Abstract

The Research purpose is 1. How to know the influence of emotional intelegent through study result of student partisipan MAN Wajo and SMAN 5 Wajo. The research type is expost facto research is student parcitipan  MAN Wajo and SMAN 5 Wajo in class XI IIS. Sample that used number 122 divided into 60 students participant MAN Wajo and 62 student participant SMAN 5 Wajo.  Data collection technique apply with using questionnaire in scale likert shape to know the influence emotional entelegent and logical tehniqque whil study result take from technique report score. Data analysis use descriktive analysis technique. Conditional test ofinfrencial statistic analysis. The result of research show 1. Emotional entelegent is significant influenced  economy result of student partisipan of MAN  Wajo and SMAN 5 Wajo 2. Logical thinking  is significant influenced through economy study result of student psrcitipsn of  MAN Wajo and SMAN 5 Wajo. 3. Emotional intelegent and logical thngking is significant influenced together trought economi study result of student participant of MAN Wajo and SMAN 5 Wajo. 4. Double liner analysis result show that as simultant variabel emotion intelegent and logical thingking have is significant influence trought economy study result of students participant MAN Wajo and SMAN 5 Wajo.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of IPS through the implementation of cooperative learning model of snowball throwing type in students of class VIII.B SMP Negeri 33 Makassar. The type of research is action research. The focus of research is the type of cooperative learning model of snowball throwing and IPS learning outcomes. Data were collected using observation, test, and documentation, while the research data was analyzed descriptively. The results of the study that IPS learning outcomes can be increased through the application of cooperative learning model of snowball throwing type. Cycle I, IPS learning outcomes including good category but not yet reached the defined learning completeness criteria, then cycle II is in very good category and has reached defined learning completeness criteria. The increase of learning result of IPS through the implementation of cooperative learning model of snowball throwing type is supported by the increase of students' learning activity, such as: student activeness and group leader listening teacher explanation related to material / theme, making questions, answer written questions in ball-shaped paper, IPS lessons on the theme of location excellence and the life of Indonesian society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education provided by parents in realizing rational economic behavior of students. The method used is a quantitative approach with a population of 659 students and a sample of 70 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that informal economic education had an influence in realizing rational economic behavior in the students of economic education in Makassar State University

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of women's participation in entrepreneurship on the socio-economic level of the family. Technique of data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, sample determination with purposive random sampling and research data collection tools using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The level of women's participation in entrepreneurship is positive and significantly affects the socio-economic level of the family; 2) The greater the level of women's participation in entrepreneurship, the higher the socio-economic level of the family

Abstract

This article examines aspects of knowledge transfer in family business that are implemented in informal economic education through Bandura's social cognitive theory model. This study uses literature studies by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the case or problem found. The results of this study indicate that economic education forms knowledge in family business through the role of modeled behavior and will be studied in observational learning. The observational learning process itself is governed by four interrelated components, namely the process of attention, the process of retention, the process of motor reproduction, and the process of motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Dampak Sertifikasi terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas Mengajar Guru di SD Negeri Kompleks IKIP Kota Makassar. Sama dalam penelitian ini adalah guru- guru yang telah lulus sertifikasi. Melalui sertifikasi yang telah didapatkan, diharapkan mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap kualitas mengajar guru yang semakin baik sehingga menghasilkan tenaga pendidik yang profesional. Tipe penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory dengan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan uji pengaruh dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana.Hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa jumlah guru PNS sebanyak 17 orang 13 diantaranya sudah bersertifikasi sedangkan 4 orang lainnya adalah Guru Tidak Tetap (GTT)  dan sudah bersertifikasi atau sekitar 81% guru yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi. Berdasarkan data perhitungan korelasi antar variabel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dengan kualitas mengajar guru. Secara keseluruhan arah hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut positif. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai sertifikasi guru maka semakin tinggi pula nilai kualitas mengajar guru. Besarnya korelasi antara variabel sertifikasi guru dengan variabel kualitas mengajar adalah 0,816. Besarnya pengaruh antara variabel sertifikasi guru terhadap variabel kualitas mengajar guru adalah 0,678 atau sama dengan 67,8%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara sertifikasi guru terhadap kualitas mengajar guru

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematical concepts through a problem-based learning approach on the students class VII.B State Junior High School 1 Towuti East Luwu Regency. The type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of the study were students of class VII.B State Junior High School 1 Towuti is 32 people. Data were collected using observation, written tests, and documentation, while the data of the research are analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the mathematics learning outcomes of the set of concepts increased through the problem-based learning approach. In Cycle I, the mathematics learning outcomes of the set of sets in either category (average 71.25) or 53.12 percent. In Cycle II, the results of  mathematics learning increased to very good category (average 85.47) and reached learning mastery criteria is 90.62 percent. The improvement of mathematics learning outcomes is supported by the improvement of student learning activities, such as: liveliness to pay attention to teacher explanation, recording set material, solve group problem, question with friend and teacher in the solution of the set problem, and to conclude the set matter

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to prove the effect of financial performance and investment decisions on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research method uses a quantitative approach with financial report documentation on chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. Data analysis using classical assumption test and path analysis. The results showed that financial performance has a negative and significant effect on firm value, investment decisions and dividend policy does not affect company value, financial performance and investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, and partially financial performance and investment decisions have an influence on value company with dividend policy as an intervening variable. Keywords: financial performance, investment decisions, firm value, dividend policy

Abstract

This study aims to study educational background, teaching experience, training (education and training), and facilities on the motivation teachers, to find out their educational background, teaching experience, training (training), facilities and infrastructure, motivation of teachers towards the professionalism of teachers and to understand the educational background, teaching experience, training (training), and infrastructure for teacher professionalism through social science teachers in the Municipality of Parepare.This research is quantitative research, a type of correlational research. The data obtained were analyzed by two types of statistics, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics: Data Normality Test and Hypothesis Test.The results showed that: (i) there was a direct significant influence, teaching experience, training (training), and infrastructure directly related to the motivation of teachers Parepare City, (ii) educational background, teaching experience, training, facilities and infrastructure, and direct teacher motivation on the professionalism of teachers in Parepare City, (iii) educational background, teaching experience, training (training), and indirect infrastructure facilities for teacher professionalism through social science teachers in Parepare City
