Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan pembelajaran online di rumah siswa sebagai upaya mendukung program pemerintah yaitu belajar dari rumah selama pandemi covid 19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, jadi bahwa pengumpulan informasi dan data diperoleh dengan teknik dokumentasi dengan cara mencari data tentang hal-hal yang relevan dari berbagai sumber di perpustakaan seperti buku, majalah, berita, atau dokumen lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran online yang dilakukan di rumah masing-masing membuat siswa lebih mandiri dan berkreasi motivasi belajar. Selain itu, pembelajaran online menjadi salah satu keberhasilan dalam menciptakan social distancing sehingga meminimalkan terjadinya kerumunan yang dianggap berpotensi dapat menyebarkan lebih lanjut covid 19 di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

Kantor Wali Nagari Sungai Buluh Selatan merupakan kantor Wali Nagari yang terletak di daerah Kecamatan Batang Anai, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Kantor Wali Nagari ini bergerak pada bidang pelayanan penduduk dalam pembuatan surat menyurat, seperti : surat DUKCAPIL, surat pernyataan, surat domisili, dan surat keterangan sesuai dengan keinginan warga, seiring berjalannya perkembangan jaman Kantor Wali Nagari Sungai Buluh Selatan mencetak surat dan melakukan pendataan penduduk dalam skala besar, sehingga menghambat dan menyulitkan proses perekapan surat serta nomor kop surat dan pendataan penduduk yang masih direkap secara manual. Sehingga membuat pegawai kantor Wali Nagari sulit untuk mencari nomor kop surat yang akan digunakan karena jumlah surat yang juga terhitung sangat banyak. Proses pembuatan surat juga masih menggunakan Microsoft Word, meskipun sudah menggunakan teknologi komputer tetapi itu masih membuat pegawai sulit dikarenakan harus mengetikan isi surat tersebut secara manual. Proses pelaporan operasional tahunan maupun bulanan juga masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga pegawai Nagari harus merekap dan menghitung jumlah surat yang masuk maupun keluar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi administrasi E-Office Wali Nagari Sungai Buluh Selatan yang dapat membantu merekap semua nomor surat dan mencetak dokumen administrasi serta sebuah fitur pelaporan yang lengkap sehingga memudahkan kinerja dari kantor Nagari tersebut sendiri.

Abstract

Based on preliminary analysis, the results of student learning object oriented programming courses show the numbers are still relatively low, the low expected learning outcomes is due to the limitations of learning resources or existing instructional media. This research was conducted using the method of research and development (R&D) by using the Four- D model. The development of Mobile Learning used method Design of Exploratory Tutorial. The result of validity test shown that Mobile Learning media was valid. Then the result of practicalities test obtained also show the practicalities of media. Effectiveness of Mobile Learning media declared effective in improving student learning outcomes. Based on the findings of this study concluded that Mobile Learning was valid, practical, and effective to be used as media learning. Abstract

Technological developments are increasing rapidly along with the times. Filing is something that can not be separated from an organization or an institution, the archives have such an important role. the number of letters created and received administratively, so that the search data will be inefficient in terms of time and energy by using the manual system. So at this time required a system of administration of mail management more structured in order to accelerate the search for existing data and making reports, so the authors feel the need to design an application correspondence Archive is considered necessary and assist the department. This app is designed using PHP and MySQL. Because the web-based, this archive application has the ability, can be accessed anywhere, admin can manage with user login so that can do add, edit, delete and save incoming and outgoing mail, can do incoming mail and outbound mail based on sender and subject, print a report. The results obtained from the implementation of this correspondence archive application is to facilitate the department in managing the archiving of letters that used to manual now become digital, and very helpful lecturers in making the letter on the academic side of the electronics department of UNP.

Abstract

The increased business needs and rapid technological developments helped to make easier in marketing, ordering, or delivery. Restaurant service that is still manual is only efficient for visitors who are few. With a-based restaurant application it mobile web will make it easier and more efficient for large restaurants with more visitors. With reliable Smartphone, visitors immediately place an order through the waterfall method and database MySQL, so that later it will produce an application that is accessed via a Smartphone customer in handling food menu orders.

Abstract

Information systems are the result of rapidly emerging technological developments because human needs as information users of technology are very strong and rapid. Begin with the very rapid growth of computer technology, computers such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks and others are limited in scale. This small computer device must be connected to the Internet so that it can be used properly. And the information system plays its role as a provider of information that computer users want to access when the computer device is linked to the Internet. The information system developed in this paper is the Citizen Data Collection Information System, this system was created using the YII Framework. The YII framework uses the MVC method which makes it easier to develop a Citizen Data Collection Information System. With this Information System, information about the latest condition of the residents can be easily accessed. So that the Kelurahan, Kecamatan, RW, and RT will have the latest information about their residents and easily anticipate if needed. In the development of this system, it has staged such as literature study, observation, interviews, analysis, design, testing, and implementation. The conclusion is that this information system can carry out the desired function when it is implemented.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK N 2 Padang which aims to implement the e-commerce system as a learning medium for entrepreneurship education in order to increase the potential of students in entrepreneurship according to the chosen field of expertise. As well as preparing students to compete in the world of work and be able to open their own jobs by utilizing technology in the form of internet networks. The method used in this study is a Research & Development (Development Method) with a waterfall development model. This model consists of several stages including the planning stage, the software needs analysis stage, the software design stage, the implementation stage, and the maintenance stage. With the existence of an e-commerce system as a medium of learning in entrepreneurship education, students can understand business processes that utilize the internet network, be it the production process, the marketing process, or the transaction.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has shifted the entire teaching and learning process into online learning, including practicum subjects. However, online learning methods are less effective in practicum subjects. This condition is detrimental to vocational school students, especially the 10th-grade in TKJ majors who will learn assembly and computer maintenance practicum. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media in the form of applications on the Android platform based on Augmented Reality that can display 3D models, 3D animation, and videos about assembling computer hardware along with an explanation of its functions and maintenance. The method used in this learning media is marker-based tracking that uses marker paper to be tracked by an AR camera to bring up 3D objects. Abstract

Proses pembuatan laporan penjualan di Bordi Mande Padang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kasir masih harus menulis data laporan penjualannya di buku laporan terlebih dahulu. Pembuatan laporan dengan cara tersebut sering menimbulksn permasalahan, seperti kesalahan pada penulisan data pelanggan serta waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih lama. Selain itu, pada proses penulisan data pemesanan sering terjadi kesalahan perhitunggan sehingga pembuatan laporan menjadi berulang-ulang serta prosenya menjadi kurang efektif dikarenakan harus membuat ulang dari awal lagi. Bedasarkan permasalahn tersebut, solusi yang diberikan yang diberikan yaitu Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan berbasis Web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP serta Framework CodeIgniter yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan proses pembuatan laporan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada perancangan ini adalah Metode Waterfal,  maka aplikasi ini layak dan dapat digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan penjualan yang terkomputerisasi sehingga proses pembuatanya menjadi lebih efesien.Kata kunci: CodeIgniter, Point Of Sale, Waterfall, Web. The process of making sales reports at Bordi Mande Padang is still done manually, so cashiers still have to write their sales report data in the report book first. Making reports in this way often creates problems, such as errors in writing customer data and the time required for the reporting process to be longer. In addition, in the process of writing order data, calculation errors often occur so that the making of reports becomes repetitive and the process becomes less effective due to having to re-create from scratch again. Based on these problems, the solution given is the Design of a Web-based Sales Information System using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter Framework which aims to facilitate the reporting process. The system development method used in this design is the Waterfall method, this application is feasible and can be used for creating computerized sales reports so that the manufacturing process becomes more efficient.Keywords: CodeIgniter, Point Of Sale, Waterfall, Web.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi pengelolaan tugas kuliah mahasiswa serta memberikan kemudahan bagi dosen dalam pengelolaan tugas mahasiswa. Model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang menekankan fase-fase yang berurutan dan sistematis, dimulai dari spesifikasi kebutuhan konsumen dan berkembang melalui proses perancangan (planning), pemodelan (modelling), pembangunan (contruction), dan penyebaran (deployment), yang berujung pada dukungan terus menerus untuk sebuah perangkat lunak yang utuh merupakan pengertian dari watelfall model. Waterfall model digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi pengelolaan tugas mahasiswa. Hasil riset menunjukan, rancangan sistem pengelolaan tugas mata kuliah mahasiswa terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu: analisis kebutuhan, desain aplikasi, programming, pengujian dan instalasi program yang menghasilkan data dosen, data mahasiswa, data kelas, data tugas dan data laporan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework codeigniter berbasis PHP yang mengintegrasikan semua tahapan menjadi suatu aplikasi berbasis web yang utuh dan mampu membantu kelancaran pengelolaan tugas kuliah mahasiswa.
