Abstract

Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning village stipulation is meant in developing village potential and assets in order to develop together, and advance the economy of rural communities. This is an opportunity for every village to develop every potential they have. It needs to be highlighted that Tawang Argo Village, Karangploso Subdistrict, Malang Regency is experiencing maximixing the facilities available in Universitas Brawijaya Educational Forest (Hutan UB). This study aims to map the potential that is capable and developed in Tawang Argo Village. This study uses a qualitative approach and strengthens SWOT, EFAS, and IFAS analysis. Several factors found from the results of this study include: 1) lack of product innovation; 2) land conditions in the highlands that are not supported by economic commodities; 3) lack of creativity in the community; and 4) small market opportunities. Imaging which shows that Tawang Village is very appropriate to build House of Mushrooms as a potential solution that exists. In cultivating mushroom kumbung not by the condition of the residents' land, having their own planting media with temperature regulation can also be planted on limited land. The results of mushroom kumbung can be sold in the form of raw materials and processed to add value and be developed into a product that is competitive and builds the independence of the village economy.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai Abstract Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees. While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the influence of Fashion Involvement and Shopping Lifestyle in Impulsive Buying of student of Batam State Polytechnic, to find out how far these both of variable affect consumer behavior in Impulsive Buying. This research uses descriptive method that involves 85 business management students as respondents. The data collection is done by questionnaires distribution. Data were analyzed by multiple linier analysis method using SPSS program version 23. The result of partial test showed that Fashion Involvement had a negative but significant effect in Impulsive Buying and Shopping Lifestyle had a positive and significant effect in Impulsive Buying. While the result of the simultaneous test showed that both of variable had a positive and significant effect in Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of willingness to share knowledge of attitudes in team work. In the measurement of attitude in team work, this study uses two dimensions that is perceptions of team performance effectiveness and student interest in team work. The research method used a quantitative method approach. This study uses primary data. The instrument method is Likert scale. Sampling research using purposive sampling method. The author set the number of samples to be studied at least 200 samples with the category of students who are in accounting majors. The results of this study indicate that the willingness to share knowledge affect the perceptions of the effectiveness of team work and willingness to share knowledge affect the student's interest in team work. Future research is expected to add a wider sample and can add an assessment dimension to the knowledge sharing willingness variable. This research can be used as consideration or as a reference and additional information for researchers who will conduct further research on team work.

Abstract

The purpose of this observation is measuring to use Enterprise Resource Plannig information system towards user satisfaction and impact of employee performance in PT UNISEM Batam. The method of data collect using questionnaire method, obeservation method, and documentation method. While for data analysis of using path anaysis method. The results from this observation is level measuring Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) AIMS and PORTAL by three variable, like as exogen variable (Information System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality) by intervening variable (User Satisfaction) to see the impaction to endogen variable (Employee Performance).

Abstract

The one of commodities that contribute economies in agricultural sector, has an integrated competitiveness and agribusiness that can improve the welfare of the famers is coffee. This research aims to find out; Formulating development strategy on coffee commodities in order to strengthen agricultural product market in integrative with tourism sector in Banyuwangi Regency. The research area is determined purposively, that is in Banyuwangi Regency. This research uses descriptive and analytic method. Sampling method is conducted purposively (purposive sampling). This research is analyzed using Location Quotient, Marketing Mix and Force Field Analysis tools. The research results show that by formulation of strategy model of development of coffee commodities in order to strengthen agricultural product market in integrative with tourism sector in Banyuwangi Regency which can be used on of the government policy and provide better life expectancy of coffee farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of relevance of graduates in work placements and determine the relevance factors of graduates in work placements. This type of research is descriptive exploratory, the variables studied include the level of relevance of graduates is the level of job suitability obtained by graduates of the Business Administration Study Program in work placements can be seen from the population in this study are graduates (alumni) from the Business Administration Study Program totaling 369 people while the sample was taken in a proportional random sampling that the samples were taken randomly with a sample of 201 people. The questionnaire method is used to reveal data regarding competence, relevance and type of graduate work. The results in this study are the level of relevance of college graduates in work placements obtained 67.2% percentage related to the field of administration and management and 32.8% non administration and management. This proves that the relevance of college graduates in this case is the Bengkalis State Polytechnic in particular the Business Administration Study Program is already relevant (relevant) with this work placement seen from the job description (job description) in accordance with the fields of administration and management. The relevance factors of graduates with work placements are factors of job profile, competency and education level factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors are taken into consideration consumers in product purchasing decisions Kek Pisang Villa Batam. Technique data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results showed that of the 20 indicators analyzed, can form six new factors namely factor Product Quality, Brand Image, Product Pricing, Form of Packaging, Competitors and Quality Packaging. While most dominant factor consumers consider the product purchasing decisions Kek Pisang Villa is a factor Quality Products with a value of 24 322% variance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of both simultaneously and partially between reward and punishment on employees performance and motivation at CV. Media Kreasi Bangsa. This study used Multiple Linear Regression method, while the sample in this study using probability sampling technique where the sample was taken using proportionate stratified random which amounted to 132 employees. The research instrument used interview, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The result of this study is the reward variable has a positive effect on the performance of this matter seen from t arithmetic (2,363) bigger than t table (1,65) with significant level (0,020 <0,05). Reward variable has a positive effect on this motivation seen from t arithmetic (4,289) bigger than t table (1.65) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). There is a simultaneous influence between reward and punishment variable on the performance of this matter seen from F arithmetic (21,162) bigger than F table (3,07) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). The punishment variable has a positive effect on the performance of this matter seen from t arithmetic (5,309) bigger than t table (1.65) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). The punishment variable has a positive effect on this motivation seen from t arithmetic (3,587) bigger than t table (1.65) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). There is simultaneous influence between reward and punishment variables on this motivation seen from F count (20,557) bigger than F table (3,07) with significant level (0,000 <0,05).

Abstract

Knowledge of hospital quality programs in Indonesia has many beneficial effects for patients and service providers. Improved quality has made perceptions about hospital services better in the patient's view, which in turn has resulted in increasing the use of hospital servi ces so that the income received by hospitals is increasing. Hospital Accreditation in Indonesia is carried out to assess hospital compliance with accreditation standards. Hospital accreditation that has been implemented since 1995 in Indonesia, so far uses accreditation standards based on what year the standard began to be used for assessment, so far there has never been a National Accreditation of Hospitals in Indonesia, while the accreditation status currently has national and international accreditation status. The National Hospital Accreditation Standards that are valid in 2018 include: patient safety goals, patient-focused goals, hospital management standards, and implementation of national programs, as well as integration of health education in hospital services. This study was aimed at investigating the effect of quality management, marketing management and internal auditing on private hospital service accreditation, taking a sample of 26 accredited private hospitals in Palembang and Pekanbaru by the Hospital Accreditation Commission (HAC). Data analysis was used to test hypotheses using Multiple Linear Regression analysis and Paired-Sample T-Test. The results of this study concluded that accreditation of private hospital services in Palembang and Pekanbaru was good, but the level of compliance from the management of private hospitals in Pekanbaru was higher, because of the 26 hospitals 61.5% were accredited while out of 28 private hospitals in Palembang only 50% accredited by HAC.
