Abstract

Family folder is a kind of record-keeping, based on existing areas health facility is located. Storage shelves medical records will be grouped by the name of the existing area. In the medical record storage shelves in primary health Guntung Payung still visible several medical record folders placed in storage shelves that are not in the region should be so the purpose of this research was to know the implementation of the family folder for outpatient medical records in the primary health center Guntung Payung in 2016. The research method using descriptive survey. The unit of analysis of this research that medical records outpatient primary health center Guntung Payung with family folder. Based on the research results, primary health enter Guntung Payung using medical records for data recording and using family folder shaped the form used is BPJS participant statements sheets, the registration sheets and status of the patient sheets. The use of outpatient form primary health centers Guntung Payung not in accordance with Decree No. 269 / Menkes / Per/III / 2008 article 3 poin (1). The numbering system of medical records in the primary health center Guntung Payung is using a numbering system unit. Medical record number assigned use a manual system that is use the registry book. The numbering system of medical records in the primary health center Guntung Payung consists of 8 digits medical record number. Numbering of medical records in the primary health center Guntung Payung is not in accordance with the Budi (2011) that has not been used 6 digits medical record number and the using area code is not in accordance with IFHIMA (2012). Medical records storage system in primary health center Guntung Payung where there are 5 areas primary health center Guntung Payung so that each region has a code of each storage shelves. The storage system in primary health center Guntung Payung complies with Budi (2011) that is using the storage system where storage area medical records will be grouped based on the name of the region but the alignment system of medical records at the storage shelves by using straight numbers in the category of index numbers of medical records).

Abstract

The infant morbidity rate has become the first indicator to determine the status of children's health, because it is a reflection of the current state of children's health. Statistically, the morbidity and mortality in developing nenonatus is high. The root cause is associated with low birth weight. LBW rate worldwide has reached 14%. Some of the factors that influence the risk of low birth weight include nutritional status, maternal age ( 35 years), parity, spacing pregnancies and chronic diseases too tight. This study was analytical with an unparalleled design case-control study. This study population all the mothers who have children/toddlers in Puskesmas Pelaihari 2015. Samples were taken from purposive sampling with 54 LBW and 54 normal children using secondary data. In general, women with a weight gain of 39 people are at risk of low birth weight (36,1%), pregnant women are at risk of low birth weight amounted to 45 (41,7 %) and anemia pregnant numbered 36 people at risk of low birth weight (33,3%). There is a correlation between the increase of pregnant women weight with LBW (p = 0,000, α = 0,05 and OR = 6,250), there is correlation between the circumference of the upper arm (LLA) pregnant women with LBW (p = 0,000 α = 0,05 and the value of OR = 6,645) and there is correlation between the levels of hemoglobin (Hb) of pregnant women with LBW (p = 0,000, α = 0,05 and OR = 6,192).

Abstract

Nutritional problems are the exist problems in every country, particularly Indonesia unfinished controlled is malnutrition and anemia. The high prevalence of short adolescents with percentages as much as 31,2% and the prevalence of adolescents with the percentage of 8,9%. While adolescent pravelensi anemia for girls is 23,9% and that 23,9% of young men. Tempe flour has a sweet flavor. However, the protein content remains high. Moringa leaf flour is flour which contains more iron than spinach and is suitable for the replacement of wheat flour. This study aims to determine the percentage of wheat flour, soybean meal and flour of Moringa leaves on the quality (protein and iron) and wet noodle acceptance (color, aroma, texture and taste). This study is an experiment with a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replicates. Test methods for the protein content is Kjedahl. Test Method Iron is titration. Data analysis is the one-way ANOVA. Results showed no effect of flour, soy flour and Moringa leaves the protein content of wet noodles (p = 0.088), while the levels of iron there is no influence of the percentage of flour, soy flour and moringa leaves wet noodles 9 (p = 0,134). There is an influence on the color test (p = 0.000), aroma (p = 0,000), and texture (p = 0,009).

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the pulmonary infectious diseases become a global threat, given the number of occurrences of cases, especially in Indonesia as one of the countries included in the 22 countries with major problems of tuberculosis disease (high-burden countries). Besides being the source of transmitting, one of the factors that can also affect the occurrence of pulmonary TB disease is the house physical environment (such as ventilation, natural lighting, flooring, and density of residential house) that does not qualify as a healthy home. Including the type of observational research with cross sectional study design. The target population is the population in West Java and the household members aged 15 years and above who became suspected pulmonary TB patients were successfully recorded/interviewed in Riskesdas 2013. There are some physical house environment variables significantly associated with the incidence of pulmonary TB in West Java that is the kitchen ventilation variable with an Odds Ratio (OR) of 1160, family room ventilation variable with OR 1.122, badroom natural lighting variable with OR 1148, and kitchen natural lighting variable with OR 1124. By knowing the variables that have a significant relationship to the occurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis so that people can pay more attention the efforts to improve the house physical environment into a better house.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic abnormalities in glucose homeostasis. One of the ingredients of foods associated with diabetes mellitus namely tomato. Tomatoes contain low carbohydrates, sufficient fibers and vitamin C. However, the potential difference in the content of carbohydrates, fiber and vitamin C may occur in the processing of tomato juice with and without skin treated with different processing tool. The purpose of this study was to analyze the content of carbohydrates, fibers and vitamin C as well as the acceptability (colour, smell, texture and taste) on tomato juice with skin and without the skin treated with different processing tool. Data analysis methods are used, namely Two Way Anova and Friedman test. The result showed there is differences in the carbohydrate content and acceptability (color, smell, taste) of tomato juice with and without the skin treated with different processing tools, and there is no differences in the fibers, vitamin C content and acceptability (texture) of tomato juice with and without the skin treated with different processing tool.

Abstract

Breasts are one of the important organs of women are closely related to the reproductive function and femininity (beauty). Breast disorders not only provide pain disorders as well as diseases in general, but will also have the effect of aesthetic and psychological quirks. Cases of breast cancer in developing countries has reached more than 580,000 cases annually and approximately 372,000 patients, or 46% of the number of such cases died of the disease. Data WHO (World Health Organization) show that 78% of breast cancer for women aged 50 years and older. Breast self-examination is often called the BSE is an effective way to detect as early as possible a lump in the breast. This study aims to mengetahuai Relations Knowledge and Behavior Disease History Family With Breast Self Examination (BSE) On Student In Midwifery Academy BANUA Bina Husada Banjarbaru South Kalimantan year 2016. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional study. Who is the subject of research that student who studied at the Academy of obstetrics Banua Bina Husada 2014. The population of amounting to 344 female students and 179 female students sample quantities with simple random sampling technique. The data were processed and analyzed by Spearman Rank test to test the hypothesis. Conduct research results of BSE at 196 Academy student obstetrics BANUA Bina Husada are 139 (70.9%) of respondents who do not perform breast self-examination and 57 (13.9%) of respondents who perform breast self-examination. There is a relationship between the variables of knowledge and family history with breast self-examination behavior in AKBID Banua Bina Husada Banjarbaru South Kalimantan.

Abstract

The Drug abuse (narcotics, psychotropic, and addictive substances) from year to year has been increasing. Drug abuse is a threat and complex problem that can destroy the younger generation. This research is expected to describe the effectiveness of socialization health on the prevention of drug abuse on the knowledge of students. The research was conducted in 2016 on 42 students in SMK DD of Tanah Laut District. This research using methods preeksperimental, using the one group pretest-posttest design. The results of the analysis with the paired sample t-test showed that there were significant differences between the knowledge before and after of the socialization. This research is expected to increase the knowledge students of the drug so as to avoid drug abuse.

Abstract

According to the Adolescent Reproductive Health Survey Indonesia (SKKI, 2007), the teenagers were men and unmarried women with an age limit covering 15-24 years. In the period of rapid change in the physical, mental and social. Menstruation or we are familiar with menstruation is the incidence of naturally occurring in normal women. This occurs because the release layer endumetrium uterus. Dysmenorrhea is one complaint most common gynecological in women and experience the sensation of discomfort during menstruation, discomfort in the lower abdomen, back down even to the thighs. Study aims the team to analyze the relationship between stress and portfolio families with incidence of dysmenorrheal in Midwifery Academy student at Bina Banua Husada Banjarbaru 2016. Type of research is an analytic cross sectional study. The research object is the third semester student, the population of 79 respondents with a total sampling technique. The research instruments were questionnaires to collect data stress level and family history of dysmenorrhea student about the incident. The data is then processed and analyzed with chi square test, for a family history showed 0,029 a means that there is a relationship between the variables of family status with the incidence of dysmenorrheal and stress variables with the results of 0,012 a means that there is a relationship of stress with the incidence of dysmenorrheal in mahasiswi Midwifery Academy Bina Banua Husada Banjarbaru 2016.
