<![CDATA[The lack of the role of the school committee in education makes it a school partner to improve its management. Because it is clear in Law number 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System article 56 paragraph 3 that the school council approves in improving the quality of assistance by providing, directives and support for labor, facilities and infrastructure, and supervision of education at the education level. This paper is a literature study that uses documents related to schools and education suppliers as sources of data and analyzed using qualitative descriptive. Reconstruction of the management of the committee through improvements to the planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the work program of the school committee and education unit. In addition, training and guidance for school committees also requires building good communication and cooperation between the school committee, the government and other parties. That way it is expected to increase the strategic role of schools in improving the quality of education.]]>

<![CDATA[Graduates at Mts Muhammadiyah in Metro City have been many successful and working in various fields of life. Mts Muhammadiyah Metro continues to strive to make Madrasas at the forefront. To achieve this all in Mts Muhammadiyah Metro City will improve learning services with effective educational innovations, based on ICT and religion. This research is a descriptive qualitative study carried out at Mts Muhammadiyah in Metro City. For the population of this study were all students of Mts Muhammadiyah metro city class. The results of this study are reading errors in short readings from 30% to 10%, errors in knowing recitation of recitation from 20% to 10%, errors in the smooth distribution of letters from 20% percent to 10% and those who have not memorized hijaiyah letters from 10% live around 5%.]]>

Character education will build well, if it is started from cultivating religious sense of students, therefore, PAI lesson become one of supporting lesson of character education. <![CDATA[This studies describe the management of character education strengthening program (PPK) at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Depok. The types of this research is descriptive-qualitative. the techniques of data collections using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are (1) The activities of PPK include flag ceremonies, 7S (senyum-smile, salam-peace in greetings, sapa-greetings, sopan-respectful, santun-courtesy, sigap-enthusiasm), (2) The management of the PPK program runs with a good formulation and has clear purpose. (3) Supporting factors for this program are adequate facilities and infrastructures, the presence of adequate and militant young teaching staff, principals who are classified as young and have a good work ethic.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of interaction between parents and children includes activities such as educating, maintaining, protecting and directing children's behavior. During development, children learn from their parents. Parents teach various things to their children ranging from talking, walking and so forth. This article aims to describe parenting patterns in motivating children's learning. The method used in this paper is the library research method. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of children will be good if the parenting is done by good parents. The better parenting that parents do, the better the child's motivation to learn. Authoritative parenting (parenting that really gives attention to their children) becomes one of good parenting in fostering children's learning motivation than other parenting.]]>

The ultimate goal of classroom management is students can develop self-discipline. Therefore, teachers should always encourage students to carry out self-discipline and the teacher himself should be an example of self-control and the implementation of responsibilities. <![CDATA[A teacher's dilemma in implementing education is how to create learning innovations that aim to increase conceptual understanding. The multiple intelligences strategy can improve student learning outcomes and understanding and can also find some student intelligence to be more active and interactive. Experimental quantitative research approaches, One-group pre-test and post-test designs. The population is 81 students and the sample is class VIII.3 with 27 students. Data collection techniques are test techniques. t test analysis results with a level of confidence α = 0.05, obtained tcount (8.696)> ttable = 1.703 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So that it can be concluded that multiple intelligences strategy influences student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subject matter of Fiqh (sunnah rawatib prayer) class VIII.3 SMPN Sumber Rejo Musi Rawas Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The research objective was to determine the evaluation of PAI Learning in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 Palembang city and technical evaluation conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 2. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the framework of inductive and deductive thinking. The results of the study, the implementation of the evaluation is taken from the results of daily tests, midterm and final exam, the management of the evaluation includes planning, managing the implementation of the organization and evaluation. Technical Evaluation of PAI Learning leads to the cognitive domain, affective domain and psychomotor domain. PAI Learning Evaluation techniques implemented in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and 2 are test and non-test techniques.]]>
