<![CDATA[Based on the results of the observation, it was shown that the motivation and learning outcomes of material in the broad wake of students of class V SD 2 Besito were still low. The motivation for average learning is 72.92% and students who complete their learning outcomes are only 50%. For this reason, researchers using the STAD learning model to improve both. Because the STAD learning model has the advantage that higher mental functions will appear in conversations or cooperation between individuals. From the research conducted for two cycles, conclusions were obtained, namely through the application of the STAD learning model to increase learning motivation to 91.66%, and learning completeness to 91%.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian tindakan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA SKD getaran dan gelombang serta parameter-parameternya melalui pembelajaran kooperatif pada siswa kelas VIII A Semester II, SMP Negeri 5 Ungaran tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester II tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dan mengambil tempat di kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 5 Ungaran, Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang dengan subyek seluruh siswa kelas VIII A tersebut yaitu 32 siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan tindakan sebanyak dua kali dalam dua siklus teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, observasi dan test. Alat pengumpuklan data berupa dokumen daftar nilai, lembar observasi dan butir soal. Validasi menggunakan triangulasi sumber atau kolaborasi dan kisi-kisi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif yang dilanjutkan refleksi. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan dua kali tindakan dalam dua siklus menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas yang diperoleh dari kondisi awal sebelum dilaksanakan penelitian sebesar 63,8 meningkat pada siklus I nilai rata-rata ulangan harian menjadi 64,8 dan hasil ulangan harian pada siklus II nilai rata-rata menjadi 71,4]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to measure the improvement of students’ science process skill and improvement of teacher’ teaching skills through the grade students at SD 2 Panjunan. The result of this research shown there are significant improvement of science process skill between cycle I 68,74% as a good category and cycle II 80,96% as a good category. The mnagement of Direct Instruction model learning also increased in cycle I 82,00% as a very good category to 92,24% as a very good category in cycle II. It proves that used of Direct Instruction model use papa saya can improve science process skills in fourht grade students theme 7at SD 2 Panjunan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to obtain an increase in low emotional intelligence students through mastery of content in class IX.E Gunungwungkal Pati Middle School 2 Semester II Academic Year 2017/20198. The aim to be achieved in this study is to obtain increased emotional intelligence of students through content mastery services in class IX.E Gunungwungkal Pati Middle School 2 Semester II Academic Year 2017 / 2018. Subjects examined in this study were students of class IX.E of SMP Negeri 2 Gunungwungkal Pati Semester II of 2017/1918 Academic Year taken by all children in one class. Research variables: mastery of content (independent variables) and emotional intelligence (dependent variables). Data collection method is the main method of observation, the pendukungg method is interview and documentation. Data analysis uses comparative descriptive. The research was carried out in 2 cycles (cycle I and cycle II) every cycle 3 meeting discussed 3 materials with a time allocation of 40 minutes. Based on the results of research on observations of 7 aspects of improving students 'emotional intelligence, it can be said that through the service of mastering the content of students' emotional intelligence can increase. This is evidenced by what is obtained from every observation made before the action and after the cycle which shows that the emotional intelligence of students has increased, namely in the pre cycle 14.2 in the first cycle: 15, 1 and in the second cycle: 26. Based on the results of the study discussion can It was concluded that content mastery services could improve emotional intelligence of class IX.E students of Gunungwungkal Pati Middle School 2 Semester II Academic Year 2017/2018.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to measure the improvement of students’ confidence and improvement of teacher’ teaching skills the fourth grade students at SD 2 Bakalan Krapyak.This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles.The result of this research shown there are significant improvement of Students'confidence in learning realmof attitude at the pre-cycle level was 46% as a not good category, after doing the research in the cycle I it changed into 69% as a good enough category and increased more in thecycle IIto be 84% as a good category. The management of Teams Games Tournament model learning also increased in cycle I 77% as a good category to 87% as a good category in cycle II. It proves that used of Teams Games Tournament model use cards media can improve attitude self confidence in fourth grade students theme 4 at SD 2 Bakalan Krapyak.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab prokrastinasi akademik siswa SMA 1 Gebog Kudus. 2. Mengetahui keberhasilan layanan konseling behavioristik dengan teknik behavior contract untuk mengatasi prokrastinasi siswa SMA 1 Gebog Kudus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Studi Kasus dengan metode kualitatif yaitu metode penelitian berdasarkan pengumpulan data secara subjektif yang dialami oleh pihak yang diteliti. Subjek yang diteliti adalah 3 siswa SMA 1 Gebog Kudus yang memiliki tingkat prokrastinasi akademik tinggi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dengan tiga tahapan yaitu, reduksi data, paparan data, dan penyimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik yang dialami siswa SMA 1 Gebog Kudus dapat diatasi menggunakan layanan konseling behavioristik dengan teknik behavior contract.]]>

<![CDATA[The teacher is the person most responsible for the quality and meaningfulness of the learning process in the classroom. Therefore, teacher performance is very influential on the success of a learning process. In connection with the teaching and learning process teachers should be able to direct and guide students to be active in teaching and learning activities so as to create a good interaction between teacher and students and students and students. Based on the above it should be in the teaching and learning process a teacher is able to choose and use appropriate learning methods, so students can learn effectively and efficiently according to the expected goals. then the teacher and researcher make an agreement to improve the existing conditions through IHT (In House Training) activities. From the results of the implementation of IHT in the initial study, cycle I, and cycle II, it has increased. The average value of students after using the Learning Method for class IV in the Initial Study of 1.83 increased to 2.55 in the first cycle and increased again to 3.67 in the second cycle. Then for class V, in the pre cycle get an average of 2.00 and in the first cycle to 2.67 and an increase in results in the second cycle reaches an average value of 3.67. and the last in class VI, getting an average value of 2.33 in the pre cycle, 2.67 in the first cycle and in the second cycle has increased to 3.50.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the results of the observations on the initial conditions in the 4th grade of SD 2 Getassrabi, the motivation and student learning outcomes of the village and sub-district governments were still very low. Student learning motivation is only 30% with completeness of learning outcomes only 40%. Therefore to improve this, research was carried out by applying the Word square learning model. And the results obtained after carrying out research for two cycles were student learning motivation increased to 80%, and learning completeness by 90%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is 1. Describe entrepreneurial motivation for students in Class IX A of SMP Negeri 2 Dukuhseti Pati before and after being provided with information services. 2. Obtaining an increase in entrepreneurial motivation through information services for students of Class IX A of SMP Negeri 2 Dukuhseti Pati in the academic year 2017/2018. The research method consists of: the setting of this research in SMP Negeri 2 Dukuhseti Pati. Characteristics and Subjects of this study were 22 students of Grade IX A who needed increased motivation through information services. The variables of this study consisted of two: independent and bound variables. The free variable information service. The dependent variable is entrepreneurial motivation. The research procedure for guidance and counseling measures uses a continuous cycle, each cycle consisting of the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. Data analysis used qualitative analysis and it was processed in a comparative descriptive manner. That is, comparing the first cycle which was known as many as 9 students whose motivation was still low, then after receiving information services in cycle II, a total of 15 students obtained a very motivational category. the height and content of 7 students got high category. The results can be concluded that: 1. Increasing students' entrepreneurial motivation through information services get very good results, this increase can be seen from the low motivation before the service is given to their courage to open their own business after providing information services 2. Student entrepreneurship motivation after attending information services has increased from 43 , 7% (low) to 80.56% (very high), marked by increased observations and results of interviews that showed an increase in students' entrepreneurial skills.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan layanan informasi media animasi untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir peserta didik kelas XII MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar Demak Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019, 2. Mendeskripsikan kematangan karir peserta didik kelas XII MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar Demak Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 setelah diberikan layanan informasi melalui media animasi. Mengetahui efektifitas Layanan Informasi Melalui Media Animasi Untuk Meningkatkan Kematangan Karir Peserta Didik kelas XII MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar Demak Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Hasil penelitian kematangan karir peserta didik pada pra siklus memperoleh persentase 45,5% dalam kategori tidak sesuai. Pada siklus I menjadi rata-rata persentase 60%. Dengan kategori ragu-ragu dan mengalami peningkatan siklus II memperoleh rata-rata persentase 90% dalam kategori sesuai. Dengan demikian layanan informasi media animasi meningkatkan kematangan karir peserta didik. Simpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah Terjadi Peningkatan pada Kematangan Karir setelah diberi Layanan Informasi Melalui Media Animasi Untuk Meningkatkan Kematangan Karir Peserta didik Kelas XII MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 karanganyar Demak dapat diterim, hal ini terbukti kematangan karir siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 30% dari siklus I ke siklus II.]]>
