Abstract

Human resource management is the potential which is an asset and functions as capital (non-material / non-financial) in a business organization, which can be realized in reality (physical) potential both physically and non-physically in realizing the existence of an organization. So that it can be attributed to the ability of the apprentice to understand the work provided by the apprenticeship source, it can provide an assessment of the educational institution of the apprenticeship studying. Therefore, the researcher is interested in examining the apprenticeship model that is in accordance with stakeholder interest, namely the Islamic banking industry and the apprenticeship learning process that will be carried out. The methodology used in this study is using a qualitative descriptive approach by using interview instruments with the method of deep interview and questionnaire, interviews with 1 (one) bank president, commissioner, 3 (three) sharia bank branch leaders and the head of Islamic banking study program as a form of validity of research results. Based on the research results obtained, the form of modeling matching the focus of apprenticeship in the curriculum based on sharing section and the applicable legislation. And Based on the results of research on the implementation of the internship process that will be carried out is academic strategy, laboratory strategy, activity, strategy, action strategy, person development strategy, organizational development strategy. Keywords :  Internship model, resource management, islamic banking

Abstract

This research aims to deeply analyze the impact of CAR risk, NPF risk, BOPO risk, FDR risk and ROE risk to profitability. The profitability indicator is ROA variable. Quantitative data types in the form of monthly time-series data From The Financial Ratio Report of Sharia Commercial Bank and Sharia Business Unit published by Sharia Banking Directorate, Bank Indonesia and the Bank Licensing and Banking Information Department, Indonesia Financial Services Authority through Sharia Banking Statistics Bank Indonesia/Indonesia Financial Services Authority from January 2006 to January 2018.  The results showed: (1) A regression model on the independent variable simultaneously affects the dependent variable, so that the independent variable regression model can be used to predict the dependent variable; and (2) The CAR variable and FDR variable influential positive and significant toward ROA variable; NPF variable influential negative and significant toward ROA variable; BOPO variable influential negative and insignificant toward ROA variable; ROE variable influential positive and insignificant toward ROA variable.Keywords: financial risk, profitability, Sharia banking

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to elaborate the management of the mosque. Al Musabbihin mosque located in Taman Setia Budi Indah Medan as an example productive mosque. The Mosque runs by IKMT (Tasbih Muslim Family Association) and managed by the mosque prosperity council. The research was studied qualitatively through descriptive approach. The result shows that the management is run professionally, funds are managed by a different door mechanism to implement consumptive and productive activities. Keywords:  Productive,  mosque management,  funds.

Abstract

In the current era of information disclosure, campus institutional leadership is not enough just to rely on the success of student graduation rates. Campus leaders need to have leadership and entrepreneurial qualities to create a learning climate that accommodates all creativity and innovation. At this point, the concept of campus entrepreneurial management is needed. An institutional management model is built on five components. Open Management, Networking, Constructive Competition, Empowerment, and Reward and Punishment. Furthermore, the campus entrepreneurial management concept will be able to encourage teaching creativity, interdisciplinary academic work, participate in social and political movements, contribute to changes in services and policies implemented by civil society and government organizations as well as business expansion opportunities to encourage the extraction of business costs legal business.keywords: campus, entrepreneurial, leadership, management, organizations

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of quality of alumni performance in Islamic Economics majoring in Islamic Economics based on stakeholder satisfaction as consumers, knowing the various attributes that need improvement to be able to improve the quality of graduates with providing recommendations to the department to improve the quality of graduates. The research approach in this study uses a mixed method which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from stakeholders will be analyzed with descriptive statistics, then visualized in the form of tables, graphs and diagrams. The results showed that stakeholders were satisfied with the alumni performance  and in general stakeholders gave a good assessment of the performance of graduates. Attributes that need to be improved to improve the quality of alumni are communication skills, professionalism, leadership and mastery of technology. Recommendations to the departments to improve the quality of graduates is to support graduates' communication skills by preparing language legalization with TOEFL certificates and public speaking practices and leadership skills, the ability to complete professional certification required by the company. And to increase professionalism more practice, especially in accordance with the educational qualifications for the world of work.Keywords: Alumni, performance, stakeholder, perception

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital (IC) on the performance of Islamic bank in Indonesia. The independent variable is the intellectual capital which is measured using the Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) with three main components namely VACA, VAHU, and STVA. The dependent variable is the performance of Islamic banks measured by the Islamic approach or Islamicity Performance Index through Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR). The sample is Islamic Commercial Bank (BUS) in Indonesia which is registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) period of 2014-2018. The sample was selected by using purposive sampling method and obtained seven Islamic Commercial Banks. The results of this research shows that intellectual capital (IC) has no effect on the performance of Islamic banks based on the Islamic approach or the Islamicity Performance Index, especially on the ZPR of Islamic banks both partially and simultaneously.Keywords: Intellectual capital, Islamicity performance iIndex, ZPR

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Financial Management Practices, Internal Control Systems, Human Resource Competence and Information Technology Utilization on the quality of financial reports partially and simultaneously. To examine the influence of Financial Management Practices, Internal Control Systems, Human Resources Competence and Information Technology Utilization on the Quality of Financial Statements partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study was taken using the saturated sample method or census. There are 47 questionnaires that can come up. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 20.0. The results showed that the variables partially affect the quality of financial management practices and human resource competencies and the variables of control systems and the use of information technology had no effect on the quality of financial reports. However, simultaneously Financial Management Practices, Internal Control Systems, Human Resources Competence and Utilization of Information Technology affect the quality of financial reports. This research helps that it is necessary to hold a training program for mosque administrators in order to increase the competence of human resources and to improve the quality of mosque financial reports, besides that the mosque must support the existence of information technology at the mosque so that it can make the mosque more updated or can always be accessed by congregation. Abstract

The success of an organization unites the commitments and consequences of human resource management, which is capable of changing employee building in the character of additional individual value of human capital (human capital) as an investment in company assets in a superior labor market. The purpose of this paper is to study literature review to review human capital management strategies changes in the nature of human resources. In discussing HR governance, strategy, management and human capital, leadership and factors of human capital income. The findings of the study show that there are still many irregularities in organizations with poor governance due to the lack of an unclear policy, process, and procedure. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors causing the budget deficit of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) for Health. This research is important to do in order to find out the root cause of the deficit of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) and find a solution so that the sustainability of the BPJS can be ascertained. This study focuses on the phenomena that occur in BPJS for Health. The purpose of this study is to examine the root causes of the BPJS budget deficit and the role of the government in overcoming the BPJS health deficit. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. In collecting research data using interview techniques and by using informants as a source of information and Annual reports as the object used. The results of this study indicate that the factors causing the BPJS Health budget deficit are the amount of contributions that are not sufficient to finance service expenditures, especially since the burden of health services for catastrophic diseases is very high and continues to increase. The financial management of BPJS for Health is used entirely for program development as much as possible and for the benefit of the participants. Then there have been many policy options undertaken by the government to overcome the BPJS health budget deficit, namely by increasing contributions. Researchers also see that the low level of public awareness of the importance of health insurance and a wrong understanding of the principles of social insurance as well as providing socialization to the community, especially instilling the principle of mutual cooperation in all Indonesians.Keywords: Budget, BPJS for health, deficit

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use on interest in transacting using fintech, the effect of effectiveness on interest in transactions using fintech, the effect of risk on interest in transactions using fintech, and the effect of perceived ease of use, effectiveness and risk on interest in transactions using fintech collectively. The population in this study were the people of Medan City. The data used are primary data, namely by using a questionnaire filled out by respondents with a sample of 100 people. The analysis technique used in this research is using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that simultaneously, the perceived ease of use, effectiveness and risk had a significant and positive effect on transaction interest as indicated by the value of Fcount> Ftable of (22.458> 2.70) with a significance of 0.00. Thus, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence jointly on the perception of ease of use, effectiveness and risk on the interest in transacting using Fintech in the people of Medan City.Keywords: Effectiveness, fintech, perceived ease of use, risk, transaction interest
