Abstract

The role of data mining in solving a large data problem includes estimation, prediction, classification, clustering and association. One of the roles of data mining used in this study is the classification to predict the graduation of Bina Sarana Informatika students in 2017 with the provision of passing on time and passing late. The algorithm used is the Decision Tree, K-Nerest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes, Random tree and Random Forest. The number of students graduating in the 1st period of 2017 was 5870 where there were 4998 students graduating on time and 872 graduating late. Performance testing of several algorithms using validation and different tests T-Test The k-NN algorithm has a high accuracy value of 99.98% which is the highest value and the best AUC is obtained by the Naïve Bayes algorithm with a value of 1,000. While the difference test is t-test significance <0.05, then H0 is rejected and if> 0.05 then H0 is accepted, only Decision Three against Naïve Bayes is accepted, otherwise it is rejected.

Abstract

Studi banding merupakan kegiatan positif yang dilaksanakan pada sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutupendidikan untuk siswanya maka dari banyak hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam memilih siswa yang layakuntuk ikut menjadi peserta studi banding, namun beberapa permasalahan yang sering terjadi dilapangan sulitnyauntuk menentukan siswa yang paling layak untuk mengikuti kegiatan studi banding tersebut karena mengingatbanyaknya siswa yang hampir sama prestasinya jika dilihat satu sama lain, maka dari itu pada penelitian ini jikadilihat dari beberapa kriteria yang menjadi persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi sebagai peserta studi banding bahwapenerapan metode Weighted Product bisa membantu untuk memudahkan dalam menentukan peserta siswa studibanding yang paling layak, dimana Metode Weighted Product menggunakan perkalian sebagai untungmenghubungkan rating atribut, dan rating setiap atribut harus dipangkatkan dulu dengan bobot yangbersangkutan. Proses ini sama halnya dengan proses normalisasi. Sehingga sebagai output proses ini akanmenghasilkan siswa yang layak mengikuti kegiatan studi banding.

Abstract

Increasing population growth in Indonesia has triggered a large number of food product demand, so the higher the level of innovation of the company to produce processed food. PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Food Division is one of the companies engaged in processed food made from chicken meat. However, companies currently have not been able to process distribution data and rely solely on information from sales data to find out the number of product sales with which brands are sold the most each year. In fact, it is not enough to increase income and to be able to compete with other similar companies. From the existing data stack, it must be processed to find out new information from these data. Data processing methods like this are referred to as data mining. the results of cluster 3, again - it is seen that consumer characteristics in cluster 3 are also dominated by consumers who are more interested in Okey's processed chicken products, which is as much as 5615.67 Pack / Box. Whereas for enthusiasts in processed chicken products with the Fiesta brand as many as 4614.67 Pack / Box. and enthusiasts of processed chicken products under the Champ brand 1792.67 Pack / Box. So, from all clusters, it can be concluded that cluster 3 consists of cities with the lowest sales level.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan investor untuk melakukan investasi pada saham selalu mempertimbangkan faktor risikoyang diidentifikasikan dengan ketidakpastian atau peluang untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal.Hal ini yangmendasari pembuatan skripsi ini.Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model multi agent dan bayesian networkdalam menyelesaikan masalah diversifikasi portofolio, yaitu dengan memprediksi pergerakan harga saham danmemberikan rekomendasi atau masukan dalam melakukan jual beli saham dengan nilai-nilai peluang.Hasil daripenelitian ini adalah model dari multi agent dan bayesian tersebut mampu memberikan hasil rekomendasi yang tepatkepada investor.Hasil rekomendasi tersebut berupa sinyal-sinyal perdagangan seperti sinyal jual dan sinyal beli sertanilai peluang dari rekomendasi.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi manajemen telah menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan yang cukup signifikan dalam pola pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh manajemen baik pada tingkat operasional maupun pimpinan pada semua jenjang. Meningkatnya penggunaan teknologi informasi, khususnya internet, telah membawa setiap orang dapat melaksanakan berbagai aktivitas dengan lebih akurat, berkualitas, dan tepat waktu. Dengan adanya sistem informasi tentang pendataan penyalahgunaan narkoba saat ini masih di catat secara manual dan belum terkomputerisasi, sehingga dalam membuat laporan-laporan sering mengalami keterlambatan dan redudansi data. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sistem informasi berbasis Web yang akan membantu pegawai di Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kota Binjai untuk melaksanakan tugasnya dalam membuat laopran-laporan tentang penyalahgunaan narkoba pada setiap periode. Sistem Informasi ini dirancang, sudah berjalan dengan baik dan dapat memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai narkoba.Untuk itu dalam laporan Tugas Akhir ini penulis akan mengusulkan sebuah sistem informasi yang baru dalam sistem informasi berbasis web pada Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kota Binjai. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Penyalahgunaan Narkoba, Web.

Abstract

Medan Area University (UMA) is one of the oldest private universities in northern Sumatra, which was founded by Haji Agus Salim Siregar in 1983. Especially at Medan Area University the document collection processing model for LKPS-APS is currently still not organized with neat and there is still a loss of LKPS-APS documents, especially when the deadline for LKPS-APS preparation is nearing the upload period. To improve performance in document processing, a system will be built to facilitate lecturers and staff in managing LKPS-APS documents properly and in detail, and reduce the reason lecturers or staff cannot attend meetings in the processing and collection of LKPS-APS document forms that can be submitted into the online system and online discussion per document in the LKPS-APS information system according to 9 standard criteria according to the Instrument Akreditasi Program Studi 4.0 (IAPS 4.0) for Study Program Accreditation.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Jambi Bah Plantation Business Unit is one of the large oil palm plantations that produce crude palm oil.The requirements for the quality of palm oil used as raw material for the food and non-food industries are different. Therefore authenticity, purity, freshness and other aspects must be paid more attention. The selection of crude palm oil levels carried out in the processing section is still manually. This requires quite a long time in the process and does not rule out the possibility of errors in his judgment. Based on the above assessment, there is a problem often found in determining high-quality and high-quality oil, which is to determine the appropriate and appropriate assessment in grading the content or aspects contained in crude oil according to standards and quality. Based on these problems, we need a system that is able to help solve problems in determining the quality of crude oil levels and quality. Thus it can be proposed operational development in determining the levels contained in crude oil using the MOORA method in deciding quality oil levels based on existing criteria. From the test results tested with 16 alternatives, the highest results can be obtained, namely alternative A3 with an alternative name 8774 LU with a value of 0.2738 so that it can be concluded that alternative A3 has high quality and quality oil content.

Abstract

The internet is a technology that is growing rapidly. The internet creates a new world without limits. This affects humans in searching for information. One of the information needed by the community at this time is the need for geographical information. Geographic Information System is a geographic technology that has the ability to visualize spatial data and its attributes. Campus career institute is a field that moves to facilitate alumni or students who want to find work. In this collaboration there are several obstacles according to the author in collecting information about the company. At present the information is only in the form of non-spatial data. Then we need a geographic information system (GIS) to facilitate the mapping of company locations.

Abstract

Smart Electricity or probaya electricity is a government program. Electricity is the main need of the community, without electricity, the economy is totally stuck, because many large factories and industries use electricity and depend on electricity. Prepaid kWh meter is one of the innovations that has been carried out by PLN in order to facilitate service to the community. Where the customer must pay in advance for the electrical energy that will be used, so that the use of electrical energy can be controlled by the customer according to their needs and abilities. People buy credit / electricity tokens then input the token code into Prepaid Meters (MPB), MPB automatically reads the serial token number and displays the number of kWh according to the amount purchased. The problem that often arises is the impractical process of inputting the token serial number into the MPB. This study made a SMS-based prepaid electricity charging model. The design of this MPB has three general parts, namely Modems that will message the homeowners, volt meter and ampere meter sensors to detect electrical power, and the brain, which is the microcontroller part of ATMega8535. This microcontroller will control all the running of the system contained in this MPB system. That is controlling the input system in the form of sensors, controlling the modem as a message reminder, controlling the input of electric current.
