BERDAYA: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a scientific multidisciplinary journal published by Lembaga Pengembangan Manajemen dan Publikasi Imperium (Imperium Research Institute). The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. BERDAYA contains various activities of the teaching staff in Indonesia in handling and managing the various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society. Implementation of service activities also involves the participation of the community and partners. Service activities are organized into an activity aimed at improving the welfare of society. Focus and Scope BERDAYA, particularly focuses on the main problems in the development of the sciences of community services areas as follows: Community Services, People, Local Food Security; Training, Marketing, Appropriate Technology, Design; Community Empowerment, Social Access; Student Community Services;Border Region, Less Developed Region; Education for Sustainable Development.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bogor adalah sebuah kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan Pusat pemerintahannya adalah Kecamatan Cibinong memiliki lebih dari 10.000 unit industri pada masyarakat Kabupaten Bogor. Berdasarkan data dari web khusus UMKM, Pemda sudah memastikan terdapat 2000 unit UMKM dan pendataan ini terus dilakukan ecara konsisten dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan mengundang masyarakat penggiat industri supaya dapat berpartisipasi. Kabupaten Bogor memiliki 40 kecamatan, 19 kelurahan dan 416 desa. Dengan luas wilayah 2.710,62 km² dan sebaran penduduk 1.566 jiwa/km².

Abstract

This community service is carried out in the tourist village of Sugihwaras, Ngancar, Kediri district. The activity carried out is the development of human resources so that this tourist village can be known by many tourists. The role of technology today is very large to help marketing a business. There is no need to bother installing billboards or distributing pamphlets, but it is enough to provide a special place with an attractive contemporary design to meet photos. When marketing has reached the expected target, it is also necessary how to manage finances. Implementation of activities in the form of knowledge sharing and training. The method used is lecture, practice and question and answer. The purpose of this community service is to help the community in managing the Sugihwaras tourism village, Ngancar district so that what is expected is achieved and is able to compete with other tourist villages. Community service activities are going well and the community is very enthusiastic about following them without any significant obstacles.

Abstract

This activity aims to learn about the focus of water problems in Gucialit Village. Through the initial survey, data was obtained that the uneven distribution of water sources was due to the lack of awareness of the residents so that the pipes that flowed to other residents' houses were channeled to their own homes, but this was not the only reason for the lack of clean water, another cause of this was the source of the springs, which began to shrink because part of the forest cover was cut down and converted into plantations. From the existing problems, the community together looks for suitable solutions to help the water problem in Sidomakmur Hamlet by looking for new springs devoted to the residents of Sidomakmur. In this case, the Sidomakmur community, in collaboration with the local government and BPBD (Regional Disaster Management Agency) and BNPB (National Disaster Management Agency), submitted a letter which finally BPBD went directly with the community to the location of the new spring and immediately examined the condition of the water.

Abstract

Providing knowledge and understanding about personal selling or face-to-face selling to the owners and employees of Warung Tegal Kharisma in Tebet Barat Village, Tebet District, South Jakarta. Since the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, culinary entrepreneurs can no longer optimally sell their wares directly to consumers due to the policy of Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). However, in mid-2022, the government has allowed the restaurant business to reopen, so the entrepreneur Warung Tegal (Warteg) Kharisma also takes advantage of this opportunity to return to selling culinary delights after being closed for two years during the pandemic. In order for Warteg Kharisma entrepreneurs to return to profit, and be able to cover losses during the pandemic, then there is a strengthening of face-to-face marketing communications as an effort aimed at increasing the personal selling ability of Warteg Kharisma owners and employees, so that business continuity occurs through increasing the number of sales, and business profits.

Abstract

This activity aims to help school students who have difficulty implementing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in mathematics. The method used in this activity is learning assistance in the form of private or group study consultations. Assistance is carried out offline at home and in orphanages, or online through zoom meetings and whatsapp. The participants of the activity were students from various schools in Banjarmasin at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels who were given assisted assistance to understand the material well.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology today is a great opportunity for entrepreneurs to be able to market their products easily. This community service was carried out for employees of Bang Alief Bangselok Sumenep. This activity is carried out by providing socialization and training on the use of social media marketing. This activity consists of several stages, namely the preparation stage, the activity implementation stage, and the last stage is the activity evaluation stage. From the results of the training that has been carried out, information is obtained on the level of understanding of the participants on the training material provided. And, it can be concluded that the training on the use of social media for Bang Alief Bangselok Sumenep employees that has been carried out, can increase the ability of employees to use Instagram-based social media and create accounts and manage social media as a medium for promoting their service businesses

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has resulted in the merger or merger of 3 (three) existing Islamic banks, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS) and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS). The meaning of a merger is a process of merging two companies in which one of them remains standing and uses the name of the company while the other company disappears and all of its assets are transferred to the company that remains standing. There are several types of mergers. Among others: horizontal, vertical and conglomerate mergers. The purpose of this community enggangement program (PkM) activity is to provide socialization and discussion in to students regarding the bold merger of three Islamic banks in Indonesia. Based on the results, it shows that there is an increase in students insight that is more complete regarding the merger process of Islamic banks so that it becomes an impetus for them to join as customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia, especially in the Rangkas Bitung area, Banten Province.

Abstract

In fact, the value of entrepreneurship can be utilized as part of a marketing strategy. Empirical studies show the urgency of the practice of marketing strategies to obtain positive trends in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises. Substantially digital marketing includes all marketing efforts that use electronic devices or the internet. Businesses leverage digital channels such as search engines, email, social media, and other websites to connect with current and potential customers. Thus, training is needed for people who have minimal use of digital channels in marketing. The training, which is also a form of community service program in collaboration with the Pusaka Berkarya Association, which was held in Cikampek Pusaka Village, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency, is expected to open up insights into digital marketing strategies to attract customer interest online through social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

Abstract

The training program on August 13, 2022, is a series of webinars with three community service activities related to the Internal Control System for the Al-Islam Bahrul Ulum Education Foundation. The results of this program include the implementation of the service has been running as expected, and Participants seem to need knowledge related to the internal control system within the Foundation; sharing knowledge and skills has been carried out and is expected to be helpful for the community, especially the Al-Islam Bahrul Education Foundation. Ulum and good communication have been established between the lecturers as academics of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasila University, and the Al-Islam Bahrul Ulum Education Foundation. This communication can encourage the implementation of further cooperation that can be done by synergizing the programs of these parties.

Abstract

Pagerungan Besar is one of the villages in the Sapeken District with abundant potential so Pagerungan Besar is transformed into a village that gives birth to many great entrepreneurs. The business existence also has problems with the brand. Thus, this activity aims to provide understanding to business actors in Pagerungan Besar Village about the importance of marks and the process of filling out forms in trademark registration. Activities carried out are in the form of socialization and training in filling out brand forms. This method is considered appropriate to solve the problems experienced by business actors. The implementation of this activity goes through several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the activity evaluation stage. From the results of the socialization and training carried out, information was obtained that increased participants' understanding of the material provided. Thus, it was concluded that the activities carried out at the Pagerungan Besar Village Hall regarding the socialization and training of filling the brand were declared successful. For further activities, it is necessary to provide assistance to business actors until the trademark registration is carried out until the certificate processing is completed.
