Uniqbu Journal of Exact Sciences (UJES) is a peer reviewed journal that covers the fields of scientific knowledge and academic scholarship that study exact groups and, more generally, phisics. UJSS is published routine, three times a year on April, August, and December. The publication also cover articles on extended fields of exact sciences such as the conceptual groundwork of the sciences by analyzing the historical course of rigorous quantitative thought and the precise theory of nature in the fields of mathematics, physics, technical chemistry, computer science, astronomy, and the biological sciences, embracing as well their connections to experiment. This journal is published by the Research and Community Service Institution of Universitas Iqra Buru, Maluku, Indonesia. The UJES welcomes the scholars, researchers and practitioners of exact sciences around the world to submit scholarly articles such in Indonesian, English and Arabic to be published through this journal. Abstract

The development of the Agropolitan Area aims to increase the income and welfare of the community through accelerating regional development and increasing the attachment of villages and cities. The purpose of this study was to map and determine the location of the agropolitan area and to analyze the area of ​​the agropolitan area that was feasible to be developed in Serang Regency, Banten. The analysis used is Weighted Overlay Analysis. Areas that have the potential to be used as agropolitan areas are scattered in several sub-districts. The sub-districts that have a very large area used as an agropolitan area are Pabuaran District with an area of ​​356.2 hectares and Cikande District with an area of ​​315.25 hectares.

Abstract

Namlea Wood Industries is a company engaged in the wood and forest product industry and the company always strives to maximize the potential possessed by employees, however, conditions What happens is that the development of employee performance shows that there is a decrease in employee performance, the indication is indicated by: there is a decrease in the amount of production produced by employees. This study aims to determine the effect of wages and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Wainibe Wood Industry Namlea. This study uses Ordinal Probit analysis to analyze the final results, the significant influence between the dependent and independent variables. Based on the results of data processing carried out, testing data using the SPSS 16 program the results obtained for the wage variable are 0.060 and for the work discipline variable are 0.003. The significant value possessed by the wage variable is greater than the set standard value, i.e. it should not exceed 0.005 so that the effect of the wage variable on work productivity has no significant effect. Meanwhile, the work discipline variable has a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of students' abilities in (1) determining what is known, (2) determining what is asked, (3) making a mathematical model, (4) completing a mathematical model, (5) concluding answers from math story problems. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that: (1) The ability of grade VII students of MTs Miftakhul Khair Namlea in determining what is known is categorized as high with a confidence interval of 6,96 £ m £ 7,60; (2) The ability of grade VII students of MTs Miftakhul Khair Namlea in determining what to ask is categorized as high with a confidence interval of 4,93 £ m £ 5,36; (3) The ability of grade VII students of MTs Miftakhul Khair Namlea in making mathematical models is categorized as high with a confidence interval of 9,54 £ m £ 10,67; (4) The ability of grade VII students of MTs Miftakhul Khair Namlea in solving mathematical models is categorized as low with a confidence interval of 12,93 £ m £ 21,79; (5) The ability of grade VII students of MTs Miftakhul Khair Namlea in concluding answers to math story problems is categorized as low with a confidence interval of 10,69 £ m £ 16,95.

Abstract

The terminal is a center for the entry and exit of vehicles that have a high intensity in attracting movement as the generation and towing of the vehicle interacts to its destination. Based on the generation, which is generated based on the stages of movement generation, which produces a relationship model that connects land use parameters with the number of movements to a zone. Therefore, this study aims to identify the tank-pull modeling as the movement of transportation of vehicles, people, or goods per unit time. which serves as the center of community activities, the case study of the Presidential Instruction Market Terminal in the city of Namlea in this study there are two kinds of variables, namely a. The independent variables consist of land use systems and transportation systems, b. The dependent variable is the number of transportation needs calculated from the number of traffic flows of passengers, goods, and vehicles on the highway per unit time. Generation and withdrawal based on analysis at the Namlea Inpres market terminal on weekdays fluctuates from 17.00/hour to 77.80/hour. The highest pull-out occurred at 11:00-12:00 at 77.80 pcu/hour, while the lowest was at 17:00-18:00 at 17:00 pcu/hour. the attractiveness of the Inpres Namlea market terminal on holidays fluctuated from 23.40 pcu/hour to 72.60 pcu/hour. Abstract

Ambon city, which mostly consists of hilly areas, is an area that is very highly susceptible to the occurrence of debris mass movements, both in the form of debris flows and landslides (debris flows, erosions, and slope failures). In the city of Ambon, rivers are passed such as Way Ruhu, Way Batu Merah, Way Tantui, Way Tomu, Way Batu Gajah and Way Batu Hang. The purpose of this paper is to plan the check dam building for Way Batu Merah – Ambon City. The method used is Hydrological Analysis: hydrology as the basis for planning the Q25 Check Dam Building, which consists of rainfall analysis and the basis for calculating the planned discharge used in planning, using the Sabo Technical Center method. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the planned Q25 flood discharge of the Way Batu Merah River is 516.43 m / year with a return period of 25 years, the sediment volume can be accommodated 22,102 m / year and controlled by the Check Dam 56,050 m / year, then with a sediment discharge of 60,685 m³ / year . By comparing the amount of sediment that enters the Check Dam with the capacity of the Check Dam, it is dredged again for 3.5 years. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan konsep, kesalahan fakta, kesalahan prinsip dan kesalahan keterampilan operasi hitung bilangan dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika pada pokok bahasan Sistem Persamaan Linier Dua Variabel siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Buru. Untuk mengetahui kesalahan itu digunakan instrumen tes diagnostik yang terdiri atas lima butir soal dalam bentuk uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pada pokok bahasan Sistem Persamaan Linier sebagai berikut: (1) kesalahan konsep, yakni kekeliruan siswa yang menuliskan sistem persamaannya adalah a1x + b1y =c1 dan a2x + b2y =c2 sebesar 12,78% atau tingkat penguasaan sebesar 87,22%, (2) kesalahan prinsip metode eliminasi sebesar 12,78% atau tingkat penguasaan sebesar 87,22%, (3) kesalahan fakta yakni kekeliruan siswa yang menuliskan data yang diketahui kemudian membuat dalam model matematika sebesar 17,22% atau tingkat penguasaan 82,78%, (4) kesalahan operasi hitung bilangan sebesar 8,89% atau tingkat penguasaan sebesar 91,11%. Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa kesalahan yang dominan dilakukan siswa adalah kesalahan fakta sebesar 17,22%.
