Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji apakah pasar modal syariah memberikanrespon terhadap gejolak yang terjadi pada aksi bela Islam 212. Untuk mengkaji hal tersebut,maka penelitian ini menggunakan uji paired sample t-test, yang dalam hal ini diambilsampel berupa saham-saham syariah yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa volume transaksi saham syariah mengalamiperbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah aksi bela Islam 212 dengan tren meningkat setelahaksi. Sementara itu, return saham syariah tidak mengalami perbedaan. Dengan demikian,dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebelum aksi bela Islam 212, sebagian investor saham syariahcenderung untuk menahan saham yang mereka miliki, sedangkan sebagian yang lain tetapmelakukan transaksi secara rasional sehingga laba tetap menjadi prioritas utama dalamtransaksi yang dilakukan.Kata Kunci: Pasar Modal Syariah, Saham Syariah, Aksi Bela Islam 212

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of facilities and infrastructure of PhysicalEducation in SD Se UPTD West Semarang District Semarang City Year 2015.This research is a descriptive research with survey research design. The subject ofthis research is teacher Penjas Se UPTD West Semarang District Semarang City.Data were collected through questionnaires, and interviews.From the results of research and analysis of data that has been described, then ingeneral sports facilities and infrastructure that includes the main or compulsivesports branch on the subject of Physical Education in Elementary Schools UPTDWest District can be knownfor gymnastics sports state facilities and infrastructure asa whole in conditions "Lacking", athletic sports in "lacking" conditions, soccer ingood condition, volleyball sport in a "sufficient" condition and a sporting sport in"sufficient" condition.Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded as follows: Thecondition of gymnastics facilities and infrastructure in the condition of "less". Thestate of facilities and infrastructure of athletic sports in less condition ".Circumstances and facilities of soccer sport in good condition. The condition of thefacilities and infrastructure of volleyball sport is in "enough" condition. Thecondition of facilities and infrastructure of sporting branch of kasti is in "enough"condition. Abstract

Salah satu persyaratan penting agar terwujudnya pembelajaran apresiasi puisi yang efektif, efisien dan menyenangkan adalah dengan tersedianya buku atau materi ajar yang menarik, yang bervariasi sesuai dengan tuntunan kurikulum, kebutuhan siswa, sekolah, dan sesuai dengan perkembangan globalisasi. Penelitian ini berorientasi pada pengembangan produk yang digunakan untuk pemecahan masalah pembelajaran apresiasi puisi di Mts. Produk yang dikembangkan adalah bahan ajar apresiasi puisi dengan pendekatan quantum learning. Tahap pengembangan bahan ajar adalah perencanaan, studi eksplorasi, pengembangan bentuk awal produk, validasi produk (validasi ahli, uji lapangan awal dan perbaikan, uji lapangan utama dan perbaikan, uji lapangan operasional dan perbaikan akhir). Hasil uji t non independen skor pre test kelas terbatas diperoleh nilai t (6,11) kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan nilai tabel (dengan N = 40, a = 0,05) diperoleh 1,67. Jadi thit > t tabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku materi ajar awal yang diujicobakan efektif untuk pembelajaran apresiasi puisi di MTs Darul Ulum. Sedangkan hasil uji t non independen skor pre test diperoleh nilai t (24,75) kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan nilai tabel (dengan N = 120, a = 0,05) diperoleh 1,66. Jadi thit > t tabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku materi ajar yang diujicobakan efektif untuk pembelajaran apresiasi puisi di MTs Darul Ulum. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study analyzes the collaboration between Australia and Indonesia in the development of the education sector in Australia through the ACICIS (Australian Consortium for In-Country Indonesian Studies) organization which was established in 1994. ACICIS is a consortium of non-profit universities that develops and coordinates various study options quality in Indonesia for Australian, non-Australian and individual students. The reason Australia and Indonesia collaborate in the education sector is to improve the quality and quality of education in both countries, at the university level. In this journal, we discuss how cooperation between Australia and Indonesia in the education sector through the ACICIS organization. To find out the system of cooperation between the two parties, in carrying out this collaboration, researchers used an approach to the theory of international cooperation. Abstract

Pembuatan kebijakan rencana strategis lima tahun substansinya, melibatkan partisipasi dalam proses perumusan kebijakan melalui Musyawarah dalam desentralisasi otonomi daerah. Artinya, ia memberikan kewenangan pemerintah pusat kepada daerah otonom dalam menentukan kebijakan (otoritas politik) dan menerapkan kebijakan (otoritas administratif), berdasarkan suara lokal dan pilihan lokal. Pemerintah daerah diharapkan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, merumuskan tujuan pembangunan, dan membuat rencana strategis yang sesuai (Renstra) untuk mencapai tujuannya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan berbagai data dari berbagai sumber dengan teknik triangulasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan tiga hal, yaitu menetapkan agenda, perumusan kebijakan dan penganggaran dalam formulasi partisipasi pemangku kepentingan.Hasil penelitian: Pertama: partisipasi dalam perencanaan pembangunan dalam tahap tokenisme dan elitis, kemitraan antara masyarakat dengan birokrasi dan pejabat politik masih merupakan persekutuan subordinasi. Dialog yang diadakan masih semu dan pengambilan keputusan tidak dilakukan dengan tawar-menawar di antara para aktor. Kedua: Kualitas perencanaan masih buruk, karena belum mampu menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat dan tidak ada substansi yang saling berhubungan antara dokumen satu dengan lainnya. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Membuat Rencana Strategis, Pengembangan Agenda Sukses Kabupaten Pandeglang Lima Tahun.

Abstract

This article research results that describe the role of Confucianism in Singapore's politicaladvancement. The assumption that Asian values are eroded by Western values is not provenin Singapore. Confucianism extracted into The Shared Values evolved into a national identityand became the basis for the life of a state and society in Singapore. The role ofConfucianism is vital in Singapore's political progress because of one main thing, namely touphold the interests of the nation and state. When the interests of the nation and state areplaced as a priority, the community feels as one entity that strives to maintain national unity,maintain harmony, and advance aspects of the country's life. Abstract

Abstract This article describes the dynamics of the performance of the Indonesian embassy in Moscow in opening direct flights Jakarta - Moscow. The effort to open a Moscow-Jakarta flight is actually just a matter of time because the flight schedule has been opened and widely promoted. For the initial flight, many Indonesian people have become the first passengers of the flight which will start in early August 2017, but this flight was canceled due to a change in CEO Garuda. . This study uses secondary data collected from literature studies, interviews with informants, internet sites, institutional issues, journals, articles from newspapers and magazines, working papers, and speeches and presentations. From the results of the study it was found that in addition to the internal problems that became the main obstacle for Garuda Indonesia, there was an important note going forward that in 2020 the Indonesian Ambassador to Russia would change to a new face, whose successors had yet to be ascertained. tourism actors in Indonesia are very hopeful that whoever replaces Ambassador Wahid Supriyadi, the work to open direct flights from Jakarta to Moscow continues to be continued given that Russia is a potential tourism market.

Abstract

Abstract The development of halal products and their legal status cannot be separated from the method of fiqh proposal. One of the things that became controversy and differences of opinion among scholars was hilah. In its development, this method apparently still exists and is used by the Ulama to conclude the stipulation in Shari'a law (istimbat). In the case, for example, the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), although not explicitly expressing it explicitly, was found to have used this concept. Hilah is part of the ulama ijtihad product as mentioned above, as a way out in solving contemporary muamalah fiqh problems. Is the theory still relevant and needed in solving contemporary legal cases or is it considered a deviation of law. The author in this study uses a descriptive analysis approach, describing the opinions of the ulama 'along with their arguments and then analyzing it, so the writer has the conclusion that the hilah method is still needed and relevant as a solution in solving contemporary muamalah problems and not constituting a legal deviation. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility reporting quality and the characteristics of the board of commissioners towards the environment reputation of the company. Samples of study were companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange received a rating in PROPER years 2015-2018. Samples obtained a total of 109 companies. Hypothesis testing is done using a multiple regression analysis with Partial Least Square method. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility reporting quality and gender diversity affect the environment reputation of the company, but in a different direction. Corporate Social Responsibility reporting quality positive effect on the company's environment reputation. Gender diversity commissioners negatively affect the company's environment reputation. While the size of the board of commissioners and board committee has no influence on the company's environment reputation. Key words: Environment reputation, CSR reporting, characteristics of the board of commissioners.

Abstract

Abstract Village Facilitation is an activity to carry out community empowerment actions through assistance, organization, direction and facilitation of the Village. Village facilitation in the framework of implementing Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages is very important in determining its success. Seeing the current condition of the village which is very heterogeneous in terms of quantity, quality or capacity and even the potential of natural resources and human resources is very varied, the role of village assistance in the framework of implementing the Village Law is very important in helping villages implement the mandate of the Village Law. To find out more about the role of village assistance, in this study the problem is: "What is the role of village assistance in the context of the implementation of the Village Law in Central Java-2018 ?. Village Community Empowerment is an effort to develop community independence and prosperity by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, abilities, awareness, and utilizing resources through the determination of policies, programs, activities, and assistance in accordance with the essence of the problems and priorities of the needs of the village community. The objectives of assisting villages in Ministerial Regulation (Permendes No 3 of 2015) include: a. Increasing the capacity, effectiveness and accountability of village governance and village development; b. Increasing the initiative, awareness and participation of the Village community in participatory village development; c. Increase the synergy of inter-sectoral village development programs; d. Optimizing village local assets emancipatively. The Village Facilitator is assigned to assist the Village in organizing Village development and empowering the Village community in Central Java. Village Facilitators carry out the task of assisting Villages in the implementation of the Village Law in Central Java which includes: a. assist the Village in planning, implementing, and monitoring Village development and empowering the Village community; b. assist the Village in carrying out management of basic social services, development of the Village economic effort, utilization of natural resources and appropriate technology, construction of Village infrastructure, and empowerment of the Village community; c. conduct capacity building for the Village Government, Village community organizations in terms of development and empowerment of the Village community; d. organizing within village community groups; e. increase capacity for Village Community Empowerment Cadres and encourage the creation of new Village development cadres; f. assist the Village in participatory rural development; and g. coordinate assistance at the sub-district level and facilitate reports on the implementation of assistance by the Camat to the District / City Governments throughout Central Java.
