Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (2) the influence of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (3) the influence of leader member exchange on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational (4) the influence of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational. The populations in this research are the employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Padang which consist of 128 employees. The samples were selected using Clustered Proportional Sampling which the total of the samples are 97 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data was analyzed using multiple reggression analysis. The result of this research shows (1) leader member exchange has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (2) perceived organizational support has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci Supervisor (3) leader member exchange has a positive relationship on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational (4) perceived organizational support has a positive relationship on  Organizational Citizenship Behavior Foci organizational.Keywords: Organizational citizenship behavior foci supervisor (OCBS); perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi foci organisasional (OCBO), pertukaran anggota pemimpin; dukungan organisasi persepsi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction (2) the influence of perceived organizational support on employee engagement (3) the influence of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The population in this research are the employees of Department of PT. West Sumatera Regional Development Bank of Padang consist of 115 employees. The samples were selected using Clustered Proportional Random Sampling which the total of the samples are 89 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis with mediating variable. The result of this research shows (1) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant relationship on job satisfaction (2) perceived organizational support has a positive and significant relationship on employee engagement (3) employee engagement become a mediator on the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction.Keywords: Perceived organizational support; job satisfaction; employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the influence of the resources used, creativity and courage to face risks towards the innovative adoption of Minang Kabau craftsmanship of handicraft sub-craftsmanship. In this study all 467 people from West Sumatra typical craftsmen were sampled. . The analysis model used in this study is simple regression which is processed using the STATA program assistance. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted it was found that the resources possessed, business creativity, and courage to face risks influence the adoption of innovations of Minang Kabau's unique sub-embroidery business actors.Keywords: Adopsi inovasi; sumber daya; kreatifitas; keberanian menghadapi risiko

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether information technology affects firm performance. This type of research is causal-comparative. The population in this study are all companies listed in Indonesian securities. Where the sample is selected by using matched sample comparison group method, obtained 22 companies winning IT award and 22 control firm. Data collection method is documentation method. The analytical method used is non-parametric variation Mann-Whitney Test. The results of this study found that information technology does not affect the firm performance.Keywords: Kinerja Perusahaan; Investasi Teknologi; Informasi; TI; efisiensi.

Abstract

Personal financial management behavior is one of the interesting topics in financial management because in practice there are links with other science such as psychology and sociology. This research aimed to analyze the influence of (1) financial knowledge (2) internal locus of control and (3) parental income on personal financial management behavior. The population in this research are undergraduate students in the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang consists of 1,658 students. The samples were selected by using a clustered random sampling to get as much of the total samples of 100 students. The data of this research are primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) The results of this research show: (1) financial knowledge has a negative and no significant effect on personal financial management behavior of undergraduate students in the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang (2) internal locus of control has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management behavior of undergraduate students in the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang (3) parental income has a positive and no significant effect on personal financial management behavior of undergraduate students in the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang.Keywords: Behavior finance; financial knowledge; internal locus of control; parental income
