Abstract

This research will look at how debt problems during the pandemic of Covid-19 in community life in Sukawangi village towards family harmony. This is because debt can be a helper for a family afflicted with economic problems, but on the other hand, debt can also ensnare and torment a family which results in conflicts over the harmony and integrity of the household. This research is a type of field research with the nature of analytic descriptive research, which provides an overview and explanation of the facts of situations, circumstances and social phenomena that occur in the field through an anthropological approach. In this research, data collection methods will be carried out through interviews, observation and analysis of various documentation. The results of this study concluded that the economic dependence of the Sukawangi village community on debt during the pandemic of Covid-19 to survive caused problems in family life. Few people are successful and successful in managing their money from debt by making good economic breakthroughs.

Abstract

The Purpose This Research is to Describe Strategies to create character education in madrasas. As a party organizing education, both the government and the private sector. Therefore, collaboration between the school and family is a must. In other side, schools must also be able to create the character of education. The Method use library research with reference search efforts literature related to the subject matter discussed descriptively. In creating character education in schools, there are several things that must be done. First thing first is the formulation of a vision, mission and quality targets that can be understood by all parties, be it leaders, teachers, employees, students, parents and school or madrasah committees. The second is to have a strong leadership spirit, to get support and connections from all related advice. The third one has the motivation to excel in this globalization era. The fourth one strives for consistent training and development of teaching staff. The fifth is evaluation of learning outcomes and looking for the root of the problem to make learning even better. The sixth always communicates with the parents, guardians and the local community. The seventh one is building a good network of cooperation with related parties continuously. Abstract

The bilingual program is a language intelligence improvement program having a focus to use two languages in the teaching and learning activities at school. This article aims to describe the listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills of students in the application of two languages in elementary schools learning. This study was carried out at the Nahdlatul Ulama Elementary School in Kraton, Kencong Jember. The approach used in this study is qualitative with the type of case study research. Purposive method was used in subject selection. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed by using the interactive analysis of the Miles and Huberman models which consisted of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The validity of the data was checked through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The students’ listening ability was done interactively in grades one and two which can be categorized as excellence: (2) The ability to speak interactively of students in grade one is carried out by role playing activities and in grade two is carried out by discussing activities about attitudes towards friends and presenting the results of the discussion in front of the class. (3) The reading ability of students is implemented in learning through reading aloud. (4) Students' writing skills are carried out through reviewing activities or summarizing using imaginative strategies.

Abstract

Distance Learning is learning using a medium that allows interaction between teachers and learners even if they are not in the same place. In its implementation, there are several problems when distance learning is implemented. With some of these problems, distance learning is very interesting to research how effective it is in learning. The type of research used is field research using quantitative approach, while the subject in this study is PGMI student at STAI Asy-Syukriyyah Tangerang. Based on the findings in the study, especially in the research subject, students of PGMI study program, showed that the implementation of distance learning in STAI Asy-Syukriyyah Tangerang, categorized as effective with an effectiveness level of 63.79%.

Abstract

This research focuses on discussing changes in the minimum age for marriage as stipulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 as an amendment to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage. The new Marriage Law changes the minimum marriage limit for men and women who will marry at least 19 years of age, previously the marriage limit for men is 19 years old and for women is 16 years old. This research seeks to find the pros and cons of legalizing the minimum age limit for marriage according to the views of the staff of the marriage register at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Yogyakarta who were non-randomly selected. The results of this research indicate that the process of changing the age limit of marriage does not see the pros and cons in society. Most importantly, the enactment of this law can hurt women, so that the purpose of reforming Islamic family law can realize legal unification by the times.

Abstract

The SKS in secondary schools is interesting innovation to research. This study aims to determine: 1) the application 2) significance for acceleration, and 3) supporting and inhibiting. This research conducted at MAN 1 Medan. The research method is qualitative with descriptive study model, the results is MAN 1 Medan applies SKS-B type where the principles: 1) gradually, 2) mapping student ability, 3) comprehensive assessment 4) use UKBM, 5) use 2013 Curriculum, 6) the teacher as facilitator, 7) students required take 6 semesters (51 JP /semester) with study period maximum 4 years, 8) provide PA. It’s found that the significance of acceleration student learning is still not visible even though the system allows it, the supporting factors: easy administration of preparation, good teacher response, parental cooperation and adequate facilities. While the obstacles: schools are still adjusting, online learning constraints and they still looking for the best pattern in implementing this SKS.

Abstract

The background of the birth of the International World Muslim Conference On Education is that Saudi Arabia wants to achieve the development of education and other fields like western countries that have already made developments. In addition, there are concerns over secular understandings from western countries for Saudi Arabia and in other Islamic countries. The method in this research is descriptive-interpretative qualitative method. This type of research is library research. From the results of the literature review that the author did, there were also 8 (eight) times the implementation of the International World Muslim Conference On Education from 1977 to 2012. The results of the formulation obtained from the International World Muslim Conference On Education are the definition of education, curriculum, teaching methods, textbooks. , plans and guidelines for learning, science and technology and evaluation
