This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, organizational communication, and job satisfaction on the performance of Civil Servants at the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency. The research sample used the criteria of a permanent employee in a company/organization. The sampling method was carried out by probability sampling with a total of 132 samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and compensation, organizational communication, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The cause of this research is to investigate and prove the impact of ROA, ROE, NPM, and GPM on firm’s value (Tobin's Q) either partially or simultaneously and decide which profitability ratio is more dominant in explaining Tobin's Q variance. The analysis was carried out on companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2015-2020. The sample selected was issuers consistently registered with JII during the 2015-2020 period, and 11 issuers were selected. The results of the analysis show ROA and NPM partially sizeable good-sized effect on Tobin's Q, whilst ROE and GPM do not have any effect. ROA is positively correlated, and NPM is negatively correlated. However, all independent variables simultaneously have a significant impact on Tobin's Q. The R-square value of is 0.953648 shows that 95.37% of Tobin's Q variance can be explained by changes in ROA, ROE, GPM, and NPM, while other factors outside the model cause the remaining 4.43%. Of the four variables tested, ROA is the more dominant variable affecting Tobin's Q and can be used as the best proxy for corporate profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial performance using Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) approaches of state owned Banks (BUMN) listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research methodology used qualitative descriptive research. The objects of this study are the state owned Banks (BUMN) listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018. The data collection techniques used are secondary data and panel data. The analysis techniques used are by calculating Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA). The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the state owned Banks (BUMN) listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018 in terms of Economic Value Added (EVA) has good financial performance because the Economic Value Added value always more than zero (EVA> 0). In terms of Market Value Added (MVA), in 2016 Bank BNI had negative MVA value (MVA <0) then in 2017 and 2018.BNI Bank had positive MVA value (MVA> 0). BRI and Mandiri Bank had positive MVA value (MVA> 0) in 2016-2018. BTN Bank in 2016-2018 had negative MVA (MVA <0).

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence of leadership style,compensation, work discipline, and employee performance. The method of writing scientific articles is by using qualitative methods and library research or library research. The results of this literature review article are: leadership syle has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

A Government Bond is a significant financial instrument for the state budget of Indonesia Government. It has become important and quite attractive among other financial instruments. Using BI 7-Day Repo Rate, Inflation, Money Supply, Indonesia Composite Index, and USD/IDR Exchange Rate as independent variables, this research has been done to determine Government Bond Yield. The research population is bond issued by Indonesia Government. The sampling is 10-years traded Government Bond fixed rate serries during 2016-2021 with 300 data collected which since 2020 Indonesia has been facing the Covid-19 pandemic that affected the global economy and financial markets. This research finds that Government Bond Yield positively affected by BI 7-Day Repo Rate, Inflation Rate, and USD/IDR Exchange Rate, while negatively affected by Money Supply, yet Indonesia Composite Index and Covid-19 pandemic has no effect on the Government Bond Yield.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove that there is an effect of digital competence on the performance of lecturers in the S1 Accounting Study Program in Private Universities in Bandung Metropolitan Area through job satisfaction with Servant Leadership as a Moderating variable. The population is 478 lecturers. The number of samples was 218 lecturer respondents. The sample was determined based on the proportionate stratified simple random sampling method, meaning that all lecturers were given the same opportunity to become respondents regardless of the position strata held by the S1 Accounting Study Program of Private Universities in Bandung Metropolitan Area. The data was declared valid, reliable and The research results prove that there is an effect of digital competence on the performance of lecturers in the S1 Accounting Study Program in Private Universities in Bandung Metropolitan Area through job satisfaction with Servant Leadership as a moderating variable. Improvement must start from digital competence because it contributes to the smallest influence.

Abstract

In today's digital era, it affects all aspects, including in the world of education. Some students do not only study on campus but they also learn by e-learning. However, since the corona pandemic, all the world of education has been carried out using e-learning. Seeing this phenomenon, the authors need to examine the comparison of Learning Outcomes between engineering and non-technical students because engineering students certainly need practical learning while non-technical children in this case such as management can learn E learning. The test used is the Independent Sample T test because the data is normally distributed. The results showed that there was no difference in learning outcomes between children from the management department or from the engineering department as a whole. However, if you look at it per statement, you can see that there is only one statement that differs significantly between the answers from management students and engineering students, namely the statement about I use e-learning as a complement to this learning, which means that the answers of students majoring in management are on average higher than the average. the answer of students majoring in engineering, meaning that more management students use e-learning to complement their learning.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a measure of a positive feeling about work resulting from an analysis of the characteristics in a person. Based on job satisfaction assessment data, it was found that the phenomenon of employee job satisfaction at PT. Indesso Culinoma International is quite low, so it needs to be researched. Theapurpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadershipoand compensation on job satisfaction with motivation as a moderating variable at PT. Indesso Culinoma International. The technique used in this study is a survey method in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of all employees of PT. Indesso Culinoma International. The research design used associative and the data analysis technique used was path analyze using the smartPLS application. The results showed that leadership and compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Indesso Culinoma International. In addition, motivational variables can also mediate the influence of leadership and compensation on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The construction of cafe and salon by PT DTD has been delayed in terms of time. The purpose of this study is to calculate the best time optimization and determine the critical path of the cafe and salon construction project at PT DTD. This research is an evaluation of a project that has been completed. The methods used are Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT). The software used is POM-QM for Windows. The project runs for 15 months or 62 weeks from the initial target of the contractor being 8 months. Using POM-QM, from the PERT method, the optimum time for the project is 50 weeks. Project optimization can be carried out using PERT and CPM methods with POM QM software.

Abstract

The reason for this study is to analyze the effect of funding decisions, profitability and liquidity on firm value in LQ45 manufacturing issuers. Annual data reports of the company from 2014 to 2019 are the data for this study. Sampling of companies using purposive sampling method. From the predetermined criteria, only 8 companies can meet the criteria as research samples. The analytical strategy used in this study is panel data regression analysis and uses the Common Effects model with R2 value of 93.87%. Output of this study to show that fund decision, profitability and liquidity are affecting towards firm value and profitability is the most affecting variable on company value.
