Abstract

The existence and development of MA Raden Rahmat Selorejo, Jombang Regency, which is important to note is how to improve the quality of education. Implementation of academic supervision of teacher professionalism in Teaching and Learning Activities. The implementation of academic supervision becomes a benchmark for the development and improvement of the quality of education at MA Raden Rahmat Selorejo. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Implementation of Academic Supervision is also an effort to increase effective teaching and learning activities. Constraints faced during the implementation of Academic Supervision in Increasing Effective Teaching and Learning Activities, namely: the complexity of the managerial tasks of a principal, Lack of preparation from supervised teachers, The element of subjectivity of supervisory teachers is still high, Frequent changes of principals, Facilities and infrastructure that are inadequate limited, Lack of discipline of teachers, and There is still a lack of knowledge of teachers about the effective management of the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the relationship of social studies teacher’s leadership style with student’s learning motivation at SMP Negeri 104 Jakarta. The research uses a correlational method with a sampling technique obtained by 167 students from a population of 272 students. Data were analyzed with product moment correlation coefficient to test hypotheses and obtain conclution. The results showed that there was relationship between the leadership styles of social studies subject teachers in the classroom with students learning motivation, 1) the autocratic leadership style of social studies subject teachers in class was positively and significantly related to students learning motivastion as supporting leadership style, the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.615 and the results of hypothesis testing with t-test obtained tcount (10,020) > ttable (1,974) with a significant level (?) = 0.05. 2) laissez faire leadership style of social studies subject teachers in class was positively and significantly related to students learning motivation as supporting leadership style, the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.502 and the results of hypothesis testing with t-test obtained tcount (7.462) > ttable (1.974) with a significant level (?) = 0.05. 3) democratic leadership styles of social studies subject teachers in class was positively and significantly related to students learning motivation as dominant leadership styles, the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.718 and the results of the hypothesis with the t-test obtained tcount (13.25) > ttable (1.974) with a significant level (?) = 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine: 1) planning for learning moderate Islamic education in tafsir tarbawi courses at Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah 2) implementation of moderate Islamic education learning for tafsir tarbawi courses at Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah and 3) evaluation of learning moderate Islamic Education for tafsir tarbawi courses at Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) the planning of moderate Islamic education learning steps for decision-making steps agreement between lecturers and students on the existence of similarities in the Semester Learning Plan and material in the objectives so that learning planning is planned effectively and efficiently. 2) the implementation of moderate Islamic education learning, while the learning strategies used are active discussion / debate and problem-based learning. In the learning material of the tarbawi interpretation course, there are values of religious moderation. 3) the evaluation of moderate Islamic education learning carried out on an ongoing basis cannot be determined only from the results but must be viewed based on the process from beginning to end in order to find more comprehensive results.

Abstract

The problems that will be studied in this research are there differences in learning outcomes for Qur-any subjects (Tafsir Ahkam) between students who graduated from elementary school and students who graduated from MI in class VII male MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Bulurejo Diwek Jombang? The population and sample in this study were male students of MTs grade VII at MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. With a population of 36 students. The samples taken were 18 students from elementary schools and 18 students from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The analysis used is comparative analysis, with the "t" test analysis technique to state that there are differences in Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes between students from elementary school and students from MI in grade VII male MTs at Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. Based on the results obtained from the field and calculations using SPSS (t-test) it can be concluded that: 1). Learning Outcomes Between Elementary School Graduates and MI Students in Qur-any Subjects in class VII MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang are in the high category, based on research results the percentage is 58.33%. 2). Based on the results of statistical calculations with degrees of freedom (df) of 34 the 1% significance level is 1.30695 and the 5% significance level is 2.03224. While the tcount is 9.16 (tcount > ttable) from here it can be concluded that there is a difference in learning outcomes of Qur-any (Tafsir Ahkam) between elementary school graduates and MI students in Qur-any subjects in class VII MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of education financing at Poris Pelawad 5 Elementary School, Tangerang City. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and document studies, with research results from the principal, treasurer, and one teacher. The results showed that in the process of preparing the RKAS (Activity Plan and School Budget) was carried out by the principal and treasurer and assisted by the school management team. The management of education financing is carried out in three ways, namely, 1), planning, where activities related to schools have been prepared in the RKAS prepared by the school every year at the beginning of the school year.2), Implementation, where for the implementation of financing there are receipts such as, BOS (School Operational Assistance) of the central government, BOSDA (School Operational Assistance) of local governments, and community participation. Expenditure, referring to 8 (eight) national standards of education in schools. 3), Evaluation, this is carried out by SDN Poris Pelawad 5 Tangerang City twice every year, in the middle and at the end of the school year, by holding meetings with relevant parties. And from the results of the evaluation, it is used as a reference by the school for the future.

Abstract

Improving the quality of educational institutions requires several precise strategies so that the quality can increase significantly, which has an impact on the existence of these educational institutions. One of the strategies is education marketing, which aims to produce quality educational inputs, outputs, and outcomes. MAN 1 Ngawi is one of the madrasas that has implemented a very effective marketing strategy to improve the quality of its education. The results showed that the madrasah research program was one of the activities highlighted by MAN 1 Ngawi as an activity to hone students' mindsets and interests in scientific research to produce new works and innovations that would benefit society and the development of science. Through this research madrasa program, MAN 1 Ngawi can improve the quality of madrasas and provide achievement indicators for its students, who are growing rapidly both at the district level and at the international level. Through this program, it is also hoped that it will be one of the surefire ways to attract the interest of prospective student guardians so that it can significantly increase student input.

Abstract

Recognition of Religious Education in the National Education system, of course, will also demand an increase in the management of Religious Education institutions. The implementation of Madrasah Diniyah is accompanied by maximum planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision so that management in educational institutions is getting better and of higher quality. Based on the description above, the management of madrasah diniyah is an important matter to study. This research is a libraryresearch, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation, using data analysis and triangulation. The results showed that the management of Madrasah Diniyah Fathul 'Ulum Puton Diwek Jombang can be seen from the planning, organizing, movement and supervision. Planning is carried out in consultation with the caretaker of the cottage with the diniyah administrators as well as the ustadz. This plan focuses on the material or program being taught, the management of the madrasah madrasah, as well as the learning process for the madrasah madrasah. Organizing is done by creating an organizational structure according to the abilities possessed. This organizational structure was created to facilitate the implementation of madrasah diniyah. The movement can be seen from the activities of the madrasah diniyah every day which basically contain tafaquh fiddin activities, tahfidzul qur'an and entrepreneurial activities. And supervision is carried out by the head of the madrasah diniyah both vertically and horizontally to control how far this madrasah is running.

Abstract

This article discusses the breakthroughs made by Islamic boarding schools in order to equip students in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era so they are not left behind in the economic field. Although the Ar-Risalah Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School still adheres to salafiyah teachings, this pesantren prepares its students to be able to survive in today's era. This paper will discuss the background of efforts to prepare student economic independence, the implementation of student independence preparation programs, and student readiness to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. In this study, data were obtained from two sources, namely humans and non-humans. Humans as informants in this study were caregivers, teacher, and students. While non-humans are documentation of Islamic boarding schools. The results of this study are caregivers who have a far-reaching vision to empower their students to live in their era. This vision is then realized by equipping students with IT teaching and mastery of foreign languages ??in the form of Arabic, English, Mandarin and Japanese. Apart from IT, students are also provided with life skill training. Ar-Risalah Islamic boarding school students are very ready to compete in the global world because they have mastered technology and foreign languages.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are. To describe the performance of the OSIS at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban, Jombang. To describe organizational management in improving OSIS performance at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang. In order to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving OSIS performance at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang. This research is a qualitative field research. The method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive design with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive. The results of the study showed that: the performance of the student council at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang has increased compared to before seen from the enthusiastic participation of student council students in carrying out student council activities. But there are still some student council students who are lazy to participate in student council activities. Organizational management can be seen clearly from the organizational structure, where the OSIS administrators already have their respective duties and responsibilities. Through the management of this organization, they receive guidance and direction from the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Student Affairs, and OSIS Advisors. The supporting factors are teachers, parents, budget, facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of experience in organizing, the osis administrators do not understand work and peers.

Abstract

Social media management is really needed in this super-fast and easy era like today, because technology that is increasingly sophisticated requires humans to be able to use this technology in various aspects of their lives, including in the field of education where social media can provide a myriad of benefits for school institutions. This study aims to determine the use and management of social media at MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection using documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis used is interactive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the social media used by MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar are YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram which are managed by three teachers (educators). Where YouTube contains content about school activities in the form of extracurriculars. Then Facebook contains content about the logo or symbol of the school. Meanwhile, Instagram contains posts about school activity schedules and educational posters. Finally, WhatsApp is used as a forum for discussing lessons and providing important information. The use of social media in this school is used as a source of information, communication, and promotion for creating a positive image of the school and attracting the interest of prospective students in the intense competition in the era of globalization.
