Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menyusun model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis proyek dan (2) menguji efektifitas model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis proyek untuk menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha mahasiswa pada program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah research & development model DBR (Design Based Research) dari Reeves (2006). Hasil penelitian adalah (1) perbaikan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan dengan menyeimbangkan antara teori dan praktik, pembelajaran lebih diarahkan pada praktikum yang aplikatif, dan mewujudkan tujuan program studi yaitu menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki semangat wirausaha; (2) pengembangan desain dan prototipe terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu tujuan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, dan penilaian; (3) uji validasi oleh ahli pendidikan, kewirausahaan, dan uji terbatas menunjukkan tujuan pembelajaran, isi materi, dan sajian telah sesuai dengan konten/ isi, perwajahan, dan kebahasaan; (4) uji produk menggunakan kelas eksperimen yang ditentukan berdasarkan gaya belajar mahasiswa, mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki gaya belajar akomodator, hasil penilaian portofolio menunjukkan mahasiswa memiliki nilai sangat baik dan baik, produk yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok kerja mahasiswa sesuai dengan gaya belajar, dan uji keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis proyek mampu menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha mahasiswa dengan sangat baik. Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, semangat wirausaha

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Discovery Learning model can improve learning activities and can improve the learning outcomes of XI IPS1 students at the MA Muallimin NW Pancor.This study uses a Classroom Action Research. This study seeks to improve the quality of learning activities and learning outcomes in a class based on the problems found by using new actions applied by researchers. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS1 MA Muallimin Pancor TA2018/2019 with 30 students. In this study there are three cycles, which start from planning, implementation and evaluation.The results of this class action research are: The method of discovery learning can improve the learning activities of students of class XI IPS1 MA Muallimat NW Pancor academic year 2018/2019. The results showed that after the application of the discovery learning model the average learning activity of students had increased. In the first cycle the average learning activity was 8.53 with a less active category, in the second cycle it increased to 11.00 with a fairly active category. In the third cycle it increased to 13.70 with a fairly active category. Discovery learning model can improve learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS1 MA Muallimin NW Pancor academic year 2018/2019. The results showed that after the implementation of the discovery learning model the average student learning outcomes had increased. In the first cycle the average learning outcomes were 61.33 with sufficient categories, in the second cycle it increased to 65.67 in the good category. In the third cycle it increased to 74.00 in the good category

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes through the implementation of STAD learning model assisted with LKM. This study was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted in 3 cycles. Time of study in odd semester Academic Year 2018/2019, with a sample of accounting students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Musamus, Merauke. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive quantitative data analysis with percentages. The results of the study show that the Implementation of STAD Learning Model Assisted with LKM can improve Public Sector Accounting Learning Outcomes. The increase can be seen from the average value of student learning outcomes on the cycle of 50,36, increasing in the first cycle of 61,02, increasing in the second cycle of  73.07, and increasing in the third cycle of 85,31.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of BUM Des ?BERIUK BERKARYA? business of the stigma of the unit of the village Drinking Water Supply System both in term of Financial Aspects and Non-Financial Aspects as well as knowing how much the role in the Original Village Revenue was analyzed using Percentage Calculations. This research uses the feasibility study theory of BUM Deep business from Ibrahim in Hastowiyono and Suharyanto (2014). The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Date collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation, and form. Date analysis used in this study is a non-financial feasibility analysis and a financial feasibility analysis that is measured from the investment assessment and percentage analysis. The results of the Non-Financial Feasibility analysis and feasibility of the Financial Aspect show that the village drinking water supply system business can be declared feasibility to run. While from the percentage analysis results, this business can play a role in increasing the original income of Lando village.

Abstract

One of the steps taken by Indonesia based on the government's strategic plan to deal with MEA is to strengthen the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. But in reality the knowledge of batik entrepreneurs is still low about the importance of financial management for the continuity of the business he initiated to be able to participate in free trade between countries in the Southeast Asian region to be a problem that must be resolved, so that Indonesia has a good opportunity to show product quality and quantity and Human Resources (HR) to other countries openly. In MSME management skills are very necessary, especially Financial Management. Financial management is all company activities related to businesses obtaining company funds with low costs and efforts to use and allocate these funds efficiently (Sutrisno: 3, 2009). For this reason, the purpose of this study was to determine the role of financial management in Batik Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in filling the MEA (Asean Economic Community. This research included quantitative descriptive research carried out in Batik Satrio Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Manah Bangoan Village, Kedungwaru Subdistrict, Tulungagung District, is said to be because in this study only describes financial management in the Satrio Manah Batik Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) .The respondents in this study were all 50 Satrio Manah Batik employees Data in this study are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation Data analysis is done by processing the scores of observations on financial statements and questionnaires.The results obtained by the researchers are management of financial management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Batik Satrio Manah has not met the standard keu management good dreams, and there still needs to be improvement in accordance with financial management standards

Abstract

Research on development of training module of making pottery is very important to build new entrepreneur in increasing economic activity of society. This research and development aims to produce vessel training modules, training manuals and to explain the effectiveness of pottery-making training modules, training manuals to improve economic activities of communities in Masbagik Timur Village. Research and Development (R & D) research methods. Stages of product development, (a) preparation of training modules, (b) guide on making pottery, and (c) assessment. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques, (a) validity, (b) readability, and (c) effectiveness. Module validation is done by experts and practitioners. The module trials include a limited trial of 6 communities and an expanded trial of 10 Masbagik Timur Village communities. The results showed; (1) validated products of experts and practitioners get a mean score of 2.0% (good qualification), (2) final module development training worthy of use. Average readability 3.7 (good qualification), there is practicality in using this training module with a mean of 3.6 (good qualification), effective module to use. The conclusion of the research is that the training module of pottery making and its training manual is feasible to be used to improve the economic activity of Masbagik Timur Masbagik Village community

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education level, skills, income level and family dependency simultaneously on poverty in Mas-Mas Village, North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. To determine the effect of education level, skills, income level and partial family dependence on poverty in Mas-Mas Village, North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. This type of research is quantitative research, the sampling technique used in this study uses proportional sampling The data collection techniques used are using questionnaires and documentationThe results of the study show that simulltan influences the level of education, skills, income level and family dependency simultaneously or jointly on poverty in Mas-Mas Village. This is evident from the value of Fcount> Ftable (3,475> 2,48). The magnitude of the influence of the four variables on poverty in Mas-Mas Village is shown by R Square which is equal to 0.138 or 13.8% and the remaining 86.2% is affected by other variables not included in this study. Multiple correlations simultaneously indicate that there is a low correlation between education level, skills, income level and family dependence on poverty in Mas-Mas Village, North Batukliang Subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency in 2019. Partially, the education and skill level variables have no influence significant impact on poverty in Mas-Mas Village. This can be seen from the value of tcount <t table (0.196 <1.98 and 1.514 <1.98). While income level variables have a positive and significant effect on poverty in Mas-Mas Village. This can be seen from the tcount> t table (2.689> 1.98) and so with the family dependent variable has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Mas-Mas Village. This can be seen from the value of -thitung> -ttable (-2,614> -1,98)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous model of problemsolving on critical thinking skills, motivation and learning outcomes of Economic studies students of the sevent grade at Senior high school number 1 Masbagik - East Lombok. This study is a quasi-experimental. Data were collected with the critical thinking skills tests, questionnaires, and tests student learning outcomes. Overall the data and hypothesis testing is done using Manova analysis.Based on the above results, the conclusion can be formulated as follows: (1) In a partial implementation of the model problem solving have a relationship with the critical thinking skills of Economi students in the sevent grade at Senior high school number 1 Masbagik - East Lombok. (2) In a partial implementation of the model-solving have relationship problems with the sevent grade at Senior high school number 1 Masbagik - East Lombok. (3) In a partial implementation of the model-solving have relationship problems with motivation to learn in the sevent grade at Senior high school number 1 Masbagik - East Lombok. (4) In the simultaneous application of problemsolving models have a relationship with the students' critical thinking skills, motivation and learning outcomes of social studies students in the sevent grade at Senior high school number 1 Masbagik - East Lombok.

Abstract

The main objectives of this study are (1) Analyzing the Effect of Entrepreneurship Orientation and Product Innovation on SME Performance Individually (Partial), (2) Analyzing the Effect of Entrepreneurship Orientation and Product Innovation on UKM Performance Together (simultaneous)               This research is a type of causality research, which is a causal researcher. The population in this study were all Weaving UKM located in Pringgasela District, which amounted to 110 UKM. The sample in this study used saturated samples, that is, the entire population was sampled. Data collection using questionnaire or questionnaire method. Questionnaire methods or questionnaires were conducted to obtain respondents' responses regarding Entrepreneurship Orientation and Product Innovation and Weaving SME Performance. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study is to use the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression contained in the SPSS program v. 19.            The results of the research partially (self) show that the Entrepreneurship Orientation variable, namely t-count> t-table or 5,627> 1,660, then Ho is rejected and the research hypothesis is accepted, meaning Entrepreneurship Orientation has a positive and significant influence on financial performance in UKM Weaving in the Village Pringgasela. Product Innovation Variables, namely t-count> t-table or 5.359> 1.660 then Ho is rejected and the research hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Product Innovation has a positive and significant influence on financial performance in UKM Weaving in Pringgasela Village. Hypothesis testing results simultaneously (together), from the results of data processing, it is known that F count is 39.030 and F-table in regression 2 free degrees and residual free degrees 109 and ? 0.05 are 3.09. F count> F table (39,030> 3,09), then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence variable Entrepreneurship Orientation and Product Innovation together towards the Financial Performance of Weaving SMEs in Pringgasela Village

Abstract

Fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi bisnis sering dianggap sulit oleh para siswa. Hal ini diindikasikan oleh hasil belajar siswa yang kurang memuaskan yang berakibat pada  proses belajar mengajar yang kurang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi bisnis dengan model pembelajaran multiple intelligences semester gasal kelas X AP 1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan metode pengambilan data metode observasi dan metode dokumemter. Setelah dilakukan penelitian di dapatkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran multiple intelligences  Data yang diperoleh dari pra tindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II menunjukkan adanya peningkatan Prestasi belajar siswa (kreatifitas dan evaluasi). Dimana prestasi belajar siswa (kreatifitas) pada komponen bertanya pada guru 13,88% meningkat menjadi 30,55%, komponen menjawab pertanyaan guru yang sebelumnya 22,22% pada pra tindakan meningkat menjadi 36,11%, komponen memberi pendapat yang sebelumnya 16,66% pada pra tindakan meningkat menjadi  19,44%, untuk komponen memahami tugas yang diberikan pada pra tindakan 30,55% meningkat menjadi 69,44%. Sedangkan perolehan prestasi belajar siswa (evaluasi) dengan perolehan nilai evaluasi < 60,00 pada pra tindakan 50% meningkat menjadi 36,11%, nilai 60 ? 69 pada pra tindakan 33,33% meningkat menjadi 41,66%, dan perolehan nilai 70 ? 80 pada pra tindakan 16,67% meningkat menjadi 22,22%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan model pembelajaran Multiple Intelegences dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar Siswa kelas X AP 1 SMK Negeri 4 Jember, serta model pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran pada mata pelejaran Ekonomi Bisnis.
