Abstract

The second wave of Covid-19 has hit Indonesia in the last few months. This marks a new chapter for the Covid-19 variant in Indonesia, which is indicated by a very high transmission rate. At the same time, the government is trying to take preventive measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19, one of which is a call for a Covid-19 vaccine. In this regard, this article will look at the relationship between governance actors in efforts to prevent Covid-19 in Indonesia, with an emphasis on the involvement of civil society and private actors in handling Covid-19 in Indonesia. By using a qualitative method, this article takes a literature study by comparing the results of observations made by observing the development of Covid-19 and the involvement of various actors, especially in terms of preventing Covid-19 such as vaccination. This article concludes that the spread of Covid-19 is still very high, meanwhile the involvement of actors in handling Covid-19 tends to be limited and closed. The actors involved are mostly dominated by the government, while the private sector and civil society have not been involved much. This article will contribute at least practically, to be discussed further, especially to formulate a scheme for the involvement of other actors outside the government, while still prioritizing the security and welfare of the community.

Abstract

Tenure conflicts between indigenous communities and plantation companies are based on differences in the legality of claims. The community as a subsystem of traditional farmers underlies the claim of management rights based on traditional knowledge. On the other hand, plantation companies based the legality of claims based on agrarian law that is normative positivistic with a capitalistic economic orientation. In Henri Lefebvre's perspective, in fact there is no completely "ideal" space because space itself is spatially in modern capitalist society as an arena of battle that will never be completely contested. All interested parties will continue to try to find ways to dominate the use or utilization of a space and reproduce all knowledge to maintain their hegemony over the use of that space. In that context, social movements can be understood as community efforts in producing social space.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in the arrangement of creative field traders in Palangka Raya City. To find out what are the factors that affect the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in structuring creative field traders in Palangka Raya City. The theory used in this study is the theory of organizational performance according to Dwiyanto (2008:50), namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The research method used is qualitative research. After the data is collected, it is reduced and presented, and after that a temporary conclusion is drawn about the data relating to the problems being researched and analyzed after that only the final conclusion is drawn. The performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in the Arrangement of Creative Field Traders in Palangka Raya City has been well implemented, it can be seen from the productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. Human resources, infrastructure, and budget are factors that affect the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in the Arrangement of Creative Field Traders in Palangka Raya City.

Abstract

Efforts to increase the capacity of the village government through the village information system are an ability of the village government to carry out tasks and functions in the application of the village information system to achieve the goal of improving public services. The purpose of this study is to examine and explain the efforts made by the village government in implementing the information system in Tumbang Tarusan Village, Banama Tingang District, Pulang Pisau Regency. The consideration that underlies this research is that the Tumbang Tarusan village government is supported by the Pulang Pisau district government in implementing the information system in accordance with the program that has been prepared. In this study, the author uses a theoretical model of E-Government, one of which is to improve public services in a better direction. To achieve these benefits, it is measured by aspects of the E-Government application according to Rianto and Tri Lestari, namely hardware, software, data and information, and communication. The results of this study indicate efforts to improve village information systems as well as strategies to achieve goals that are used to involve the community, planning is carried out on the basis of shared goals. The supporting factors are the availability of a village information system supported by the district government, cooperation between village institutions, community involvement, village apparatus resources and internet network access.

Abstract

Ekowisata sebagai salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan telah memberikan kontribusi 20% dari perjalanan internasional dan memiliki pertumbuhan sekitar 5% per tahun. Destinasi ekowisata yang umumnya bercirikan lingkungan alam dengan keanekaragaman hayati, budaya, geologi dan meteorologi yang melimpah merupakan daya tarik utama yang dapat ditemukan di Kalimantan, dimana sekitar 73% merupakan wilayah Indonesia. Namun, Kalimantan dan destinasi ekowisatanya kurang terekspos dalam peta ekowisata global. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi latar belakang permasalahan tersebut dan menawarkan solusi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan keberadaan destinasi ekowisata di Kalimantan khususnya wilayah Indonesia dalam peta ekowisata dunia. Metode kualitatif melalui studi pustaka yang didukung dengan observasi menunjukkan bahwa ada enam masalah utama dalam ekowisata di Kalimantan, yaitu kemitraan, manajemen umum, akomodasi, bahasa, interpretasi dan keunikan produk. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pemetaan pemangku kepentingan, perencanaan kolaboratif, peningkatan layanan, optimalisasi tata letak, peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia, peningkatan akses, penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM), penggunaan Eco-Tourist Needs Assessment (ETNA), revitalisasi rumah adat sebagai bangunan cagar budaya, pelatihan bahasa inggris, informasi sejarah, flora fauna dan pengembangan identitas unik (branding).

Abstract

Pasca reformasi politik etnisitas muncul ke permukaan dalam pusaran politik Indonesia, dengan terjadinya perubahan sistem politik. Salah satu fenomena politik yang muncul menguatnya kebijakan desentralisasi di daerah yang berimplikasi pada kebangkitan politik lokal di Indonesia. Tulisan ini membahas tentang pergerakan politik etnis melayu di Kalimantan barat ketika dalam lokalitas berdampingan dengan suku Dayak. Ini menjadi sesuatu yang unik Ketika etnis melayu bisa memainkan peran yang positif melalui Majelis Adat Budaya Melayu Bersama dengan Suku Dayak di Kalimantan Barat yang merupakan suku pribumi atau suku asli di Kalimantan.

Abstract

Political marketing is a marketing activity that aims to convey something to the public to know, understand the aims and objectives, trust, and accept and choose what the objectives of political marketing do. In this case in 2018 Palangkaraya City followed the local elections simultaneously in the election of mayor and deputy mayor won by the pair Fairid Naparin and Umi Mastikah. So with this, by analyzing the political marketing of couples Fairid Naparin and Umi Mastikah are things that need to be known to be understanding in terms of political marketing. This study uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach obtained based on the ability of researchers to connect the facts, data, and information obtained during the study. The objectives of this study are (1) Products, (2) Promotions, (3) Prices, and (4) Placements. The results of the research aim to convey something to the public in the form of products that are marketed based on partner's personal data, contain mature concepts, have a work program called vision and mission, promotion is the act of conveying to the public in such a way that suits the needs of the community, price not necessarily said in money, but how it has a price in the form of trust or confidence, and placement is an act that is carried out in the distribution or communication to the public. As a supporting factor for success in the presence of religion, family relationships, and age become the capital in determining political marketing to the voters to be delivered.
