Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the applicable regulations on internet usage at Dharma Andalas University, to provide empirical evidence of the influence of internal and external locus of control on cyberloafing behavior, to provide empirical evidence of influence of the norms that are adopted by colleagues and leaders of cyberloafing behavior; to provide empirical evidenceof the influence of locus of control and the norms that are adopted by colleagues and leaders of cyberloafing behavior. This research is a correlational quantitative research that is intended to know whether there is a relationship between two or several variables. Data collection techniques were conducted by distributing questionnaires by census. There are 35 respondents who are employees of Dharma Andalas University. To analyze the data used SPSS application. The results obtained show that there is no written and binding regulation related to internet usage at Dharma Andalas University; the internal locus of control has no significanteffect on cyberloafing behavior; norms that are adopted by colleagues and leaders have a significant effect on cyberloafing behavior; and locus of control and norms that are adopted by colleagues and leaders simultaneously have a significant effect on cyberloafing behavior.Keywords: cyberloafing, locus of control, internet usage rules, norms

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh penghargaan finansial terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik; menguji secara empiris pengaruh pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik; menguji secara empiris pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik; dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penghargaan finansial,pertimbangan pasar kerja, lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis asosiasi kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel  penelitian ini sebanyak 268 mahasiswa S1 Akuntansi Universitas Ekasakti. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS ver 21. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penghargaan finansial, pertimbangan pasar kerja dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Penghargaan finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Pertimbangan pasar kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Sedngkan lingkungankeluarga juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik dengan tingkat signifikan.Kata Kunci: Penghargaan Finansial, Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja, Lingkungan Keluarga, Minat Menjadi Akuntan Publik

Abstract

The objective of research to examine the financial performance of the Bank Financing of Islamic People of West Sumatra. Data analysis techniques using the BPRS health assessment applicable in accordance with the decision of Bank Indonesia No. 9/17/PBI/2007 dated December 4, 2007, the financial aspects of the form CAR, FDR, NPF, ROA and BOPO. Results of the study found that the ratio of CAR, BPRS West Sumatera amounting to 14.27%, with "very healthy" assessment criteria, the ratio of FDR BPRS 75.67% of West Sumatra, with the assessment of "healthy" criteria, the ratio of NPF BPRS West Sumatra average 7.83%, the assessment "Quite Healthy" criteria, the ratio ROA BPRS West Sumatra an average of 1.34%, with "healthy" with the assessment criteria and the ratio of BOPO BPRS West Sumatera on average by 92.43%, with "very healthy" assessment criteria. The implications of this research to analyze the performance of the financial aspect of the BPRS can provide information about the circumstances and financial position of the company within a certain period in order to take a decision in the future moreover sharia financing bank should increase efficiency and lower the financing problem.Keywords: Financial performance, CAR, FDR, NPF, ROA and BOPO

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efisiensi produksi dan produktivitastenaga kerja pada industri mikro dan kecil di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskreptif, sedangkan data yang digunakan data nilai output dan nilai pengeluaran tenaga kerja pada industri kecil. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan dengan menggunakan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa efisiensi produksi industri mikro tahun 2015 lebih efisien dibandingkan produksi industri mikro tahun 2013, dan industri kecil tahun 2015 lebih efisien dibandingkan produksi industri kecil tahun 2014, sedangkan produktivitas tenaga kerja, untuk industri mikro tahun 2013 lebih tinggi dibandingkan produktivitas tenaga kerja tahun 2015, dan untukindustri kecil produktivitas tenaga kerja tahun 2014 lebih tinggi dibandingkanproduktivitas tenaga kerja tahun 2015. Abstract

Customer is the king who needs to be respected and well served. The study lookedat the problem of service for customer satisfaction that comes deal to BPR SL 50 Kota toobtain financial services they need.This study used a qualitative approach, a descriptive analysis of the data, wherethe interpretation of existing data and information using the model of interpretation. Thisstudy are five factors in terms of customer service: friendliness, service information, easeof service, cleanliness and comfort of the environment and the price of services. Thedominant factor to the increase in customer satisfaction factor is the ease of service andtariffs.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the influence of the leadership of the head Of against government agencies work discipline the of the sub Muara Tabir of archipelago Tebo regency, related by indicator of each Variables. The indicator of the council’s leadership are, the decision making of the council’s, giving motivation, the ability of the council’s in enforcing the regulation and become a good example. While the indicator of the officials discipline are to identity the discipline of official on responsibility when working, ambition or spirit to work, obedience to the rule, and to use and to keep the office facilities with care. The factors influencing the discipline of apparatus will also be explained.Data is collected through the quiz, interview and document analysis. The is a correlation study involving two variables which include the leadership of council and discipline of government  agencies work discipline the of the sub Muara Tabir. Descriptive analysis is used. Population includes all government official in the Muara Tabir sub district. Sample include 13 (thirteen) people, head is placed as an informant along with members of the public as much as 8 (eight) people who never do administrative affairs the Office of subdistrict  Muara Tabir  Tebo Islands.The result of this study indicates that the leadership of the head of Muara Tabir role and influence in fostering discipline particularly of sub-district and Muara Tabir generally in the community. However, the awareness of every individual direct acting as government agencies, state servant and community servant are the main element to build discipline optimally, it is also influenced by many other factors which are individually motivation Government agencies of any such.

Abstract

West Sumatra as one of the provinces in Indonesia that accepted the government policy of regional autonomy. Regional autonomy in Indonesia is a form of decentralization. Regional autonomy is directed to accelerate regional independence in order to realize community welfare. The implementation of fiscal decentralization which has been implemented for approximately 15 years has significantly grown the regional economy of each regency / city, but on the other hand the inequality that occurs between districts / cities has also increased especially on tax revenues. One of the methods to assess tax revenues inequality of a region is to use the Williamson’s Index. This research aims to evaluate, describe and maping the level of inequality of tax revenues using theWilliamson’s Index between districts, cities and between districts and cities in West Sumatra Province for the period 2014-2016. The research was conducted in all districs and Cities in West Sumatra Province. The method of data analysis is by analyzing tax revenues using tax ratio, then the results are analyzed using the Williamson Index. Theresults showed; 1) Analysis of inter-districs tax ratio in West Sumatra in the 2014-2016 period was at an average of 0.12% in the low category, 2) Analysis of inter-cities tax ratio in West Sumatra for the period 2014-2016 was at an average of 0.28% with the medium category, 3) The results of the analysis of the inter-districs and cities tax ratio in WestSumatra for the 2014-2016 period were at an average of 0.18% in the low category, 4) The analysis of tax revenues with Williamson’s Index of inter-district tax ratio for the 2014- 2016 period showed Moderate category, 5) The analysis of tax revenues with Williamson’s Index of inter-cities tax ratio for the 2014-2016 period showed inequality category, 6) Theanalysis of tax revenues between districs and Cities with the Williamson Index in 2014-2016 period showed very inequality results. It is suggested to government of all districts and cities in West Sumatra to optimize tax potential by exploring the potential of the region they have, and sets target and tax rates so that tax revenue can be obtained maximally.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees’ of Islamic Hospital Ibnu Sina Simpang EmpatIn West Pasaman. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Job Performance,Work Experience, and Education Against Job Promotion At RSI Ibnu Sina SimpangEmpatin West Pasaman. This research included into the research using field research thatis quantitative, with the number of samples of 50 respondents.The data was collected bydistributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 26 statement item.Dataprocessed on SPSS version 19.0.The statement Tested by using test of validity andreliability.The multiple regression analysis showed that each of the variables used in thisstudy has a regression equation as follows: Y = 1,450 +0,628X1 + (-0,030)X2 + 0,073 X3+ e. The result of the analysis shows Job performance,Work Experience, and Educationsignificant effect simultaneously on Promotion at RSI Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat WestPasaman. Job performance a significant effect partial on Promotion at RSI Ibnu SinaSimpang Empat West Pasaman.
