The total population is 195 breastfeeding mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months at the Darussalam Health Center and a sample of 66 people. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. Collecting data through interviews using a questionnaire. Data processing with editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating processes. Analytical data analysis, presented in univariate data analysis and bivariate data analysis. For bivariate data, analyze the relationship between variables using chi square. The results showed that from 66 breastfeeding mothers there were 48 breastfeeding mothers (72.7%) who gave exclusive breastfeeding, 26 breastfeeding mothers (39.4%) who had sufficient knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, 53 breastfeeding mothers (80.3%). who have a positive attitude about exclusive breastfeeding. There is no relationship between knowledge of breastfeeding mothers and exclusive breastfeeding, with the results of the chi-square test, X2 count < X2 table (1.4 <5.591) and there is a relationship between the attitudes of breastfeeding mothers and exclusive breastfeeding, with the results of the chi-square test, where X2 count > X2 table (34.72 > 3.841). The conclusion of this study is that the majority of breastfeeding mothers who give exclusive breastfeeding are 48 people, the majority of breastfeeding mothers have sufficient knowledge, 26 people, and the majority of breastfeeding mothers have a positive attitude 53 people. Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) have recommended that children start breastfeeding within the first hour after birth and be exclusively breastfed for the first six months of life (no food or other fluids are given). , including water) (UNICEF & WHO, 2018). An estimated 78 million babies - or three in five babies - are not breastfed in the first hour of life. This puts them at a higher risk of death and disease and makes them less likely to continue breastfeeding (World Health Organization, 2018a). Data from WHO shows that only 40% of infants have received early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD). WHO itself targets that by 2030 70% of infants have received early initiation of breastfeeding (WHO & UNICEF, 2018). The type of research used is descriptive, namely research that clearly describes the variables studied without doing statistical tests. This research was conducted at BPM Pematangsiantar City. The study was conducted in March 2021 with a sample size of 29 people. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling, namely by consecutive sampling. The description of the IMD implementation shows that the majority of respondents are aged 20-35 years (65.5%) and the least is <20 years old (6.9), the highest parity is 3 (34.5%) and the least parity is 5 (6.9%). ), all respondents gave birth at term pregnancy (100%), and all respondents did early initiation of breastfeeding (100%) while the implementation of IMD was mostly carried out immediately after birth (89.7%) and the longest IMD implementation was between 30 minutes to 30 minutes. d 1 hour (69%) but there are also those who carry out IMD less than 30 minutes (10.3%). Type of Research Analytical survey with cross sectional design. It is hoped that health workers will carry out an IMD in every delivery immediately after the baby is born and the need for husband and family support in accompanying the delivery process in carrying out IMD.

In this study, the analysis used is the Willcoxon Signed Rank Test, with p value <0.05. The average value of ability of the family before being educated was 2.00 and a range of 2 to 3. This shows that the ability of familieswas less in caring for stoma while the ability after being educated was of 3.00 and a range of 3 to 3. Its means that the family was able to perform stoma care for his family who had a colostomy. From the differences in the median value and probability was p <0.05. Abstract

Infan is the period as well as the time of Christ's development. It is said to be a critical period because this period is very short for the environment and it is said to be a development period because infancy is not very short and can be repeated again. The most important period of child development is infancy and toddlerhood. In infancy / toddler there is a basic growth that will determine the next child's development. Infancy is the first month of life, the baby will adapt to the environment, changes in blood circulation, and begin to work the organs of the body, and in post-neonatal the baby will experience very fast growth. One way to stimulate growth and development in children is to use the baby solus per aqua (SPA) technique. Babies who are given SPA Babies will certainly grow and develop differently from the growth and development of babies who are not given SPA Babies. This is because the Baby SPA series aims to awaken the baby's sensory and motor nerves early with certain stimuli so that babies can grow actively and be more optimal both physically and mentally. This study aims to obtain an overview of the effect of Infant SPA on weight gain aged 4 to 6 months, Measuring the weight gain of infants aged 4 to 6 months who receive and Infant SPA and those who do not receive massage and Infant SPA at the Tapian Dolok Health Center, Simalungun Regency. The hypothesis in this study is that the increase in the weight of the babies who received the Baby Spa was greater than the standard deviation of the weight gain of 36.9 with a mean difference of 48.7 grams between the two groups. The sample size obtained is 12 respondents so that the number of samples will be increased to 30 according to the minimum sample that can be analyzed statistically. So the intervention group was 30 babies and the control group was 30 babies. The results showed that there was an effect of SPA for infants on weight gain of infants at the age of 4 to 6 months. This study is expected to provide knowledge to mothers who have babies aged 4 6 months the importance of SPA for babies to the baby's weight gain.
