The objective of this research is to examine the correlation between EPS and Profitability of Food and Beverages Corporation that are listing in Indonesian stock exchange. Data is collected from Indonesian stock exchange (BEJ). In this research, we used several indicators to observed the profitability , they are operating profit margin, earning power, net profit margin, return on investment and return on equity. Pearson’s product moment correlation was implemented to examine the correlation between EPS and Profitability. The result shows that some factors of profitability are significantly positive correlation to EPS except operating profit margin.Keywords: EPS and profitability.

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth on open unemployment rate in Nagan Raya District. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Nagan Raya District and other relevant agencies that have relevance to the subject matter of the research. This research uses Simple Linear Regression analysis model. The variables used are Open Unemployment Rate Y (dependent variable) and economic growth X (independent variable). The results showed that Growth of Economy Affects Against Reduction of open unemployment rate in Nagan Raya District. Based on t test shows that economic growth has t count > t table (4.213 > 2,570). then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. so that individually the variable of economic growth positively influence to the decrease of open unemployment in Nagan Raya District. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficient and determination of the writer can explain that the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.780 which can be interpreted that 78.0 percent can be explained by the variable of economic growth (X). While the rest of 22.0 percent can be explained by other variables outside the research model. The result of linear regression equation can be seen that the value of constant is positive value is equal to 3,076 This constant value describes if independent variable (economic growth) equal to zero hence level of open unemployment in Regency of Nagan Raya will decrease as many as 3,076 soul.Keywords: Economic Growth and Open Unemployment

The magnitude of the target acceptance of the various components in the original blood income (PAD) greatly affects the realization value of the The better PAD an area then the economic growth is rising. The increasing revenue of the local area will also affect the economic growth rate of an area, so it is happening in West Aceh district. This research aims to analyse the influence of indigenous revenue on the area of economic growth after the earthquake/tsunami in West Aceh Regency period 2005-2017. The data used is secondary data that is sourced to the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Aceh Province and BPS district of West Aceh and local wealth and Revenue Management Office (DPKKD) of West Aceh district. The analysis model used is a simple semi-logarithmic linear model with SPSS. Based on the results of the study obtained that the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.267 where the relationship between PAD with economic growth in this district is still weak. Further coefficient of determination on (R2) amounted 0.71. As for the model of the equivalent Y = 23,584 + 0,094 X + E, with a test value of T is not significant, where the Thit < Ttab. The author recommends that programs from the government are required in an effective method of collecting PAD components, so that their realization value increases that will indirectly affect the economic growth of the district.Keywords: regional taxes, regional retribution and economic growth.

This study aims to analyze the influence, exchange rates and interest rates on economic growth. Inflation, exchange rates and interest rates are important variables in macroeconomics. This study uses time series data from 1980-2017. To see the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, the Ordinary Least Square analysis model is used. The research results obtained: conversion, exchange rates and interest rates are negative and significant to economic growth. Increased inflation, the exchange rate and interest rates will contribute to a decline in economic growth. For this we need monetary policy that is able to provide stimulus to growth, a priority for increasing interest rates. Bank Indonesia as a monoteric authority holder can do it through monetary policy. Inflation and the exchange rate are the consequences of economic openness. This research aims study is to explain the area of oil palm, the productivity of oil palm, CPO export offers for the year, CPO import demand and the balance of Indonesia CPO export and import. we use time series data for 1981-2014 years and econometrics models in the form of simultaneous equations with 2SLS method. The focus of the study is the balance of Indonesia's CPO export and import for the period 1981-2014 years. Statistical analysis of multiple linear regression using the Shazam 10. F Test Results show that the current domestic CPO prices, current domestic rubber prices, the area of oil palm land in the previous year had a significant effect on land area. Current CPO export prices, current domestic CPO prices, and previous year's oil palm productivity have a significant effect on CPO productivity and the current fertilizer prices have no significant effect. Current CPO export prices, current CPO production and previous year's CPO exports, the current rupiah exchange rate against the dollar today has a significant effect on CPO export offers while the current rupiah against the dollar has no significant effect on export offers. Current CPO import prices, current GDP have a significant effect on CPO import demand while the previous year's import demand had no significant effect on import demand. The CPO export offer of the previous year had a significant effect on the balance of Indonesia's CPO export prices while the rupiah exchange rate against the current dollar, current CPO production, CPO export of the previous year, current year's GDP and import of the previous year had no significant effect on Indonesia's CPO export price balance. Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Meulaboh is the only state- ownedof West Aceh district that provides clean water for the residents of West Aceh, especially the residents of the city of Meulaboh and its surroundings. But in its operation the company has not yet to have a risk management system, so it has the impact on the company’s survival and not optimal service to its customers. The study aims to identify risk, risk analysis and risk evaluation, in order to do prevention and mitigation of the impact of risk on each section in PDAM Tirta Meulaboh using risk management system standard ISO 31000. The process steps of risk management based on ISO 31000, starting from risk identification to methods Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS), risk analysis using matrix risk quantification and Risk Priority Number (RPN), and the evaluation of risks by using risk map. The results showed that in PDAM Tirta Meulaboh there were 43 risk events that have the potential business problems, which if they were not solved immediately it could affect the performance of the company, even the survival of the company. Of the 43 potential risks that were logged to the red zone, there were 5 potential risks which occupies the first rank is on productions departement: the defective of production water meter, the defective of distribution water meter and retrieval water by tank car without through the water meter. Branch Kaway XVI: customers are reluctant to pay the water bill and in IKK Rantau Panjang: water meter of raw water was damaged. The Efforts to mitigate against the risk of those 43 events which were logged in the red zone has not been planned and done yet by the management of PDAM Tirta Meulaboh.Key words: ISO 31000, PDAM Tirta Meulaboh, Risk Management.

With the increasing intensity of competition among retailers franchises that have the capital, resources and extensive network, will have an impact that is also quite significant for local retailers, which are managed and run directly by the owner. Most traditional stores are still using the old ways of doing business and not taking advantage of technology to support its efforts in improving the productivity and quality of service. It is not possible traditional retailers will eventually be abandoned buyers. In the city of Calang and Meulaboh, the retail industry is also experiencing the same thing. Although numerous customers, but their spending patterns do not settle in one shop. Most of them are always moving from one shop to another. This study aims (a). to determine the effect of population size and economic growth on local revenues in districts / municipalities in Barsela region, (b). to determine the effect of the Number of Residents on the Original Revenue of Regencies / Municipalities in the Barsela region, (c). to determine the effect of Economic Growth on Local Revenue at Regency / City in Barsela region. The data analysis model uses multiple regression analysis. The results of simultaneous research on the variable of population and economic growth have significant and significant effect to PAD. Partially, the number of residents has a positive and significant effect to the original income of the regency / municipality of Barsela of Aceh Province. While partially economic growth does not affect the local revenue.Keywords: population, economic growth and local income

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of family ownerships and foreign ownerships on corporate social responsibility disclosure in Manufacturing Companies at Basic Industry and Chemical Sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study hypothesized that there is positive effect of family and foreign ownerships on CSR disclosures level. The sample of the study consist of 40 annual report at 2012 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The empirical results of the study show that family ownership is significantlyeffect thedisclosureof corporate social responsibility(CSR). However, the coefficientsare negative. Abstract: This research motivated by the condition of competition between instant message service providers company are increasingly widespread even been able to beat the users of short message service (SMS) in Indonesia.This research purposeful to determine effect of the trust, quality of service and value perception to customer satisfaction on the users of blackberry messenger. Respondents in this research were students of economic faculties Syiah Kuala University Banda Aceh users of blackberry messenger as 100 people. The sampling technique used in this research is the purpose sampling. Analysis in this research used multiple linear regression.The results of this research stated that partially trust, quality of service and value perception have positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction. Based on the result showed that the variable of value perception have the biggest effect that is 36 percent with significance 0,000 Adjusted R square 0.364 showed that 36.4 percent of the variance of customer satisfaction is explained by independent variable in the regression equation, while the other 64.6 percent is explained by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords: Trust, Service Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction.
