Abstract

Kurikulum 2004 yang berorientasi pada kompetensi, mensyaratkan agar peserta didik menguasai dan mengembangkan kemampuan yang diperoleh selama proses pengajaran. Sebagai suatu institusi pendidikan, sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) yang menitikberatkan pada pembelajaran yang bersifat praktis terfokus dalam membekali peserta didiknya dengan ketrampilan-ketrampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh pasar (dunia usaha dan industri). Karena tujuan utama dari sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) adalah menyiapkan lulusannya agar siap memasuki dunia kerja. Penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) jurusan perkantoran terutama dalam mata diklat manajemen perkantoran tidak terlepas dengan teknologi informasi yaitu computer dan internet. Dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi maka dapat tercipta pembelajaran yang interaktif. Implementasi penggunaan media pembelajaran mata diklat manajemen perkantoran yang berbasis teknologi informasi di SMK jurusan perkantoran menemui hambatan. Hambatan tersebut berupa dana, sumber daya manusia, dan tidak adanya jaringan. Kata Kunci : kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, manajemen perkantoran, teknologi informasi

Abstract

Conceptual learning will be more qualified if it is supported by an appropriate and good learning method system. To improve the achievement of students’ study result, it needs the  active students’ involvement  who want to think critically toward the real condition in the field. This class action research has an objective to prove that cooperative method, jigsaw type can be implemented in the learning process on each subject whose conceptual type. The subject of this research was Management Department students, Regular Class, 5th semester with the sum was 67 students who got Basics of Management Subject. This research consisted of 3 cycles and found out that the increase of average for pre test and post test score in cycle 1 was 15%, cycle 2 was 20% and cycle 3 was 25%. Whereas the difference of  average increase among cycles were on cycle 1 to cycle 2 was 5%, cycle 2 to cycle 3 was 10%. The finding means there is an increase of achievement on each cycle was 5%. It is appropriate to the hypothesis. Thus, it proved that cooperative learning method , jigsaw type can be applied well to Global Marketing Subject and finally it can improve the students’ learning achievement. Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the class assessment from many aspects; aspect and technique of class assessment, procedure of class assessment, they way to determine the students’ score rank, and the opinions of teachers, the principal, students about the practice of class assessment. The research is an evaluation research with a formative model. The subjects of this study were 3 teachers, 1 principal and 146 students of Office administration department. The data were collected with questionnaire, documentation and interview. The result showed that (1) aspect and technique of class assessment conducted by the teacher, based on students’ opinion was on poor category, based on the teachers’ opinion was on good category and based on the principal’s opinion was on very good category. Therefore, it was on good category, (2) assessment aspects conducted by the teachers were only cognitive and psychometric aspects; while affective aspect has not conducted yet. Thus, it was not comprehensive assessment, (3)the techniques of assessment used by the teachers were written test, oral test, practice, observation and task, however, portfolio assessment, journal, self-assessment and peer- assessment have not conducted yet in this subject, (4) the procedure of assessment based on students was poor, meanwhile the teachers and principal said it was good. (5) procedure of assessment conducted by the teachers did not fulfill the standard as stated in Panduan Penilaian Mata Pelajaran Produktif (The Assessment Guidance of Productive Subject) by Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP), (6) determining students’ end score is by combining students’ daily test, mid test, midterm test and final test and then divided into three, while all tasks are only the supporting score, and (7) the principal, the teachers and students expect the class assessment in still conducted since it gives benefit and improve students’ development significantly in education world.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of leadership, internal communication, and work motivation to the Department of Womens Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning in Central Java either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research are 87 employees in the Department of Womens Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning in Central Java. The research methods used in this study were interview, questionnaire and documentation. The analysis data used in this study were descriptive analysis percentage and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for Windows release 16. The results of the regression equation: Y = -0448 + 0.320X1 + 0.518X2 + 0.242X3 with Y (employee performance), X1 (leadership), X2 (internal communication), and X3 (work motivation). The results of this study that there is influence between leadership, internal communication and work motivation to employee performance was 51,4%. Partially, the influence of leadership (X1) on Y by 0.320 with a value by 10.63% partial relations at the significance level of 0.002, while the influence of internal communication (X2) to Y of 0.518 with 10.17% for partial relations at the significance level of 0.003, and the influence of work motivation (X3) to Y with values of 0.242 relations partially by 10.17% at the significance level of 0.003.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar melalui kompetensi melakukan surat menyurat  pada siswa kelas X AP SMK Hidayah Semarang. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP SMK Hidayah Semarang Tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini merupakan siklus kegiatan pembelajaran yang terdiri dari dua siklus, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi pada setiap siklusnya. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes evaluasi dan lembar observasi untuk siswa dan guru.  Hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 73% naik di siklus II menjadi 80%. Prosentase aktivitas siswa juga naik dari70% pada siklus I menjadi 88,75% di siklus II. Aktivitas kinerja guru meningkat dari 72,8 menjadi 90.  The main purpose of Conducting Correspondence is to make students master the basic skills and abilities that must be possessed by students majoring Office Administration that is about the correspondence. The subject was students of class X AP Hidayah Vocational School of Semarang Academic Year of 2011/2012. The procedure of this study is the cycle of learning activity consists of two cycles, in which each cycle includes planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection instrument in this study was the evaluation tests and observation sheets for students and teachers. The result obtained by the average student learning outcomes in the first cycle is 74 with classical completeness of 73%, while in the second cycle is 77.6 with classical completeness of 80%. The students' learning activity in the first cycle of 75 is in good category, while in the second cycle of 89.29 is in the excellent category. The teachers’ performance in the first cycle reached 72.8 and in the second cycle increased to 90

Abstract

SMK bertujuan menciptakan lulusan yang siap kerja, sehingga siswanya perlu menguasai aspek psikomotorik dalam pembelajaran, salah satunya kreativitas siswa.Akan tetapi pembelajaran yang selama ini dilakukan di kelas X AP 3 SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas siswa belum tampak.Kreativitas siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran ataupun penggunaan media pembelajaran. Untuk itu peneliti menerapkan model group investigation untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dengan menerapkan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kreativitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 70% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 85%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kreativitas siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menerapkan model group investigation.The object of vocational high school is create the graduate to ready to work, so the students must have master the psychomotor aspect in the learning objective, one of them the creativity. But, the learning has been done in class X AP 3 SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga shows if the creativity of students is not appear. Students creativity can increase by applying models or media of learning. So the researcher applying group investigation model to increase students creativity by using class action research method and consists of two circles. The research shows students creativity in the circle I is 70% and increase in the circle II be 85%. So can be conclude if students creativity can increase by applying group investigation models.
