Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the curriculum planning model implemented of Rumah Peradaban Pelajar Indoensia (RPPI). This study using the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) model and used primary data sourced from questionnaires which were distributed to thirty (30) respondents using the Service Quality (Servqual) method by a Likert scale of five. The results of this study shows that the RPPI institution uses the PPBS planning model (Planning, Programming, Budgeting System). The planning stages carried out by this institution are in the form of determining the vision and mission, objectives, program determination and selection of alternative programs based on managed funding. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) shows that RPPI institution needs to strive to improve performance through the preparation and planning of service and managerial study rooms, learning facilities and scholarship services. The Institution needs to maintain the ability and insight of teachers who are very good, the superiority of the program guarantees provided and moral of development carried out. Management of service hours and its relation and communication has reached a fairly good level of satisfaction. In addition,the items for information provided to customers, and handling complaints has a low level of expectations with high service quality. Institutions must be able to maintain the stability of the level of satisfaction with the quality of performance, carry out activities according to the planned program and involve the participation of the community or other partnerships in monitoring program implementation and evaluation.

Abstract

Evaluation of learning is a factor of student learning success in order to be able to compete in the modern era. In line with technological developments, portfolio-based learning evaluation using the Behance portfolio platform fits with the Merdeka Learning curriculum concept for vocational high school students (SMK). For this reason, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the behance portfolio platform for evaluating learning in SMK as the implementation of Merdeka Learning using a quantitative approach with data to be taken from teachers and students at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung.

Abstract

Membina siswa menjadi pribadi yang shalih adalah tujuan mulia dari pendidikan islam. Disamping keshalehan individu secara ritual, keshalehan sosial amat penting sebagai manifestasinya. Dalam membina keshalehan/kepedulian sosial, perlu formula baru agar hasilnya dapat maksimal dan manfaatnya dirasakan bagi peserta didik. Formula baru pendidikan tersebut adalah harmonisasi filantropi islam dengan pendidikan di sekolah sebagai basisnya. Sehingga, menambah spirit baru/angin segar dalam pembinaan siswa pada ranah keshalehan sosial. Sebab, realisasi dari keshalehan sosial dalam bentuk yang konkret. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi program-program pendidikan lembaga filantropi islam berbasis sekolah dalam membina keshalehan sosial di SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem, serta (2) eksistensi lembaga filantropi islam di sekolah itu sendiri dalam memberi manfaat yang lebih luas. Penelitan ini merupakan fenomenologi, berupa penelitian kualitatif, sedangkan pengumpulan datanya melalui teknik observasi partisipan, penelusuran dokumen, dan lain-lain.. Adapun hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Eksistensi filantropi islam di sekolah berwujud lazismu SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem, perannya bukan hanya menggalang dana bagi kaum dhuafa, tetapi juga membina kehalehan sosial secara progresif. Terdapat 10 program pendidikan filantropi islam dalam pembinaan keshalehan sosial, diantaranya Edukasi ZIS, Penggalangan Dana Korban Bencana, Tim Volunteer ZIS, Infaq Jum’at, One Day One Coin, Celengan Sedekah Subuh, Penyebaran Kotak Infaq, Penyebaran Flyer Dakwah, Integrasi Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Fiqh kelas X, dan Sedekah Sandang Layak Pakai. Manfaat dari program-program tersebut disalurkan pada kegiatan sosial berdasarkan 8 ashnaf sebagai prinsip zakat, seperti beasiswa fakir miskin, beasiswa sang surya, peduli guru dan siswa, peningkatan dan pelatihan SDM, bencana alam, santunan muallaf, santunan fakir miskin dan dhuafa sekitar sekolah. Abstract

In this study, the researchers intended to seek how effective the Quizlet application was at boosting the 29 seventh-grade students’ vocabulary proficiency, especially in defining the words, finding synonyms and antonyms of the words, and using the vocabulary in the context of the descriptive text. The pre-experimental study utilized a one-group pretest-post-test design conducted by the researchers. The research procedures covered three pivotal steps: 1) pre-test, 2) treatment, and 3) post-test. For gaining the desired data objective test was implemented in this study. Before administering the test to the participants, it was tried out at the same level to determine the test's reliability and validity. The data analysis of this study by utilizing Paired sample t-test with SPSS. The results revealed that the student's learning outcome in learning the vocabulary of descriptive text increased from the pre-test score of 66.20 to 85.58. Additionally, it was discovered that the 2- tailed sig value is less than 0.05. It showed that the learning results in the pre-test and post-test data change significantly. Therefore, it might be inferred that Quizlet application is useful for improving the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students, in terms of acquiring the vocabulary of descriptive text. From the result, it is suggested that educators apply Quizlet application to introduce difficult terms in fun and interesting ways.

Abstract

This study aims to describe all the efforts made by the principal as a supervisor in supervising teachers at MTs Al-Ihsan, Tanah Grogot. This research method uses qualitative research. The research data were obtained from an interview with the principal of MTs Al-Ihsan, Tanah Grogot. Interviews were conducted in order to obtain information regarding how and what the principal of the school did in supervising teachers for the realization of professional teachers.The results of this interview obtained regarding the program carried out by the principal in carrying out supervision, the stages of carrying out supervision, the types of supervision that have been carried out, the time of supervision, the supporting factors for carrying out supervision, the inhibiting factors for carrying out supervision, phased evaluation actions for teachers, evaluation results that are still not optimal, teacher competencies to be achieved, supervision program planning to improve teacher professionalism, solutions from the school principal if the program does not go well, as well as matters that determine the success of the implementation of supervision.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mendeskripsikan peran Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogig guru, 2) mengkaji faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam kegiatan Penilaian Kinerja Guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian yang terkumpul divalidasi dengan teknik triangulasi. Tempat penelitian ini di MI Perwanida Blitar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG) memiliki peran penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogig guru di MI Perwanida Blitar. Dengan demikian diharapkan kegiatan Penelitian Kinerja Guru (PKG) harus senantiasa ditingkatkan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedadogig guru, sekaligus sebagai sarana bagi guru untuk mengeksplore potensi yang dimilikinya.

Just like the education system during the Hindu-Buddhist era. The education system during the Hindu-Buddhist period was based on goals such as religion. Abstract

The performance of the West Kotawaringin Regency Satpol PP in providing direction, guidance and supervision in structuring street vendors is not running effectively. even tend not to be able to overcome the problem of structuring street vendors. so that many street vendors commit violations due to the lack of guidance in structuring street vendors. The Satpol PP of Kotawaringin Barat Regency has carried out routine and periodic raids at the city park location against street vendors who are still selling in the area, but the awareness of street vendors not to repeat selling in the city park area is still repeated. The locus of this research is Taman Kota Manis Pangkalan Bun. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach and data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Supervision of street vendors in Taman Manis Pangkalan Bun can be seen from: repressive supervision, supervision techniques using direct observation or observation, the supervision process in accordance with SOPs, the nature and timing of periodic supervision through routine patrols and sudden supervision through operations and objective and comprehensive indicators as effective form of supervision

Abstract

In today's digital era, many things are done through the use of technology such as the use of the internet, online-based services and so on. Health services are no exception, customers always want fast, responsive and easy-to-reach services, so digital services are loved by the public. The level of speed of service, quality of service and safety in service are the main things desired by customers to achieve a level of patient satisfaction that encourages patient loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence patient loyalty in terms of digital service quality and digital system security to achieve patient satisfaction. The method used is literature by reviewing various latest literature materials starting from journals, books, proceedings, and various sources both online and offline. To improve the quality of the results of the study, focus group discussions were also conducted to obtain various inputs, corrections and various suggestions from the FGD participants. The results of the analysis based on theoretical studies can be concluded that, factors that influence patient loyalty include digital service quality, and digital system security. The novelty of this research is that it is able to show theoretically that patient loyalty can be directly influenced by the quality of digital services and the security of digital systems both directly and through patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang bidang kajiannya absrtak dan memerlukan daya berpikir logis sehingga untuk menyampaikannya diperlukan suatu media agar siswa menjadi lebih memahami materi yang disampaikan dan merangsang siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan daya berpikir logis. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan saat ini adalah pengguanaan software. Penggunaan software yang tepat yaitu aplikasi geogebra, aplikasi ini bisa memudahkan pemahaman siswa dalam materi fungsi trigonometri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan matematika siswa melalui penggunaan software media pembelajaran Geogebra. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Subyek penerima tindakan adalah siswa kelas X Ipa 1 SMA Negeri 1 Padarincang 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi Grafik Fungsi Trigonometri. Keberadaan software GeoGebra dapat membantu guru untuk menyampaikan materi matematika yang abstrak menjadi lebih mudah dipahami karena software dapat memvisualkan hal itu, selain itu software ini dibuat untuk melatih daya kreativitas dan daya kritis siswa.
