Abstract

This research was conducted forknow the effectDebt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Debt to  Assets Ratio to Return on Assets at KUD Tani Bahagia, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses  secondary data by looking at the financial statements at KUD Tani Bahagia. The researcher processed the data using multiple linear regression which processed it using SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. From research results that is Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio partially effect toReturn on Assets at KUD Tani Bahagia.

Abstract

The background of this research is a field experiment which finds that there are many emerging businesses and after observing there is a comparison of developing and undeveloped businesses. One of the things that affect it is the lack of capital and requires subsidized funds which of course will be difficult to obtain. The difficulty in finding additional funds is inseparable from the role of legal aspects in business. However, the purpose of this research is inseparable from the concept of management which shows the role of its impact on economic development in Indragiri Hulu. The research method uses qualitative methods which are described to look for issues of economic development and community difficulties in obtaining the legal standing of the business being run. This legal standing, of course, is based on licensing, the stages of which are poorly understood. The role of this legal standing can be conveyed to the general public, so that more and more businesses have businesses that have permits, so that in obtaining sources of funds for the development of the business concerned, and of course it can support the regional economy, especially the Indragiri Hulu Regency. As a result, government participation must be quantifiable, implying that the government considers the amount to which it intervenes in the economy in three ways: (1) as a regulator, (2) as a provider, and (3) as an entrepreneur. While the most essential purpose of the law is to give certainty in the conduct of economic transactions. The government's primary responsibility is to enforce the law. and the main function of law is social progress and better standards of life.

Abstract

The application of marketing strategies within the company is very influential in the performance of the company concerned. The success or failure of the company is largely determined by how developed by the company to be able to compete for consumers in the implementation of an effective marketing strategy. Cafes that will be observed were located in Rengat. The choice of the objects because they have been existed until today, even though the Pandemic rises. Furthermore, The marketing strategy itself is a plan for implementing and controlling activities aimed at influencing exchanges in order to achieve organizational goals. Developing and implementing a marketing strategy, one of the stages is planning a marketing mix consisting of four elements, namely product, price, distribution/place, and promotion. Consumers are one of the most decisive elements. On the marketing variable, the Cafes should reconsider the amount of costs offered for sales, and managers should pay attention to the comfort of the consumers and increase promotion to get stability number of sales during pandemic. it is also necessary to take a stance to make improvements to previous program failures in achieving future targets. Cafes’ managers need to formulate short-term, medium-term and long-term goals so that it needs to strive to build positioning in the community. On the marketing variable, as a result, pandemic is not a reason to sustain the business. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in attracting consumers used by them and to determine whether the marketing strategy used to attract consumer interest. The type of research carried out is field research (field research), is descriptive. The results of this study indicate the influence of Cafés Managers marketing strategy to survive during this pandemic.

Abstract

Competition in banking services such as branchless banking, the use of technological facilities involving third party services, especially to serve the unbanked community, has great potential to expand the distribution of financial services to the public. Models of service marketing (service marketing), relationship marketing (relationship marketing) and digital marketing (digital marketing) need to be studied simultaneously through a banking service marketing management approach to obtain e-Satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to obtain a model of E - Customer Satisfaction at state banks implementing branchless banking as a marketing strategy for banking services, especially branchless banking in Jambi. The research design used an explanatory survey approach. The survey was conducted on customers at a Islamic bank implementing branchless banking in Jambi. The number of respondents was 50 customers who were taken by multistage random sampling. Data analysis was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach and the Smart PLS program.This study aims to see that the Customer e-Satisfaction model at the state bank implementing branchless banking needs to consider various factors as a whole in the marketing of services in bank management at the state bank implementing branchless banking in the context of service marketing by enhancing the bank's image (corporate image). ), creating wider relationships through relationship marketing, increasing digital marketing e- satisfaction by using the internet and using interactive technology that involves the application of digital technology, namely; web, e-mail, database, mobile/wireless and others. This can improve e-service quality Corporate image and e satisfaction for customers consistently and continuously by developing an e-loyalty model. In general, banks and especially branchless banking providers are expected to be able to carry out competitive and innovative strategies to respond to the challenges of the digitalization era, where globalization and the rapid evolution of digital technology are industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Indra Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The address is Jl. R.A. Hakim of the village of Kampung Besar, the city of Rengat District.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the variable level of education and Work Experience on Employee Performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Indra Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling used the Surakhmad formula (Winarno Surakhmad) with 44 samples as respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive method, data analysis is carried out by path analysis (with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Program Version 21.00). The results of the study indicate that the level of education and work experience has an effect on employee performance at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Indra Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Education level affects employee performance at Tirta Indra Rengat Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Indragiri Hulu Regency and Work Experience has no effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Indra Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to find out Interest Rates and Inflation With Exchange Rates As Intervening Variables: Stock Returns. This type of research uses secondary data. The population of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2020. Sampling techniques used purposive sampling. The research population is a company registered with PT. IDX and sample of 8 companies. The data analysis method used is Path Analysis with SPSS. The results explained that inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. Interest rates have a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. Inflation has a positive and significant effect on the exchange rate. Interest rates have a positive and significant effect on the exchange rate. Inflation and return of stocks through exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on the exchange rate. Interest rates and stock returns through exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on the exchange rate. exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential and effectiveness of regional revenue receipts from regional levies in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses a descriptive approach designed to obtain answers to the research objectives. This research data comes from the collection of documents, interviews and data on regional retribution receipts for 2014 – 2020 from the Transportation Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. Data analysis is explained by using Potential Analysis, Contribution, Growth Rate and Potential Matrix, and effectiveness ratio. The results of the study show that the potential for regional levies, on average, has the potential to be developed, but in terms of management and implementation effectiveness, it is still not optimal. Based on quantitative data analysis, parking fees are categorized as potential with positive growth, motor vehicle testing fees have good growth opportunities and have the potential to be developed, while terminal fees and route permit fees are underdeveloped categories. Based on the effectiveness ratio analysis, parking fees are categorized as very effective, motor vehicle testing fees are included in the fairly effective criteria, terminal fees are quite effective, and route permit fees are categorized as quite effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze firm size, capital structure, dividend policy on the company's financial performance. To analyze biodiesel production strengthen the relationship between firm size, capital structure, dividend policy and company financial performance. The population in this study is the use of company data included in the palm oil processing sector companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014 to 2019. The sample in this study was 12 companies that met the sampling characteristics that have been determined. The analytical technique used in this research is PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS.5.0 program. The results of the study show that the size of the company and capital structure on financial performance. Dividend policy has no effect on financial performance. Company size, capital structure have a significant effect on financial performance with Biodiesel Production as a Moderating Variable. The results of financial research on dividend policy have no effect on company performance with biodiesel production as a moderating variable

Abstract

In essence, the financial performance of a cooperative can be measured and viewed through financial statements by analyzing financial statements. The financial report is a financial list that is directly related to the financial position and financial operations, both of which provide information regarding the financial condition of the cooperative. In the measurement of financial position, the elements that are directly related are assets, liabilities and equity. One of the analytical techniques is ratio analysis which can provide clues that describe the condition of KSP KP-RI Koppeda, Indragiri Hulu Regency, especially in the financial sector.This study aims to test and analyze financial performance using financial ratio analysis methods: (1) Liquidity Ratio which is calculated based on Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, (2) Solvency ratio calculated based on Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Total Assets Ratio, (3) Profitability Ratio calculated based on the Net Rate of Return On Investment and Return On Equity. The object used in this study is financial performance in the form of a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement of KSP KP-RI Kopeka, Indragiri Hulu Regency for the period 2016 to 2020. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used was quantitative descriptive analysis technique, which is an analysis that describes by calculating the ratios in the financial statements using certain formulas.The results showed that the financial performance of the Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) KP-RI Kopeka, Indragiri Hulu Regency was in poor condition, both from the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability. This situation is illustrated by the condition of current assets that have not been able to meet current liabilities. And their own capital and total assets have not been able to meet the total debt. And Cooperatives have not been able to generate the remaining operating results from their own capital and total assets used.
