Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen evaluasi sikap tanggung jawab siswa sekolah dasar yang baku dan mengetahui hasil pengukuran sikap tanggung jawab siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Lokasi penelitian berada di Gugus Taruna Krida Kecamatan Sawangan yang terdiri dari SD Negeri Gantang 1, SD Negeri Gantang 2, SD Negeri Jati 1, SD Negeri Jati 2, SD Negeri Jati 3, SD Negeri Butuh 1 dan SD Negeri Butuh 2. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 89 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment, analisis hasil angket dengan menghitung korelasi skor butir dengan skor total, pengujian validitas konkuren, analisis faktor, dan statistik deskriptif menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki sikap tanggung jawab kategori tinggi ada 16 siswa, kategori sedang 62 siswa, dan kategori rendah sebanyak 11 siswa. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap tanggung jawab siswa kelas V sekolah dasar Gugus Taruna Krida pada kategori sedang yaitu sebanyak 62 siswa dengan presentase 70%. Development of evaluation instrument for the responsibility of elementary school students  Abstract: This study aims to produce instrument evaluating the attitude of basic elementary school student responsibilities and know the result of measuring the attitude of student responsibility. This type of research is research development. The location of this research in Gugus Taruna Krida consisting of SD Negeri Gantang 1, SD Negeri Gantang 2, SD Negeri Jati 1, SD Negeri Jati 2, SD Negeri Jati 3, SD Negeri Butuh 1 and SD Negeri Butuh 2. The subjects of this study were 89 grade V students. Data collection techniques with interview and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques to test the validity of using product moment correlation, analysis of questionnaire results by counting correlation of item scores with total scores, concurrent validity testing, factor analysis, and descriptive statistics with SPSS 16.0. The results of the study showed that students who had a high responsibility were 16 students, 62 students of medium category, and 11 students of  low category. So it can be concluded that the attitude of responsibility of sudents in grade 5 elementary school of Gugus Taruna Krida in the medium are 62 students with a percentage of 70%.

Abstract

Blended learning merupakan kombinasi pembelajaran secara tradisional (pembelajaran di dalam kelas) dan pembelajaran yang berbasis elektronik yang menggunakan perangkat teknologi pembelajaran. Metode ini sangat efisien dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai, terutama bagi organisasi yang memiliki pegawai yang banyak dan tersebar diberbagai tempat. Implementasi blended Learning pada fase permulaan seringkali hasilnya belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan pemahaman peserta  Latsar CPNS GolongN II Periode V Tahun Anggaran 2019 di BDK Yogyakarta terhadap materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan sampel seluruh peserta Latsar. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode survey dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum metode blended learning telah dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta  Latsar secara baik, namun demikian bila dianalisis sesuai dengan tahapannya, nampak bahwa tahapan pembelajaran online belum dapat memberikan kontribusi yang sangat signifikan, di mana masih ada 27% peserta yang memiliki tingkat pemahaman di bawah level ‘Baik’. Di sisi lain metode pembelajaran face-to-face telah dapat mengatasi kekurangan metode pembelajaran online, sehingga setelah selesai mengikuti metode ini rata-rata pemahaman peserta terhadap materi ANEKA sudah pada level ‘Sangat Baik’dengan skor 8,51.  Sebagai tambahan,   masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kendala-kendala sehingga tidak bisa mencapai hasil maksimum. Abstract: Blended learning is a combination of traditional learning and electronic-based learning that uses learning technology tool. This method is very efficient and effective for improving employee competence, especially for organizations that have a large number of employees and are scattered in various places. This study aims to analyze the level of understanding of Latsar CPNS Golongan II participants in Period V of the 2019 Budget Year at BDK Yogyakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods using a sample of all Latsar participants. Data collected by survey and interview methods. The results show that in general, the blended learning method is able to improve Latsar participants' understanding very well. However, when it is analyzed in accordance with the stages, it appears that the stage of online learning has not been able to make a very significant contribution. There are 27% of participants still have a level of understanding below 'Good'. On the other hand, face-to-face learning methods have overcome the shortcomings of online learning methods so that the participant's understanding on learning material can reach to the level of 'Very Good' with a score of 8.51. In addition, there are still many students who experience obstacles that disturb them in achieving learning outcomes.

Abstract

Dilatarbelakangi kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik tentang materi kebijakan moneter dan fiskal, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah tersebut. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan mind mapping dan berbasis web. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Development, & Dessiminate). Uji coba produk dilakukan secara terbatas pada 20 peserta didik dengan menganalisis hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dihitung dengan menggunakan gain score dan uji t. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran mind mapping berbasis web dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran mind mapping berbasis web pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dapat dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam matapelajaran ekonomi serta siap diujicobakan di kalangan yang lebih luas lagi. Web-based mind mapping learning media to increase understanding of economic policy materials Abstract: Against the background of students' lack of understanding of monetary and fiscal policy material, this research was conducted to develop learning media that are expected to be able to overcome these problems. Learning media developed using a mind mapping and web-based approach. This type of research used in this study is Research and Development with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, & Disseminate). Product trials are limited to 20 students by analyzing the results of the pre-test and post-test, which are calculated using the gain score and t-test. The test results show that web-based mind mapping learning media can improve students' understanding. Thus, web-based mind mapping learning media on economic subjects can be declared fit for use in economics subjects and are ready to be tested in the broader circle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran motivasi berprestasi guru. Guru dituntut untuk memiliki kreativitas dan mampu berinovasi dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran secara terus menerus.  Hal ini tentu tidak akan mungkin dilakukan oleh guru jika guru tidak memiliki motivasi yang tinggi atau yang sering disebut sebagai motivasi berprestasi. Penilaian motivasi berprestasi belum banyak dilakukan secara rinci, tetapi masih sebatas penilaian kualitatif dan kurang terukur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Mengembangkan butir pernyataan berdasarkan indikator, mengecek validitas dan reliabilitas butir pernyataan, dan mengembangkan kualitas butir pernyataan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden guru SD Swasta se-Kota Bogor. Item pernyataan sebanyak 40 menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur motivasi berprestasi guru. Sebanyak 29 butir memenuhi kriteria valid dengan konsistensi yang baik (koefisien Alpha-Cronbach 0.88). Berdasarkan nilai-nilai tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen pengukuran yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini memberikan ukuran yang objektif untuk motivasi berprestasi guru. Abstract: This study aims to develop an instrument for measuring teacher achievement motivation. Teachers are required to have the creativity and be able to innovate in developing continuous learning. This of course would not be possible by the teacher if the teacher does not have the high motivation or what is often referred to as achievement motivation. Achievement motivation evaluation has not been done much, but it is still limited to a qualitative assessment and is not measurable. This research used the Research and Development method. Develop items based on indicators, check the validity and reliability of approved items, and develop the quality of approved items. Participants in this study were 70 respondents of private elementary school teachers in the city of Bogor. Item recognizes as many as 40 using the Likert scale to measure teacher achievement motivation. A total of 29 items met valid criteria with a good consistency (Alpha-Cronbach coefficient 0.88). Based on these values, it can be concluded that the measurement instruments developed in this study provide an objective measure for teacher achievement motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujjuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana keberhasilan penyelenggraan program teaching  di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Magelang. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian evaluasi model CIPP, teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi, valiadasi data menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian aspek contexs, dasar pealksanaan program SK Kepala Sekolah No 1 Tahun 2016, pelaksanaan program sesuai dengan krbutuhan DU/DI. Aspek input pelaksanaan program didukung RKAS yang mencukupi, sarana prasarana yang memadahi, tenaga pendidik yang berkompetendibidangnya dan semua dokumen sedah sesuai dengan ketentuan. Aspek proses Evaluasi proses  dalam proses pembelajarannya sudah sesuai dengan sintaks, kegiatan praktik dibuat dalam bentuk jadwal blok dan menjalin kerjasama dengan DU/DI. Faktor pendukung program a. Sarana prasarana yang memedahi, b. SDM yang memadahi, c. Techno park yang mempunyai BKK khusus. Faktor penghambat yaitu; produksi yang tergantung pesanan sehingga produksi tidak kontinyu, pengelola yang kurang inovatif karena produksi tergantung pesanan, tidak adanya rencana produksi yang jelas, kepercayaan masyaratakat yang masih rendah, guru lebih memilih melakukan finger print dari pada mendampingi siswa melakukan kegiatan praktik di lapangan 4. Evaluasi produc, program ini mampu mengembangkan kemampampuan kognitif siswa dan mampu menciptakan SDM yang kompeten di bidangnya serta mampu meningkatkan jumlah alumni yang terserap oleh dunia industri. Program teaching factory ini juga mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kejujuran serta mampu menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaahn bagi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan bahwa program ini terus dilanjutkan dengan memperbaikan yang diperlukan agar tetap menjadi sistem yang membantu mengoptimalkan potensi siswa Abstract: This study aims to determine the extent of the success of the implementation of teaching programs in SMK Negeri 1 Magelang City. This research included the CIPP model evaluation research, interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation studies, data validation using triangulation. The results of the research on aspects of contexts, the basis for calculating the Principal Decree No. 1 of 2016, the implementation of the program is in accordance with the DU / DI requirements. Input aspects of program implementation are supported by adequate RKAS, adequate infrastructure, educators who are competent in their fields and all documents in accordance with the provisions. Process aspects Evaluation of the process in the learning process is in accordance with the syntax, practical activities are made in the form of a block schedule and establish cooperation with DU / DI. Program supporting factors a. Meantime infrastructure, b. Adequate HR, c. Techno park which has a special BKK. Inhibiting factors namely; production is dependent on orders so that production is not continuous, managers are less innovative because production depends on orders, there is no clear production plan, public trust is still low, teachers prefer to do finger print rather than accompanying students doing practical activities in the field 4. Evaluation of production , this program is able to develop students' cognitive abilities and be able to create competent human resources in their fields and be able to increase the number of alumni absorbed by the industrial world. The teaching factory program is also able to improve discipline, responsibility, honesty and be able to foster an entrepreneurial spirit for students. Based on the results of this study it is recommended that this program continue to refine what is needed in order to remain a system that helps optimize student potential

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas layanan perpustakaan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang berbasis implementasi pemesanan bahan pustaka online. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan formative-sumatif evaluation model. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah pustakawan dan pemustaka (pengguna layanan pemesanan bahan pustaka online). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan evaluasi layanan perpustakaan berbasis implementasi  pemesanan bahan pustaka online pada webisite perpustakaan FE UNNES diukur menggunakan 4 indikator: (1) keahandalan/pemenuhan, (2) desain/tampilan fitur, (3) keamanan/ privasi, dan (4) layanan pelanggan. Kualitas layanan perpustakaan berbasis implementasi pemesanan bahan pustaka online di perpustakaan FE UNNES menunjukkan bahwa telah optimal dan efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya fitur pemesanan bahan pustaka online mampu memudahkan pemustaka dalam mendapatkan dan memperoleh referensi bahan pustaka secara cepat dan tepat. Selain itu, fitur ini sangat mudah diakses melalui laptop/komputer/android. Akan tetapi, apabila di lihat dari desain/tampilan fitur pemesanan bahan pustaka online ini masih kurang menarik, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitain ini adalah secara keseluruhan kualitas layanan perpustakaan berbasis implementasi pemesanan bahan pustaka online mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Evaluation of online library booking service AbstractThe study aims to describe the quality of the library services based on the implementation of online booking for a book. The qualitative and formative-summative evaluation model is used in this study. The samples were then librarians and users. Methods of data collection use observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The result showed that the evaluation of quality service bashed on online booking has been optimal and efficient because the feature of online booking can facilitate to obtain references quickly and precisely. The quality of service measured using 4 indicators: (1) reliability, (2) design features; (3) security/privacy; and (4) customer service. In addition, the feature is very accessible via laptop/computer/android. However, when viewed from the design of feature is still less interesting, so it needs improvement of the library service quality. Conclusion, overall the quality of library service-based online booking is able to improve the service quality.

Abstract

This study is for evaluating the management of online learning during COVID-19 on selected supervised schools in Yogyakarta. This evaluation study used a descriptive quantitative approach with the CIPP model. One hundred forty-nine respondents were selected purposively from 7 (seven) schools in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The study retrieved the data from online questionnaires, observation, documentation study, and interviews. The result revealed the empirical data: 1) the implementation of online learning was successful, 2) the main obstacles of online learning were the teacher readiness in conducting online learning and the problem of internet access, and 3) the remarkable advantages of online learning during COVID-19 were: the quick shift and innovation of learning method using online learning platforms among teachers, the improvement of teacher and student creativity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kontribusi antara Berpikir Kritis, Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah dan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA di Subrayon 3 Kab Sleman Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 baik secara Bersama-sama maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasional. Populasi seluruh siswa kelas XII MIPA SMAN di Subrayon 3 Kabupaten Sleman yang berjumlah 393 siswa. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 198 siswa ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin dan teknik Probability Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup berskala Linkert dan dokumentasi berupa nilai PAS. Uji prasyarat meliputi uji Normalitas, Linieritas, dan Multikolinieritas. Teknik analisis data dengan uji analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan variabel Berpikir kritis, Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah dan Motivasi Berprestasi secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial tehadap hasil belajar siswa SMA di Subrayon 3 Kabupaten Sleman Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020; makin tinggi Berpikir kritis, makin tinggi Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah dan makin tinggi Motivasi Berprestasi semakin tinggi hasil belajar siswa, dan sebaliknya. Tetapi ada faktor lain (unexplained factors) diluar Berpikir kritis, Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah dan Motivasi Berprestasi yang berkontribusi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Contribution of critical thinking, ability to solve problems and achievement motivation for student learning outcomes of high school  Abstract: This study aims to find out how the contribution of Critical Thinking, Problem Solving Ability and Achievement Motivation to the learning outcomes of high school students in Subrayon 3 Sleman Regency 2019/2020 Academic Year both jointly and partially. This research includes quantitative research with correlational techniques. The population of all students of class XII MIPA SMAN in Subrayon 3 Sleman Regency totalling 393 students. The sample size of 198 students was determined by the formula Slovin and the technique Probability Sampling. Data collection uses a scale closed questionnaire Linkert and documentation in the form of PAS value. Prerequisite tests include tests for Normality, Linearity, and Multicollinearity. Data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis test, multiple linear regression analysis and partial correlation test. The results showed that there were significant contributions to the variables Critical Thinking, Problem Solving Ability and Achievement Motivation together or partially towards the learning outcomes of high school students in Subrayon 3 Sleman Regency in 2019/2020 Academic Year; the higher critical thinking, the higher the ability to solve problems and the higher the achievement motivation the higher student learning outcomes, and vice versa. But there are other factors (unexplained factors) beyond Critical Thinking, Problem Solving Ability and Achievement Motivation that contribute to student learning outcomes

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah a) Mendiskripsikan perencanaan model latihan ekstakurikuler Panahan di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Magelang, b) Mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan program ekstrakurikuler panahan di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Magelang, c) Mendiskripsikan hasil yang dicapai pada ekstrakurikuler Panahan di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Magelang dan d) Menganalisis Kendala yang dihadapi pada ekstrakurikuler Panahan di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme. Analisis data yang di gunakan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap reduksi, tahap penyajian data dan menyimpulkan dari analisis tindakan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa a) Perencanaan model latihan ekstrakurikuler panahan di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Magelang dilakukan secara terus menerus, bertahap, penguasaan teknik dasar dan ketersediaan alat dan fasilitas, dukungan internal maupun eksternal dan sosialisasi berupa kompetisi di dalam atau di luar lingkungan sekolah; b) Pelaksanaan model latihan ekstrakurikuler panahan di SMA Negeri 4 Magelang menggunakan teknik “Drill Target Point”; c) Hasil yang di capai selama menggunakan model latihan yang dikembangkan belum mencapai hasil yang maksimal namun sudah meraih beberapa juara dalam kejuaraan POPDA Tingkat Kota Magelang; d) Kendala yang dihadapi pada program ekstrakurikuler panahan di SMA Negeri 4 Kota Magelang. Abstract: The objectives of this study are a) To describe the planning of archery extracurricular exercises in SMA Negeri 4 Magelang City, b) To describe the implementation of archery extracurricular programs at SMA Negeri 4 Magelang City, c) To describe the results achieved at Archery extracurricular at SMA Negeri 4 Magelang City and d ) Analyzing the Constraints faced in Archery extracurricular at SMA Negeri 4 Magelang City. This research is qualitative research based on the philosophy of positivism. In this research, the purpose of the supplementation is the application of a research result or a policy that must be transformed into action in its implementation, while the extracurricular program is an informal activity carried out by school or university students which are carried out outside of school hours. And Archery is a sport of precision target shooting that uses bows and arrows with certain rules, costumes and some tools that must be used in accordance with the standards that have been set. Based on the research it can be concluded that: a) Archery extracurricular training model planning in SMA Negeri 4 Magelang is carried out continuously, gradually, mastering basic techniques and the availability of tools and facilities, internal and external support and socialization in the form of competition inside or outside the school environment. b) Implementation of archery extracurricular training models in SMA Negeri 4 Magelang using the "Drill Target Point" technique. c) The results achieved while using the training model developed have not yet reached the maximum results but have won several championships in the Magelang Municipal Level POPDA championship. d) Constraints faced in the archery extracurricular program at SMA Negeri 4 Magelang City

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Assesment serta menelaah respon mahasiswa terhadap Assesment Pembelajaran berbasis Wondershare Quiz Creator. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) Borg & Gall dengan pengembangan model ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement Evaluate). Tahap pengembangan Assesment Pembelajaran berbasis Wondershare Quiz Creator dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah pengembangan desain seperti pembuatan cover, pembuatan template, penyusunan butir soal, pengaturan soal dan publiaksi. Tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan menguji kelayakan dan keefektifan serta kepraktisan penggunannya melalui angket respon sebanyak 20 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pengembangan Assesment Pembelajaran berbasis Wondershare Quiz Creator dalam evaluasi perkuliahan Materi Pembelajaran Bahasa Sastra Indonesia dikembangkan melalui lima tahapan yaitu (a) Analisis (Analysis), b) Desain (Design), c) Pengembangan (Development) d) Impelementasi (Implementation) dan e) Evaluasi (Evaluation); (2) tingkat kelayakan media Assesment Pembelajaran berbasis Wondershare Quiz Creator berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi diperoleh persentase 74, 29 % pada interval 60%<𝑥≤80%  yang termasuk dalam kategori layak, ahli media diperoleh persentase 76% pada interval 60%<𝑥≤80%  yang termasuk dalam kategori layak; (3) Kelayakan dan keefektifan melalui respon mahasiswa diperoleh persentase 81, 44%,  berada pada interval 80%<𝑥≤100% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak digunakan sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran.AbstractThis study aims to develop an assessment and examine student responses to the Wondershare Quiz Creator-based Learning Assessment. The approach used is the Borg & Gall Research and Development (R&D) with the development of the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement Evaluate) model. The development phase of Wondershare Quiz Creator-based Learning Assessment is carried out by developing design steps such as making covers, making templates, compiling items, arranging questions and publishing. The implementation stage is carried out by testing the feasibility and effectiveness as well as the practicality of its use through a response questionnaire of 20 respondents. The results showed that (1) Development of Learning Assessment based on Wondershare Quiz Creator in the evaluation of Indonesian Literature Language Learning Materials was developed through five stages, namely (a) Analysis, b) Design, c) Development (Development) d) Implementation (Implementation) and e) Evaluation (Evaluation); (2) the feasibility level of the Wondershare Quiz Creator-based Learning Assessment media based on material expert judgment obtained a percentage of 74.29% at 60% <interval≤80% intervals which are included in the feasible category, media experts obtained a percentage of 76% at 60% intervals <𝑥≤ 80% are in the feasible category; (3) Feasibility and effectiveness through student responses obtained a percentage of 72, 39%, in the 60% interval <𝑥≤80% with qualifications worthy of being used as a learning evaluation media.
