Abstract

Corruption has become a serious problem in Indonesia since it spread to entire fields and sectors of community widely, systematically, and well organized. Therefore, it causes community has apathetic attitude to all corruption types, either conventional corruption (damaging nation finance) or non-conventional corruption (slowly in serving, escape from captivity, selfish, etc.), result in the public service done is not maximum. This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach through observation, interview, and documentation in collecting data. Data analysis used was interactive data analysis model developed by Miles and Hubeman (1992) covers data reduction process, data presentation, and conclusion. The conclusions of this research done are: 1)the community is extremely apathetic since the reality in removing corruption happened in bad way; 2) the effort in removing corruption in Malang city still becomes an issue of group and class (LSM and several people), it has not become the enemy of Malang city’s community yet; 3)the service has been good enough (the standard of service is available for each institution), however it has not been maximum yet in its execution; 4) to get a good public service, there should be a change of the way of thinking of people having capacity in bureaucracy.

Abstract

Comprehensive understanding of the issue of fuel oil (BBM) and pay attention to the characteristics of oil and gas are vital and strategic, limited capital, and open global trading system (free competition) could affect the domestic economy and the Natuna Islands region as a frontier area. This will open up new horizons and the mindset of the problems occurred. In this paper, the authors attempt to provide an objective picture of the increase in mining exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in Natuna Islands as oil and gas producer, has the largest natural gas reserves in the Asia Pacific region and even the world's largest and exploration of alternative energy as a strategic goal of security the long-term energy strengthen strategic reserves of oil and gas, and to avoid an energy crisis. Oil contents in the Natuna Sea made foreign investors who invest in the Natuna have impact on the regional economy in Natuna. With the utilization of oil and gas exploration can be sensed benefits (direct benefit) by the the communities around the activities of depletion oil and gas resource and improve the life of the Natuna Islands.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed someone who emerged after comparing the performance (results) are considered products of the expected performance. Customer satisfaction is influenced by perceptions of a variety of good quality services and products. One of the factors that determine customer satisfaction is the customer perception of service quality which focuses on five dimensions of quality of service that is physical evidence (tangible), reliability, responsiveness, insurance, and empathy. One organization that is engaged in public service to the PT. PLN (Persero) in Probolinggo. Types of services provided to the public one of them is Payment Point Online Bank (PPOB) is counter receipt (payment points) payment of electricity bills of PLN customers who directly online with the bank. Banks appointed for the provision of electric service bill payment one of them BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia).

Abstract

BAPPEDA as a institution which is responsible in course of planning of development area have to synergy and coordinated all element, society element and existing potency in one directional movement, systematic and inwrought. As according to problems focus which have been formulated, hence target of research which will reach is to: 1. identitying strength factor and internal weakness and also threat and opportunity of external influencing performance of BAPPEDA, 2. identifying and formulating strategic issues to face and which must be done by BAPPEDA in order to execution of duty planning of development of area reached by performance in an optimal fashion. This research use secondary data obtaided from on duty or related institution like documents and archives related to target and problems of research. To fulfill the target of research hence used SWOT analysis. This analysis used to analyse qualitative about strength, weakness, threat and opportunity to company. This based of analysis of SAP and ETOP. Then tes litmus to strategic issues,hence obtained four strategy able to be applied to make up of performance of BAPPEDA pasuruan that is as follows: a. exploit SDM which good to improving professionalism as planner b. develop information system development of district and c. upgrade and quality of product planning of development of area and d. improve, repair planning process and observation of planning of development of area.

Abstract

Through this theory will know by easy cause factor and is difficult to strive enableness woman with aim to support prosperity of society, impact perceived to be limited knowledge aspect to program, activity followed, participation story level and benefit of program. Enableness of woman in so many this life sector is generally determined and influenced by difference background and equation of explained women through functional structural theory, power theory and status, communication theory of non verbal, theory of rape-prone and of rape free, and division of labor theory. . Elaborated also all activity which have been executed and attainment storey, level during execution of program enableness of woman. Target of research:1. to know and study the activities executed at program enableness of woman 2. to know and study impact execution of program enableness of woman to society. Result of research showed various activities have related to program enableness of woman among others is given to understand of passing training is important, group aid learn technology of fund. Affect from program enableness of big enough woman of this matter earn seen from is ever greater society capacities and ability in developing himself. Beside that awareness of society also gain strength for the importance of role of woman.

Abstract

Exploitation of child labor still occurs in Indonesia. Poverty and weak legal protection of children is one contributing factor. Therefore this paper aims to examine the factors that cause the emergence of child labor, child rights and legal protection for child workers, and prevention of child labor in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the occurrence of child labor is influenced by various social factors such as poverty and economic. Protection of child labor has been arranged in the formulation of laws and International Conventions ratified by Indonesia. Various efforts have been made to overcome the problem of child labor, but the government's effort is not maximized as expected.

Abstract

Excellent service of health sector in Indonesia is very different from the developed countries, especially Singapore and Malaysia. The two countries are more focused on measuring health status over time. Singapore's health in particular is not a static concept and in practice, people in developed countries pay more attention to health changes over time and life expectancy, so the approach to Quality Adjusted Life Year (QALY) to be the focus of the quality of health outcomes. This study aims to describe the factors that encourage patients Indonesia went to Singapore, Singapore's health-care reform at home and take a lesson from hospitals that provide excellent service to the two countries to Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to clarify the effect of human resource audit of the effectiveness of the organization at PT. Surveyor Indonesia Surabaya Area and to describe the most dominant factor of the independent variables of human resource audit consisting of variable audit function of human resources, audit of managerial compliance and audit of employee satisfaction in influencing organizational effectiveness at PT. Surveyor Indonesia Surabaya Area. It is expected that the company audits consistently human resource periodically in order to keep productivity of employees improved from time to time.

Abstract

The complexcity of society’s problem in Malang city about social welfare give impact to the formation of Public Implementation (Kesra Division). When the government’s rules (PP) No.8 / 2003 occured. Kesra division is still called Social Division (Bagian Sosial). But after PP No.8 / 2003 was changed to PP no.41 / 2007 the nomenclature’s social division was changed becoming Kesra Division. The purpose of this study was to know and analize the implementation Kesra Division as Organization Supporting Staff Executor of Social Welfare, observed from : mechanism of work system, human resources support calculation ‘s mechanism, communication system and coordination carried out of work. Beside that, these study also try to identified the problem that’s faced by Kesra Division. Base on the research that is conducted is obtained the result that is 1) statment of tupoksi that it’s used Malang Mayor are multi interpretation. So, it’s not changed will arouse overlapping with other SKPD whereas in fact of works’ machanism showed of Kesra Division as Supporting Staff organization of that is organized of social welfare that stay on the level of “PREVENTIVE” and “REHABILITATION/SOCIAL AID”.
