Abstract

This article aims to describe the efforts to empower parents in improving the results of tahfidz Al-Quran and at the Raudlatul Athfal Islamiyah institution in Ngasem Bojonegoro. This article uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are: 1. Efforts to empower students' parents to improve the results of tahfidz al-quran and hadith at the Raudlatul Athfal Islamiyah Ngasem Bojonegoro institution occur through increasing parental awareness of their role as guardians of students in order to shape personalities towards the goodness and happiness of students. The empowerment of guardians of students is triggered by the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the Yahqi method which focuses on the involvement of guardians of students in addition to the use of tone and movement in memorizing short letters of the Koran and short hadiths. 2. Obstacles and obstacles that accompany the empowerment of guardians in improving the results of tahfidz al-quran and hadith at the Raudlatul Athfal Ngasem Bojonegoro institution consist of obstacles to the guardians of students, obstacles to managerial aspects and obstacles to psychological technical aspects.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The teacher is one of the most important actors and is the spearhead of education. Teachers are required to provide services according to standards, so that they are expected to produce more qualified human resources. The design in this study uses a quantitative approach with the Causality method. The population used is all teachers of MA Muhammadiyah 1 Pakis Duren Banyuwangi with a total of 33 respondents, using total sampling. Based on the results of statistical test analysis using several tests, such as the F test, the results showed that the F value was 6.442 with a significance level of 0.002 or less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Commitment simultaneously affect the performance of MA Muhammadiyah 1 Pakis Duren teachers. Individually, the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Work Commitment variables was measured using the t-test with the results that there were: 1) Not significant between the Organizational Culture variables on the Teacher Performance variable, 2) The significant between the Work Motivation variable on the Teacher Performance variable was 0.573, and 3) There is no significant difference between the Performance Commitment variable and the Teacher Performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study; 1) knowing the use of pictorial storybook media in improving social studies learning outcomes for 3rd grade students in MI An- Nidhom Kebonrejo Genteng, Banyuwangi Regency, 2) Analyzing the effectiveness of using picture books in improving social studies learning outcomes for 3rd grade students in MI An-Nidhom Kebonrejo Genteng, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive Quasi Experiment model with the One-Shot Case study research approach. Validation of this research with Kolmogorov Smirnov's validity and reliability testing technique. Whereas in the data analysis used using statistical hypothesis with analysis Chi Square and the partial hypothesis test (t test), the calculation uses SPSS 16 For Windows 7. The results showed that 1) The development of illustrated storybooks used in social studies theme of enthusiasm for work was seen from the cover of storybooks, storybook contents and anatomy of storybooks said to be feasible, with the results of the questionnaire obtained a low score of 4 students (9.30%) 34 students (79.07%) and got a high score of 5 students (11.63%). 2) Effectiveness of the use of illustrated storybook media on social studies learning outcomes in grade 3 obtained tcount of 5.891 with a significance value of 0.420 greater than 0.102 (0.420> 0.102), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.309; then the hypothesis which states that "effective illustrated storybooks in improving the results of social studies learning for 3rd grade students in MI An-Nidhom Kebonrejo, Genteng District, Banyuwangi Regency" is accepted.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of students who are actively involved in learning, students feel less interested in chemical learning because the material is difficult to understand, thus causing low student learning outcomes. This research aims to reduce the burden of students who have low ability and for students who have high abilities can further improve their abilities by guiding and motivating their group mates, in addition, the application of STAD-type cooperative learning models is expected to attract students' attention so as to encourage students to get maximum learning outcomes. This research was conducted in August to November 2019 at SMK Negeri 1 Display. The subject of this study was class X DPIB A as many as 30 students. This class action research procedure uses these using 2 cycles each cycle consisting of 2 encounters. Each cycle consists of planning, execution, observation, reflection. Indicators of the success of this study are an increase in student learning outcomes, namely at least 80% of students get grades more than or equal to 75, and at least 50% of students actively follow the learning. The results showed that the use of STAD-type cooperative learning models could improve students' chemical learning outcomes from 56.7% in cycle 1 to 83.3% in cycle 2. The average grade of students' chemistry learning outcomes increased from 66.83 in cycle 1 to 79.33 in cycle 2. It can also increase student learning activities from 66.77% to 81.50%.

Abstract

The promotion process and sales reports at CV Singgalang Motor are still done manually, so employees must promote through brochures and write sales report data in the report book, this can result in data loss and damage. Making reports in this way often causes problems, such as errors in writing customer data and the time required in the reporting process becomes longer. In addition, in the process of writing ordering data, calculation errors often occur so that the report generation becomes repetitive and the process becomes less effective. Based on these problems, the solution given is the Design and Build of a Second Hand Car Sales Information System using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter Framework which aims to facilitate the process of used car sales promotion and report generation. The system development method used in this design is the Waterfall Method, so this application is feasible and can be used for making computerized sales reports so that the manufacturing process becomes more efficient.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic so schools are recommended to carry out online schools (on the network), therefore online learning media e-learning is related to student learning achievement. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the use of e-learning based learning media (website) at Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum Vocational School, 2) to determine the effect of e-learning learning media (website) on student achievement at Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum Vocational School. This research uses quantitative research design with survey correlation method. Data collection uses a questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation on the PTS (Middle Semester Assessment) and PAT (End of Year Assessment) scores, and uses parametric inferential descriptive statistical data analysis, while the hypothesis calculation data analysis technique uses the Person deviation formula to calculate Product Moment correlation. Based on the results of the study with the aim of knowing how to use E-learning-based Learning Media (websites) in the online learning process, namely by accessing the links that have been shared, logging in with their respective passwords, then just selecting the subjects to be studied and the student achievement of SMK Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum there is an increase after using learning media based on E-Learning and research data with NORMAL distribution after testing the data received through the normality test and product moment correlation test with the results of the normality test results with a significance result of 0.23 > 0.05 and the results of the correlation test with the value of r count > 0.165, namely 0.172 > 0.165 on the PTS value and 0.181 > 0.165 on the PAT value.

Abstract

Wedding rental services are one of the services needed at this time. Especially for the bride and groom and their families who want to hold a wedding reception that is in accordance with a predetermined schedule. The problem faced in the aisle rental system at Gadih Nan Tongga Wedding is that customers must come directly to locations far from the city center. The ordering process in addition to coming directly to the location also uses an instant messenger application, namely WhatsApp. In addition, the administration department in recording customer orders still uses a very simple way where the administration section writes the order in a book only. . Then the file can be lost or scattered, even burnt and wet and eaten by termites because the files that are made still use paper. To produce a web-based service ordering information system, the author uses the CodeIgniter framework from PHP which is based on the MVC (Model View Controller) model.

Abstract

Pesantren is the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia. Now its presence has undergone many changes, including in the development of its curriculum. In the implementation of education, the Pesantren Bustanul Falah Banyuwangi develops an entrepreneurship curriculum by establishing a formal educational institution in the form of a Bustanul Falah vocational high school (SMK). This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the entrepreneurship curriculum at the Islamic Boarding School Bustanul Falah Banyuwangi. This research is research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research data comes from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the collected data is interpreted and analyzed according to data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study found several findings, namely: first, the curriculum planning stage begins with the formulation of curriculum objectives, which is followed by the formulation of the entrepreneurship curriculum at the Bustanul Falah Islamic Boarding School Banyuwangi. Second, at the curriculum implementation stage, information was found about several policies implemented in curriculum development, the ability of teachers to implement the curriculum, and some of the obstacles faced in developing the entrepreneurship curriculum. Third, the evaluation stage is an evaluation of an objective model that is carried out at the end of curriculum development activities or better known as summative evaluation.
