Abstract

Abstract. Based on this study to analyze the marketing mix at the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is a qualitative descripptive. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique that is many as eight research informants consisting of hotel marketing and hotel consumers. The results obtained from this study are as follows : 1) The products offered by the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang are quality attractive and of high quality and the service provide to guests are good, 2) The Price set by the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang is quite high and is only affordable for middle and upper class people, 3) Promotions carried out by the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang have been maximized so that guests are still intererted in staying at the hotel, 4) The Place or location of the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang is already strategic annd in the city center, and works together to travel agents so that guests know the location of the Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsumsi makanan anak balita yang dilihat dari menu makanan, frekuensi, porsi dan cara pemberian makan. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan data kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak balita dan teknik penentuan informan secara snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menu makanan anak balita belum mengacu pada konsep menu standar AB3 (Aman, Beragam, Bergizi, Berimbang). Frekuensi pemberian makan pada anak balita di Desa ini umumnya tiga kali sehari dengan jadwal makan yang tidak teratur. Porsi makan yang diberikan pada anak balita, yaitu nasi berkisar 30-200 g, porsi lauk-pauk sebanyak 50 g, sayuran sebanyak 20-30 g. Porsi buah sebanyak 100 g dan porsi susu sebanyak 1-3 gelas ( 200 ml). Cara pemberian makan pada anak balita di Desa Tanjung Tanah belum sesuai dengan anjuran DepKes RI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat Mengembangkan Usaha Bagi Penerima Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang ditinjau dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa penerima Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang Tahun 2016 dan 2017. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan skala Likert yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari verifikasi data dan menghitung nilai jawaban responden pada tingkat capaian responden (TCR). Hasil penelitian menemukan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Pariwisata dan Perhotelan Universitas Negeri Padang dilihat dari segi faktor internal termasuk kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,81 dengan total capaian responden (TCR) sebesar76,2%, faktor eksternal termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,72 dengan TCR sebesar 77,23%.

Abstract

PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI ROCKY PLAZA HOTEL PADANG Trigian Wardinata1, Yuliana2 Program Studi Manajemen Perhotelan FPP Universitas Negeri Padang email: giant.tri49@gmail.com ABSTRAK Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui Pengaruh Knowledge Management terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. Deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal merupakan metode dalam penelitian ini. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah propotional stratified simple random sampling dengan jumlah 55 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala Likert.. Variabel kinerja karyawan menggunakan data sekunder yang di dapat dari HRD Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 18.00. sejalan dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka di dapat hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Knowledge Management 78,18% berada pada kategori sangat baik, 21,82% berada pada kategori baik. 2) Kinerja Karyawan 3,64% responden menyatakan sangat baik, 63,64% responden menyatakan baik, dan 32,73% responden menyatakan buruk. 3) terdapa Pengaruh yaang signifikan antara variabel knowledge management dengan kinerja karyawan di Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 1,081 dengan nilai t hitung 0,301 pada sig. 0,001 < 0,05. Sedangkan besar dari pengaruh knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang sebesar 0,184 ini menunjukan bahwa knowledge management berpengaruh sebanyak 18,4% dan untuk nilai persen yang lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di bahas dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Knowledge Management, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Knowledge Management on Employee Performance at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. Descriptive quantitative with causal associative approach is the method in this study. The sample used in this study was propotional stratified simple random sampling with a total of 55 people. Research data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Employee performance variables used secondary data obtained from HRD Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang. Data analysis techniques using SPSS version 18.00. In line with the research that has been done, the following results can be obtained: 1) Knowledge Management 78.18% are in the very good category, 21.82% are in the good category. 2) Employee Performance 3.64% of respondents said that it was very good, 63.64% of respondents said it was good, and 32.73% of respondents said it was bad. 3) there is a significant influence between knowledge management variables and employee performance at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang with a regression coefficient of 1.081 with a t count value of 0.301 in the sig. 0.001 <0.05. While the magnitude of the influence of knowledge management on employee performance at Rocky Plaza Hotel Padang at 0.184 shows that knowledge management affects as much as 18.4% and for the other percent value is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study Keywords: Knowledge Management, Employee Performance

Abstract

Padang Beach has a typical culinary tour like Langkitang. Typical food is one of the factors supporting a region's famous. This study aims to analyze the demand and supply of typical food langkitang in Padang Beach. In particular it aims to analyze the market balance that is influenced by the price of the goods itself, the price of the substitute, the consumer's income, the number of buyers, the cost of production, and the number of producers in the market. The type of research conducted in this study is the type of descriptive quantitative research by survey method. The population of this study are visitors who buy typical food Langkitang and typical food vendors Langkitang which has a stall in the area of ​​Padang Beach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the buyer is 10 people based on the number of samples from the merchant as many as 10 people, with the assumption that 1 trader 1 buyer. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. The data obtained will be analyzed and interpreted in accordance with the objectives and research hypotheses that have been proposed. The analysis was conducted using simultaneous equation model and market balance equation method. Based on the results of this study can be emphasized that the demand and supply of typical food Langkitang in Padang Beach has reached the point of market balance, which is at the equilibrium price of Rp. 4,600, - the proportion with the balance quantity of 32 servings. This means that the equilibrium price will determine the quantity of balance between demand and supply of typical food of Langkitang in Padang Beach. Break event point is on sale of 21 servings of Langkitang with revenue of Rp. 105.000, -.

Abstract

This study is on the makeup of old female characters performed by female students, lack of female understanding of wrinkle making techniques and proper selection of cosmetics in makeup of old female characters, this study aims to analyze the makeup of old female characters using body painting cosmetics and eyebrow pencil, and to find out the differences in the makeup of old female characters between the use of cosmetic body painting and eyebrow pencil. This type of research is a quasi experiment with a non equivalent control group design. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis showed that in the experimental group 1 the use of cosmetic body painting (X1) with an average value of 3.5778 with a very good category. Furthermore, in the experimental group 2 using eyebrow pencil (X2) with an average value of 2.2444 with an unfavorable category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence between the qualification of selection toward work productivity employee in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. The Type of research is clausal assosiative.The sampling technique is probability sampling by using proportionate stratified random sampling. Sample in this research are amounted to 53 people. Data collecting using questionnaires based on likert scale that has been tested of validity and reliability. Based on the result of thereresearch concluded that in general about qualification of selection in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is als good 38,62 %. Work productivity employee in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is also good 66,7 %. The result also indicate that are significant influence between qualification of selection and work productivity in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is 51,2% and 48,8% another factor on a 0,000 < 0,05 significant.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of guest satisfaction when breakfast at the Royal Restaurant of Grand Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 90 people as sample. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed through data tabulation and descriptive data using percentages. The results of the study found that guest satisfaction about breakfast at the Grand Royal Denai Hotel Bukittinggi was in the category of satisfaction 90% and the category very satisfied 10%.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertolak dari adanya masalah yang teridentifikasi pada pembelajaran matematika kelas XI IPA3 , yaitu: siswa kurang aktif dalam mengerjakan latihan, siswa kurang aktif berdiskusi dengan teman, hasil belajar matematika siswa masih rendah, dan belum optimalnya metode belajar aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah melalui metode belajar aktif dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung dengan jumlah siswa 34 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus dilaksanakan dua kali pertemuan. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan/observasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari dua macam yaitu analisis aktivitas dan tes hasil belajar dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pada siklus I rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 7,8%. Pada pertemuan pertama rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa sebesar 65,2% naik menjadi 73% dengan kategori tingkat keberhasikan aktivitas :Berhasil. rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh siswa masih di atas KKM yang telah ditetapkan di SMA N 1 Lubuk Basung yaitu 62 . Jumlah siswa yang telah mencapai ketuntasan dalam tes akhir pada siklus pertama ini hanya 23 orang (67,6%). Pada siklus II rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,7%. Pada pertemuan pertama rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa sebesar 82,9% naik menjadi 87,6% dengan kategori tingkat keberhasikan aktivitas : Sangat Berhasil. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa sudah di atas KKM yang ditetapkan di sekolah yaitu 62. Ditemukan siswa yang sudah tuntas belajar ada sebanyak 27 orang (79,4%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa akibat tindakan yang diberikan pada siklus kedua telah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Henna leaves (lawsonia inermis) is one of the natural ingredients used to color the skin. It is used as a natural coloring skin which is not used because people tend to choose instant henna. To optimize the use of henna leaves, the author uses mordan lemon and charcoal adsorbent as a generator for the color of henna leaves. This study aims to see the effect of the use of lemon mordan and charcoal adsorbent toward the result of henna leaves color. This research is using experimental method. The subject of the study is the hand’s skin called palm where the samples were taken from 3 students who were treated by 3 different henna leaves. The result showed that, obtained colors (hue) produced on the coloring of the skin using the leaves of a boyfriend without mordan namely 4 panelists or 66.67% stated apricots, 1 panelist or 16.67% stated Carrot and 1 panelist or 16.67 % declares Ocher. The color of the henna leaves without using mordans, namely apricot orange. The results of the panelist's assessment of coloring using the henna leaves with lemon mordan 5 panelists or 83.33% stated Squash, 1 panelist or 16.67% stated Ginger and the direction of the resulting color is dark orange. While the color result of using henna leaves with lemon mordans and charcoal adsorbent 6 panelists or 100% declared Bronze, color direction resulted was copper orange. It proves that there is an effect of using lemon mordan and charcoal adsorbent on skin coloring using henna leaves. Based on the normality testing that has been done, it is obtained that the data is normally distributed. The homogeneity testing that has been done is obtained that the three data have the same variant (homogeneous). Based on the ANOVA test obtained Fcount of 4.375, while the value of Ftable is 3.34. thus Fcount> Ftable (4.375> 3.34) this proves that the hypothesis that reads there is no difference in the results of dark bright colors (value) on skin coloring using henna leaves without the use of mordan, using mordan lemon, and mordan lemon (citrun) with charcoal adsorbent rejected. For further research it is recommended to examine the effect of using mordan alum on the results of henna leaf color. Keywords: henna, mordant , adsorben
