Abstract

The postpartum period is a transitional period where many changes occur, both physically and mentally, which are different for each woman. Efforts to deal with complaints such as perineal injuries, breast problems and even postpatum depression at this time by utilizing complementary therapies using the use of herbs, massage and aromatherapy. Midwives provide complementary services to address these complaints because women tend to believe more in complementary therapies because they feel more natural and safer. This study used a descriptive type of research conducted at the Pringsewu District Midwife's Independent Practice in December 2020 - January 2021. The sample in this study was probably 21 midwives using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis using univariate analysis. The results of the research obtained from people 36 - 45 years of age were 47.6%, with a third diploma education of 52.4%, 42.9% from 11 - 20 years of age and participation in complementary service training partly said that they had attended training a number of trainings 52.4%. As many as 19 (90.5%) midwives have provided complementary services to patients, namely the types of complementary services provided are massage as much as 15 (71.4%), as well as the implementation of complementary services to assist patients in accelerating milk production during the puerperium as many as 18 (85.7%).Masa nifas merupakan masa transisi dimana banyak terjadi perubahan baik fisik maupun mental  yang berbeda pada setiap wanita. Upaya untuk mengatasi keluhan seperti luka perineum, masalah payudara bahkan depresi postpatum pada saat ini dengan memanfaatkan terapi komplementer yaitu penggunaan herbal, pemijatan dan aromaterapi.Bidan melakukan pelayanan komplementer untuk mengatasi keluhan tersebut dikarenakan para wanita cenderung lebih percaya pada terapi komplementer karena dirasakan lebih alami dan aman. Jenis penelitian deskriptif, dilakukan di Praktik Mandiri Bidan wilayah Kabupaten Pringsewu pada bulan Desember 2020 - Januari 2021.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 bidan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat.Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan mayoritas Bidan berusia 36 - 45 tahun sejumlah 47,6%, berpendidikan Diploma tiga sejumlah 52,4%, lamanya praktik 11–20 tahun sejumlah 42,9% dan keikutsertaan dalam pelatihan pelayanan komplementer sebagian bersar mengatakan pernah mengikuti pelatihan sejumlah 52,4%. Sebanyak 19 (90,5%) bidan sudah memberikan pelayanan komplementer kepada pasien, yakni jenis pelayanan komplementer yang diberikan adalah pijat sebanyak  15 (71,4%), serta penerapan pelayanan komplementer untuk membantu pasien dalam memperlancar produksi ASI pada masa nifas sebanyak 18 (85.7%).

Abstract

At this time, public awareness about health is getting higher. According to www.kemenkes.go.id in 2019, Public Health Development Index (IPKM)nationally has increased in the last 5 years. This study aims to determine the difference before and after the implementation of Patient-Centered Care (PCC) at a Hospital in Central Java as a basis for assessing hospital readiness. This study was divided into two groups of patients, namely the treatment group and the control group. The two groups came from the same hospital of origin, the difference was only in the time of data collection. Both groups were given pre-test and post-test. Respondents from both the treatment group and the control group each amounted to 12 people for patients and for Child Care Professionals (PPA) using a saturated sample, where the population was also used as a sample. T-Test Independent Analysis results obtained the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0.003 (less than 0.05) so that conclusion is that there are differences in patient perceptions in the treatment group and control group before and after the implementation of Patient Center Care services on the children's part of a hospital in Central Java, so the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Pada saat sekarang ini, kesadaran masyakat tentang kesehatan semakin tinggi. Menurut www.kemenkes.go.idtahun 2019, secara nasional Indeks Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat (IPKM) meningkat dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Patient-Centered Care (PCC) di sebuah Rumah Sakit yang berada di Jawa Tengah sebagai dasar penilaian kesiapan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua kelompok pasien, yaitu kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Kedua kelompok berasal dari rumah sakit asal yang sama, perbedaannya hanya pada waktu pengambilan data. Kedua kelompok diberikan pre-test dan post-test. Responden baik dari kelompok perlakuan maupun kelompok kontrol masing-masing berjumlah 12 orang untuk pasien dan untuk Tenaga Profesional Penitipan Anak (PPA) menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana populasi juga digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil uji analisis T-Test Independent diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.003 (kurang dari 0.05) sehingga kesimpulannya terdapat perbedaan persepsi pasien pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan pelayanan Patient Center Care pada bagian anak di sebuah Rumah Sakit yang berada di Jawa Tengah, sehingga hipotesis alternatif diterima.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has declared the COVID-19 outbreak a national disaster, and so far it has not been declared over. Hospitals in making special isolation rooms for COVID-19 have requirements that must be met, this is to anticipate transmission both between patients and to officers. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the post-occupancy of the Covid-19 isolation room at the As-Suyuthiyyah Hospital in Pati. This type of research uses mixed methods research with descriptive quantitative and case studies. Data were obtained from observations of the physical condition of the room, followed by environmental tests (temperature, lighting, noise, humidity, and microbiological quality), as well as questionnaire data filled out by internal and external users with descriptive presentation. The research was carried out in stages from March to November 2021. The results showed that most of the isolation rooms had met the special isolation room standards issued by the government, and most of the internal and external users felt safe and comfortable while in or using the room Pemerintah Indonesia telah menetapkan wabah COVID – 19 sebagai bencana nasional, dan hingga saat ini belum dinyatakan berakhir. Rumah Sakit dalam membuat ruang isolasi khusus COVID – 19 terdapat persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi, hal ini untuk mengantisipasi adanya penularan baik antar pasien maupun kepada petugas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi pasca huni ruang isolasi covid – 19 di Rumah Sakit As-Suyuthiyyah Pati. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian mixed methods dengan kuantitatif deskriptif dan studi kasus. Data diperoleh dari observasi kondisi fisik ruangan, dilanjutkan uji lingkungan (suhu, pencahayaan, kebisingan, kelembaban, dan kualitas mikrobiologis), serta data kuesioner yang diisi oleh pengguna internal dan eksternal dengan penyajian secara deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan bertahap selama Maret sampai November 2021. Hasil penelitian didapatkan yakni ruang isolasi tersebut sebagian besar sudah memenuhi standar ruang isolasi khusus yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah, dan sebagian besar pengguna internal maupun eksternal merasa aman dan nyaman selama berada atau menggunakan ruangan tersebut)

Abstract

Balanced scorecard (BSC) is one of the performance appraisal and strategic management tools and has become a popular performance measurement instrument. Apart from being a tool for performance appraisal, the BSC can also be used for strategic management. The use of BSC and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for strategic management purposes makes it possible to gain competitive advantage. The aims of this research is to develop strategic performance indicators for clinics in the Surakarta area based on 4 balanced scorecard perspectives.This type of research is a qualitative case study with data collection method using FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The sample is 7 clinic employees and 2 clinic owner representatives. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis techniques. The FGD results obtained 19 strategic plans and 8 strategic performance indicators based on 4 balanced scorecard perspectives. These indicators consist of 1 financial indicator, 2 customer indicators, 3 internal business indicators and 2 growth and learning indicators. This study develops 8 performance indicators or KPIs based on 4 balanced scorecard perspectives that can be used to assess the organizational performance of health facilities, especially clinics and as strategic management of the organization. Balanced scorecard (BSC) merupakan salah satu alat penilaian kinerja dan manajemen strategis dan telah menjadi instrumen pengukuran kinerja yang popular. Selain sebagai alat untuk penilaian kinerja, BSC juga dapat digunakan untuk manajemen strategis. Penggunaan BSC dan KPI (Key Performance Indicators) untuk tujuan manajemen strategis memungkinkan untuk memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan indikator kinerja strategis Klinik di daerah Surakarta berdasarkan 4 perspektif balanced scorecard. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif studi kasus dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Sample merupakan 7 orang karyawan Klinik dan 2 orang perwakilan pemilik Klinik. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis konten kualitatif.Pada Hasil FGD didapatkan sebanyak 19 rencana strategis dan 8 indikator kinerja strategis berdasarkan 4 perspektif balanced scorecard. Indikator-indikator tersebut terdiri dari 1 indikator keuangan, 2 indikator pelanggan, 3 indikator bisnis internal dan 2 indikator pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengembangkan 8 indikator kinerja atau KPI berdasarkan 4 perspektif balanced scorecard yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai kinerja organisasi fasilitas kesehatan terutama klinik dan sebagai manajemen strategis organisasi.

Abstract

Background: Job satisfaction problems that lead to a performance in improving hospital services' quality, which many hospital managers face today. Employees ask for high remuneration to enhance their performance, but this can reduce hospital income. Islamic leadership patterns can balance the demand for employee remuneration, which can provide an OCB culture and improve employee job satisfaction.Method: The study used a cross-sectional quantitative method using primary data obtained from questionnaires through google form and analyzed using smart PLS.Results and discussions: Based on shared questionnaires, there are 90 responses included in the inclusion criteria and retrieved data. Remuneration and Islamic leadership significantly influence OCB. OCB  has an impact on job satisfaction but is not significantConclusion: Islamic leadership and remuneration have a significant positive influence on OCB and job satisfaction Latar Belakang: Masalah kepuasan kerja yang mempengaruhi pada kinerja dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit, banyak dihadapi oleh pengelola rumah sakit saat ini. Karyawan meminta remunerasi yang tinggi untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka, tetapi hal ini dapat mengurangi pendapatan rumah sakit. Pola kepemimpinan Islami dapat menyeimbangkan tuntutan remunerasi karyawan, yang dapat memberikan budaya OCB dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif cross sectional dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner melalui google form dan dianalisis menggunakan smart PLS.Hasil dan diskusi: Berdasarkan kuesioner yang dibagikan, ada 90 tanggapan yang termasuk dalam kriteria inklusi dan data yang diambil. Kombinasi antara remunerasi dan Islamic leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. OCB memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kesimpulan: Islamic leadership dan remunerasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB dan kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Background: Many studies show that the quality of services at various health facilities is influenced by the source of financing. The same thing was also found in the Inpatient Unit. Various data show that there are differences in patient care between general patients and BPJS patients. This is of course contrary to the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No.82 of 2018 that BPJS participants are entitled to health services according to the medical needs required. Therefore, this study aims to discuss how much difference the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients with the quality of service in the Inpatient Unit. Subject and Methodology: The study method was carried out with a Narative review approach sourced from the PubMed, Google Schollar and IJPHS databases. There are 39,970 articles found with the keywords patient satisfaction and quality of health services; patient satisfaction and quality of health services. Then the articles were identified, filtered, so that 5 articles that met the criteria were obtained for in-depth review. Results: Broadly speaking, there are differences in the satisfaction level of BPJS patients and general patients with the quality of service in the Inpatient Unit. The difference lies in satisfaction in the dimensions of reliability / tangible, responsiveness / responsiveness, assurance, caring / empathy, and direct evidence / reliability. Conclusion: As many as 60% of studies show that there is a difference in the level of satisfaction between BPJS patients and general patients in the Inpatient Unit which can be used as an evaluation for Health Service Providers so that there is no difference in patient satisfaction levels. This is because every patient is unable to get the same health services according to their medical needs. Latar Belakang: Banyak penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan pada berbagai fasilitas kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh sumber pembiayaan. Hal serupa juga ditemukan di Unit Rawat Inap. Berbagai data menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan layanan pasien antara pasien umum dan pasien BPJS. Hal ini tentunya bertentangan dengan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No.82 Tahun 2018 bahwa peserta BPJS berhak mendapatkan layanan kesehatan sesuai dengan kebutuhan medis yang diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas seberapa besar perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS dan pasien umum terhadap mutu pelayanan di Unit Rawat Inap. Subjek dan Metodologi: Metode studi dilakukan dengan pendekatan Narative review yang bersumber pada database PubMed, Google schollar dan IJPHS. Terdapat 39.970 artikel yang ditemukan dengan kata kunci kepuasan pasien dan mutu layanan kesehatan; patient satisfaction and quality of health services. Selanjutnya artikel tersebut diidentifikasi, disaring, hingga diperoleh 5 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk kemudian diulas secara mendalam. Hasil:  Secara garis besar terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS dan pasien umum terhadap mutu pelayanan di Unit Rawat Inap. Perbedaan terletak pada kepuasan pada dimensi kehandalan/tangible, daya tanggap/ responsiveness, jaminan/assurance, peduli/empaty, dan bukti langsung/ reliability. Kesimpulan: Sebanyak 60% penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan dalam tingkat kepuasan antara pasien BPJS dan pasien umum di Unit Rawat Inap dapat dijadikan evaluasi bagi Pelaksana Layanan Kesehatan sehingga tidak ada lagi perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Hal ini dikarenakan setiap pasien berhak mendapatkan layanan kesehatan yang sama sesuai dengan kebutuhan medisnya.

Abstract

This is an explanatory study that examines the impact of work-life quality on the desire to settle using organizational commitment as an intervening variable in Aisyiyah Kudus Research Hospital. The major data source consists of providing direct questionnaires to 145 respondents who work with RS Aisyiyah Kudus. Path Analysis is a method for analyzing data. According to the findings of this study's analysis, (1) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on the quality of work-life in the Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on the desire to settle in the Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital; (3) there is a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment on the desire to settle in the Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital; and (4) there is a positive and significant influence on the desire to settle in the Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital on the quality of work-life (5) The mediation of organizational commitments at the Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital has a favourable and significant impact on the quality of work-life and the desire to settle down.

Abstract

COVID-19 outbreak is a challenge for health facilities in providing guarantees for patient safety and works safety. The dialysis clinic has a high risk and vulnerable environment to the spread of COVID-19, but it has to keep providing services to patients with chronic kidney disease. One way to ensure quality and patient safety is to apply isolation precautions. This type of study was is mixed-method research, with a sequential explanatory approach. The population in this study was nurses and doctors at the HD Clinic of Nitipuran. The sampling technique in the quantitative research used total sampling; while qualitative research used the purposive sampling technique. Quantitative data analysis was Spearman rank analysis, while qualitative research used Miles and Huberman analysis. The behavior of implementing isolation precautions in the hemodialysis services at the HD Clinic of Nitipuran was carried out more strictly, supported by a high level of hygiene awareness, supervision and management support. However, the high workload and inadequate infrastructure are obstacles was carried out isolation precautions. Factors related to the behavior of isolation precautions were namely education, knowledge, training, attitudes, cultural values, motivation, supervision, management support and environmental facilities. The strategy for implementing isolation precautions was namely the SO strategy was in the first quadrant which had the highest score, with priorities in making policies and efforts to prevent post-exposure infections, increasing the efficiency of facilities and infrastructure and always reviewing policies and internal guidelines.Abstrak: Wabah COVID-19 menjadi tantangan bagi fasilitas kesehatan dalam memberikan jaminan keselamatan pasien dan keselamatan kerja. Klinik dialysis memiliki lingkungan yang berpotensi tinggi dan rawan penyebaran COVID-19, namun harus tetap memberikan pelayanan pada penderita penyakit ginjal kronik. Salah satu cara untuk menjamin mutu dan keselamatan pasien adalah dengan menerapan kewaspadaan isolasi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian mix method, dengan pendekatan sequential explanatory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat dan dokter klinik HD Nitipuran. Teknik sampling pada penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan total sampling dan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data kuantitatif  dengan analisis spearman rank, sedangkan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan analisis miles and huberman. Perilaku penerapan kewaspadaan isolasi pada pelayanan hemodialysis di Klinik HD Nitipuran dilakukan lebih ketat, didukung kesadaran kebersihan dan pengawasan serta dukungan manajemen yang tinggi. Beban kerja yang tinggi dan sarana prasana yang belum memadai menjadi penghambat dalam melakukan kewaspadaan isolasi. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kewaspadaan isolasi yaitu factor pendidikan, pengetahuan, pelatihan, sikap, nilai budaya, motivasi, supervise, dukungan manajemen dan sarana lingkungan. Strategi penerapan kewaspadaan isolasi diketahui bahwa strategi SO berada di kuadran pertama memiliki skor tertinggi, dengan prioritas membuat kebijakan dan upaya dalam pencegahan terjadinya infeksi paska pajanan, meningkatkan daya guna fasilitas sarana dan prasarana serta selalu melakukan peninjauan kembali terkait kebijakan dan pedoman internal.

Abstract

Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) have now become the cause of an increase in morbidity, mortality and length of hospital stay. Catheter-associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTI) account for nearly 40% of all nosocomial infections. This reflects the poor quality of health services. This study aims to analyze the use of urinary catheters for CAUTI with the Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) method in Indonesian hospitals. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The population in the study were all nurses who worked in the hospital. The sample used in this study to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes related to urinary catheter placement were all nurses who worked in the Internal Medicine, Surgery, Geriatrics and Emergency Units of Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul, which collected 61 respondents. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Inclusion criteria are a 1-year nurse working period, and minimum education D3. The exclusion criteria were respondents who did not fill out the questionnaire completely. Informants in this study were IPCN, IPCLN, internal medicine specialists, emergency room nurse coordinators, and nurses in the inpatient ward. The rate of urinary catheter insertion was high (29.51%), moderate (63.93%), and low (6.6%). On a deeper knowledge of catheter insertion, which is well-informed. The attitude of urinary catheter placement was good (73.8%) and bad (26.2%). On a deeper attitude to catheter insertion, the scores are good. Nurses have a moderate level of knowledge and have a good attitude about urinary catheter placement. The most potential risks have been identified. Each potential has risks to take advantage of each and is related to each other. It is best to consider relevant strategies to address the problem.Abstrak: Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) kini telah menjadi penyebab peningkatan morbiditas, mortalitas dan lama rawat inap. Infeksi Saluran Kemih terkait kateter (CAUTI) menyumbang hampir 40% dari semua infeksi nosokomial. Hal ini mencerminkan buruknya kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan kateter urin pada CAUTI dengan metode Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) di rumah sakit Indonesia. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap terkait pemasangan kateter urin adalah seluruh perawat yang bekerja di Unit Penyakit Dalam, Bedah, Geriatri dan IGD RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul yang berjumlah 61 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Kriteria inklusi adalah: masa kerja perawat 1 tahun, pendidikan minimal D3. Kriteria eksklusi adalah responden yang tidak mengisi kuesioner dengan lengkap. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah IPCN, IPCLN, spesialis penyakit dalam, koordinator perawat ruang gawat darurat, dan perawat di ruang rawat inap. Tingkat pemasangan kateter urin tinggi (29,51%), sedang (63,93%), rendah (6,6%). Pada pengetahuan yang lebih dalam tentang penyisipan kateter, yang diinformasikan dengan baik. Sikap pemasangan kateter urin baik (73,8%) dan buruk (26,2%). Pada sikap yang lebih dalam untuk penyisipan kateter, skornya bagus. Perawat memiliki tingkat pengetahuan sedang, memiliki sikap yang baik tentang pemasangan kateter urin. Risiko yang paling potensial telah diidentifikasi. Setiap potensi memiliki risiko yang dapat dimanfaatkan masing-masing dan saling berkaitan. Yang terbaik adalah mempertimbangkan strategi yang relevan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut.

Abstract

Hospital human resources are currently expected to grow and develop in accordance with the needs of modern hospital management. Company management needs to conduct job analysis along with human resource planning. Workload analysis and HR planning provide direction for management to determine the right method in the recruitment process. This type of research is a type of qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the Yogyakarta City Health Office, specialist doctors, head of personnel, administration, and personnel (HRD) at AMC Yogyakarta Hospital. This research instrument is qualitative using in-depth interview guidelines. Analysis of the data that has been obtained by calculating the number of labor requirements using the WISN method. Analysis of qualitative analysis of the results of the interview by doing data reduction, data presentation, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis of HR needs using WISN analysis show that the available working time for basic specialists is 32,592 minutes/year, with the highest standard of work in internal medicine, surgery and obstetrics care units of 2,328 minutes/year. The allowance factor for basic specialist doctors is 9,360 minutes/year with a standard allowance of 0.287. The need for human resources based on the WISN method can be used in all work units, the calculation is more real in the analysis of the workload, the results show that the need for additional human resources in the obstetrics polyclinic is 8 doctors, internal medicine specialist poly and 1 doctor each child. The calculation of HR needs at AMC RSU has been carried out but is not optimal, based on the real workload, HR planning at AMC RSU Yogyakarta is still lacking in human resources.  Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia rumah sakit saat ini diharapkan dapat tumbuh dan berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan manajemen rumah sakit modern. Manajemen perusahaan perlu melakukan analisis pekerjaan beserta perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Analisis beban kerja dan perencanaan SDM memberikan arahan bagi manajemen untuk menentukan metode yang tepat dalam proses rekrutmen. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitaitf. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta, dokter spesialis, kepala personalia, bagian administrasi, dan bagian kepegawaian (HRD) rumah sakit AMC Yogyakarta. Instrument penelitian ini kualitatif menggunakan pedoman indepth interview. Analisis data yang telah diperoleh dengan melakukan perhitungan jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja dengan metode WISN. Analisis analisis kualitatif hasil wawancara dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, analisa data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan SDM menggunakan analisis WISN menunjukkan waktu kerja tersedia dokter spesialis dasar adalah 32.592 menit/tahun, dengan standar kerja tertinggi pada unit pelayanan penyakit dalam, bedah dan obsgyn sebesar 2.328 menit/tahun. Factor kelonggaran dokter spesialis dasar adalah 9.360 menit/tahun dengan standar kelonggaran sebesar 0,287. Kebutuhan SDM berdasarkan Metode WISN ini dapat digunakan di semua unit kerja, perhitungannya lebih riil analisis beban kerja hasil bahwa kebutuhan tambahan SDM pada poli kandungan sebanyak 8 dokter, poli spesialis penyakit dalam dan anak masing-masing 1 dokter. Perhitungan kebutuhan SDM di RSU AMC sudah dilakukan namun belum optimal, berdasarkan beban pekerjaan yang nyata perencanaan SDM di RSU AMC Yogyakarta masih kekurangan SDM.
