Abstract

the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at PT. Tri Karya Cemerlang. The sample of this study was 52 people. Sampling using probability sampling with random sampling technique. The results showed that the coefficient of determination obtained by 0.882 or 88.2% showed that The Quality of Service and Brand Image was able to explain the variation in customer satisfaction in PT Tri Karya Cemerlang, while the remaining 11.8% was explained by other variables not studied in this study such as facilities, product quality, conformity between price and product, etc.,  The results showed that service quality partially had no effect on customer satisfaction, while brand image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while simultaneously service quality and brand image  had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of return on assets, return on equity, and earnings per share on the company's stock price simultaneously and partially at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the period 2010-2019. Types and sources of data in this study are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk in 2010-2019. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis model, classic assumption test using normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2) test. simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test) with data processing using the SPSS Statistic 22 program. The results showed that the regression model is normal, multicolonearity does not occur, and autocorrelation does not occur, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test results 0.681 or 68.1% indicates that the variables return on assets, return on equity, and earnings per share are able to explain the variations that occur in the stock price of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk, while the remaining 31.9% is explained by other variables which are not researched. The results of the study partially show that return on assets has no and significant effect on stock prices and return on equity has no and insignificant effect on stock prices, while earnings per share has a significant and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, return on assets, return on equity, and earnings per share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions simultaneously and partially, and to find out how price moderates product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT Perdana Agro Mandiri for the period January-July 2020. The results showed that the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained results of 0.807 or 80.7% indicating that product quality and promotion variables were able to explain the variations that occurred in the purchasing decisions of PT. Perdana Agro Mandiri, while the remaining 19.3% is explained by other variables not examined. The results of the study partially and significantly affected product quality on purchasing decisions, while promotions had no effect and were not significant on purchasing decisions at PT. Prime Agro Mandiri. While the simultaneous product quality and promotion have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at PT. Prime Agro Mandiri. And Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) shows that price does not moderate product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT. Prime Agro Mandiri.

Abstract

The research was conducted at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of motivation, the level of work discipline, the level of performance of hotel employees,as well as whether there is an influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan employees both partially and  simultaneously. the research method used is deskriptif quantitative method. Furthermore, data collection techniques are used by disseminating questionnaires,interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique used is double-digit linear regressionanalysis. based on the analysis of respondents' answers, the results were obtained that the level of motivation and level of employee discipline had a positive and significant effect. While the level of employee performance is in the category of positive and significant influence. The results of this study show that: there is an influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan  employees both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh leverage dan likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas pada PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk dari tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Linear Berganda, pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t), dan uji simultan (uji f), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) variabel Leverage yaitu Debt Equity Ratio, variabel Likuiditas yaitu Current Ratio, dan variabel Profitabilitas yaitu Return On Asset mampu menjelaskan variasi yang terjadi pada Profitabilitas pada PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Secara parsial leverage dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara simultan leverage dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Return on Asset and Return on Equity simultaneously and partially affect stock prices in transportation companies PT. Blue Bird Tbk and PT. Transportasi Indonesia Tbk (WEHA) listed on theBursa Efek Indonesia. The population and sample in this study are the company's financial statements PT. Blue Bird Tbk and PT. Transportasi Indonesia Tbk (WEHA) listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia of the year 2015-2019. The data used are secondary data. The analysis technique used is statistical analysis and multiple linear regression test.Based on the test results it can be concluded thatReturn on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity imultaneously and significantly influence the stock price.Partially Return on Asset (ROA) have effect and significantly on stock prices and Return on Equity (ROE) has no and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is one of the non-banking credit institutions that serve the public in order to get funds quickly through credit. To improve customer satisfaction, PT Pegadaian is very demanding for all branch outlets to improve service quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction through customer trust at PT Pegadaian Syariah Kuala Simpang Branch. This study uses a quantitative method involving 133 respondents, sampling using random sampling, namely the determination of samples that provide equal opportunities for each customer population to be sampled. Data collection is done by using questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical formulas, with multiple linear regression models namely path analysis processed with SPSS version 18 program. The results of the study showed that partially service quality had no effect on customer satisfaction, while the product had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while Simultaneously the quality of service and product has a positive effect on customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian Syariah Kuala Simpang Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the accounts receivable turnover affects the profitability of PT. BPR Syariah Adeco Langsa. The sample of this research is PT. Adeco SRB in 2016-2018, sampling using purposive sampling is a technique used to achieve certain goals. Data analysis using simple regression, hypothesis testing with the coefficient of determination (R2) test, partial test (t test), while processing data using SPSS 24. The results of research using the ttest is known that the pivot rotation variable has no effect on profitability at PT.Adeco Langsa SRB. Where the t-value for the Accounts Receivable Turnover variable is 0.171 <1.8124 and the significant value is 0.868> from alpha 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there was an effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT.Lika Utama Engineering Medan. The sample of this study was 30 employees in 2019, sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique,which was a sampling technique in which all members of the population were sampled. Data analysis was using Simple Linear Regression test, hypothesis test was used coefficient determination test (R2), partial test (t test), while data was processed used SPSS 22. The results of this study showed that work motivation does have a variable on employee performance, other than that,work motivationvariables partialy have no effect and does not significantly affect employee performance at PT. Lika Utama Engineering.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Dippo 88 Cafe Lubuk Pakam. The sample in this study were 95 people. The sampling technique used accidental sampling, namely the determination of samples based on coincidence, consumers who incidentally / incidentally meet with researchers can be used as samples, if viewed by people who happen to be found suitable as a source of data. Data analysis used Multiple Regression test, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test), while processing data using SPSS20. The results of this study indicate that service quality and price are able to explain its existence to the variable customer satisfaction, in addition partially the quality of service does not affect customer satisfaction, and price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While simultaneous service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Dippo 88 Cafe Lubuk Pakam.
