Abstract

Education occupies a very strategic position in realizing the process of maturity and human thinking. Given the importance of education for human life, education must be carried out as well as possible. To achieve the educational goals, a curriculum is needed as one of the tools and guidelines in achieving educational goals. The curriculum is a device that is inseparable from the operation of education itself, because the preparation of the curriculum is spelled out from certain educational theories. This means that the curriculum is seen as a concrete plan in the application of educational theory. In the development of an educational curriculum must follow the principles of curriculum development that are in harmony with human nature and directed to achieve the ultimate goal of education. The curriculum should pay attention to the periodization of the development of students and maintain the needs of the community and their organizations not contradictory and not cause conflict. Abstract

School as an institution that is obliged to guide students to be strong, morally and hardworking must have breakthroughs in developing student morals, especially for the school level where students are in puberty. The activity carried out by Tri Bhakti Tegaldlimo Banyuwangi Middle School as an effort to assist students through puberty is a complete package because it is done through several methods. Habitual methods through religious activities, additional knowledge insights around puberty, and mentoring activities of talent and interest skills. In addition to the form of habituation, also do not forget to be provided with an example by the teacher through disciplinary activities and the most important thing is giving advice. These methods are the answers to the problems of today's youth education. Schools as parents do not only cram students with various forms of theoretical discourse, but also provide facilities as forming the moral virtues of their students.

Abstract

The aim of the government in organizing education is to educate the life of the nation. Intelligence is needed by everyone to face the times that have entered the era of globalization.Education in the global era can be interpreted as the integration of national education into world education. In the era of globalization, the progress of the nation is largely determined by the use of science and technology. Technology that is developing now has entered the digital era, where all fields have utilized technology to facilitate work, including in the field of education. Educational technology is a system that is used to support learning so that desired results are achieved. The role of technology in education is implemented in the use of learning media,administrative tools, and lerning resources. The positive impact of technology implementation in education is more efficient in terms of time, cost, logistics and other institutional problems, while the negative impact is that technology can change social life.

Abstract

This study describes the principal's transformational leadership in improving the quality of madrasas conducted at MA Matholi’ul Huda Bugel Jepara. This research is a qualitative research. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and document review. Data analysis in this study uses interactive models such as those developed by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that; first, the value of transformational leadership which includes four aspects, namely: Idealized Influence or Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual stimulation or intellectual stimulation, Individualized consideration or individual consideration; secondly, the leadership of the head of the madrasa Aliyah Matholi'ul Huda Bugel Jepara has built trust with teachers and employees, through a reliable example of the madrasa principals, the compatibility between what is said and done, the opportunity for teachers and employees to express opinions, give opportunity to take part in duties and responsibilities, also take part in various trainings; third, the quality of the MA Matholi'ul Huda Bugel Kedung Jepara with the title of "very good" with evidence of the superiority of the results of the national and madrasah examinations in the last 3 years always get 100% graduation with an average score of 8.50, many students have achieved achievements Provincial and national level competitions

Abstract

Learning process is the most important part in education as an effort to mature learners, The success of the learning process becomes a benchmark achievement of learning objectives. To know the achievement of the success of learning objectives, it must be done evaluation / assessment. In particular the purpose of evaluation to determine the progress of learning outcomes of learners after following the learning, as well as to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of methods, strategies that teachers use in learning. Evaluation of learning has an important and strategic meaning in education, because the learning process becomes meaningful, as well as its evaluation results can be used as a basis to determine the next step, for teachers, principals, institutions, parents, and government. The importance of learning evaluation can be seen from the approach of the learning process, the characteristics of professional educators, and the institutional approach, but it can also be seen from its purpose, function and principles and the validity and reliability of its evaluation tool.

Abstract

So far, the methods used by teachers in the learning process tend to conventional teaching methods which only includes students come , sit, write material that has been written by the teacher on the board , listening to the teacher explaining the material and do the work , using the lecture method . The impact, learning tends to be passive and bored quickly. This kind of learning situation is almost no opportunity for students to express their creativity, so the quality of the quality of learning also becomes low. Constructivism learning model seems to be one of the answers to these problems. Therefore, in this learning model students are preferred. Teaching and learning process in constructivism model student centered more colored than teacher centered. Constructivism model is more empowering for the class as a learning centered not for teaching; not teaching process but learning process. This is in accordance with the curriculum 2013, is autenthic assessment; assessment process and results.

Abstract

Diskursus tentang Islam dan Politik apabila dikaitkan dengan penerapan demokrasi di Indonesia selalu hangat untuk diperbincangkan. Kajian mengenai hubungan Islam dan politik ini oleh penulis ditekankan pada tiga hal, antara lain (1) konsep politik dalam Islam serta aplikasinya dalam Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) dan, (2) mengungkap macam-macam pandangan pemikir modern mengenai sistem pemerintahan dan kenegaraan dalam Islam. (3) Kebijakan Politik dan Pemilu serta implikasinya terhadap pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini, karena bahan-bahan pokok atau data-data pokok yang dipakai adalah pemikiran-pemikiran atau wacana-wacana tertulis maka penelitian ini adalah penelitian library research. Ada beberapa argumentasi rasional dalam mewujudkan partai Islam. Pertama, partai merupakan lembaga yang konstitusional dalam menyalurkan aspirasi politik umat. Kedua, adanya realitas akidah yang mengharuskan seorang Muslim untuk menjalankan kehidupan secara Islami. Implikasi politik terhadap penerapan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Indonesia terbagai atas tiga fase. Pertama PAI masa orde lama, orde baru dan orde reformasi. Saat ini penerapan PAI di sekolah umum sudah lumayan mendapat tempat tersendiri dalam Undang-Undang Sisdiknas No. 20 tahun 2003 dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 19 tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 22 tahun 2006 tentang Standar Isi untuk Satuan Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine (1) Learning Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) model on student’s problem solving abilities environmental material. (2) Expository model teaching on student’s problem solving abilities environmental material. (3) The difference between AIR and expository teaching model on student’s problem solving abilities and environmental material is better between the two. The population in this study were students of class XI-IPS SMA Negeri 2 Brebes. The samples taken at random sampling with XI-IPS 1 as an experimental class and XI-IPS 2 as a control class. The study design used was quasy experimental with posttest-only control design.

Abstract

One part of the subjects of national education is Islamic education. As for the grouping of Islamic teachings in the form of subjects in Madrasah ranging from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), and Madrasah Aliyah (MA), there are subjects devoted to religious specialization. At the level of Madrasah Aliyah (MA), the specialization of the Religious sciences was developed in the form of study-specific subjects and there were also subjects that served as supporters such as the subjects of Islamic Cultural History. In this paper, the author analyzes the student manual for the subjects of Islamic Culture History class XI (Scientific Approach Curriculum 2013) using an analytical study approach in terms of the order of subject matter in the book and the double movement hermeneutics study approach ala Fazlur Rahman. The results of this study explain that the SKI subjects have been elaborated with clear and detailed indicators, but the subject matter of the SKI has not provided an analysis description for the development of scientific insights of students in answering the actual problems, for example, the plurality that characterizes the Indonesian nation. Therefore, the SKI study must involve Fazlur Rahman's hermeneutic analysis and Nietzsche's critical history analysis to read past phenomena to build on current progress in accordance with the mandate of National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses budaya untuk meningkatkan harkat dan martabat manusia yang berlangsung sepanjang hayat. Pendidikan selalu berkembang dan selalu dihadapkan pada perubahan zaman. Untuk itu, mau tak mau pendidikan harus didesain mengikuti irama perubahan tersebut. Apabila pendidikan tidak didesain mengikuti irama perubahan, maka pendidikan akan ketinggalan laju perkembangan zaman itu sendiri. Pendidikan Islam dalam pandangan KH. Abdurrahman Wahid haruslah menjadi pangkalan untuk merebut kembali wilayah-wilayah yang kini sudah mulai lepas. Ia menjadi tumpuan langkah strategis untuk membalik arus yang menggedor pintu pertahanan umat Islam. Sesuatu yang cukup vital adalah membuat sebuah kerangka pemahaman, khususnya dalam pendidikan Islam sehingga mampu menjadi inspirasi dalam mengamalkan ajaran-ajaran Islam yang sifatnya universal.
