Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of capital adequacy, credit risk, and liquidity on company profitability. The research population is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, namely the method of determining the sample with certain considerations. The sample criteria are the banking sector that is listed continuously on the Indonesian Stock Exchange as many as 38 banking companies listed on the IDX continuously during the 2015 - 2019 period. The results show that capital adequacy and liquidity have a positive effect on profitability and credit risk have a negative effect on profitability. This study illustrates that capital adequacy, liquidity, and credit risks can predict the level of profitability that can be used by investors and stakeholders in taking decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of organization innovation on job satisfaction also the influence effect of organization innovation and job satisfaction on job performance with the influence of employee engagement on job performance at PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia. In this study, we use the employees’ population at PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia. Here, the criteria of employee’s job such as operator, staff, and supervisor level. The sample data of observation was reached 300 employees who were considered to have represented as a population studied by using quantitative data methods (sampling technique). The results show the Organization Innovation had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. This result is implying that the better Organization Innovation carried out by PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia, the better the Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, the Organization Innovation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. This means that the better Organization Innovation, the more increase employee engagement. Also, Employee Engagement also has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, as well as a positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance. This means that the better the Employee Engagement, the higher Job Satisfaction and the higher Employee Job Performance of PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia, the Job Performance will increase.

Abstract

The judicial process will be ends with a final decision (verdict). Here, the imposition or release of criminal sanctions (punishment), in the judgment has been considered over verdict. Before arriving at this stage, there are steps that must be carried out beforehand, namely the stage of proof in imposing a crime against the defendant. In imposing a crime, the judge must have analyse based on two valid evidence with the two pieces of evidence also judge is convinced that the criminal act charged has actually occurred and it was the defendant who committed it. This is regulated in Article 183 KUHAP. Thus, the purpose of this study to examine and analyse the authority of the prosecutor over judges panel in imposing a sentence on the defendant. In this study, the proposed method to examine and analyse the strength of the items or evidence were obtained through the expert witnesses and field witnesses. Here, we analyse empirical juridical legal studies are examines the applicable legal provisions and a society reality condition. In this study, the processing data was used qualitative methods with draws conclusions using legal logic. The result shows the judges' considerations and decisions are sometimes different from the demands of the public prosecutor. In addition, the evidence and considerations used by the panel of judges also differ from the evidence received from expert witnesses, field witnesses, letters and instructions from investigators. However, the judges have a strength evidence to determine authority by obtain relationship.

Abstract

The principles in Good Corporate Governance (GCG) have been applied at PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi as a subsidiary of State-owned enterprises of Indonesia (BUMN). This activity has referred to Article 3 PER-01/ MBU/2011 issued by the State Minister for BUMN concerning the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance. As a BUMN which consists of transparency, accountability, independence, responsibility and fairness. Theoretically, the practice of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in BUMN holding can increase the value (valuation) of the company by increasing the performance and value of the company so that it can benefit state revenues in the form of dividends, taxes, employment, and competitive products and services to consumers. The legal basis for the procurement of goods and services in BUMN is based on the Regulation of the Minister of BUMN No.PER-05 / MBU / 2008 concerning General Guidelines for the Implementation of the Procurement of Goods and Services for State-Owned Enterprises. This specificity is enforced because BUMN is a form of business entity which all or most of its capital is owned by the state through direct participation originating from separated state assets. Thus, the enactment of the Regulation of the Minister of BUMN Number PER-05 / MBU / 2008, the Board of Directors of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi has established Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Services based on the Decree of the Board of Directors Number: 013B / APS / SK / DIR / III / 2018, dated March 26, 2018 regarding Barag Procurement Guidelines / Services PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi. This regulation regulates the mechanism for the procurement of goods and services at PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi. In every process of procuring goods and services at PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi, it must refer to this regulation.

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyse the effect of perceived organizational support on work engagement and employee performance. This research was conducted by taking a saturated sampling of 49 respondents with a questionnaire tool created using google form. The structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis based on partial least square (PLS) is used as the data analysis technique. The results showed that perceived organizational support and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement considerably moderates the influence of perceived organizational support on employee performance. Based on the study's findings, management is expected to maintain the quality of human resources and employee welfare, pay attention to employee complaints, and retain employee pride in their work, so that the optimal contribution will be.

Abstract

Employee performance is determined by several factors, including employee development practices, work engagement, organizational citizenship behaviour, task performance, and job creator. Here, the implementation of several, factors has become important points during improving job performance to achieve Company's goals. However, the implementation factors are interrelated with job performance improvement. In this study, we use a quantitative approach with a survey method to obtain leadership effects on organizational learning and organizational innovation in shaping of organizational performance. Here we were distributed questionnaires to 300 employees of banking companies in Bekasi City, then the data were analysed using the PLS Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The result show in the fact that these factors can really affect the performance of employees in companies in the banking sector, where comparisons will be made. how these factors influence in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The study's aims to assess the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance and determine the influence of motivation on the link between transformational leadership style and employee performance. This is a causal research study that use the cell mean model approach to investigate the average difference between the response variables. The sample technique employed in this experiment was simple random sampling. A total of 120 respondent will be surveyed. The result shows, a transformational leadership style improves employee performance (the first hypothesis does not support) while the group of workers who have a strong transformational leadership style outperforms the group of employees who have a week transformational leadership style, especially for employees with low motivation. Here, the employees with a strong transformational leadership style, who feel strongly motivated have no better performance than employees who feel weak motivation. Thus, an employee who feel strong motivation have greater performance than employees who experience weak motivation, especially for employees with a weak leadership style.

Abstract

Dividend policy is the most important decision for the company due to it is not only an income source for investors but also reflects the company's performance. In making the dividend payment policy, the company estimates the financial ratios that can influence the dividend payment policy. This study aims to determine the effect of cash position, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets on the dividend payout ratio with company size as a moderating variable. The manufacturing industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors in Indonesia, which can be seen from the number of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). From period to period, manufacturing companies are the most common compared to other companies. The manufacturing industry sector is fairly stable and is one of the sectors that play an important role in the Indonesian economy. There are differences in several previous studies that discuss the model and the use of company size as a moderating variable, however, not much similar study has been done. Thus, it becomes the hold of this research. This study used a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used Judgment Sampling with certain considerations. 20 companies are collected from the total number of companies in the manufacturing sector. Furthermore, the data analysis technique in this study used STATA. The results of this study indicated that cash position and return on assets have a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio, while the debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on the dividend payout ratio. The size of the company is able to strengthen the effect of cash position and return on assets on the dividend payout ratio, however, the size of the company is not able to moderate the debt to equity ratio on the dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

The tight competitiveness of business requires the clinic to compete in promoting its various types of services. Hence, social media platforms on a smartphone can be utilized as one of the marketing strategies for companies and users to create content. Word of mouth (WOM) is the right way to promote clinics to be more widely known by the public. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Cipondoh Healthy Pregnancy Clinic in developing customers positive attitudes to win the market. The research method is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study type. The research sample involves 200 people by using the purposive sampling technique. The research data analysis method is the Structure Equation Model (SEM) with Lisrel software. The results of the research show that Firm Created Content, User Generated Content, Word Of Mouth have a positive effect on brand image and brand attitude. The management implication is to build a strong brand community and relationship marketing.

Abstract

A green product is intended to have as little environmental impact as possible, both during its whole life cycle, and after it is no longer in use. Typically, a green product has two primary goals, including waste reduction and resource efficiency maximization. This study aimed to analyse the religiosity of customer purchasing intentions and the theory of knowledge in behaviour planned on a green product. For this study, 150 SMEs of green products SMES in Kudus, Central Java, were taken as sampled. Path analysis using SEM was used in this study. The findings are intended to be able to assess the purchase intention of green products, therefore making a beneficial contribution to spreading awareness of the use of environmentally friendly green products.
