Abstract

Testing of 3 phase induction motors with a variety of wire diameters. First, find out the ideal wire size on an induction motor. Second, ratio of the power used on an induction motor with different winding wire sizes. Third, to find out the torque produced by an induction motor with different wire winding sizes. Then, The induction motor test was performed by taking the power data used on two motors with a diameter of 0.6 mm and 0.5 mm winding wire, RPM data and torque produced by an induction motor with a diameter of 0.6 mm and 0.5 mm. So, we can get the results the induction motor with a diameter of 0.6 mm wire uses as maximum power of 549.10 Watt or more than the induction motor with a diameter of a wire wound of 0.5 mm which only uses a maximum power of 345.95 Watt, the wire diameter induction motor winding 0.6 mm produces a maximum torque of 746.92 Nm or greater than an induction motor with a diameter of 0.5 mm winding wire which only produces a maximum torque of 383.97 Nm. So, It can be conclude that the more number of revolutions per minute (RPM), the torque produced will be smaller, then, the greater the torque produced, the more power is used.

Abstract

Sistem kontrol pompa pengisian air yang saat ini digunakan pada gedung Graha Dayaguna – PT. JIEP menggunakan konsep open loop tanpa adanya umpan balik dari sistem pengisian sehingga cenderung tidak efisien. Optimalisasi sistem perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan cara menambahkan komponen water level control dengan menggunakan 3 elektroda berfungsi sebagai sensor level yang diletakkan dalam bak penampungan air. Simulasi menggunakan software EKTS menunjukkan bahwa water level control dengan menggunakan elektroda dapat memonitor ketersediaan pasokan air. Implementasi dari penerapan water level control diyakini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi.

Abstract

Proses pendataan barang masuk dan keluar, stok persediaan, dan pelaporan barang belum optimal saat pencarian data dikarenakan banyaknya data barang dan penampung datanya masih menggunakan spreadsheet. Dengan itu agar dapat optimal maka disarankan untuk menggunakan sistem informasi persediaan. Tujuan sistem informasi persediaan barang ini untuk mengatasi masalah yang muncul pada sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini di PT. Zokkas Sejahtera Jambi serta menjadi solusi baik bagi perusahaan demi terciptanya sistem yang lebih cepat dan akurat dalam mengelola persediaan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web dengan metode FIFO yang memberikan kemudahan dalam memberikan informasi data persediaan barang melalui barang masuk dan barang keluar dengan menggunakan diagram arus data, DFD, ERD dan MySQL untuk pengolahan data.

Abstract

Siswa yang menjadi sasaran LKP SmartFast Global Education Jambi sebagian besar berada diluar kota. Proses penerimaan siswa baru (PSB) di kampus ini yang masih menggunakan sistem konvensional dengan cara melakukan promosi ke daerah-daerah, sehingga membutuhkan tenaga dan biaya yang terbilang mahal.apalagi dikondisi pandemi yang mengharuskan sekolah memberlakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh mengunakan teknologi informasi khususnya internet atau pembelajaran Daring yang menjadi kendala LKP SmartFast Global Education Jambi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada pendaftaran siswa di LPK Metode SmartFast Global Education Jambi dbuatlah perancangan dan pembangunan system informasi pendaftaran berbasis web. yang digunakan untuk pembangunan sistem informasi menggunakan Model Prototype dengan pendekatan sistem berorientasi objek yang dimodelkan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Hasil akhir dari perancangan dan pembangunan sistem informasi ini adalah adanya sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberi kemudahan akses informasi dan proses pendaftaran sehingga proses administrasi penerimaan siswa baru menjadi lebih efektif dan efisisen.

Abstract

The gate in general as access into and out of the yard or house. Generally, the gate is opened manually by sliding it, for the mechanism of opening and closing the gate is mostly opened manually and requires human labor. So the design of the automatic turnstile drive control system was designed to facilitate users in opening and closing without bothering to push or shift the gate that consumes a lot of time and energy. Components used are in the form of an ½ hp 1 phase ac motor, gearbox and ohm switch. For how to operate it using the ohm switch as a controller by raising or lowering the switch ohm lever then the dynamo and gearbox as movers will open and close the gate. Abstract

motor 50 W / 12 V DC as an additional driver for the food trolley which previously used human power, to overcome this this study aims to facilitate work that previously used human power assisted by a 50 W/12V DC motor. to drive a 50 W / 12 V DC motor, a voltage in the range of 11V-12V is needed on a 50 W/4.16A power supply whose source comes from a dry battery, with a power of 25 Kg with a plate capacity of 12 - 16 plates of food with a capacity of 1500 grams/plate power 21 Ah battery with a maximum usage time of 60 minutes, the design and process of making a trolley, especially the use of a DC Motor as an additional driver for a food trolley. The process of making a machined trolley unit includes stages, namely: observation, design, manufacture, trolley assembly and testing. This trolley has a load capacity of 25 kilograms while the empty weight of the trolley is 34.5 kilograms and has a Dc Motor with a 390 series with a voltage of 12 Volts, a power of 50 Watts and a current use of 3-5 Amperes and the source used comes from a dry battery.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how effective the development of e-learning and virtual laboratories in the universities. Because so far students have difficult in finding lecture references and besides that the learning process cannot be monitored by the institution and the unavailability of media used to support practicum courses in the laboratory. The method used in this research is research and development with five steps including: a. Conduct product analysis to be developed b. Develop initial product c. Revision d. Small-scale field trials and product revisions e. Large-scale field trials and final products. To measure the effectiveness of e-learning used the Technology Acceptanced Model (TAM) using 2 factors including a. usefullnes factors (users believe that their performance will improve by using this system) and b. ease of use (the user believes that the use of this system will free from the trouble). To analyze how effective the use of e-learning and virtual laboratories is, the researchers used a sample with 20 lecturers as respondents. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that 92% of lecturer respondents agree and are effective towards the developed e-learning and virtual laboratory

Abstract

This study aims to design practical learning media. The Human Machine Interface (HMI) learning module consists of a monitor to display control menus, PLC devices, and input-output devices. The design of the exemplary HMI display is needed to provide the required information to the user. The research method used in this study uses experimental methods and program design on the trainer module. From the study results, it can conclude that the use of the Omron CP1E NA20DRA PLC-Based HMI system is effortless to use as a learning medium and can train students in improving PLC programming skills.

Abstract

The development of free-range chickens has several obstacles, including low productivity, small scale, the way to overcome the limitations of free-range chickens is to apply a separate breeding process from the parent by means of an incubator. The goal in the incubator is to produce more chicks. This study aims to provide convenience for farmers. Because this automation tool can make it easier for farmers to maintain and care for chicks, because basically chick incubators do require special maintenance and the use of IoT in the electronics world has been very much and is still growing. The use of IoT has penetrated almost all human activities such as livestock, agriculture, fisheries and various household appliances. The function of IoT itself in these fields is to simplify human work, monitor various equipment remotely and increase the effectiveness of the tool. So the pins took the title Chicken Care Incubator Using Temperature Sensors And Solar Power Based On Iot using NodeMCU microcontrollers, temperature sensors, voltage sensors, batteries, solar panels, relays, lights. The method used for research is Research and Development (R&D). The researcher used the XAMPP application and opened a web page to find out the system in the chick rearing incubator automatically values ​​the battery voltage, temperature, lights on and off and time. The results of the design of the chick rearing incubator are automatically successful with a percentage of 100%. The results of the validator test are 87.5% and chicken breeders are 96.25%.

Abstract

Digital scales are measuring instruments to measure the mass weight of objects or substances with a digital display. In its use, scales are used in various fields, from trade, industry to service companies. In this case, digital scales have many advantages, including: the mass of the scale itself is lighter than manual scales, the results of measuring the measured load are more accurate, suitable for measuring small objects, in terms of design digital scales seem more modern and in terms of maintenance required it is very easy to do. Measuring instruments are designed and made by prioritizing the ability of measuring instruments such as accuracy, accuracy, and reading ability. There are two category systems in scales, namely Analog Scales and Digital Scales. Load cell is the core component contained in the Digital Scale which functions as a pressure sensor that will convert the analog signal generated by the Load Cell to the amount of electricity. The reading of the load cell data will be processed by Esp 8266 through the HX711 system to convert the amount of potential that occurs in the load cell into digital data. This method uses the measurement principle carried out by Loadcell using the pressure principle that utilizes the Strain Gauge as a sensor. This is evidenced by the results of testing the condition of the tool in good condition and in accordance with the accuracy when the object is weighed to get a result of 99%.
