Abstract

The research objective of this portfolio is to analyze the optimal portfolio IDX-30 and its portfolio of LQ-45 with CAPM method in IDX. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. IDX-30 and LQ-45 in the Stock Exchange of the period January 2013 - December 2018 the population in the study. A Purposive sampling technique used in determining the sample. Data analysis using Microsoft Excel, from this research are, a). Based on the results of the expected return and risk of IDX-30 and LQ-45, which can be seen from an analysis of individual stocks with a CAPM portfolio. Then the chosen CAPM portfolio, because it produces a good return and minimal risk. And the highest shares of IDX-30 and LQ-45 are TLKM. with the IDX-P13 return result of 6.5809 and a risk of 7.14%. and LQ-45 P20 return of 6.5764 with a risk of 7.89%.b). Optimal portfolios formed using CAPM provide better investment returns than individual shares, because CAPM offers a higher expected return and minimum risk than individual shares. While the optimal portfolio performance of IDX-30 shares evaluated using CAPM is better than the optimal portfolio performance of LQ-45 shares.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the dominant causes in forming a bankruptcy prediction model of retail trade service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. The 2015-2017 observation period with a sample of 20 companies met the criteria as a sample. This research variable is divided into 2 namely dependent and independent variables. The dependent variable in this study is categorical data which is divided into two categories: unhealthy companies symbolized by the number 0 and healthy companies category symbolized by the number 1. The independent variables in this study are 20 financial ratios, among others, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio , Working Capital to Total Assets, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Time Interest Earned, Working Capital Turn Over, Fixed Asset Turn Over, Receivable Turn Over, Total Asset Turn Over, Inventory Turn Over, Cash Turn Over, Cash Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, Gross Profit Margin, Return On Equity, Return On Assets, Return On Investment, Earning Per Share. The analytical method used is discriminant analysis. Discriminant Test Results using the stepwise method can be obtained variables that are selected as discriminator variables, namely the variable Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share to form discriminant functions as follows: R = - 3,197 + 0.292 Debt to Equity Ratio + 0.342 Return On Equity + 0.336 Earning Per Share The cut-off value in this study is 0 with a 75% prediction accuracy in unhealthy service companies and 73.3% in healthy service companies with an accuracy rate of 76.7% in retail trade service companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Relationship Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Its Impact on Loyalty by measuring indicators that affect the variable Service Quality and Relationship Marketing on customer satisfaction variables and their implications on customer loyalty variables. This research applies a descriptive research design using survey methods. Sampling uses convinient sampling as a sampling technique. This study was tested using the structural equation modeling (Lisrel) approach to test the significance of the significance of the overall model and predetermined pathway. The findings show that Service Quality and Relationship Marketing variables significantly influence customer satisfaction variables. Further findings indicate that Service Quality and Relationship Marketing variables directly have a significant effect on customer loyalty variables. This study also shows that customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty variables. It is recommended to companies to improve the excellence of Service Quality and Relationship Marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and clarify the effect of work environment and work motivation for workload and its implementation on employee performance. Respondents 67 employees (entire population). Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (SmartPls 3.0 software) and correlation matrix between dimensions (SmartPls 3.0 software). The results showed that: (1) Work Environment and Motivation both partially and simultaneously affect Employee Performance; (2) Work environment, motivation and workload both partially and simultaneously affect employee performance; (3) Workload mediates the work environment and motivation on performance. Based on the analysis of the correlation matrix between dimensions, to improve the Work Environment, which has a positive correlation with Workload, it is recommended to maintain and improve the dimensions of Non-Physical Work Environment and also for employee performance also to improve the Physical Environment dimension. To increase motivation, which has a positive correlation with workload, it is recommended to maintain and improve hygiene. And for employee performance that is increasing the dimensions of intrinsic appreciation. To increase the workload that has a positive correlation with employee performance it is advisable to maintain and improve the dimensions of frustration

Abstract

This study aims to Analysis of Brand Equity on Buying Decision of Sacheted Adem Sari On PT. Enesis Indonesia in Palembang by measuring indicators that influence the Brand Equity variable, Consumer Decision. The population in this study are consumers who have consumed Adem Sari refresher at least 1 time based on their own decision with an age range of 19 to 50 years, so that 96 respondents were obtained to become the sample of this study. The primary data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, t test, f test, coefficient of determination, correlation between dimensions and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the brand equity variable partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of Adem Sari Sachet Products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates, JCI, Exchange Rate, Growth Economy and Inflation on Investment Performance Employees Health Foundation Bukit Asam. In this study, researchers used a regression method with a quantitative approach. The comparative research hypothesis is a hypothesis formulated to provide answers to the issues that are of influence. The population in this study were all of Interest Rate, JCI, Exchange Rate, Economic Growth and Inflation, and investment companies. Where the data of this study is the Interest Rate, JCI, Exchange Rate, Economic Growth and Inflation and investment company 2013 to 2017 period. The test used to test instrument this research is normality test, autocorrelation, Multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. The results of the study that variable interest rates and a significant positive effect inverse of <0.05 and JCI positive and significant effect of <0,05 on the dependent variable, while the rupiah, Growth, and inflation is negative and not significant. While simultaneously or together there is a positive and significant influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable with a coefficient of determination of 10.1% while the remaining 89.9% is a combination of other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Internet nowadays is the main media to run business. HYP is internet providers for business to business (B2B) companies considers sales performance which plays a major role in company performance. Sales volume only reached around 50% of the target for less than 3 years. This study to analyze the effect of service quality on repurchase intention that represents sales performance through customer satisfaction as an important intermediate variable. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. It used stratified sampling techniques and then the data is analyzed using path analysis and importance performance analysis (IPA). Based on the results found that indirectly the quality of service through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention which is considered to represent sales performance. The improvement in service quality that must be done is to increase responsiveness to customer complaints and requests.

Abstract

This research is to find out the influence of DER, TATO, ROA and Share Price to PBV on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange retail sub sector ffod and beverage period 2012-2019. The sample selection in this research using saturated sampling method and got 7 companies that match the criteria, so that 49 data were obtained. The research data is obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is panel data multiple regression analysis and it is found that the more appropriate model used is fixed effect. From result of research got value of adjusted R-Square equal to 79,12%. Partially show that DER have negative and significant effect to PBV. TATO, Share Price variable partially had positive and significant effect to PBV. ROA variable partially have positive and no significant effect to PBV.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the promotions and price direct significant effect on purchasing decision of Railway transport service. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 96 respondents from a population of 2,000 passenger railway service. Data for this study were collected using questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive methods, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing is used partially t-test and F test to test simultaneously with a significance level of 5%. Results from this study are the promotion of a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously sale prices and promotion have significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of managerial competency on improving education quality in preschool education. When the kindergarten head has managerial competency, she is able to manage, regulate and move the educational institution to the maximum in achieving the institution’s targets and ideals stated in the vision and mission of the institution with high and measurable quality of education. This research survey was conducted in one sub-district in Palembang city, Indonesia. The samples were 131 kindergarten heads, teachers and administrative staff from 12 kindergartens in Ilir Barat 1 district Palembang city. The sampling technique used is random and the data analysis used is structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The results show that the managerial competency of the kindergarten head has a positive and significant impact on improving the preschool educational quality , as well as improving the image of the institution in the community.
