Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menyusun model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis proyek dan (2) menguji efektifitas model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis proyek untuk menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha mahasiswa pada program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah research & development model DBR (Design Based Research) dari Reeves (2006). Hasil penelitian adalah (1) perbaikan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan dengan menyeimbangkan antara teori dan praktik, pembelajaran lebih diarahkan pada praktikum yang aplikatif, dan mewujudkan tujuan program studi yaitu menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki semangat wirausaha; (2) pengembangan desain dan prototipe terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu tujuan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, dan penilaian; (3) uji validasi oleh ahli pendidikan, kewirausahaan, dan uji terbatas menunjukkan tujuan pembelajaran, isi materi, dan sajian telah sesuai dengan konten/ isi, perwajahan, dan kebahasaan; (4) uji produk menggunakan kelas eksperimen yang ditentukan berdasarkan gaya belajar mahasiswa, mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki gaya belajar akomodator, hasil penilaian portofolio menunjukkan mahasiswa memiliki nilai sangat baik dan baik, produk yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok kerja mahasiswa sesuai dengan gaya belajar, dan uji keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis proyek mampu menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha mahasiswa dengan sangat baik. Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, semangat wirausaha

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in MSME income in Batu in terms of the development of the production of souvenirs. The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The subjects of this study were informants who provided research data through interviews. The informant in this study is the owner of MSME business outlets namely UD. Andhini in Batu City. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed the development of the production of souvenirs typical of the city of Batu include fruit chips, apple jenang, apple dodol, potato chips, fruit juice drinks, and fruits experienced very rapid development. Some factors that drive the development of production are the characteristics of the product itself, increased purchasing power, the availability of resources with the required expertise, promising market share because as a tourism city, high return on investment and internal factors such as motivation, open personality and lifestyle changes. The development process has a direct impact on increasing the income of MSMEs in Batu. The increasing income of the people is sourced from the development of agriculture which is used as a fruit picking tourism area, home industry, and trade.

Abstract

The problem of educated unemployment has increased from year to year, this is due to the paradigm that the output of graduates from higher education is as a job seeker, so the application of accommodator learning styles in entrepreneurship learning is very relevant to solving these problems. The purpose of this study is to measure the accommodator learning styles of students in entrepreneurship learning and to examine the effect of accommodator learning styles on entrepreneurial learning on student entrepreneurial spirit. The research method used is experimental and ex-post facto explanatory. The population and sample in this study amounted to 35 respondents in the experimental class. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis and t test. The results indicated that the learning style of the accommodator showed that the majority of students were classified as active experience, for the assessment of the student portfolio the results were very good and good. the application of the accommodator learning style was able to grow an entrepreneurial spirit by 55.3%.  Permasalahan pengangguran terdidik mengalami kenaikan dari tahun ke tahun, hal ini disebabkan oleh paradigma bahwa output lulusan dari perguruan tinggi adalah sebagai seorang job seeker, sehingga penerapan gaya belajar akomodator pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan sangat relevan untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengukur gaya belajar akomodator mahasiswa pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan menguji pengaruh gaya belajar akomodator pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap entrepreneurial spirit mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dan ex-post facto yang bersifat eksplanasi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 responden pada kelas eksperimen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan uji t. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan gaya belajar akomodator menunjukkan mayoritas mahasiswa tergolong dalam active experientation, untuk penilaian portofolio mahasiswa hasilnya nilai sangat baik dan baik. penerapan gaya belajar akomodator mampu menumbuhkan entreperenurial spirit sebesar 55,3%.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and services on student satisfaction Study Program Economic Education Faculty of Education Social Sciences IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Procurement of facilities and services starting from the needs of students, so that the success or failure of facilities and services provided can be seen from the perception of students on the quality of facilities and services which is a total assessment of the benefits of facilities and services provided to students. In this case, student satisfaction will be achieved if the quality of facilities and services provided in accordance with the required. The population in this study are the students of Economics Education program level I to IV as much as 402 respondents. Sample taken 10% with probability sampling technique equal to 40 respondents. Technique of gathering datamenggunakan instrument in the form of kuesioner. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test and t test), and test of coefficient of determination. The result of the research shows that the variables of the facilities have a significant effect on the students 'satisfaction, while the service variable has no significant effect on the students' satisfaction. F test results show that the means and services have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the students of Economic Education Study Program of 58.3% based on the R2 value of 0.583 with the significance of 0.000.Keywords : Facilities, Service, and Students Satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarana dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Pengadaan sarana dan pelayanan dimulai dari kebutuhan mahasiswa, sehingga berhasil atau tidaknya sarana dan layanan yang disediakan dapat dilihat dari persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas sarana dan pelayanan yang merupakan penilaian total atas keunggulan sarana dan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. Dalam hal ini, kepuasan mahasiswa akan tercapai apabila kualitas sarana dan pelayanan yang disediakan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi tingkat I s/d IV sebanyak 402 responden. Sampel diambil 10% dengan teknik probability sampling sebesar 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan variabel sarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, sedangkan variabel pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil Uji F menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi sebesar 58,3% yang didasarkan pada nilai R2 sebesar 0,583 dengan signifikansi 0,000.Kata Kunci : Sarana, Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa

Abstract

Entrepreneurship learning becomes relevant to the problem of educated unemployment which has increased from year to year because the paradigm that after completing the study must be a job seeker. The application of an accommodator learning style and assimilation in learning entrepreneurship can foster the spirit of student entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to measure student learning styles into accommodating and assimilation learning style groups, and test the effect of entrepreneurial learning based on learning styles on student entrepreneurial enthusiasm. The research method used is ex-post facto experimental and explanatory. The results of the study included most students who had appropriate learning styles, portfolio assessments showed very good and good grades, students who had taken entrepreneurial learning had a good entrepreneurial spirit, and the t test showed that entrepreneurship learning had an influence on students' entrepreneurial spirit. with the value of R2 12.1% with a significance level of 0.037%

Abstract

Provide  Color is the fastest method of delivering messange and meaning in the non-verbal communication category. The use of color in packaging design is very important. Good product packaging requirements are as a place, attractive, can protect, practical, cause self-esteem, accuracy of size, and transportation. Color selection decisions on student product packaging design can be analyzed from color psychology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of color psychology learning to improve students ability in color selection in product packaging design. The research includes an assessment of the understanding of color psycology and the ability to choose colors that are implemented in product packaging design. Total population and sample of 30 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The method used in this research is experimental and ex-post facto explanatory nature. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, evaluation result (score), and interviews. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis and t test. The result showed satisfactory understanding of the color psychology of students, the suitability of product packaging design with color psycology, packaging design assesment is very good and good. The  effectiveness test of the application of color psychology learning to the color selection ability in packaging design by 56,2%.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan kemampuan kreatif dan inovatif, jeli melihat peluang dan selalu terbuka untuk setiap masukan dan perubahan yang positif yang mampu membawa bisnis terus bertumbuh. Saat kondisi pandemic seperti ini penting nya mecari peluang untuk berwirausaha. Pembeljaran secara daring membuat remaja dan anak kecil memiliki waktu luang yang cukup untuk dapat dimanfaatkan mencari peluang berwurausaha. Pada kondisi seperti ini diharapkan remaja dapat memanfaatkan waktu dengan positif dan produktif. Kesiapan mental dan keterampilan perlu disiapkan sebelum seseorang memasuki dunia usaha. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan pengembangan kewirausahaan untuk remaja dan anak kecil sebagai berikut: 1) menumbuhkam jiwa kewirausahan, 2) mendorong dalam menggali potensi wirausaha melalui ide-ide kreatif, 3) manumbuhkan minat dalam berwirausaha. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pelatihan kewirausahaan, pelatihan pembuatan produk, edukasi kesadaran terhadap kewirausaha. Setelah kegiatan pengembangan kewirausahaan dilaksanakan, dilakukan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan 100% peserta menyatakan mengalami peningkatan kesadaran akan kewirauasha dan skill setelah mengikuti kegiatan dan 90 % menunjukkan perubahan sikap yaitu menjalankan usaha.

Abstract

Organization will produce good employee performance if it is able to pay attention to the factors of providing workload. To reduce the workload that is too high there needs to be a human relationship that can provide lightening in completing workloads in the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the performance of BKPSDM employees influenced by human relationships and workloads. This research is ex-post facto by using primary data. Population and samples in this study using non probability sampling techniques with a total of 52 respondents. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the performance of BKPSDM employees was influenced by human relationships and workloads.Keywords : employee performance, human relationship, workload

Abstract

This article analyzes the quality control model in inculcating the five soul values ​​owned by Pesantren Nurul Jadid Probolinggo so that students' religious maturity is formed and readiness to serve the nation and state. The research method used is qualitative, with the type of research being a multi-case study. Researchers collected data employing in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. While data analysis with data presentation, data condensation, and concluding. As for checking the validity of the data, it is done by using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability techniques. This study resulted in the findings: quality control of the internalization of religious and state maturity in the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school was carried out through the following model: guidance from teachers to students, worship with sincerity values ​​by instilling faith values ​​in the heart, giving inspirational stories, able to organize life personal, able to recognize good and bad, create a conducive environment through various organizational media.

Abstract

Study this aim for analyze role decision purchase in mediate influence perception price, convenience and promotion to satisfaction consumer. Population study this is Shopee users in Malang City. In study this technique taking sample use purposive sampling so that set respondent as many as 100 respondents. Method analysis the data is quantitative descriptive. Analysis quantitative conducted with use SmartPLS. In study this get results that perception price and promotion take effect significant to decision purchase, convenience no take effect to decision purchase, decision purchase no take effect to satisfaction consumer, perception price and promotion no take effect to satisfaction consumer, convenience take effect significant to satisfaction consumer. Purchase decision no capable mediate influence perception price, convenience and promotion to satisfaction consumer.
