Abstract

The need for electrical energy for humans continues to increase as the number of people increases and the increasingly modern pattern of human life is also one of the causes of increasing energy consumption. The solution to this discussion is to supply new and renewable energy sources as an alternative to supply electricity with the PLTS electricity system with a spare battery. The purpose of this study is to make a PLTS electrical system with a backup battery with a capacity of 900 Watts for power consumption from the National Electric Company and the Utilization of the Sun's Natural Resources into electrical energy. The PLTS system is in a backup battery for storing electrical energy produced by solar cells. PLTS and pendungung components are needed to produce PLTS with 900 Watt power, PLTS backup battery with 200 Ah battery capacity with 12V voltage, 150Wp x 2 Photovoltaic, MPA type solar charge controller with 30A capacity, Pure sine wave type inverter with 1000 Watt capacity and use safety current MCB 1 phase 6A and 2A.

Abstract

Research on the design and construction of a micro hydro power plant has been conducted. This tool is used to support energy conversion learning, in this case a micro hydro power plant. In this research a series of steps were carried out including design, assembly, and testing. The plant uses a 12 VDC generator equipped with an inverter. From the test results it was found that this prototype has been able to produce electrical energy from a relatively small water flow, which starts from 1,9 m3/s by generating electricity of 0.03 watts. In this test the highest power measurement results obtained were 0.09 watts at the water discharge of 3,02 m3/s. Thus the greater water debit used, the bigger electricity produced will be.

Abstract

The Laboratory of the Electrical Engineering Department is one of the important tools to help practicum activities especially for students. For this reason, a management that can manage an organization is more structured with a predetermined procedure. Management information system can assist laboratory management activities in the Department of Electrical Engineering. This laboratory management information system application is web based with PHP programming language. This web-based laboratory management information system is divided into two applications, back-end and front-end. The back-end application functions specifically to carry out laboratory management according to the access rights of the user, the data will be stored in a MySQL database. Stored data will be published on the front-end application.

Abstract

Electrical Motor is the familiar machines to operate all of the industrial system. The high frequency of using the electrical motor is made the motor work harder. The effect of that all is made the conductor is lose of insulator. The electrical motor that has not good winding is not good to use in industrial machine. The electrical motor that has fired  winding is need to rewind. Rewinding machines nowaday is familiar using manual vehichles. That using human energy to operate the rewinding machines. That why need to design the automatically rewinding machines with PLC’s control and DC electrical motor as the crank. The result of this research is the winding of this rewinding  machines  is more prices than manual rewinding machines. The component that needed in this machines those are: PLC as the program controller of rewinding machines, NO pushbutton switch as input component, 24 VDC of DC electrical motor as crank of rewinding machines, alumunium metal and wood as winding  spot. As the protection, using the 2A MCB with C-Class type for lighting and home electronics device. As the application, this machines can use to make 150 of winding at 17.5 minutes.

Abstract

Data from sea fish in Pekalongan Regency can be processed, one of which is clustered. Clusters are grouping data based on the same criteria. The purpose of doing clustering is to be able to help in sorting and dividing a situation based on the same criteria. Clustering of marine fish products in Pekalongan Regency will be grouped into three groups, namely: a small group of marine fish products, a medium group of marine fish products, and a large group of marine fish products. The clustering process uses the SOM algorithm, and the data is taken from the website data.go.id/dataset. Data is processed in order to show which fish yields are small, medium and large. The processing process uses variable types of fish, years and results of sea fish that are stored in Excel files and then processed using Matlab. The results show that there are fish species that are classified as low and moderate clusters, namely shrimp, squid, serimping, grouper, turmeric, and ray species. The types of fish that enter the cluster and many are Tigawaja. The types of fish that enter the medium cluster are Beloso, Pihi, Pepetek, and those who enter the low cluster are 18 fish species, while those who enter the low, medium and many clusters are Petek.

Abstract

Information systems become the main thing in a company, in terms of supporting the development of the business. Information systems can facilitate the performance of a business entity. With the existence of an information system, it is expected that a business can be more optimal in managing business reporting both needed by internal and external parties. To be able to provide effective and efficient services, computer-based services that need to be done. The method used in making this application is the Prototyping method with this method is a method for building a software that is not too large and human resources involved in a limited amount. The steps taken are planning, analysis, system design, implementation. The purpose of making this application is to facilitate patients in the service of information and examinations. As well as saving addresses and energy by building this prototype system. There is also a strategy developed in the form of customer relationship management (CRM) is a strategy used by companies to manage interactions with customers and potential customers. CRM helps organizations streamline processes, build customer relationships, increase sales, improve customer service, and increase profitability. The results of the research found in making proptotypes at the Sri Panimbing Klaten Clinic are able to provide information that can be accessed anywhere and at any time as well as online reservation services that make it easy for patients, doctors, and administrators to conduct the queue process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menawarkan pemanfaatan sumber daya energi yang tidak akan pernah habis (terbarukan), tetapi untuk membangun sistem pembangkit pv itu membutuhakan biaya yang cukup besar sehingga perlukan analisis terkait dengan dampak tekno-ekonomi terhadap keberdaaan pembangkit pv. Penelitian berkaitan dengan analisis tekno-ekonomi sistem pembangkit pv pada gedung politeknik jambi (poljam), tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang system pembangkit pv sekaligus menganalisa dampak tekno-ekonomi sesuai dengan kebutuhan energi listrik sebesar 66 kwh (PLN) dengan pemakaian rata rata 6 kw/jam yang diperlukan pada gedung politeknik jambi dengan pembayaran bulanan mencapai +- rp. 7.000.000. Per bulannya, analisis tekno-ekonomi dilakukan menggunakan software retscreen untuk mengetahui kebutuhan biaya dan jangka waktu Return Of Investment (ROI) berkaitan dengan pembangunan pembangkit pv pada gedung politeknik jambi.

Abstract

Nowaday, electricity is the main energy to our daily activity. Increasment of population amount became one of factor that effect to increase the electricity consumption. Increased need of electricity consumtion is need to analized to guarantee the electricity needs that support the economic growth. Analized of electricity needs can be analized from some sector, those are: household sector, industrial sector, business sector, and social sector. Electricity consumption in each sector is depend on income, amount of costumer, and the price of electricity that applied by PT PLN by each of sector. The research is descriptive form in econometrics analize at Jambi Province. The result of the analized by SPSS and excel, the increasment of electricity consumption, those are: household sector (23,89%), industrial sector (21,03%), business (18,29%), and social sector (7,06%) from 2020 till 2025 at Jambi Province

Abstract

Measuring instrumentation equipment plays an important role. The results of measurements made by several similar measuring instruments do not necessarily show the same results, even though these tools have the same type. The accuracy of all measuring instruments will decrease over time. However, the decrease in accuracy is also caused by the presence of electricity or a hazardous environment. These changes depend on the type of instrument and the environment in which it is used. In order for the instrument to have accuracy in measuring, it is calibrated. Calibrate the solar flowmeter using a recalibrated standard measuring vessel calibrator. Calibration is done by taking flow rate data on the flowmeter which is compared with the measurement results on the standard calibrator. The results of characterization based on the calibration show that the average error reading is 0.01% so that the tool is ready for use.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Pedan Klaten is a school that has been around for a long time and has many graduates. Tracking graduates are still carried out in one direction, namely by filling out forms. The data obtained is then entered in the graduate ledger. This has resulted in not maximally handling graduates. Current graduate data cannot be used as a benchmark for knowing the activities and whereabouts of graduates. The current solution that is considered to improve graduate data is by developing a graduate tracking information system. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The method of developing the system uses the Waterfall Model. Programming language is a Web programming language using Sublimetext and CSS text editors to create and edit and design. The databases used are PhpMyadmin and MySQL. The conclusion of this research is that the author has succeeded in analyzing and developing a graduate tracking information system in SMK Negeri 1 Pedan Klaten, the system is made by two users, namely admin and graduates. Admin can perform system management, while graduates can enter their current condition through this developed system. The system can make reports on the results of tracking graduates, the system can make it easy to search for graduate data.
