Abstract

Indonesian Islamic banks should strengthen their legitimacy in the eyes of stakeholders. For this reason, they must satisfy the stakeholders' expectations. Consequently, stakeholder identification is crucial. Previous studies have classified stakeholders of Indonesian Islamic banks into seven types. However, with the increase in the number of Islamic banks and the recent development in the Indonesian banking industry, such classification is needed to be reviewed. This study aims to identify the stakeholders of Indonesian Islamic banks as perceived by these banks. This research method is qualitative descriptive, using secondary data. Data is processed using content analysis. This study advanced knowledge about the types of stakeholders of Indonesian Islamic banks.

Abstract

The development of tertiary education is now facing a lot of attention, especially in the current condition where there is obligation to work at least at undergraduate education level. Good quality employees are hired to advance education. So it is necessary to assess employee performance through a study conducted at the Indonesian College of Management (STIMI) Banjarmasin. This research uses quantitative research techniques. The sample is same as population, which is all existing employees (lecturers and academic staff) because of small population (overall). Data collection techniques are through statements distributed in the questionnaire. Data is analyzed by linear regression analysis. Recruitment, staffing and career developments in this study are in accordance with the real and present phenomena. When the recruitment, staffing and career developments are conducted well, it is expected to create good performances also. Therefore, it will make this institution survive sustainably in the future.

Abstract

Performance of SMEs in Indonesia has been a lot of research on previous study. The objective of this research is to develop an idea for calculate performance of SMEs. As many as 100 respondents of pilot test of  SME players in Medan, Indonesia. The validation method aimed at validating the parameters  which  calculate each of the constructs by statitiscally determining that the sample is adequate, using KMO and barlett’s test to confirm the effectiveness of the data for multivariate statistical analysis, validating the calculation requirements as applicable to performance of SMEs adept. The result show that the data is valid and reliable design.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors of Receivable Turnover, Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio to Return On Assets in Trade, Services and Investment Sector Companies. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. The population that will be used in this research is the Trade, Service and Investment companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 111 companies with 60 observational data. The results of the research show that Receivable Turnover has no significant effect, Current Ratio has a significant positive effect, Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant positive effect partially. Receivable Turnover, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously affect Return On Asset in Trade, Service and Investment sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination is 15.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality, advertising and price on consumer decisions in choosing Go-Food. This research was conducted on 24 consumers or Go-Food customers in Medan City. Based on the results of this study, it is known that service quality, advertising and price have a significant positive effect on consumer decisions in choosing Go-Food. Go-Food must be able to maintain or continue to improve the quality of its service, because of the good quality of service, maintain or continue to develop creativity for advertising, and increase price competitiveness, because current prices are able to have a positive influence on consumer decisions to choose Go-Food.

Abstract

Conducting tests by analyzing the influence of compensation, incentives and leadership styles on employee performance at PT. Cipta Agro Sejati, Rokan Hilir, Riau is the objective of this research. The decline that occurs in employee performance can be assessed from the achievement of company targets, which is caused by unsatisfactory compensation and incentives and ineffective leadership. The research method uses quantitative. The population taken by the researcher is 196 employee subjects and the sample used is 32 employees. Sampling random sampling is the sampling technique used. In calculating the hypothesis test obtained individually, the value of tcount> ttable or 3.887> 1.979 is obtained from the significance that is obtained 0.0¬00 <0.05, meaning that Ha accepted while Ho was rejected, namely by individual Compensation had a significant positive effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Cipta Agro Sejati, Rokan Hilir, Riau. The results in calculating the hypothesis test with individuals and simultaneously Compensation, Incentives, and Leadership Style have a significant positive effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Cipta Agro Sejati, Rokan Hilir, Riau.

Abstract

The development of Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) is currently being welcomed by the Indonesian through the growing development of digital businesses. The increasing of digital businesses nowadays must be followed by a business competition strategy, example: online shops. Therefore an analysis of the factors that impact the consumer buying interest in online shopping was needed. Thus this study aims to determine the effect of Shopping Orientation and Consumer Confidence on Consumer Buying Interest. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan and the sample used was 205 people by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire and the data analysis method was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is found that (1) Shopping Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest, (2) Consumer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest and (3) Shopping Orientation and Consumer Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest.

Abstract

This research is an associative research, namely research that aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix and service quality partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for clothing products. This research was conducted in Barata, Bima city. The research instrument used is a questionnaire containing a number of questions about the marketing mix, service quality and purchasing decisions for clothing products. The population used is all consumers who buy clothing products in Barata, Bima city, the population is unknown (population unknown). Therefore, to determine the number of samples using the unknown population formula in order to obtain 96 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, namely Barata consumers who happen to meet with researchers can be used as samples tailored to the needs of researchers. Data collection techniques used in this study are: observation, heritage studies and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, t test (partial) and simultaneous f test. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix partially has no effect on purchasing decisions for clothing products in Barata, service quality partially affects purchasing decisions for clothing products in Barata, but the marketing mix and service quality simultaneously affect purchasing decisions for clothing products in Barata.

Abstract

This research was conducted in PT Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price on purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi cars in PT Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan. The decision to buy Mitsubishi cars has decreased. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 1376 customers and the sample amounted to 93 customers. The sampling technique of this research is simple random sampling. Testing the hypothesis partially obtained the value of tcount -0.710 <1.987 and the significance obtained is 0.480 > 0.05, meaning that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, namely partially Product Quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi cars in PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan. Testing the hypothesis partially obtained the value of tcount -0.062 < 1.987 and the significance obtained is 0.951 > 0.05, meaning that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, namely partially Service Quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi cars in PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan. Testing the hypothesis partially obtained the value of tcount -0.91 <1.987 and the significance obtained is 0.928> 0.05, meaning that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected that is partially the price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mitsubishi cars in PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor Medan. The results of the simultaneous test are Fcount = 0.168 < Ftable 2.71 and the significance probability is 0.918 > 0.05. It can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, namely simultaneously Product Quality, Service Quality and Price have no significant effect on the Mitsubishi Car Purchase Decision variable in PT. Abstract

This research was conducted on coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Earning PerShare (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio(DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Share Return on coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017-2019 either in a partial or simultaneous manner. The data in this company is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). There is a population in this study obtained from coal mining companies. There are 54 samples of issuers' financial statements using puposive sampling techniques.The results showed that : Return on Assets has a calculated t value of < t table, 0.466 < 1.99254 which means that Return on Assets is partially insignificant and insignificant in the disclosure of a company's Share Return. Earning Per Share has a calculated value of -t > -t table, -0.658 > -1.99254 which means that Earning Per Share is partially insignificant and insignificant in the disclosure of a company's Share Return. Debt to Equity Ratio has a calculated t value of > t table, -3,784 > -1.99254 which means that Debt to Equity Ratio is partially influential and significant in the disclosure of a company's Share Return. Net Profit Margin has a calculated t value of > t table, 4,483 > 1.99254 which means that Net Profit Margin is partially influential and significant in the disclosure of a company's Share Return. Return on Assets, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin simultaneously affects Stock Return.
