Abstract

In the era of globalization, it will demand every company to produce good quality products and also quickly in the completion of the product. Xyz Company is a company engaged in manufacturing. The company produce PCI Girder, Spunpile, U-ditch, and Barrier. But production activities there is a mismatch between the plans and the realization that has been made by the company, especially on spunpile products. The purpose of this study is to find out occurrence that affect human resource management planning and to find out how to manage these occurrence. For the method used, the authors used the method of interviewing, observing and distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, frequency index, severity index and importance index. The results of this study are that Xyz company has 4 variables that are most influential in human resource management planning.

Abstract

The development of technology in construction has resulted in ready-made Mortar products is one product that is increasingly needed in the construction industry for several reasons such as material source, project location, quality accuracy, material efficiency, management and price factors. The larger the scale of the city and the more difficult to get quality materials at low prices and increasingly complex handling, it is enough to make an excuse in developing a more practical product with better quality assurance. The aim is to lead to ease in the process of work in the field while continuing to prioritize quality, but its utilization is still not maximized. This study tries to determine the neat instant mortar comparison with conventional mortar against the cost, quality, and time of the red brick and plastering wall pairs. The results showed that the compressive strength in 28 days the compressive strength of Mortar RM-115 with a compressive strength of 215.88 kg / cm2 which is larger and more measurable than Conventional Mortar with a value of 151.76 kg / cm2 whose implementation is sometimes incorrect. The time needed to complete the red brick wall pair work using Mortar RM-115 material is 14 days, while the time needed on the work of the red brick wall pair Conventional Mortar material is 15 days. So that the work of the red brick wall pair using the Mortar RM-115 material is more efficient 1 day and cleaner storage compared to using conventional Mortar material. The price of installing red brick walls with Mortar RM-115 materials in Bintaro Sector 7 housing is Rp. 36,858,425.99. While the price of installing red brick walls and plastering using conventional Mortar materials in Bintaro Sector 7 housing is Rp. 47,188,780.22. Work Installation of red brick walls and plaster using Mortar materials RM-115 is more expensive with a difference of Rp. 10,330,354.23.

Abstract

Work on the project floor Pondok Indah Mall 3 using plates bondek on basementnya area. Here I want to compare the effectiveness of the cost and time, why the owner and the contractor chose to use a plate bondek the basement area. This study aims to determine the differences of the two methods in terms of cost and time of work on the basement floor plates only at Pondok Indah Mall 3 project. Techniques of data collection using interviews and direct observations and combined with literature studies. Processing data using analytical methods of unit price (AHSP). The results of this research review time and cost. Observed work item is a work in basement slab. From this research work price obtained slab bondek system more expensive Rp 1,179,138,501 compared with the conventional method, in which the total price of the floor slab work bondek system is Rp 61,546,996,028, while the conventional method seberar Rp 60,367,857,526 As for the floor turnaround times bondek system requires 378 days, while the floor of conventional systems require 504 days.

Abstract

Every student likes a game that can keep him entertained by the many lessons at school. When they find it difficult to understand mathematical concepts in class, they tend not to show innovation in thinking when completing practice questions. Students mostly access video games via smartphones to forget learning difficulties. Furthermore, designed digital audio media related to sports and that obtained by students, namely commercial sports video games. From the results of the study, it turns out students who play commercial sports video games show innovative thinking skills, more comfortable to learn concepts, and enjoy mathematics. They can interpret according to what is in the scheme and written using a mathematical model.

Abstract

Steel is a material that is widely used in industrial development and buildings with functions as the main building frame. This plan aims to plan a building structure with 7 floors plus a ground floor that will function as an office building with analysis using a Structure Analysis Program (SAP 2000 v.19) combined with steel regulations on SNI 1729: 2015. Based on the results of SAP analysis 2000 v.19 produces a column structure using WF Steel 400x400x30x50 with the beam 1 using the profile of Steel WF 350x300x14x23 and for the beam 2 using the profile of Steel WF 200x200x9x14. For anchor and baseplate using anchor M-25 with a length of 400 mm, with baseplate thickness of 25 mm and for bolts using M-25 bolts with a total of 16 bolts.

Abstract

Indonesia has a high earthquake risk, therefore several buildings in Indonesia are designed with seismic retention systems where the column structure is designed to be stronger than the beam. The calculation of apartment building structure in this final design is based on SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 2847:2013. The method used in this calculation is the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS) because the building area is included in the category of E seismic design which is a type of soft soil. The Special Moment Resisting Frame System is designed so that the building has more strength to withstand earthquakes, especially the column structure. This building is classified as a high-level building, therefore the analysis of seismic load is carried out by Spectrum Response Dynamic, using the SRSS (Square Root of the Sum Squares) method because the building structure has far-flung natural vibration times. In high-rise buildings, it is necessary to control the displacement between floors to reduce the large sway on each floor. The displacement between floors resulting from elastic analysis is less than the maximum allowable intersection between floors. so that the building structure is still safe against swaying.

Abstract

A project implementation schedule can be said to be successful if the implementation process can be completed in accordance with the planned time. Planning a good project implementation schedule must be supported by good project control. Because what happens in the field is not necessarily in accordance with what has been planned. By analyzing the cost and end time of project completion, it can provide detailed project performance schedule information. In this study, the analysis of the project implementation schedule is done manually, which is to make the S curve and use the Microsoft Project 2019 program. The method used is to enter the data related to the analysis into the program, then this Microsoft project will calculate automatically according to the formulas. calculation formula that has been made, so that the calculation of the project implementation schedule analysis will be faster and more accurate. The results of the cost analysis following the price of the Trenggalek district work unit for the renovation of the City Square is IDR. 6,078,136,530. Estimated schedule in planning the S schedule time curve with Microsoft Project 2019, there is a time difference of scheduling 39 calendar days or a difference of 1 month more that can save time and costs of implementing work. At the planning stage of scheduling with an S curve of 20 weeks or 140 days, using Microsoft Project 2019, the results obtained 101 days of project completion time. In the area of ornamental plants experiencing critical trajectory, due to the end of the work that is expected to be completed and handover, so it must add workers to be on target

Abstract

Graha Wisata Sidoarjo Housing has a land area of 470,000 m2 located in Lebo Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The housing is passed by the Anak Afvoer Sidokare channel. With the change in land function, it is necessary to analyze the capacity of the Anak Afvoer Sidokare watershed. The rainfall data used is the annual maximum rainfall from the rain station Durungbedug, Ketintang, Sidoarjo, Sumput .. The method of rainfall analysis uses the Log Pearson type III method. Planned flood discharge in the Anak Afvoer Sidokare watershed at 25 years using the Nakayasu method is 450.55 m3 / sec while the existing Afvoer capacity with dimensions of 10 m x 4.172 m is 537.39 m3 / sec, the cross section of the Son Afvoer Sidokare channel is not overflow.
