<![CDATA[The application of HSE culture is an integral part of national development to increase Indonesia's productivity and competitiveness. Based on data from the Manpower Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS), throughout 2017, 1,877 claims were recorded, equivalent to Rp 41.2 billion. Construction work is considered to have a high risk of work accident rates. Occupational accident data states that 30% of work accident cases occur in the construction sector. The PJU Solar Cell construction workers in the Wonosobo area do not yet know about the safety, occupational health and environmental management system. If their workplace is safe and healthy, everyone can continue their work more effective and efficient. Conversely, if the workplace is not well organized and many dangers, damage and absenteeism are unavoidable, there is can make loss income for any workers and reduced productivity for their company. This counseling / socialization is considered successful even though it has experienced several obstacles during implementation. People who work during the project season like this have knowledge of their rights and obligations related to OSH. So that workers can better understand the risks that may occur while working.]]>

<![CDATA[Community empowerment is a process towards being empowered by actively involving society. There have been empowerment programs that failed because of no community's participation inside the programs. The effectiveness of a community empowerment program is depend on the level of community participation in it. This happened because society knows their needs, problems, and potential. An effort to achieve the effectiveness of community empowerment is needed technique to achieve ideal conditions reached easier. One of the techniques that can be used is Technology of Participation (ToP). The technology of Participation is a technique that assists in making decisions with a participatory approach. This research has aim to describe the benefits of using the Technology of Participation in community empowerment programs. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The case study design used is a single-case design that focuses on empowerment programs that carried out in Cisambeng Village. This result of this research shows that there is a different community response to participation in empowerment Participation (ToP).]]>

<![CDATA[Memories are memory that will be a reflection of humans in facing challenges in the future. In the process of memory and memory forgetting, architecture becomes a place where collective memory can be knitted, but also plays a role in the process of forgetting. The purpose of this research is to identify whether the use of recycle of old building materials to new buildings can evoke the collective memory of the Ahmadiyya Community of Indonesia. The old building in this study is the Arif Rahman Hakim building which will be demolished soon. The dismantled material that has been selected will be used in the new building which is currently still in the form of the Ahmadiyya Congregation Versatile Building design. Data collection techniques are by conducting in-depth interviews, documentation and theoretical studies. Analysis technique is done by analyzing the facts obtained and then related to important aspects of the study of theory. The results of this study are that the use of recycle material as a new building element has not been successful in generating collective memory. Because the original shape of the building material has a significant change. The thing that evokes the memory of the users is actually not from the material but from the shape of the space and the atmosphere of the space that is formed.]]>

<![CDATA[Planning a property building must be unique and attractive in order to be accepted by consumers. The attractiveness of a building design can increase the purchasing power of consumers towards property units. One of the efforts in increasing the attractiveness of buildings is by increasing the aesthetic value of a building's face (building facade). From the research data that has been done, the influence of building facade design on consumer buying interest is ranked second after the location of the unit. To determine the level of aesthetic quality of a building facade, it can be calculated using the Birkhoff Measure method. The method is carried out by providing aspects of the assessment of respondents, then respondents will provide a quantitative assessment of the aspects assessed. The value of this aspect will be calculated using an existing formula, the result will be the quality value of a building facade. From these results it will be known that the facade design has a high aesthetic value that can be accepted by consumers in general. Calculations using the Birkhoff Measure method need to be done in order to minimize failures in the design of the building facade, so that the design of the building offered can add to the consumer's purchasing power to the unit property.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service is an obligation which must be formed for lecturers in higher education. Training of electrical welding that had been conducted as a form of dedication to society aims to provide the understanding of the importance of skill in conducting the training of basic electrical welding. The objective of the community service was productive men surrounding RW 10 Sidanegara, Cilacap subdistrict. To choose the objective was based on some reason, i.e.,there were many productive men that could cause the effect of the number of unemployed increased. This actvity used two methods. The first method was giving te understanding of basic electrical welding theory. In this case, preaching and discussing method were conducted. The second method was practice in laboratory in order that they obtained skill of welding. The result of this activity was the increase of knowledge and skill about techniques of basic electrical welding. With the skill they obtained, it can give positive impacts for people in economy and social sector. ]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is located on the equator, so Indonesia has a large source of solar energy with an average solar radiation intensity of about 4.8 kWh/m2 per day throughout the region. Solar cells are increasingly popular with the community because of their unlimited energy sources and environmentally friendly. See the current number of fossils used as power plants continue to decrease, if left continuously, then this energy source will be depleted. Therefore scientists are vying for ways to increase renewable energy efficiency as a source of electrical energy generation One of them is solar panels. Brebes County is located between 6044 '-7021 ' south latitude and 108041 '-109011 ' east longitude. The cultivation of red onion plants is an flagship product with a production of 272,598.8 (Ton) in the year 2017. Farmers in eradicating insect pests that do not damage the environment is to use lamps at night as an insect trap media or planthopper. Alternative sources of electrical energy to light the lamp from solar energy by utilizing the solar panels will store the electrical energy on the battery of the day and at night can be used to light the lights. The research aims to determine the feasibility of a PLTS in the red onion farm, this method is focused on the first approach of estimation of electrical needs through secondary data, LED lights on for 12 hours of 1 watt lamp load with 3 watt PV module, 6 Volt Use 3.7 volt lithium battery with 3.4 Ah old capacity charging 3.46 hours and long the illumination of the Matahri on a 4-hour PV. From these results, the PLTS are said to be worthy of alternative energy.]]>

The community is also very supportive of this, seen from the number of users on each of these platforms. This can conclude that the Indonesian people today prefer facilities that are efficient, fast and inexpensive. Therefore the Digitat company has a wide market in Indonesia. These problems such as economic and waste issues, Garbage Ranger or abbreviated as GANGER present as an application that can be a link between buying and selling providers or waste management and recycling business, becoming a place of buying and selling between consumers and recycling businesses, being a provider of information on product manufacturing -products from trash and waste pricing information providers.]]>

<![CDATA[Drying of coffee beans in Kemiri village is done in a natural way that dried coffee beans under the sun with a grounded sack, there are no coffee farmers who use the tool to dry the coffee beans. Although, drying the coffee beans using the dryer tool can accelerate the drying process and save the time, without the rainy season constrained and produce better quality. Drying is done with a coffee drying tool can make the coffee beans dry more evenly and perfectly. The coffee drying tool uses principles such as the Nako window, which can rotate 180o-360o. Using a coffee drying tool can adjust the position of the slope of the container in accordance with the direction of the coming sun so that the coffee beans can dry more evenly]]>

<![CDATA[Internet merupakan teknologi komunikasi antar perangkat jaringan yang tersebar dan terbesar didunia saat ini. Setiap tahun pengguna Internet semakin bertambah. Penambahan pengguna Internet berbanding lurus dengan penambahan jumlah data di Internet. Penggunaan terhadap data dari Internet sangatlah mudah dan lebih rentan terhadap kebebasan dalam pengaksesannya. Akibatnya, setiap dokumen yang sudah masuk ke dunia Internet akan berubah menjadi dokumen yang bebas bisa digunakan oleh siapa saja. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan tersebut, maka penulis melakukan perancangan pembuatan sistem yang mampu memberikan perlindungan hak cipta sekaligus menjaga keaslian dari dokumen tersebut walaupun dokumen tersebut sudah memasuki dunia Internet. Proses perancangan sistem akan menggunakan metode design thinking yang menghasilkan sebuah rekomendasi berupa model UI/UX. Metode perancangan ini akan menggunakan target dari pengguna dengan melihat apa kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh pengguna. Sedangkan teknik analisis kriptografi digunakan untuk menginterpretasikan bagaimana sistem akan bekerja.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this PKM is to provide training on business management and counseling on the importance of a brand for the production so that the product is more widely known to the market. The main problem of partners is ignorance about how to do a good business starting from planning, implementation to marketing and also not knowing the importance of a brand for a product. The solution offered is the provision of training on business management, the legality mechanism of business licenses. The output of the activity to be achieved so that partners can develop the business accompanied by adequate legality of establishment, so that business operations can take place according to existing provisions, the results of the training can support the business success of business actors in the Genuksari Village and have been successfully implemented. This was proven by the enthusiasm of the trainees to follow and discuss (including the question and answer process) routinely.]]>
