Abstract

Stunting or commonly referred to as under-fives who are malnourished and tend to be short is a serious problem in Indonesia. In the era of globalization, developments can occur in various fields, none other than the health sector. However, the problem of stunting still occurs and it will become a continuing problem if it is not addressed immediately. Moreover, during the COVID-19 pandemic, which began in March 2020, the stunting rate in Malang Regency continued to increase. This happens because the majority of people have lost their livelihoods so that they are hampered in meeting their economic needs, especially the fulfillment of nutrition. In this study, we used ethnographic analysis. The data sources were divided into two, namely interviews and documents. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that stunting is influenced by parenting, especially on nutritional intake and the level of understanding of parents in caring for their sons and daughters and also on the understanding and knowledge of parents about healthy living behavior.The majority of people in Malang Regency do not understand what stunting is and how to prevent it. This statement is shown in the results of data analysis which states that 47% of the people of Malang Regency have a stigma that stunting is a verdict that has already occurred, when in fact it can still be handled. Health workers and community elites are still not optimal in providing education to the community, especially in Jabung District. With this research, it is hoped that it can be a reference in preventing the increase in stunting rates for policy makers to pay more attention to stunting cases that are developing in Malang City.

Abstract

Suku Manggarai yang bermukim di kawasan pegunungan Kecamatan Ndoso merupakan salah satu suku yang masih mempertahankan adat dan tradisi dalam penggunaan sumber daya alam khususnya tumbuhan sebagai obat tradisional. Pewarisan pengetahuan tentang tumbuhan obat tersebut dilakukan terbatas penyampaian lisan dari orang tua kepada anak dan cucu secara turun temurun dalam keluarga. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian pengembangan tentang studi etnobotani tumbuhan obat oleh masyarakat Suku Manggarai yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis tumbuhan dan bagian tumbuhan yang digunakan untuk obat tradisional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan dengan 4D. Hasil validator pengembangan ensiklokpedia dari validasi ahli materi, dan media/desain sebesar 86,40%, dan 82% keduanya berkriteria sangat layak.

Abstract

Human physological anatomy is one of the courses that must be taken at the S1 level of Biology Education. This lecture is carried out in 2 activities, namely theoretical lecture activities and lectures in practicum activities. Theoretical lecture activities contain lecture activities in the context of mastering the material of the skeletal system, muscular system, circulatory system, digestive system, endocrine system, nervous system, respiratory system and human immune system. Practicum activities are carried out in the laboratory with the aim of students mastering work procedures safely in the Biology Laboratory. Researchers make observations during this lecture activity and there is a main problem that must be resolved immediately, namely the absence of a practicum module for the Human Physiology Anatomy course. This results in students having difficulty in proving concepts and theories that they have obtained from theoretical lecture knowledge. In addition, it also makes it difficult for students to do practicum work in the laboratory. Therefore, it is necessary to take steps to solve these problems by developing practicum modules that will provide instructions in carrying out practicum. The development chosen by the researcher in this case uses a 4D model that contains define, design, develop, and disseminate. The instruments used in this test include: (1) Questionnaire of validation sheets of human physiological anatomy material experts, (2) questionnaires of validation sheets from experts in learning media, (3) response questionnaires of students who take human physiology anatomy classes, and (4) response questionnaires of lecturers in human physiology anatomy classes. Based on the results of the development of the human physiology anatomy practicum module that has been developed, it can be said that it has been in accordance with the development objectives. This can be observed based on the series of development activities that have been completed by researchers until obtaining the product of the human physiology anatomy practicum module.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based e-module learning media on interactions of Living things for class VII students at Mts. Al-Amin. In this development research using the 4D development model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, in this research the stages are only up to develop (development). In the material validation test, an assessment of 92.5% was obtained with a very feasible category, in the media validation assessment, a value of 93.9% was obtained with a very feasible category. After validating media experts, there was a readability test conducted by students at Mts. Al-Amin, numbering 20 people. By obtaining a value of 91.6% in the very good category. Based on the results of the assessment data that has been carried out the development of web-based e-module learning media is declared to meet the criteria of very feasible and very good for use as learning

Abstract

Motivation is the most important part in encouraging people to do various things, the role of this motivation is very well used to increase productivity in society, especially in the workforce. In this study, researchers examined the analysis of tutor work motivation and perspective on the impact of compensation at the AHE Katemas Kudu tutoring institution. This study aims to find out the data and explore the work motivation of tutors and perspectives on the impact of compensation at the AHE Katemas Kudu tutoring institution. This research belongs to the qualitative descriptive research method located in the Kudu area. The subject of this study was the AHE Katemas Kudu tutoring tutor. The data collection technique is to use an interview dialog system with a resource person named Mrs. Sholihah. From the results of interviews with informants, it was found that motivation for employees is not just giving salaries, but the granting of licenses and rewards can also increase welfare and affect the performance of tutors at AHE Katemas Kudu.

Abstract

Pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas (PTMT) adalah sistem pembelajaran terbaru yang diterapkan di Indonesia yang diselenggarakan sebagai solusi dari efek negatif pembelajaran daring. Pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas membatasi beberapa hal mengenai kegiatan pembelajaran dikelas dengan maksud untuk meminimalisir penyebaran Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesulitan guru sejarah dalam menerapkan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas (PTMT) di MA Mafatihul Huda Pujon. Metode yang pakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Guru kesulitan dalam mengonsep pembelajaran sejarah dalam penerapan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas, guru kesulitan dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran dan sulit untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Although it is often a topic of discussion, it turns out that there has been no in-depth research on physical fitness and personal resilience in Indonesia.This study poses a problem: does the physical fitness and personal resilience of vocational students in Indonesia meet the predetermined good criteria, compares the physical fitness and personal resilience of vocational students in Indonesia based on gender, and is there a relationship between physical fitness and personal resilience of vocational students in Indonesia? This study used data from the Center for Physical and Sports Literacy Studies, Master of Sports Education, IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. The population is infinite because the distribution of the questionnaire uses the snowball sampling technique. The total sample is 1713 vocational students in Indonesia, consisting of 872 male students and 825 female students.Data were analyzed with a single mean test with criteria, two different test means, and a correlation test. It was concluded that the physical fitness of vocational high school students, both male and female, in Indonesia did not meet the predetermined good criteria; there was no difference in the physical fitness of male and female vocational high school students in Indonesia. The personal resilience of vocational high school students, both male and female, and women in Indonesia have met the predetermined good criteria; there is no difference in the personal resilience of male and female vocational students in Indonesia; there is a relationship between physical fitness and the personal resilience of vocational students in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study to analyze the contribution of physical activity to physical activity enjoyment, physical activity to physical fitness, physical activity enjoyment to physical fitness, physical activity enjoyment to interpersonal peacefulness, and the contribution of physical fitness to interpersonal peacefulness of elementary school students. This research is secondary research with a quantitative correlational design using the Internet Mediated Research (IMR) approach with a sample of 1224 elementary school students in Malang Regency. Data collection used a questionnaire instrument through the IMR. Data analysis used bivariate correlation tests, partial analysis, and multiple regression. The results showed that there was a contribution of physical activity to physical activity enjoyment with a correlation value of 0.116, the contribution of physical activity to physical fitness had a correlation value of 0.268, the contribution of physical activity to interpersonal peacefulness had a correlation value of 0.123, the contribution of physical activity enjoyment to physical fitness had a correlation value of 0.219, the contribution of joy exercising on interpersonal peacefulnesshas a correlation value of 0.473 and the contribution of physical fitness to interpersonal peacefulnesshas a correlation value of 0.174 and from the overall analysis it has a significance value of 0.000 and the R Square value is 0.230 which means having physical activity, physical activity enjoyment and physical fitness have a significant contribution on interpersonal peacefulness in elementary school level students by 23%. So it can be concluded that physical activity, physical activity enjoyment, and physical fitness have a contribution to interpersonal peacefulness in elementary school-level students in Malang Regency, with a contribution percentage of 23%, and the rest is influenced by other variables.
