Abstract

The use of ACWC asphalt as a surface layer in Madura continues to increase as traffic growth increases following the opening of the Suramadu Bridge. In addition to having the advantages of stability in accepting loads compared to other types of surface layers, ACWC asphalt is also easily made and carried out in the field. However, asphalt mixing plant (AMP) companies in Madura still use materials from outside Madura as coarse aggregates such as river breaking stones and fly ash and cement used as fillers to improve stability. Based on this, this research was carried out by utilizing local meter which has the same properties in the form of local Madura crushed stone which will be used as coarse aggregate and industrial by-products in the form of rice husk ash (by-product of brick industry) and limestone powder (limestone mining byproducts ) used as filler. For this purpose samples were made with the percentage of filler used was 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10%. Marshall test testing includes calculation of density, flow, VMA, VIM, VFB, and stability. From the test results, AC-WC uses local materials with both types of filler, namely Limestone and Rice Husk Ash. There is one type of mixture that meets the Marshall characteristics, namely the use of local materials and filler of limestone 8% asphalt variation 6.5%. With a value of 2,285 Density, 1,852,863 kg Stability, Flow 3,467 mm, Marshall Quotient 534,48 kg / mm, VIM 3,058%, V.M.A 15,941%, VFB 80,819%. While the local material and fillers of Rice Husk Ash from the results of Marshall Test for Flow, VIM, and VFB did not meet the requirements so that the use of rice husk ash filler could not be used as a substitute for cement.

Abstract

Krian Bypass intersection is a very crowded route because of its location near Sidoarjo and Mojokerto Regencies for the economic distribution of Surabaya City. There needs to be phase regulation, road widening or fly over so that the intersection traffic volume is not getting saturated. As a benchmark is the forecasting of traffic performance carried out for 3 years from 2018 to 2021. Based on the results of forecasting, the Krian Bypass intersection will decrease its DS value by widening the road so that the green time cycle will be low and turn right impact the DS value below 1 (one). The lowest 2018 DS is 1.61, while the highest DS is 2.49. While the lowest year 2021 DS is 2.72, while the highest DS is 4.85. For the solution with the right turn phase for each intersection to the north DS = 1.02, U-RT = 0.82, S = 1.38, S-RT = 0.69, T = 1.24, T-RT = 0.78, B = 1.79, B-RT = 0.04 . The solution for forecasting the flow of Krian Bypass in 2021. The calculation results made with effective width engineering, turn right and green time can reduce the DS value (Degree of Saturation) still shows DS value> 0.75 - 1, then fly over is constructed with a scenario of 20% vehicles through existing and 80% of vehicles through fly over. Year 2021 The impact of fly over shows North DS = 0.4, South = 0.51, East = 0.56, and West = 0.45

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is solving the problem of jamming it happen at ITS roundabout and Mulyosari. In research and management of data, and theory which use is MKJI of 1997. The solving of this thesis needed as traffic light data on existing situation. Then, there are survey data at ITC roundabout and Mulyosari roundabout on 2018.  The function of this survey is to know about the real condition performance both of Circles.  Finally, both of circles are not effective (Jamming traffic light). Forward, predictions of performance traffic light in 5 years later until 2022 from 2018, finally more not effective. In this thesis gives the solution in case should use the traffic light. Finally, the solution as counting, that both of roundabout about traffic light become effective.

Abstract

Jl. Raya Nginden - Jl. Raya Panjang Jiwo intersection is an intersection that has a high density level, especially at peak hour, it can be seen from the length of the queue. The aim of this study is to determine the intersection performance in existing conditions and the next 5 (five) years and give a recommendation for improving an intersection performance. For analyzing intersection traffic performance using Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method (PKJI 2014). Primary data in this study are traffic volume, intersection geometric conditions, and cycle times. While secondary data in this study are population data, vehicle growth data, and traffic data from CCTV. Data retrieval in one day of weekday and one day of weekend. The results show that the degree of saturation (DJ) of existing (in 2018) on Wednesday, North approach is 1.45, South 1.35, West 0.76, East 1.49 and existing DJ on Sunday approaching North 0.80, South 0.88, West 0.69 and East 1.12. For traffic performance in the next five years (in 2023) with existing cycle and phase times, DJ on Wednesday, North approach is 2.36, South 2.20, West 1.24, East 2.43 and DJ values on Sunday, North approach is 1.30, South 1.42, West 0.95 and East 1.81. For traffic performance improving at the intersection is made an alternative with changing the cycle time and movement phase which show the results in existing DJ (2018) on Wednesday for North approach is 0.86, South 0.92, West 0.77, East 0.43 and DJ on Sunday for North approach is 0.52 , South 0.67, West 0.52 and East 0.28. For the next five years' traffic performance (in 2023), DJ on Wednesday for North approach is 1.45, South 1.67, West 1.35, East 0.91 and existing DJ on Sunday for North approach is 0.88, South 1.22, West 0.92 and East 0.60.

Abstract

Water is very important for the survival of living things in this world. Therefore there needs to be a balance between the needs and availability of water, including the need for water in agricultural areas. Water requirements in agricultural areas such as Tawangsari irrigation areas, especially paddy fields, are influenced by several factors, namely; Evapotranspiration, layer replacement, and effective rainfall. The availability of Tawangsari irrigation water from the very limited Tawangsari Dam is a major problem in the Tawangsari irrigation area. From the above problems, it is necessary to study the efficiency of water requirements in the irrigation area by analyzing effective rain, irrigation water needs and the availability of irrigation water. The analysis referred to the Irrigation Planning Criteria 01. From the results of the analysis it could be concluded that the water discharge was very sufficient and could be used to irrigate new land, while the calculation of the amount of water needs was greater than the water available in the dry season. Then from that another alternative was needed, namely by a water distribution rotation system and replacement of the water layer according to the available water so that the available water discharge could be sufficient for the needs.

Abstract

Sports activity today is very significant growth. The spirit to welcome the 2018 Asian Games, which was originally held in Jakarta and Palembang, made the West Bangka district government plan to build a Sport Center as a medium to foster youth activities and especially in sports. The selected location is in Air Belo Village, Muntok District, West Bangka Regency with 13 hectares area.The research of planning of Masterplan Sport Center by using Topographical Mapping Method Based on Geographic Information System (GIS) with initial coordinate reference using GPS Handheld is expected to produce accurate design that can meet the needs of sports facilities and tourism sector in West Bangka Regency.The result of the Topography Teristris measurement in the form of Contour Map integrated with Rambut Bumi Indonesia (RBI) resulted in the location oriented Thematic map. Abstract

Along with the time, the rise of development in various cities in Indonesia is also increasing. This phenomenon leads to the increase of development demands in all fields, especially in developing cities. One specific place in Malang City that is under the elite settlements construction is the one that located in Tegal Rejo Street 22, Ketindang, Lawang. Based on the previous description, it is very important to implement value engineering in the construction project of Grand Sinensis Villa which is expected to bring alternatives to replace old work items as recommendations for the relevant parties, which provides benefits in the form of cost savings. In the process of budget analysis using the value engineering method, there are 4 stages that will be analyzed, namely: Information Phase, Creative Phase, Analysis Phase and Recommendation Phase. From the results of analysis using Value Engineering method, there are obtained several alternatives that can be proposed, namely: work of concrete items using floordeck with cost savings of: 30,910,797 rupiahs and the installation of water heather using GAS with cost savings of 3.230.000 rupiahs.
