<![CDATA[Political education is a very important thing to do in increasing the participation of first-time voters. First time voters are those aged between 17 to 24 years, but in this service the first time voters in question are the students of SMAN 1 Meureubo who are sitting in the third grade of high school and already have the right to vote. The method used in this service is by lecturing, sharing sessions, and simulations with video and practice selection procedures. The results of devotion show that the political participation of novice voters in elections is strongly influenced by the level of knowledge, understanding and literacy (political literacy) possessed by novice voters. Before the results of the pre-test activities of students' knowledge 57.25 and after getting political education through lecture methods, sharing sessions, and video simulations and practices the average score rose to 70.25. In conclusion, there was an increase in students' knowledge regarding political participation.]]>

<![CDATA[Advances in technology make it easier for humans in their activities. The internet has become mandatory for use in various aspects of life. Social media users in Indonesia reach 150 million people. Most internet users are aged 15 to 19 years, which is 91%. At present the way to get along with teenagers is not only by direct contact but also indirectly by using media or social networking. The use of social media is sometimes difficult to control either by parents or the school, so there is a need for education for adolescents to be more optimal in using social media for anything positive. The purpose of this mass empowerment activity is to provide understanding to teenagers that social media can provide many positive benefits if we use it in a smart and maximum way, and invites young people to be smart in using social media. The implementation method is through counseling and discussion with high school students 1 Panga. The results of this activity turned out that not all students have social media both Facebook and Instagram because of limitations in accessing. Before this activity the participants only used social media as a means of uploading photos and videos, but after this activity they learned that social media can be used optimally namely to carve out achievements and as a medium to increase personal finances.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service was carried out for 2 days for the people in Tagalaya Village, Tobelo District, aimed at increasing public knowledge about rabies, as well as efforts to reduce the spread of rabies in Tobelo District, especially in Tagalaya Village. This activity was carried out by Polytechnic Perdamaian Halmahera Lecturers and students. The method used is counseling, demonstration and vaccination. The implementation stage on the first day was through counseling in the form of exposure to material on rabies which included rabies transmission, rabies prevention methods and treatment for rabies victims, then followed by vaccination demonstrations on several dogs belonging to the community. The activity continued on the second day by going around the village to vaccinate dogs that are kept by the community. The results of the extension activity showed that the community in Tagalaya Village had a better understanding of rabies, while the vaccination carried out on the second day succeeded in vaccinating 67 dogs, both adult dogs and puppies belonging to the Tagalaya Village community.]]>

<![CDATA[Regional Regulation (Perda) concerning Prevention and Improvement of Quality of Slums and Slums is an instrument to prevent the growth and development of slums in livable housing and settlements and to improve the quality of housing and settlements that are indicated as slums to become livable. Regional regulations on the Prevention and Improvement of Quality of Slum Housing and Slum Settlements are expected to contain regulations as regulated in national legislation and are equipped with specific local content for each region and to assist the Regional Government in the drafting process of the Regulation on Prevention and Quality Improvement of Slums and Slum Settlements, the Government (in this case the Directorate of Settlement Development, Directorate General of Human Settlements, Ministry of Public Works) has prepared a Regional Regulation Model on the Prevention and Quality Improvement of Slums and Slums. The purpose of the drafting of this Perda Model is to provide references and examples of regulations on prevention and improvement of the quality of slums and slums that have accommodated various provisions in national legislation.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper explains about innovation of the local government which is part of the Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) service reform. Aklamasidansa is the policy of the West Aceh Regency in the matter of arranging birth certificates and death certificates that are integrated with village funds. The issue of legal identity is still a problem in Indonesia, many people do not have a legal identity so that it has an impact on all services provided by the government to the community. Aklamasidansa is an innovation that brings government and society closer. Aklamasidansa has been running since 2017 and operates in the assisted villages. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach, the informants of this study were the community as recipients of services, the West Aceh government as an innovator. The results of the study show that the aklamasidansa policy has increased the coverage of legal identity ownership, especially birth certificates which increased from 70.25% percent (June 2017) to 93.90 percent (December 2018). Aklamasidansa as one of the service innovations to the community is running very well in improving the data administration of the village and make it easier for citizens to receive services in arranging birth certificates and death certificates.]]>

<![CDATA[A country's economy is determined by government revenue, and government revenue is also closely related to regional income. Meanwhile, regional income is also related to community income. Many opportunities can improve the economy. Khairil Anwar's research revealed that many of the items sold in the city of Meulaboh and the surrounding area came from other regions both inside and outside the Aceh region. Of course, if this can be done by the people of West Aceh, the community's economy will improve. To improve community welfare, it is important to gain insight into the community. The method of implementation is to gather parishioners and then give them an overview of the results of research on goods used and consumed by the community. Then together, calculate the potential that can be done. As a result, the community has realized many ways to increase family income while increasing welfare by only planting bananas and chicken pieces.]]>

<![CDATA[Education about the use of media especially digital media is now important to be given to all levels of society, especially the younger generation, so that this socialization is aimed at students at the Nurul Falah Islamic Boarding School Dayah Inti Meulaboh. The method of socialization used was the presentation of theories about social media including how to distinguish between facts and hoax. The socialization took place interactively, there was a discussion room so as to facilitate the speaker in achieving the objectives of the socialization.. The results of socialization show that initially the students did not really understand related to how to filter information to distinguish hoax and facts. That is because, they are less intense using handphone, so that students can easily trust information obtained from the internet, especially social media. With this socialization, students have been theoretically equipped about how to filter information and distinguish between hoax and facts, and are able to stimulate students to be more observant and critical in responding to information.]]>

<![CDATA[Government administration plays an important role in the smooth running of village government affairs because the involvement of the gampong government in the administration system is very much needed. With this in order that the objectives of the village government can actually be achieved as expected, then what needs to be considered is that government officials who have the quality or ability must be adequate. In order to carry out village administration effectively, it is necessary to provide guidance and supervision carried out by the sub-district government on the village government apparatus, especially in the field of government. For this purpose, village officials can carry out their duties and obligations properly in serving and administering administration in the community. The existence of the village government is a tool to achieve national development goals and as an organization that strengthens the governance structure of the Indonesian state. The implementation of the gampong kuala tuha government has been running for four years, but in its implementation there are still a number of things that need to be considered by the Village Government. This research uses approach approaching training activities that are organized using practical methods, training and discussion, from the results of this study the researchers concluded that the Government in the village of kuala tuha has not been able to regulate or organize village administration properly and effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[The training activities are targeted at Youth group in Daru Village, with the main problem is a lack of knowledge about forest plant nursery techniques. The target to be achieved is to increase the knowledge and skills of young people in the supply of plant seeds. The method used is counseling and training aimed at improving youth skills in forestry seedling nursery techniques. The results of the implementation of the activities show that the training activities have been able to produce the expected output that is to provide knowledge and skills for youth, as well as have encouraged youth in Daru Village to replant forest areas independently.]]>

<![CDATA[Remaja adalah generasi penerus bangsa yang harus dibangun sisi kreatifitasnya untuk mampu melahirkan produktivitas dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari dan untuk hidup berdampingan dengan masyarakat. Membangun sisi kepribadian remaja kreatif-produktif, secara nyata remaja harus diajuhkan dari narkoba, baik ganja, sabu-sabu dan jenis narkoba laiinya. Narkoba adalah zat kimia yang mampu membunuh kreatifitas remaja selain membunuh mental sisi lainnya serta merusak kesehatannya. Sudah banyak kasus-kasus remaja yang bermasalah setelah mencicipi narkoba, sehingga kondisi seperti itu meresahkan masyarakat dan mengganggu keharmonisan dalam masyarakat. Untuk menyadarkan remaja-remaja tersebut, sosialisasi remahja kreatif-produktif dan anti narkoba harus dilakukan diwilayah pedesaan. Berpikir kreatif dan produktif akan melahirkan banyak manfaat posistif bagi kehidupan remaja dan tidak ada masalah-masalah sosial yang muncul yang disebabkan oleh remaja. Berpikir kreatif-produktif mampu menciptkan perubahan-perubahan yang posistif bagi kehidupan remaja itu sendiri, misalnya, akan melatih remaja untuk mendisplinkan diri, mampu melahirkan ide-ide baru, mampu untuk melakukan hal-hal positif juga, seperti berjualan, menjaga sikap dimasyarakat dan mampu menyusun rencana masa depan yang baik.]]>
