firstx BMEP 92 are higher than the power, torque and BMEP akra 92.

Abstract

In the Indonesian wheeled soccer robot competition in one team consists of three robots, where one robot is a goalkeeper. In the competition the movement of robots and balls is very dynamic. So that a method is needed to predict the movement of the ball so that the goalkeeper can anticipate the movement of the ball. In this research the ball detected by digital image processing and Particle Swarm Optimization-Neural Network (PSO-NN) is used as a calibration model for object distance through omnidirectional cameras. The interpolation approach of the polynomial curve is used to obtain estimates of the model from two-dimensional data from detected objects. The results showed that the distance conversion in object detection with the PSO-NN model obtained 0.13% in percentage of average squared error (PMSE) measurement and  20% in an average prediction error.

Abstract

Pertanian khususnya padi masih menggunakan metode manual, mengandalkan insting manusia untuk menganalisa kesehatan tumbuh kembang padi. Dengan perkembangan jaman yang melahirkan ilmu pengetahuan yang lebih maju maka diharapkan dapat membantu petani dengan melahirkan teknologi yang dapat mengetahui kondisi padi secara otomatis.Dari salah satu objek pengamatan petani yaitu warna daun maka dapat juga dijadikan sebuah input untuk analisa menggunakan ilmu pengolahan citra digital (image processing). Salah satu metode untuk mengurai warna dengan image processing adalah dengan Hue Sturation Value (HSV). Perubahan warna daun pada padi akan berubah seiring dengan pertumbuhannya begitu juga jika terkena hama warnanya jg akan berbeda.Dari hasil peneltian didapatkan bahwa warna asli padi dapat dipisahkan dengan warna yang ada disekitarnya dan hasil dari histogram menunjukkan semakin tua usia padi semakin merata sebaran histogramnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat tema rancang bangun sitem radio online di radio Suara Almanar Ponorogo. Sistem yang di bangun berupa radio streaming menggunakan server edcaststandalone dengan metode satu pc desktop sebagai source client server dan sebagai audio streaming. sedangkan sistem user menggunakan aplikasi android dan web desktop. Tujuan dari rancang bangun radio online ini untuk memberikan pelayanan siaran radio Suara Almanar dari sisi digital dimana saat ini radio Suara Almanar mengudara dengan sistem analog pada frekuensi 99,5 Mhz. Lokasi pemancar radio berada di tengah kota kabupaten  Ponorogo,  siaran analog radio Suara Al manar mampu menjangkau 70% wilayah kabupaten Ponorogo sementara 30% siasanya tidak dapat dijangkau menggunakan siaran analog karena dipengarui oleh halangan kondisi geografis dan interferensi radio lainya. Hal ini diperlukan metode siaran digital untuk mengatasi hal tersebut selain itu dengan sistem siaran radio online maka siaran radio Suara Almanar dapat didengarkan dari luar wilayah kabupaten Ponorogo bahkan sampai diluar negeri. Penelitian ini di harapkan mampu memberikan sumbangsih pengembangan keilmuan dibidang sains dan teknologi khususnya dibidang elektro dan informatika dalam sistem telekomunikasi.

Abstract

Baja dan tembaga secara luas dipakai untuk berbagai macam kontruksi, karena kedua material itu memiliki sifat yang saling melengkapi. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh sifat permukaan logam dasar terhadap struktur mikro dan kekuatan mekanik sambungan antara baja karbon dan tembaga. Penyambungan dilakukan dengan proses brazing. Sifat permukaan kedua logam didapat dengan cara digosok menggunakan kertas amplas dari grid 100,500,1000,1500, dan 2000. Struktur mikro daerah sambungan brazing diamati menggunakan scanning electron microscope (SEM) setelah melalui tahap poles dan etsa. Kekuatan mekanik sambungan diuji menggunakan universal testing machine (UTM). Dari hasil pengamatan struktur mikro didapatkan hasil bahwa logam pengisi mampu mengalir memenuhi celah sambungan pada setiap variasi kekasaran permukaan. Berdasarkan uji tarik, kekuatan tarik meningkat ketika permukaan semakin halus. Kekuatan tarik maksimum mencapai 7741,8854 N/mm2 ketika permukaan logam dasar diamplas dengan grid 2000.

Abstract

Digitalization affects the development of electricity usage monitoring systems for home appliances. But there are still many users of electricity who have not been able to monitor electric power in detail. This study discusses the prototype of an electric scale monitoring system such as current and voltage. This prototype utilizes AC SCT 013-000 current sensor and ZMPT101B voltage sensor to read electrical quantities. Arduiono Mega processes data generated by sensors. This monitoring system sends data using an 800L SIM to Mobile via SMS. Voltage and electric current data is also stored in the data logger. The SIM800L module test shows a success rate of 80%.

Abstract

Salah satu alternatif bercocok tanam sayuran selain konvensional dan sebagai solusi masalah keterbatasan lahan di perkotaan, yaitu  dengan menerapkan metode tanam hidroponik Deep Flow Technique (DFT).Metode ini merupakanteknik budidaya tanaman tanpa menggunakan tanah, dimana pertumbuhan akar tanaman berada dalam larutan nutrisi hara. Seiring penerapan teknologi hidroponik timbul beberapa masalah baru yaitu kurang optimalnya hasil tanam.salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah parameter pH yang harus di pantau secara berkala. Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana merancang alat pengendali derajat pH secara otomatis dengan menerapkan  kontrol PID. Adapun perangakat kontrol meliputi mikrokontroler arduino uno, analog sensor pH, dan pompa peristaltik sebagai aktuator larutan asam atau basa. Performasi alat yang dirancang cukup baik dengan kesalahan rata-rata error pembacaan sensor pH 2,48%, Alat kendali mampu mempertahankan pH pada kisaran setpoint 6-7 dengan hasil tuning PID (Kp = 2.3, Ki=0.04, Kd=0.02) respon pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy tinggi rata-rata 19,82 cm dan jumlah daun 14 helai terlihat warna daun lebih segar selama 30 HST.
