Abstract

Namlea Wood Industries is a company engaged in the wood and forest product industry and the company always strives to maximize the potential possessed by employees, however, conditions What happens is that the development of employee performance shows that there is a decrease in employee performance, the indication is indicated by: there is a decrease in the amount of production produced by employees. This study aims to determine the effect of wages and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Wainibe Wood Industry Namlea. This study uses Ordinal Probit analysis to analyze the final results, the significant influence between the dependent and independent variables. Based on the results of data processing carried out, testing data using the SPSS 16 program the results obtained for the wage variable are 0.060 and for the work discipline variable are 0.003. The significant value possessed by the wage variable is greater than the set standard value, i.e. it should not exceed 0.005 so that the effect of the wage variable on work productivity has no significant effect. Meanwhile, the work discipline variable has a significant effect.

Abstract

The terminal is a center for the entry and exit of vehicles that have a high intensity in attracting movement as the generation and towing of the vehicle interacts to its destination. Based on the generation, which is generated based on the stages of movement generation, which produces a relationship model that connects land use parameters with the number of movements to a zone. Therefore, this study aims to identify the tank-pull modeling as the movement of transportation of vehicles, people, or goods per unit time. which serves as the center of community activities, the case study of the Presidential Instruction Market Terminal in the city of Namlea in this study there are two kinds of variables, namely a. The independent variables consist of land use systems and transportation systems, b. The dependent variable is the number of transportation needs calculated from the number of traffic flows of passengers, goods, and vehicles on the highway per unit time. Generation and withdrawal based on analysis at the Namlea Inpres market terminal on weekdays fluctuates from 17.00/hour to 77.80/hour. The highest pull-out occurred at 11:00-12:00 at 77.80 pcu/hour, while the lowest was at 17:00-18:00 at 17:00 pcu/hour. the attractiveness of the Inpres Namlea market terminal on holidays fluctuated from 23.40 pcu/hour to 72.60 pcu/hour. The highest draw-up occurred at 11:00-12:00 at 72.60 pcu/hour, while the lowest revitalization occurred at 17:00-18:00 at 23.40 pcu/hour. Keywords: awakening; pull; Terminal; Namlea Inpres Market

Abstract

As an archipelagic province in eastern Indonesia, the city of Ambon plays an important role in the development of the rate of shipping activity in eastern Indonesia. Yos Yos Soedarso Port Ambon serves shipping and commercial services. This study aims to determine the amount of loading and unloading of goods and the area or container depots available at Yos Soedarso Ambon port, to find out how many passengers get on and off at Yos Soedarso Ambon port and to know how many shipping flow at Yos Soedarso port, Ambon. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical, namely by describing the existing problems sequentially and associated with the factors that support the purpose of the discussion, then analyzed to overcome a problem solving. The results of the study indicate that, the number of unloading 20' containers is 34724 units and the number of unloading 40' containers is 582418 units, the available container unloading area is 21697 m2 in 2020, the number of embarkation and debarkation passengers at Yos Soedarso port Ambon until 2020 is as many as 203006,4 people and 183422.2 people, and the number of ship shipping flows at Yos Soedarso port Ambon until 2020 is foreign ship visits of 197,8852 calls and domestic ship visits of 3165,8680 calls. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kapasitas lentur U-Ditch tipe Normal dengan dimensi 100x80x80 dan kapasitas lentur dari U-Ditch tipe Inovasi dengan dimensi 100x50x50 cm. Metode pengujian terhadap U-Ditch tipe Normal dan Inovasi ini, menggunakan metode pembebanan yang mengacu pada standar U-Ditch di Jepang (JIS). Sistem penulangan pada produk U-Ditch tipe Inovasi sudah mengacu pada standar disain penulangan U-Ditch di Jepang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan berat per M’ panjang produk U-Ditch tipe normal adalah 540.00 kg, dan U-Ditch tipe Inovasi adalah 271.65 kg. Kapasitas Lentur struktur U-Ditch rata-rata per berat per M panjang U-Ditch, untuk U-Ditch tipe normal adalah 12.55 kN.m (per ton per M’) dan untuk U-Ditch tipe Inovasi adalah 33.55 kN.m. (per ton per M’), dengan Perbandingan kapasitas lentur U-Ditch tipe Normal terhadap U-Ditch tipe Inovasi adalah 37%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan kegiatan padat karya tunai (PKT) pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan pembangunan infrastruktur pedesaan, dimana penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang cara pengumpulan datanya diperoleh dengan memberikan angket atau kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan kepada responden untuk diisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh penerapan program padat kara tunai (PKT) terhadap mutu pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 80%. Ini berarti bahwa mutu pekerjaan infrastruktur di desa hampir seara menyeluruh dipengaruhi kualitasnya oleh penerapan program padat karya tunai ini, dimana dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan kurang sekali penegendalian mutunya karna tidak terdapat manajemen mutu yang baik, dan sisahnya lagi sebesar 20% diengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dipaparkan dalam penelitian ini.
