The research was motivated by the success of participant in training program at learning and training religious center Padang, this is may cause by credibility of widyaiswara in learning communication. The aim of this study is to see the credibility widyaiswara in learning communication seen from the aspect of ethos, pathos, and logos. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population sample of this research is the participant of training at at learning and training religious center Padang amount of 30 participants. The technique of this research is cluster random sampling, the sample that is taken about 15 participants. The data collection technique is by questionnaire. While the data collection tool is questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique by percentage formula. The research found that (1) the credibility of widyaiswara in learning communication seen ethos aspect is very credible, (2) the credibility of widyaiswara in learning communication seen pathos aspect is very credible, (3) the credibility of widyaiswara in learning communication seen logos aspect is very credible.Keywords: Widyaiswara, Credible, Communication Learning

The background of this research is an entrepreneur's success in learning to make legumes. This study aims to describe the learning resources, describe the method of learning, describe a means of learning, learning material depicting, describing the learning environment, and describes the evaluation of adult learning. This study used a qualitative approach in the form of case studies. Data collection techniques in this study is the snowball sampling technique. The collection of data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of qualitative data. The process is done with the data reduction, the data display, and conclusion drawing / verification.

This research is motivated by the high interest of students in scouting extracurricular activities at SMP 10 Padang. It is suspected that one of the factors is caused by the good implementation of scout extracurricular activities conducted by the coach. This study aims to provide information on: 1) learning planning, 2) implementation of learning, 3) evaluation of learning for scouting extracurricular programs at level 10 at SMPN Padang. This research uses quantitative approach, type of descriptive research. The study population consisted of 60 students taking part in the Boy Scout extracurricular activities. Samples taken in this study were 50%. The number of samples is 30 people. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, with data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. From the results of the study it was found that (1) Scout extracurricular program learning planning is very good, (2) Scout extracurricular program learning is very good, (3) evaluation of scout extracurricular learning programs is very good. The conclusion of this research is that learning scout extracurricular programs in SMP Negeri 10 Padang is very good. Suggestions to the organizers of the Boy Scout extracurricular program can maintain and improve the implementation of the program to be even better.Keywords: Implementation of Learning, Scout Extracurricular Activities

This research is motivated by the uniqueness of an institution that caters to the learning needs of adults through learning programs to read Al-Quran. The goal is to describe adult learning activities related to (1) learning reasons, (2) learning objectives, (3) participants 'efforts in understanding lessons, (4) institutional efforts in meeting participants learning needs, (5) learning atmosphere, (6) ) and learning methods. This research uses qualitative research method of case study type. Selection of data sources using snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. From the research findings it is illustrated that; (1) the reason that the participants of the adults arise because of their interest and self-awareness, (2) generally each participant returns to improve the reading ability of the Quran, (3) the participants effort in understanding the lesson is to pay attention to, record and ask, organizers try to meet the learning needs of participants by providing facilities, facilities, and provide good service for participants, (5) the learning atmosphere of adult participants are different from children participants, (6) learning method used is talqin, lecture method, question and answer methods, training methods, and assignment methods.

This research was motivated by the low level of learning interest of inmates in participating in skill activities at the Andam Dewi Solok Women's Social Workers' Organization (PSKW). This study aims to: 1) to describe learning motivation in sewing skills for inmates in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok, 2) to describe the learning interest in sewing skills for inmates in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok, 3) to see the relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning inmates following sewing skills in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok. This research includes correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were 40 people. The stratified random sampling technique was taken as many as 75% of the inmates. The number of samples in this study were 30 inmates. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use percentages and product moments. From the results of the study, it can be seen that (1) the learning motivation of inmates in sewing skills activities is categorized as low, (2) learning interest of inmates in participating in sewing skills is categorized as low, and (3) there significant relationship between learning motivation and learning interest of inmates in participating in sewing skills activities. Abstrak Artikel ini ditulis untuk 1) Mengambarkan peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa anak dalam mengikuti 3 perintah sekaligus melalui permainan kartu pesan berantai, 2) Mengambarkan peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa anak dalam membedakan suatu benda melalui permainan kartu pesan berantai, 3) Mengambarkan peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa anak dalam menjawab pertanyaan “kapan” melalui permainan kartu pesan berantai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PAUD Melati Padang Barat yang berjumlah 19 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa 1) permainan kartu pesan berantai dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak dalam mengikuti tiga perintah sekligus, 2) permainan kartu pesan berantai dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak dalam menyebutkan perbedaan suatu benda, 3) permainan kartu pesan berantai dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak dalam menjawab pertanyaan “kapan”. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak pada aspek mengikuti 3 perintah sekaligus, menyebutkan perbedaan suatu benda, menjawab pertanyaan “kapan” diharapkan kepada guru lebih kreatif untuk dapat menggunakan berbagai media untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak.

The research is background by the declining presence of people learning keaksaraan fungsional (KF) KF in participating in learning activities in Tanah Datar SKB 2 is characterized KF activity and lack of seriousness in following learning activities participants KF. This study aims to look at the barriers people learning to follow the activities of studyed KF in terms of health, time, location and facilities. This research is descriptive quantitative . The population in this study were all residents of functional literacy learning as many as 40 people, as well as sample the data analysis techniques using a percentage formula . The results showed that : (1) the learners have problems in terms of health. (2) the learners have problems in terms of time. (3) the learners have problems in terms of location. (4) the learners have problems in terms of facilities.

The development of a child’s social in Nagari Koto Lamo Kapur IX District of Lima Puluh Kota Regency is still low. This is assumed because the socialization in the family carried out by the parents is still less effective. This purpose research to see describe the socialization in the family and the development of a child’s social. This research is that by using area random sampling technique. The data collection tool that is used is a questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculations and using the Product Moment formula to see the relationship of both. The results based on t findings and discussion can be concluded that: (1) socialization in the family has not been done properly. (2) The social development of children is still low. (3) There is a significant relationship between socialization in the family and the social development of children. a suggestion that can be submitted is the parents need to improve the socialization in the family.Keywords: Socialization, Family, Social Development, Early Childhood

This research is motivated by the achievements reached on the scout activities by the students of SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang. Perhaps, one of the factors is caused by social interaction done by the students. This study is aimed to describe the students social interaction viewed from Students’ cooperation in Boy Scouts, Students’ competition in Boy Scouts, and Students’ accommodation in Boy Scout at Scout Extracurricular Activities at SMA Negeri 2 Padang panjang. This research is quantitative descriptive design. The population of this study is the students who follow the scout numbered 40 students. Sample is 50%, that is about 20 students. This study uses stratified random sampling. Technique data collection of this research is questionnaires, with a sheet of questionnaire data collection (questionnaire). Technique of data anlysis is the formula percentage. The result of this research found that (1) students’ cooperation in Boy Scouts in SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang is categorized is good, (2) students’ competition in Boy Scouts at SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang is categorized is good, and (3) students’ accommodation in scout is categorized is good.Keywords: Social Interaction, Scout Extracurricular

Background of this research is character of teens in Usak Alahan Panjang Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok stil low. This is suspected because parents attention is stil low. The type of this reseach is to description 1) the attention of parents to adolescents, (2) the character of teenagers, and (3) to see whether there is a relationship between parents' attention and youth character in Jorong Usak. Population in this research is 40 people. The technique use for taken sampling is Stratified random sampling as much as 80% of adolescents. Samples in this research was 32 parents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, while data collection tools used questionnaires. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. The result of the research is the attention given by the parents to the children in Jorong Usak Alahan Panjang Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Solok Regency in the low category, adolescent character in the category is very low, and there is a significant correlation between the attention of the parents to the youth character in Jorong Usak Alahan Panjang Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Solok District. Suggestions in this study is to parents to need to improve understanding, knowledge, and improve about the attention to adolescents, so that adolescents can show good behavior.Keywords: Parent Attention, Character
