Abstract

Kampung Tematik is one of the innovations launched by the Government of Semarang City. Kampung Tematik are part of the sub-district that are undergoing repairs. Mayangsari Village, which is located in Kalipancur sub-district, Semarang City, is one of the kampung Tematik with superior products like of river tubbings and snacks. This community service aims to provide counseling on the use of social media to expand market reach in Mayangsari Village. The method used is by means of socialization to local residents. Through this counseling, it is hoped that the people of Mayangsari Village can promote local residents' production snacks as well as the beauty of river tubing and promote the Mayangsari Village area as one of the kampung Tematik in Semarang City. This devotion is carried out by socializing to public in Mayangsari Village, Kalipancur sub-district, Semarang City. The result is all entrepreneur expected to being able to expand market reach in Mayangsari Village, Kalipancur sub-district, Semarang City.

Abstract

To make labor for the Business and Industrial Sectoral in the industrial era 4.0 requires educational institutions such as schools to fulfill entrepreneurial-based curriculum achievements through the Entrepreneurial Maker School program which has been targeted by the Government to support creating graduates who has the soul, knowledge and skills in marketing products using digital media. To support this, one of the efforts is through training on making web-based marketing applications and digital marketing strategies for this teacher for using CMS tools in the form of wordpress applications and marketing strategies using Google Adsense tools to provide the needed understanding and skills. The purpose of this skills training is to help teachers be able to have innovations in teaching and learning activities and make reference to teaching materials that are given to students in class. This community service activity partner is the 40 Jakarta State Vocational High School. The methods used are lectures in providing materials and skills training for teachers. As for 20.8% of respondents quite understand, 50% of respondents understand and 29.2% of respondents really understand the material provided during the skills training provided.

Abstract

The purpose of this PkM is to find out how the service of providing vitamin A and deworming medicine during the Covid-19 pandemic to children in Sepinggan Village and how parents responded to the administration of Vitamin A and Deworming medicine during this pandemic The research subjects here are children who are in Melati Housing Phase 5, Sepinggan Village. Data collection methods are interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with parents and children. While the documentation is in the form of the name of the child who was given vitamin A and worm medicine. The data analysis technique uses source triangulation. Based on the results, it was found that vitamin A was given to toddlers, blue was given to children under 1 year of age, while red vitamin A was given to toddlers aged 1 to 5 years. Children aged 1 year to 2 years are given deworming medicine, which is half a tablet, while for children from two years to 12 years, one tablet of deworming is given. The parents' response was very good for this gift, because parents don't need to come to the puskesmas to ask for Vitamin A and Deworming Medicine, there is already a representative from the Posyandu to give Vitamin A tablets and Deworming Medicine, besides that during this pandemic, parents are also very worried to crowd and congregate in too many numbers.

Abstract

Mother's Milk (ASI) is the first, main, and best food for babies, which is natural. In the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, full awareness of infection prevention, especially the COVID-19 virus, is very important, one of which is for breastfeeding mothers. Breastfeeding itself is very important in preventing the transmission of COVID-19 to babies because breast milk contains antibodies that can strengthen the immune system for babies so they are not susceptible to disease. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the understanding of breastfeeding mothers in exclusive breastfeeding during the COVID-19 pandemic. Problems faced Lack of understanding of mothers about exclusive breastfeeding during the COVID-19 pandemic. The solution offered to this problem is to conduct breastfeeding education counseling during the covid-19 pandemic and an integrated approach is carried out from the initial process of socialization and planning during the activity. In addition, the training method used is the Training of Trainer (TOT) Method with how to provide material using leaflets. The results and the resulting output is that there is an increased understanding of breastfeeding during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

  The Covid-19 pandemic, which is a global disaster, has had an impact on various aspects of people's lives. Housewives can be considered as those who are experiencing the most difficulties due to the pandemic because they must continue to manage and maintain their health in the middle of limitations. This community service activity is aimed at helping and empowering mothers as a form of solidarity with residents in the East Bekasi city area. The form of activity carried out is social assistance in the form of providing food and necessities regularly every Friday since December 2019 until now. All activities are carried out by implementing and implementing health protocols. The results of the activity show that there are benefits for various parties, ranging from donors, aid recipients, vegetable traders, and small grocery stores. This activity is also a form of citizen participation in helping the government to alleviate poverty and economic difficulties due to the pandemic. Assistance in the form of food and basic needs supports increasing the nutritional intake of the family so that it can maintain the immunity of the residents who get it. It is hoped that similar activities can be carried out consistently, in bulk, and evenly, in other places so that the results have a more tangible impact.

Abstract

Primary healthcare is one of the vehicles in learning for students of the medical profession. The preceptor clinic in primary healthcare is expected to guide and direct students studying there so that it can be effective. Integrated learning in all fields of medical science that is applied is expected to prepare medical graduates who are ready to enter the community. The symptom and sign approach is considered one of the effective methods in learning primary healthcare. Therefore, we intend to provide integrated clinical learning training using a module based on the symptom approach at primary healthcare. This community service involves ten primary healthcare located in the Boyolali and Klaten areas. The activity begins with exploring the problems that exist when guiding students of the medical profession who study primary healthcare. Then proceed with introducing guidance methods using clinical learning guides with a sign and symptom approach and ends with training evaluations. The participants of this activity received this training and provided some input regarding the existing modules. Suggestions from the primary healthcare preceptors were used as input to improve the modules that had been prepared.

Abstract

The children at the Bersehati Public Market in Manado City were found selling during the COVID-19 Pandemic to help their parents but they found difficult to implement health protocols. Therefore, it is very important to provide health education to children about COVID-19 prevention. This community partnership program (PKM) was carried out at Bersehati Public Market in Manado and in collaboration with the Manado City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service and the Manado Dinding Community which aims to provide and increase children's knowledge about COVID-19 prevention through educational content. Dissemination of COVID-19 prevention is carried out through watching educational videos, health promotion using posters, drawing & coloring. The distribution of medical masks, hand sanitizer and writing utensils to children was also carried out at this event. This PKM activity was attended by 43 children, 4 representatives of the child protection service, 10 Volunteers of Manado Dinding Community, 6 students and 2 Lecturers of the Nursing Science Program at Sam Ratulangi University Manado. This activity begins with a pre-test and ends with a post-test. The results of the pre test showed that the average correct answer was 59.43% and the wrong answer was 40.57%. While the post test results show an average of 98.67% correct answers and only 1.34% were still wrong. The conclusion of this activity is that there is an increase in children's knowledge at the Bersehati Public Market in Manado City after being given health education through educational content.
