<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the existence of a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with the commitment to the organization (Studies On Employees Tous Les Jours Bakery).Population in this research is total employee of Tous Les Jours Bakery counted 364 people, while that will be used as sample of research is 200 employee of Kitchen Staff . Based on Slovin formula 133 people are taken as samples. The research instrument is questionnaire. The obtained data is then processed by using correlation analysis techniques with the assistance of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software. The results showed that: First, the organizational culture on organizational commitment has a significant relationship and has a contribution of 11.3%. Second, job satisfaction and commitment to the organization has a very significant relationship and has a contribution of 21.7%. Eventually, both organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneusly have a very significant relationship and have contributed 25.7%, the remaining 74.3% is determined by other unexamined variables]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the profile and outlook of prospective elementary school teachers on mental effort on Integrated Science curriculum materials integrated content and pedagogy as well as to know the pattern of integrated IPA curriculum analysis integrated content and pedagogy. The subjects of the research are prospective teachers of elementary school one of the universities in the city of Bogor semester 5 class of 2016/2017 as many as 31 students. The data needed to answer the problem of qualitative data. The data were collected with several techniques such as observation and questionnaires. The main questions asked in this study are the questions asked to prospective elementary school teachers. Principal questions asked to prospective teachers of elementary school, the question to reveal the mental business of prospective elementary school teachers in the curriculum analysis courses. Based on the results of research, applied lecture strategy resulted in low mental effort. <![CDATA[This research is about the correlation study with the school literacy as independent variable and result of learning mathematics as dependent variable. The main purposes of the research is for find out relation between school literacy with result of learning mathematics. The research implemented at March 2018 and use survey research with correlational approachment. The subject on the research are students four grade in the Situsari 01 Elementary School with 101 students. Sampling from formula calculation is 50 student using Taro Yamane formula with 10%. The technique of data analysis are regretion technique analysis and simple correlation. Regretion technique analysis and simple correlation produce a relation model otherwise in type equation Ŷ = -22,12 + 0,86x, with Fhitung is 48 bigger than Ftabel with the real level 0,05 with 4,04, and be based on contribution the outcomes of research is 94%, so can summed up that there is a positive and significant relation between school literacy with result of learning mathematics.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. The objectives to be achieved in this research are as follows: 1. To know the auditor's competence to audit quality, 2. To know the auditors independence to audit quality, 3. To know auditors professionalism to audit quality. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver program.21:00. The subjects of this research are 18 Public Accountant Firm in South Jakarta with the number of respondents as many as 97 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and refers to the formulation and objectives of this study, it can be drawn conclusions as follows: 1. Competence auditors in carrying out the audit have a positive and significant impact on audit quality at Public Accounting Firm in South Jakarta, so the more competent an auditor The better the quality of the audit, 2. The independence of the auditor in conducting the audit has a positive and significant impact on the quality of audit at the Public Accountant Office in South Jakarta, so the higher the auditor's independence attitude the higher the audit quality, 3. Auditor professionalism in conducting audit has a positive and significant impact on audit quality at Public Accountant Office in South Jakarta, so the higher the auditor's professionalism, the higher the audit quality. <![CDATA[Recently there are many vegetable vendors who have difficulties in managing their financial bookkeepers. In maintaining their capital, they borrow some money from moneylenders or mobile banks that provide higher interest than the state bank. The aim of this study is to analyze how they can maintain their financial skill. This type of research is a descriptive development survey with a qualitative research technique. Data are collected from primary and secondary data by using the questionnaires. The stratified sampling method used by taking grouping respondents get 34 people from 92 populations spread across the Bogor region. The result of this study describes there are still many vegetable vendors do not have capabilities in simple bookkeeping skills in the East Bogor Region. A lot of them do not separate the financial management of their business with their personal life. They don't take notes on the entry and expenditure because they think it's too complicated and time-consuming. Even though they have difficulties in detecting pure profits from the sales, they still borrow some money from moneylenders to generate their capitals. They do not understand what the impact of it.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the presence or absence of prince relationships with patient satisfaction in hospitals Bhakti Medicare, Cicurug, Sukabumi. The population of this research are Bhakti Medicare hospital patient, Cicurug, Sukabumi consisting of jasmine room patient, rose room, dahlia room and orchid room with a population of 130 patiens where to get the minimum sample amount used slovins formula. After the calculation obtained by the sample of 100 repondents. The collected data is then processed using simple correlation and multiple correlation techniques using SPSS (statistical Package for social science) software. Result of research : There is positive relation between price with correlation coefficient value equal to (ry.1) = 0.679 included in strong relationship category. While Price contribution to patient satisfaction equal to r2 = (ry.1)2 = 46,2%. The results of the international study provide some implications with the results of the hypothesis obtained include: proce contribution is considered strong against patient satisfaction which means increased price will ensure patient satisfaction in Bhati Medicare hospital, Cicurig, Sukabumi regency. The results of the international study provide that price hace trong relation with costomer satisfaction equal to (r) = 0.348 units. In the most important dimension proce variable the relationship is the dimension of patment period (X14) which has the strongest relationship with consistency dimension (Y3) on patient satisfaction variable with correlation coefficient 0,641 (strong relation). Thus it can be concluded that the price dimension that most determine patient satisfaction at Bhakti Medicare Hospotal, Cicurug, Sukabumi Regency is the dimension of price. <![CDATA[The objective of this study is to examine a role of emotional intelligence in improving lecturer performance. This study used a quantitative approach which surveyed 107 part-time of lecturers selected by a proportional random sampling of 3 (three) high school economics in Bogor. The result conveyed that there is positive and significant role of emotional intelligence in improving lecturer performance. It is shown that there is a positive significant between emotional intelligence with lecturers performance with coefficient correlation ry=0,632 and coefficient determination ry=0,400 (40%) with the regression equation ?=27,86+0,8X1, Another factor that effects the variable lecturers of 60 %.]]>

<![CDATA[The scarcity of human resources in the agricultural sector or the semi-forced involvement of most of agricultural labors due to the unavailability of other alternatives, has resulted in the unoptimized production process. The young peoples attitude toward farmer as a profession and its agriculture activity is affected by three major aspects, i.e. micro aspect (parents, friends, and mass media); messo aspect (the nearby community); and macro aspect (the society). This study investigates the micro aspect in building agricultural values on young people. The study used a descriptive qulitative approach to reveal the reality of value transfer from parents and also mass media to young people in rural area. The study finds that parents particularly the father as the main actor in transferring agricultural values to young people. Television is the most accessed mass media by young people. Young people still have the interest in working in the agricultural sector, not as a main job but as a side job.Keywords: attendance of mass media and parents, value of agriculture in the eyes of rural]]>

Power-relation inside family is commonly happened during several activities such as watching television, having dinner, and prior go to school. The objective of this research is to unmasking the reality of power relation in television watching activities. Qualitative method is used to dissect this phenomenon. In the context of families that only have one television, power relation in watching television is inevitable, especially the prime time, because at this time all family members watch television. <![CDATA[This study aims to find the Application of the Mind Mapping Model with Game Scatterories in Improving Student Creativity and Learning Outcomes in the Indonesian Legislation Regulations Material in class VI of MI Nurul Huda Cimanggis Depok. The results obtained were the Application of the Mind Mapping Model with Game Scattergories, the first cycle by obtaining an average score of 69.22, in the second cycle a score of 74.18 was obtained and in the third cycle the Application of the Mind Mapping Model with Game Scattergories managed to score 77 , 90 points and succeeded in increasing the Learning Outcomes variable in National Legislation Materials and Creativity in achieving student completeness. The conclusion of the study is the Application of the Mind Mapping Model with Game Scatterories has succeeded in improving Learning Outcomes in the Material of National Legislation Regulations and Creativity of Grade VI MI Nurul Huda Cimanggis Depok. The implication of the research is to make the results of research as a reference in developing students' creativity and the concept of national legislation can be used as a guide for behavior in life in families, schools and communities. Suggestions are intended for students, teachers, principals, governments, institutions and students so that the results of this study can be a reference in the development of learning models.]]>
